Monkey: Sure! You readers get the treat of reading Yamamoto and Shobu's fights in this chapter! Be warned, like I said in the previous chapter...I suck at making fight scenes. Now do the disclaimer and then we can start this chapter!

Chapter 10: Sword, Chain and Cooking vs Beast, Fish and Music

"Tsuna, did you just get back?" Nana asked, walking by her son's room and seeing him put his clothes on. "What's this! You changed into your favorite clothes. Are you going out to play!? Maybe not today, hm? Nami middle students are still getting attacked, right?"

'Thats the very thing we're going to put a stop to, actually...' Tsuna thought. That's when the kids came in, and after having alittle comedy scene, he was ready to go. "Ah, I just realized how nice and ordinary days were up till now had been-! Can we go back to those carefree days after this war?" He said as Reborn answered him with Leon wrapped around his head. "Is Leon alright!?" He exclaimed seeing the lizard in a squishy state. Rebron decided that now was as good a time as any to mention that fact that whenever Leon got like this, his students died. Also, he said that he couldn't partake in this fight. "Eh!? For real!? Here I was thinking that with you around, we'd be okay even if our opponent were escaped convicts or whatever!"

"This time, the mission was given to you, Tsuna. The rule says that I'm not allowed to help you fight except shoot you with the 'Dying Will Bullet'." Reborn said while Tsuna complained. "By the way, we only have one Dying Will Bullet left." He said, holding the bullet out. "The bullet is formed inside of Leon's body, but he can't make any more now. The Dying Will Bullet is made from Vongola tradition's of burying prime bullets in the shape-changing chameleon's body for three deays. It's somewhat similar to oysters making pearls."

"I should be glad it won't be shot more than once with the bullet, but...this is bad either way! What do I do!?"

"Excuse me, anyone home?"

"Sorry for intruding."

"It's finally time to go! I brought the sushi and tea." Yamamoto said, holding up said items.

'This is like a road trip to him!' Tsuna yelled in his head. 'That's right. He thinks this is a mafia role-playing game. Is it all right to bring him along!?'

"Are you looking for a fight? Yamamoto Takeshi." Bianchi asked, holding up her poison cooking. "Is my bento too stingy for you?" Tsuna then noticed that Shobu had a diffrent weapon, besides his chain, with him.

"Shobu-kun...Why do you have a chigiriki?" He asked. True to what he said, Shobu had a black pole, with the ends being white, with a chain coming out of one end and the other end wrapped around the lower part of the pole. The end of the chain, the part that was wrapped, had a small weight hanging off the end of it. "I thought you just use the chain?"

"Well... I do, but...This chigiriki is my main weapon. I just don't bring it everywhere with me like nee-san does with her Bo Staff." He said.

"If you say so." He looked around the room and saw that a certain someone wasn't there. "It's just Gokudera-kun now."

"It's unusual for him to be late." Yamamoto said.

"He's waiting outside for a while actually." Reborn said.

'His wariness of Bianchi had made him weird!' Tsuna thought, looking outside. 'But, I'm really glad...When he covered for me and Mei-san and collapsed, I really thought his injuries were so severe he was going to die...' He then walked outside and found the boy. "If you're worried about Bianchi, it's all right."

"Ah, no...I just realized what a great gate post this is!" Gokudera said, touching the post. (Poor post)

"We successfully persuaded Bianchi to agree to cover part of her face. If that's the case, you won't be affected, right?" Tsuna said, leaning down.

"Hayato, you're still a kid." Bianchi said, coming out of the house wearing a squirrel outfit.

'I don't want her along for a completely diffrent reason now!' He thought.

"All right. Let's set off." Reborn said as they all stood, ready to go.

"We're here." They reached a gate that led to a place with building that were covered with plants and were destroyed.

"Is the whole area just ruins?" Gokudera asked.

"Yes. Long ago, this was all a complete entertainment center called Kokuyo Centre." Reborn said.

"I've been here before, long ago! That's right! There was a karaoke club, a cinema and even a small garden zoo here!" Tsuna said in realization. "There was even a plan for renovation, but two years ago, a typhoon came through here and caused a mudslide. Since then, it's been locked up in this condition. It's like the remnants of a dream..."

"The lock's are rusted... It doesn't look like those guys used this as an entrance. What should we do?" Gokudera asked, looking at the old locks.

"We've already decided, right? We go straight through the front door." Bianchi said, getting a clump of poison cooking and putting it on the locks. After getting through the locks, they started walking inside.

"This place looks kinda pretty." Shobu said with a smile.

"Of course a plant would like plants." Bianchi said, making Shobu blush at the joke.

"Tsuna-san, do you remember anything about this place? The locations of anything?" Shobu asked.

"From what I remember, right after we entered that gate, there was a glass building housing the garden zoo..." He answered.

"There doesn't look to be any such thing here. You really have holes for eyes." Bianchi said.

"Hm? This looks like some animal's tracks... It's fresh, too." Yamamoto said, kneeling down and looking at the print. Reborn suggested a dog. "But, it's way to big for that."

"The part where the claw is...has blood."

"Hie! Could the animals from the zoo still be around!?" Tsuna yelled.

'Somehting doesn't feel right... Murderous intent? It's somewhat faint, but...' Shobu closed his eyes and grabbed a hold of his chain. 'There it is!' He thought as he grabbed the pole and shot it out just in time to hit a dog that was about to hit Yamamoto.

"It's already dead!" Yamamoto exclaimed as he saw it up close.

"We have to hurry and get away!" Shobu exclaimed as they all ran towards Reborn.

"I've got you now!" Somehting came up from the ground, which turned out to be glass, and attacked Yamamoto. When he fell, Yamamoto broke the glass he was on and fell into a hole. "Welcome!" They all immediately ran to the hole and looke down in it.

"Tsuna's memory was right after all." Reborn said, the other just looked at him. "The garden zoo has been buried by the mudslide.

"Yamamoto-san! There's something on your right, look out!" Shobu yelled.

"What's that!" Tsuna yelled.

"We were separated so that we won't be able to help him." Reborn said calmly.

"Yamamoto, be carful down there!" Tsuna yelled inside the hole. "There's a beast or something in the shadows!"

"Welcome, Yamamoto Takeshi." The 'beast' said. "Kakipii's asleep, you know. I've got no orders and nothing to do, so I'm really bored. Then, here comes my prey all by himself. That makes me..." The 'beast' came out to show a human. "Super happy." The other were shocked to see that the beast that they were afraid of was a human, from Kokuyo none the less. "Are those guys above your friends? Just wait patiently there. You'll be next to die."

"Hahaha! Hey, you. You're quite skillful despite your appearance, aren't you? Those zombie dog puppets earlier were damn real!" Yamamoto said. He then looked up and looked at Shobu. "By the way, thanks for the help earlier, Shobu!"

"Um...Sure..." He said with a sweat-drop. 'I don't know whether to be amazed or dumbfounded at his...stupidity...' Shobu thought.

"...Is this guy for real...? Well, doesn't matter..." Ken said as he got ready to attack. "Alrighty then..." He rushed at Yamamoto, who just dodged. As he kept running, the blond put Somehting in his mouth and ended up bouncing off the wall. He landed on the ceiling and jumped from it, straight at Yamamoto. "Fweeeeding time!" He yelled as he reache Yamamoto. He got his bat out and blocked, but when it transformed, Ken bit it hard enough to break it.

"Yamamoto's bat was-!"

All Ken did was jump back and continued to talk. "The next thing I gouge out will be your neck, byon."

'Whatever he put in his mouth gave him those unnatural abilities...But, what was it?' Shobu thought. "Yamamoto-san, whatever he puts in his mouth is what's giving him those strange abilities! Try and make sure he doesn't put those things in his mouth!" Shobu yelled in the hole.

"Huh? Really?"

"He's right. You know how you can change game cartridges to play diffrent games?" He pulled out three diffrent sets of face teeth. "This is the same thing."

"Teeth?"

"When I change the cartridge..." He pulled out the one he had and replaced it with another one. "I can adopt the abilities of various animals." When the teeth were placed on his, a small picture of a gorilla head appeared on his cheek. He started to get bigger and hairier too. "Kong Channel!"

"That's a GG gorilla, subspecies of the orangutan, of the primate order." Bianchi said as she watched the transformation finish.

"Whoa. That's cool. Is that the newest type of doping?" Yamamoto asked.

"Whatnim sayin' is." He grabbed Yamamoto by the arms and lifted him up. "That's not it!" He threw Yamamoto, making him hit the wall.

"Damn it! It's going dark down there! I can't make out anything!" Gokudera yelled. Yamamoto stopped and saw that he got a small injury on his arm.

"Come on. Come on. Don't be takin' a break now~~. No matter where you run, I'll find you in an instant. The scent of those dogs' blood is all over you. When I'm in my Wolf Channel... I can sniff you out right away!" He yelled as he took a slash at Yamamoto, who barely dodged it.

"This is bad." Shobu said. Gokudera was about to light the place up with his dynamite, but was stopped by Reborn who said that it might collapse and bury Yamamoto alive. "This is getting worse and worse by the minute. Without his bat, all he can do is dodge and defend. What is he suppose to do?"

'Hehehe~~~ Why don't you go and help him?' Shobu's eyes widened in shock. 'You get to fight again. I know how you love to fight...Fumei-aniki.'

Shobu grabbed his head in pain, but quickly calmed himself down. 'Damn it. When and why did he come back?' He looked back down in the hole and saw that Tsuna was now down there. '...Why Reborn-san?...Just why?' He thought with a sweat-drop.

"Tsuna!"

"Eh? Whozzat? Some small fry friend of yours?" Ken asked, looking at the fallen boy. "Okay, then. While you run, Yamamoto, I'll hunt down this rabbit first~~~" Just as he was about to get to Tsuna, a rock came flying his way and his his arm. "What?"

"You were fighting me, weren't you?" Yamamoto said, standing there, tossing a rock in the air and smiling. "C'mon. If I get you with this, it's game and set." He said with a grin.

"Ohhhhh~~ It's challenge mode now, eh?" He turned and was now facing Yamamoto. "This looks interesting. Then, let me show you my serious mode too." He switched the teeth out again. "Cheetah Channel!" He said as he ran towards the other boy. As he got to him, he bit down onto Yamamoto's arm.

"I've got you... In the same boat now!" Yamamoto said as he slammed the hilt of his katana into Ken's face.

"I'm sorry Yamamoto! It's all my fault. Your arm was... What about baseball!? What about the tournament!?" Tsuna said.

"Hey, hey, give me a break, Tsuna. Didn't I say this before?" He said, turning to face his friend. "The person who would treat baseball as something more important than friends is no more, after that dive from the rooftop you did." He then just continued to say that it was just a minor injury.

After a few minutes of helping bandage up Yamamoto, getting a new bat and talking, they found out more about Mukuro...Oh yeah, and Ken was playing dead, so Bianchi threw a boulder onto of his head.

"Mukuro-sama."

"Oya? You've awakened? The sixth and fourth ranked prey provided to be quiet troublesome, hm? Chikusa." Mukuro said, looking at his subordinate.

"I met the Vongola boss."

"So it seems. He's come with his friends to play. They defeated Ken." He said. Hearing this, Chikusa started to get up. "Please don't panic. Our reinforcements have arrived, after all."

"What a blunt fella, as always. To think we've been cell mates for such a long time." He turned and saw a group of people standing there.

"Chikusa, you should rest well for a bit. We'll leave the Vongola's neck to these people. Kufufufufufu."

As they continued to walk, Tsuna noticed that Shobu was more quiet than usual and started to get worried.

"Shobu-kun, are you alright?" He asked, snapping the younger one out of his thoughts.

"Huh? Oh. Yeah. I was just thinking is all." He said with a smile.

"What were you thinking about?"

"Nothing much. Just some stuff that poped into my head randomly." Reborn narrowed his eyes a little at hearing this. Suddenly, Shobu just stopped and stayed in one spot. He closed his eyes.

"Shobu-ku-?"

"Tsuna-san, look out!" Shobu yelled, pushing the brunette out of the way from getting his head smashed by a mace. Getting up, Shobu faced the direction it came from. "Show yourself."

"Gegege. You're pretty good. You found where the attack was coming from and reacted quickly. This just might be fun after all." When the person came into full view they saw that it was a boy, no older than Bianchi. He was wearing a Kokuyo uniform with boots on his feet. He has straight, light blue hair that went to his ears, dark blue eyes and very sharp teeth. They saw that he had tattoos of gills on the side of his neck. "Name's Same. It's nice to meet you." He said with a grin.

'What's with this guy's teeth!?' Tsuna thought.

"So which one of you will be my opponent?" He asked, getting his mace back.

"I will be your opponent, Same-san." Shobu said, stepping up.

"Are you sure, Shobu? We still have energy to fight." Yamamoto said.

"I am. I came here to help you guys fight. I won't back down, especially to someone who has attacked the people I care about." He said with a look of determination in his eyes.

'This isn't the Shobu-kun we first met. The old one wouldn't even have come, but this one...He's ready to fight...If he can fight, then maybe I should too.' Tsuna thought.

"Are we gonna start or what?" Same said, looking bored.

"I'm sorry to keep you waiting. Let's start." Shobu said, getting a hold of the pole and a seperate chain in his hands.

'Oh~~~~ Scary~~~ Haven't seen that look in years. Does this mean that I can play?'

'No. I'm never letting you out again.'

'Hmph. Fine. Meanie.'

"Hm? That's strange. Aren't chigiriki suppose to be used so that you get to use the pole and chain? Why would you have a seperate chain?" Same asked, looking confused. "Whatever, it'll just make it more fun for me!" He yelled as he rushed at Shobu. Seeing this coming, Shobu put the end of the pole to his mouth and blew from it. When he did, a chain link was shot out of it and was headed straight from Same. He just moved out of the way. "Well that's interesting! What else can it do?" He raised the mace over his head and brought it down to be met with the pole. Using the chain, Shobu wrapped it around his arm and sent a punch at the other boy. He pushed Shobu away, but as he backed up he was shot in the arm by another link that was sent his way. He looked and saw that now it was a whole linked chain headed his way. "Crap!" He barely dodged it by moving to the right. When he looked up, he saw that the chain went right through a tree. "I was right! This is fun! Come on! More, more, more! Show me more!" He yelled as he charged again.

'It's only the beginning, but this is intense.' Tsuna thought as he watched them clash again.

"What do you say we move this fight into the forest?" Same asked, looking for an answer.

"If that's what you want." Shobu answered.

"What is he doing!? He falling into the enemies trap!" Gokudera yelled.

"Just calm down, Gokudera. He knows what he's doing." Reborn said, whatching them leave. "If you don't believe me, go and see for yourself." They just looked at each other and nodded. They all ran into the trees.

When they got there, they saw them clashing again. Same jumped into the trees and started moving around while they were only able to see flashes of him. They heard his laughing and tried to find where he was, but couldn't get the right place. Suddenly, Shobu started running towards Tsuna and looked ready to attack.

"Hiiiiieeeee! Shobu-kun!?" He yelled as he ducked. Just as Shobu got to him, he swung the pole which clashed with Same and his mace. "What!?"

"I told you that I was your opponent." Shobu said with dead eyes. "Why are you attacking them?"

"Gegege! I just wanted to know what you would do, is all!" He then jumped out of the way from a chain that was about to hit him. "Well that's new. When did you have kunai with you?" True to what he said, the chain that Shobu just used had kunai hanging off of it.

It was now a pattern, Same jumped into the trees and Shobu threw chains, with kunai on them. The others noticed that there was a lot of chains hanging from the trees and on the floor with the kunai attached to them. They pushed each other back and Shobu swung the end of the pole which launched the chain at the other boy. He dodged, grabbed the chain and reeled Shobu in.

"I've got you now!" He yelled as he swung his own weapon at the in coming boy. Said boy just pulled the pole, pulling the chain with it, making Same lose his balance and fall to the ground. Shobu used his speed and slammed the end of the pole into Same's stomach. He coughed up some blood, but was grinning. "This is exciting, isn't it?" He asked with a crazed smile. "I know what you're doing. You really do enjoy this, but you're closing yourself off so you don't go wild." Shobu just narrowed his eyes and pushed the pole on more. "You know it's true. You don't want to lose yourself in a fight, so you either try and end it quickly or close yourself off." He grabbed the pole and moved it to and jumped back. "Unlike you, I don't care if I rampage! This is the end!" He yelled as he rushed at Shobu yet again and was about to hit him. Shobu just looked up and pulled on the end of a chain slightly. The next thing Same knew, he was trapped in between chains and couldn't move. The chains were all stuck and wouldn't budge from the trees that they were on. Sections of the chain had kunai hanging off of them. "What is this!? How did you do this!?"

"Do you like music?" Shobu asked. This got confused looks from all of them.

"What!?"

"Do you like music?" He repeated with no emotion in his voice or on his face.

"What a stupid question. Everyone likes music." Same answered, still not getting the point of the question.

'What is he doing?' Tsuna thought. He then turned to Reborn. "Why would he ask that right now?"

"Because it's coming." Was all he said. They all looked at him confused. "I have heard of this technique and have wanted to see it for myself, but never got the chance. You should all pay close attention. It's a rare treat to see it." Doing as they were told, they all turned back to see what was going to happen.

"Gegege...GAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Maybe you haven't fully closed yourself off! You don't want to kill me, huh!?" Same said.

"This shall be your funeral song. I do hope you enjoy." He pulled the chain which made the rest of the chain, on the trees, start to move, the kunai moving with it. The chains started to wrap around Same and the kunai were cutting into his skin and he still couldn't move. "Chain Requiem: 1000 Blade Chaos."

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" As they chains closed in on him, they made a cocoon around him and his blood was splattered all over the place.

"The final song. Imprisonment." As the last of the chain wrapped around the cocoon, the pole came flying through the cocoon and was stuck in it. As he walked up to the cocoon, his eyes started to look more alive and he started to fall backwards. Before he could hit the ground, he felt three pairs of arms catch him. He looked up to see Tsuna, Yamamoto and Gokudera looking down at him. "Thank you." He said as they set him down.

"That was amazing, Shobu-kun! I didn't know you could do that!" Tsuna exclaimed.

"Do what?" Shobu asked, looking confused.

"You used your famous technique on your opponent." Reborn said, coming next to Shobu. "I will say that it was quite an honor to see it first hand." Shobu just looked like he was about to cry.

"Shobu-kun? What's wrong?" Tsuna asked.

"I h-hate when I-I use it." He said as he start to cry a little. "I-it k-k-kills people. I d-don't want to k-kill people." He said as he wiped away his tears.

"That may be true, but then why did you come?" Reborn said, looking serious. "You knew that you would have to fight, so why would you come with us?"

"Well...I knew I would fight, but I never wanted to kill someone." He said. Bianchi walked up to the cocoon and took the pole out. When she did, the whole thing came undone and they saw Same fall to the ground.

"You didn't kill him." She said, looking at his chest. "You missed any vital spots and the pole got his side. He's still alive." Shobu just looked up and saw that it was true.

"I guess your will to not kill was stong enough to stop you before you used the attack." Reborn said.

"I'm so glad." Shobu said, looking down.

"Gegege. That was a good fight, kid." Same said, turning his head to them. "I haven't had a fight like that in a long time. It was shorter then I would like, but still a good fight." He said with a grin.

"Same-san."

"Don't worry. I won't fight ya. Let me just give you some advice. Mukuro is powerful, all of you could take him on at once and still not manage to get a scratch on him." Same said before passing out again.

"We should get going."

"We've been walking quite awhile. Can...can we take a little break?" Tsuna asked.

"Let's use this opportunity to eat then, 10th." Gokudera said.

"That's true. I'm getting hungry too." Yamamoto said.

"That was a rhyme in such good time. Hey, maybe I'm a poet and I didn't know it." Shobu said randomly. The others just looked at him confused. "Hehehe. Sorry, just slipped out."

'Hahahaha! You should have seen the look on their faces!'

'I did. Why'd you do that?'

'Because. You didn't let me play with that fish guy.'

'I'm ending this conversation.'

'Meanie.'

"How about over there?" They went over to go and sit down at some tables.

"Hey, Reborn. How did you know about Shobu-kun's attack?" Tsuna asked, looking at the baby. "And how is it famous?"

"...It's famous among the mafia." Reborn said. He then looked at Shobu. "Would you like to tell them, or would you prefer I tell them?" The kid just looked down with a sad look. "Very well. Shobu and his sibling have been keeping a secret from all of you. He and the other two were once a part of the mafia." The other were shocked at hearing this.

"is that true, Shobu?" Yamamoto asked.

"...Yes. It was a long time ago...I don't even remember what Family we were in. I remember that they were destroyed though." The kid said, not looking away from the ground. "After a year, we moved to Namimori. When we entered your class is the first day we got there. I'm sorry for not telling you." He started to get tears in his eyes. He suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder, he looked up to see that they were all looking at him.

"It's fine. We're just glad that you told us." Tsuna said. "That doesn't change who you and your siblings are."

"...Thank you." He said with a smile and wiped away his tears.

"Since that's done, allow me to distribute the sushi and tea." Yamamoto said.

"Get out of my way, Yamamoto Takeshi." Bianchi said, pushing Yamamoto aside. "Here, Tsuna, your cold bugs soup." She said, holding up a glass of...bugs in a cup. "It's cold and refreshing, better then sushi." Suddenly, the liquid (?) started to bubble and it ended up exploding. All the other food started to explode as well.

'What's that sound?... Music?' Shobu turned to try and find it, but also had to duck before he got hit with exploding food. That's when Gokudera found out where it was and threw bombs at a building.

"What lame weapons. I wonder how a bunch of guys like you managed to get both Kakipii and Ken." They saw a red headed girl in a female Kokuyo land uniform with a clarinet in her grasp

'A clarinet? What a dull instrument.'

'Didn't I end this link!?'

'Fine. Be that way. By the way, you should duck.'

Shobu looked to see what he meant and barely had time to dodge more explosing food. 'That idiot almost got me killed!'

"Hey, you. You're wrong." Bianchi said as she got in front of the table. "Money isn't the most important thing. Love is."

'...What did I miss?'

Bianchi then went on to explain that the weapon the girl, M.M., was using is like a microwave in that it vibrates the atoms of anything that gets hit by the attack, making it explode.

"If humans were to bask in the sound wave, they would also boil with a boom! AHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

"I've allowed your impertinent talk. Time for action." She pulled out two big plates of poison cooking. "Poison Cooking Large Scale Buffet! All you can eat!"

"All right. Bring it on, you annoying person. I'm going to microwave your brain matter up!" She put the instrument in her mouth at let out a sound wave. "Burning Vibrato!" The attack just hit the food and Bianchi continued on with her assault.

"This is for you! Shortcake!" They were all surprised when they saw her clarinet spilt apart and she ended up smacking Bianchi to the ground.

"This is bad!" Tsuna exclaimed. Yamamoto was about to go out and help, but was stopped by Gokudera.

"Let's watch your brain matter boil!" She was about to unleash her attack when she put her lips to the weapon, it had turned into poison cooking.

"Thousand Poisonous Flowers!" She then ran back to the group to...check and see if Reborn hadn't woken up. "Love conquers all, eh?"

'Bianchi is really frightening.'

"Just what we expected."

"It's actually good that you defeated that greedy little M.M. girl." They turned and saw and old man holding up a laptop with videos of Haru and Kyoko on them. "You're friends are my next targets."

Monkey: And there was chapter 10. I honestly didn't mean to put that voice in, it just kinda came out that way, it was suppose to come later on in the series, but oh well.

Reborn: Why did you tell them that?

Monkey: Because I'm tired and don't know half the stuff I'm typing.

Reborn: Not a good enough answer.

Monkey: *yawns* I don't care at the moment. Please remember to review and have a good sleep.
