Well here we go, Part 4 of The Invasion angle, and we go through two seperate fights. Fight one: Black Panther, Supergirl, Scarlet Witch, Quicksilver, and Falcon facing off against the army of Brainbots. While in the ship we have Superman, Winter Soldier, Doctor Strange, and Spider-Man taking on Braniac himself.

Ch.10 Braniac Attacks Part 4

National city currently looked like a warzone. Buildings were batter, cars were turned over, the road were damaged. By the time the DEO finally got involved, the battle was already taken place.

"Supergirl," Black Panther said into the comms as he sliced through several Brainbots and sending one awat with a kick. "We got a squadron rounded up here, you and Falcon take them out."

Supergirl and Falcon then flew towards where Scarlet Witch had a group enclosed with her powers, and Quicksilver was keeping a group in by running around them. Kara unleashed heat vision on the ones held by Wanda, Sam unloaded on the ones contained by Pietro. Once they were done, Sam got on comms. "Anything else for us?" he asked T'Challa.

"Yeah, we're getting reinforcements, by the form of the DEO," Panther answered, taking some blasts before unleashing energy, taking out more brainbots.

"Feels like Ultron all over again," Pietro said as he sped through more brainbots.

"Hopefully you don't die this time," Wanda said as she tore some brainbots apart.

Kara then landed beside them before she unleashed heat vision on one sneaking up on T'Challa before getting on comms. "Hey Bucky, how are you four doing."

-On Braniac's ship-

"Could be better!" Bucky yelled as he narrowly dodged a tentacle.

"You could say that," Strange said as he sent magic disks into the alien robot.

"Yeah, his armor does not even dent." Spidey said as he got into a crouch on the ceiling.

"Gotta put him somewhere where he can't use his tech." Superman said as he pushed Braniac back with heat vision.

"I may have an idea," Strange said, "but I'll need a minute." Braniac then got up, ready to tear them apart.

"We'll give you time," Bucky said before turning to Superman and Spider-Man. "Superman, get the tentacles together, Spidey, web them together, I'll go after Braniac." The two red and blue dressed heroes nodded. "I came here for three reasons, and I'm not leaving without them!" Braniac declared as he sent a tentacle as Bucky, but Superman grabbed it, as Spidey started webbing the others together.

- On the ground-

"They better take him down soon!" Sam said as he launched some missiles from his suit.

"You ain't kidding, the robots keep coming," Supergirl responded.

"Why are they just going after the Panther guy and Wanda for though," Pietro asked as he sped into several bots gunning for Wanda.

"I don't know, might be because of his suit, and her powers." Kara guessed.

"Well they can try and take us," T'Challa stated.

"But we aren't going down easy," Wanda finished as they all got ready for the next assault.

-Back on the Ship-

Spider-Man and Superman have just finished webbing up the tentacles while Bucky was trying to take the fight to Braniac, but the A.I. outmatches him with strength. "Stay down, and give me yo-" Braniac started before getting webbed in the face. Superman then decked Brainiac, leading to Spidey swinging him into the floor, Bucky then punched Braniac with the vibranium arm, denting the armor Braniac weared.

"Who do you think you are?" Braniac asked as he ripped off the webbing.

"We're Avengers. Now Strange!" Bucky yelled, Stranger abliged by opening up a portal below Braniac, sending the alien A.I. falling through it.

"Where did he go?" asked Spidey.

"I sent him into the mirror dimension, he should shut down while he's there." Strange told them.

"That's convenient," Superman said.

Bucky nodded. "It really seems like it, but now, let's blow this place."

Back on the ground, the brainbots had the heroes on the ground on the ropes, but then suddenly they all drop to the ground, inactive due to Braniac being in the mirror dimension. "Finally," Sam said gratefully.

"They finally did it," Wanda said as she sat down on a bench. Kara sat down right next to her, out of breath.

Pietro stopped infront of the group catching his breath. "Yay, good job everyone, that was quite a fight."

"You could say that," T'Challa said as he walked up to them. Moments later, a familiar looking portal appeared and out came the four heroes that came from the ship, just as it exploded.

"Everything okay down here?" Clark asked.

"Yeah, we're good," Sam said. Kara then walked up to Bucky and they shared a kiss. "Are you alright?"

"I feel like I should be asking you that." Bucky said with a smile.

They then heard someone coming, and they looked over and saw Alex Danvers approached them. "Okay you eight..." she then noticed Pietro, who waved. "Nine have some explaining to do."

"Nice to see you again too," Bucky said as he groaned at Alex.

"Alex listen," Kara said to her sister as Bucky put his arm around her, confusing Alex. "They're with me, and me and Bucky are dating, soooo..."

"What!?" Alex exclaimed.

"Yeah, maybe it's best we talk about this somewhere else." T'Challa said to the group.

"Agreed, I'd like ti hear this myself." Clark said to the group. Bucky then thought to himself, 'This us going to be a long talk.'
