Bonjour! I hope you like this chapter!

It was early morning when the group stopped at Fort Dawnguard. Telind, Isran and Ladia watched Dexion quietly while Serana paced back. Dexon stepped into the light streaming from the dome and he opened the scroll.

"I see a vision before me, an image of a great bow. I know this weapon! It is Auriel's Bow! Now a voice whispers, saying "The night's children, a dread lord will rise." In an age of strife, when dragons return to the realm of men, darkness will mingle with light and the night and day will become as one.

The voice fades and the words shimmer and distort. But wait, there is more here. The secret of the bow's power is written elsewhere. I think there is more to the prophecy, recorded in other scrolls. Yes, I see then now... one contains the ancient secrets of the dragons, and the other speaks of the potency of ancient blood.

My vision darkens and I see no more." Dexion looked up, wearily,

"To know the complete prophecy, we must have the other two scrolls. I...I need to rest." He said slowly.

"Of course." Isran said, leading the old man upstairs.

Serana turned to Telind and Ladia,

"I might know were the blood one is, but the dragon one..." Serana said.

"I know were the dragon one is." Ladia said

"You and Lorundil can get the dragon one and I'll get the blood one." Serana decided.

"I can get the dragon one alone." Ladia protested.

"I can't have Lorundil with me." Serana said.

"I'll choose who I go with." Telind said, glaring at both of them.

"Well, I need to go to the Soul Carin and I'd have to turn you into a vampire." Serana explained.

"Then, I'll go with Ladia." Telind said.

Ladia glared at Serana and grabbed her bag,

"Well, then we're off to Windhelm."

"Windhelm?!" Telind said, shocked.

"Yes, come on." Ladia said.

One Day later...

Telind and Ladia were walking up the large bridge stretching across the White River. Telind didn't enjoy coming back to Windhelm. He kept his hood over his face and noticed Ladia doing the same. He followed Ladia into the Palace of the Kings. She glanced around and ducked into a small, dark hall. She walked up the hall and crepted into a room. The room had weapons hanging from the walls and glass cases holding even more daggers, swords, and bows. Ladia went to one of the cases and pulled out an Elder Scroll and she placed it into her bag.

"Let's go." She said, shakily.

Telind nodded, and they snuck into the hall again. They were almost out of the hall went Ladia rammed into a large man. He was tall, large and had gray hair pulled into a ponytail. His face was hard and a frown played his lips. Ladia tried to hide behind Telind but the man bellowed in rage,

"Ladia! What in the world are you doing here! And with an elf!" He roared.

Ladia cringed and looked more scared then he had ever seen her before.

"Father, this is Lorundil and he's a... a friend." She said.

"Two years! Two! Your mother and I were sick with worry! You must come back to the court! Your marriage with Alusan will be as soon as possible!" He yelled.

"Marriage?" Telind said, turning to Ladia.

"I'm getting your mother! Guards! Make sure Ladia and her 'friend' don't escape." The man said as he stomped off.

Telind leaned against the wall and stared at Ladia, silently demanding an explanation.

"That's my father and… and I'll explain if you explain." Ladia said, crossing her arms stubbornly.

"What do you mean explain?" Telind asked, a feeling of dread filled his body.

"You're not a High Elf are you. I'm the daughter of Ulfric Stormcloak and destined for the throne. Now, your turn." She said.

"You're right, I'm not a High-" Telind was interrupted by a small woman.

The woman came running in and hugged Ladia. She had short auburn curls and pale skin. Her brown eyes glimmered with tears.

"Ladia!" The woman sobbed, hugging Ladia tightly.

"River Song." Ulfric said placing his hand on her small shoulder.

The woman wiped away her tears and stepped back from her daughter.

"Everyone, come with me." Ulfric said walking out of the hall.

They all followed Ulfric into the war room and they gathered around the table.

"First things first who are you?" Ulfric asked turning towards Telind.

"My name is Lorundil and I use to live in this city before I left to join the Dawnguard and met your daughter." Telind said, standing a bit taller.

"High Elf." Ulfric grumbled.

"Father, he's my friend." Ladia said, glaring at him.

"Ulfric, I need to speak to you for a minute." River Song said pulling her husband out to the great hall.

Ladia and Telind looked at each other and Ladia gave a half hearted smile.

"I'm sorry I didn't tell you." She said.

"It's fine." Telind said.

"No, it's not. I shouldn't have lied and I am really sorry." She said.

Telind sighed,

"It's all right."

Ladia set the scroll on the table and looked towards the door. Telind thought about everything. Ladia was the heir to the Skyrim throne and she gave that up to go adventuring. She was crazy. His thoughts were broken by the door being slammed open and a man came storming in. He was an Imperial with dark eyes and brown hair clipped short. He run up to Ladia and hugged her.

"Ladia were have you been?!" He asked.

"Alusan," Ladia said. "I've been away with the Dawnguard."

"But our wedding…" Alusan started.

"No, I don't love you and as future queen I will not marry you." Ladia said pushing away from him.

Alusan looked stunned.

"Ladia-"
