On the next morning, in the Italian river of Venice, on a boat were driving three Mediterranean nations: Northern Italy, Southern Italy and San Marino (Sofia). They were all siblings. The Italian siblings.

N. Italy was driving the boat, while S. Italy and Malta were behind him, talking and liking the city.

"Yesterday" Veneziano said "I found out about the "Council of Europe Convention on Safe Migration and the Fight against Racism and Xenophobia", known as "Hamburg Convention". It will be signed on 15th August this year by all member states on Council of Europe, except Russia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland and me. Are you going to sign... and... ratify it?"

His older brother looked at him and answered:

"I will sign, but not ratify it."

"And me too" San Marino added.

The driver of the boat, Northern Italy looked at the sky and wondered:

"And if China's predictions become true? Where Europe's children will go...?"

Southern Italy raised an eyebrow and asked his younger brother:

"Baby brother?"

"Yes..." N. Italy whispered.

"I'm sure, that you are not alone..." Romano said. "You will make the right choice."

Veneziano looked back, smiled and replied:

"Thanks for the support, big brother..."

On the next day.

It was 12th August, three days before the Council Of Europe member states to sign the Council of Europe Convention on Safe Migration and the Fight against Racism and Xenophobia in Hamburg, Germany.

Russia, Poland, Hungary, Switzerland, Austria, Italy gathered in Kaliningrad, Russian Federation.

"We need to do something about this convention!" Switzerland shouted, hitting the table with fist.

Russia got up, took a deep breath and said:

"Okay, okay. Now 6 nations have reported that they will NOT sign the Hamburg Convention: me, Poland, Hungary, Austrua, Switzerland and Italy."

"Well," Austria added "Czech Republic, Slovakia, Ukraine, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, the Baltic states, Ireland and the ex-Yugo republics will sign, but not ratify it. That's okay, right?"

"Ja." Switzerland answered "My sister, Liechtenstein will not sign as well, but since she is not a member of Council of Europe, she will not be here. Germany, France, England, Spain, Sweden and other Western countries will sign."

Northern Italy, who looked still upset, took a action in the discussion too:

"Finland stated that he will not sign the "Hamburg Convention" too. He joined us, because his current prime-minister Jussi Halla-aho is right-winger. The agreement must be signed in Germany on 15th August, but Finland will not attend at the meeting. This means, that Finland is maybe the last country that has refused to sign and ratify the convention. Earlier this week, I said too, that I will not sign it, and before Russia, Poland, Hungary, Switzerland and Austrua did it too."

The day in which the Council of Europe members will sign and ratify the "Council of Europe Convention on Safe Migration and the Fight against Racism and Xenophobia" in Hamburg, Germany. All European nations, who were going to sign the convention attended at the meeting.

Germany and Belgium were the presenters of the meeting and signing, like with the European Beauty contest.

"Heute is a important day for Council of Europe." Germany began to talk to the nations "Wir will sign the "Council of Europe Convention on Safe Migration and the Fight against Racism and Xenophobia". This convention must be signed, because it protects minorities and asylum seeker's rights. You know: Diversity is our strength!"

"We should give the migrants some rights, because they are the same like us." Belgium said.

Germany continued to speak to the signers about the convention:

"But there are several countries, that refused to sign it. The letzte country to refuse to sign ist Lithuania. The first - Hungary. The convention is rejected also by Russia, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Finland and Estonia."

Then England, who was sitting between Ireland and France, got up of his chair and shouted mockingly:

"Only the most stupid and fascist nations have not signed the pact. Just look: Hungary, Russia, Poland, Northern Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Finland, Estonia and Lithuania. A team of "heroes", Aryans and Nazis! Bastards!"

Far away from Hamburg, in the Russian Kaliningrad, the nations, who refused to sign the convention, watched the meeting on the web (on Eesti's laptop)

"Idiots!" Poland snapped.

Northern Italy closed his eyes, nodded his head down and whispered:

"This convention will be the beginning of Europe's end..."

"It's okay, that seven countries refused to sign it, because this agreement is a threat for Europe and it is in danger of the European nations, to being forced to open their borders for abusers, criminals and terrorists" Hungary added.

Russia, who was in the middle of the group said:

"The "Hamburg Convention" is a mistaken document, and the nation, who signed it, he or she poses a serious risk to its people."

"I agree." Finland told Russia, who was formerly his enemy, but now he is neutral towards him "We, in Eastern, Northeast and Central-eastern Europe, want our culture and traditions to remain European. They adored it, because Germany and Belgium told them, that the "Hamburg Convention" is for safe migration and fight against the racism and xenophobia.

"Und" Germany stated "We signed the convention. Jetzt, the Migranten will safely and easily migrate to richer and more developed countries like us."

Belgium said:

"For the nations, who sign it. There will be a small present for."

"And what this present will be?" Greece (Heracles) asked bored.

Germany answered:

"Diese present will be 98.000.000 migrants from Middle East and 78.000.000 migrants from Africa!"

Then, Bulgaria (Milen), one of the nations, that signed the convention, added:

"WAS?!" Germany shouted "No way! Bulgarien, you should know, that DIVERSITY IS OUR STRENGTH!"

Bulgaria took a deep breath and remarked:

"Europeans should have more children, and bring all these immigrants to Africa and Asia. Otherwise, these 100 million asylum seekers will change Europe forever."

"What...?" Ukraine asked "100 million African and Arab migrants? Europe will break."

Germany got up, with Belgium next to him and said:

"Okay, okay. The meeting is finished you must go. Auf Wiedersehen."
