This man was silent, the monkey gave him that. It was a step up from that bald kid, that was for sure.
It had been a while since the monkey had been bothered by anyone…and while this obvious air bender was quiet, he preferred to be alone.
'When is this guy going to leave?' he wondered.
Tenzin, however, had no intention of leaving this spot until he had finished meditating or at least until he had an idea of where one of his friends were.
He concentrated harder to open his mind…..and that was when the Spirit World decided to send him a vision.
"Korra! What are you doing here?" Aang asked through gritted teeth.
Korra just stared at him for a moment as if lost in thought before seemingly coming back to Earth, "I was just following this girl."
The two kids in between the 2 Avatars laughed.
The girl said, "Might as well relax."
The boy said, "No like you can leave any way…"
The door slammed shut behind each of the Avatars and a wind somehow started blowing in the building.
Tenzin gasped, his mind coming back to his body after his vision.
"Woah, you ok Tenzin?" Bolin asked, coming to his friend's side.
Tenzin nodded and thought about what he had just seen…before turning to Bolin in shock, "When did you get here?!"
Bolin shrugged, "About 10 minutes ago. You were already in your little meditation thing so I just sat here waiting for ya to finish…by the way…your monkey friend over here doesn't talk very much." Bolin shoved a thumb in the general direction of the monkey who huffed and sat up even straighter, determined to block them out.
Tenzin sighed, "Some people actually enjoy the quiet life Bolin."
Bolin shrugged again, "Don't see the appeal."
Tenzin mentally rolled his eyes at the young earth bender, "How did you get here?"
Bolin turned his head and looked to their side where a large panda was fast asleep, "I made a friend. Talked to him for a while but then he suddenly got up, walked here, and fell asleep. Guess he knew where you were or something."
Tenzin looked at the panda in disbelief and Bolin shrugged for the third time, "I call him Noodles."
Tenzin stared at him in shock, "This is the spirit Hei-Bai! He has two forms and is immensely powerful…and you call him Noodles?"
Bolin gave yet another shrug, which he was doing a lot, "He seems to like it."
As if in affirmation, Hei-Bai yawned and partway opened one ye.
Tenzin could have face palmed himself (anime style of course). Instead he shook his head and said, "Ok, we don't have time to be naming spirits. We have to find Aang and Korra."
"Did you just see them in your vision thing?"
Tenzin nodded and told him what he had seen.
"Woah, they're in trouble! We got to go!" and without another word, Bolin took off running in a random direction.
Tenzin sighed, "Why am I stuck with Bolin? Why couldn't it have been Mako or Lin or Sokka?"
He shrugged his shoulders and muttered, "I don't know."
He started walking after his friend and after a minute, Hei-Bai got up and followed slowly.
