An Update? No way! SURPRISE! Yes it is.
Sorry its been so long. I am trying to get back into writing and finishing this story before my life get hectic in college. I leave in 2 1/2 months. Yikes! Scary!
My goal is to have a new update at least once every 2 weeks, but don't hold me to it! Life gets so busy its ridiculious.
Anyways this isn't a very long chapter, and just wanted to get this up ASAP. On to the story! XOXO
"You shouldn't have done that Shane." Mitchie said looking up into his eyes breathless.
Without breaking their gaze he replied, "I wanted too."
"Yeah." her voice almost a whisper before she launched herself up wrapping her arms around his shoulders, kissing him square on the mouth.
The kiss was intense, and passionate, something that was long overdue. The longing they each had for each other shown in one intimate act. Slowly they pulled apart as air became a necessity, their foreheads touching as he pushed back a stray hair of hers. "I thought you were supposed to be the big finale." He spoke looking her in the eyes.
"Letting out a huge sigh her chest rose and fell before she responded, "I was." her gaze falling from his while she fixed the tie on his shirt, "Some things are just more important."
Shane pressed his lips together tightly before reaching up to her chin in order to look her in the eyes, "I understand that, but right now I need you to go back in there and give the performance of your life." Shane could see she was going to protest and responded, "No. This can wait. We leave tomorrow morning and I have no plans of going anywhere that doesn't involve you. We can talk then, but right now you owe it to everyone in there, all your friends and fans who have been there to support you. This year has been tough and I understand that but this is a great opportunity. Please just do that for me."
Her response was immediate, "Okay."
The applause from the crowd was deafening, as she walked back up onto the stage. Palms sweaty, heart beating like a hummingbirds wings she took in a big breath and stated singing.

"Breaking news ladies and gentlemen. Police are searching for the private plane owned by John Cena, Eva Torres, and Dave Batista more commonly known as being WWE wrestlers. The three were returning home from an overseas trip with their girl partners- Nikki Bella, Randy Orton, and Brie Bella. The plane went down just before arrival, authorities are looking for the group but it doesn't look good. Our prayers go out to their families.

I couldn't help but roll my eyes. "Shane doesn't want you! Get that through your head."
"Then why did he kiss me?" She smirked.
"Sure. And I'm sure you're going to tell me that you slept with him next. That I should expect to see you every year around christmas time? You know cause theres bound to be a baby on the way. I mean isn't this how all of these rumors and lies get started anyway." I smirked at her shocked expression.

"The aircraft that went down with WWE superstars was found early monday morning. Rescuers said the site was a complete wreck. All passangers were found and are now in critical condition. Families have been notified and are currently in the hospital with their loved ones."
It's funny how some distance makes everything seem small

For some reason this performance felt different. It wasn't me trying to be something I wasn't. I was me. This is real, this is me, I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. Those lyrics held so much importance to me, especially now.

I looked over at Shane only to see him smiling at me and then I knew everything was going to be okay.
"That was amazing!"
"How could you have hid that from us?"
"Great job, Poppit!"
"Way to go Mitchie!"
THe congradualations from everyone were all mushed together and left Mitchie in a haze. As the group continued to talk she just to them all with a smile on her face. Plastered on or not, she didn't know. All she knew was she had to find Shane. Soon.
"Hey... I'm really tired guys. Do you think we could continue this tomorrow?" she asked in an attempt to get rid of them.
With a knowing look they all nodded their heads letting out a 'yeah.'
Turning to head to her cabin she waved back at the group who all had the biggest grins on their faces.
After looking around the camp for nearly
10 minutes mitchie gave up and went to her cabin. She had already gone to Shanes, the guitar class, the kitchen, Nate and Jase's cabin, and back to Shane's and nothing.
Slightly upset she sat down on her bed grabbing her notebook and began writing down lyrics when a tone came to her head. Picking up her guitar she began strumming a slow acoustic beat,

"You really didn't think I was just going to leave right?" I whipped around to face the front door. Only to see Shane leaning up on the cabin wall.
I couldnt form any words so I just shook my head.
"And its not like you intentiaonally broke my heart. If anything those first few months you saved mine."
And with that Shane walked over to me shutting the door behind him in the process. He said down next to me on the bed pulling the blanket up over the two of us. His arms wrapped around me, before placing a kiss on my lips without saying a word as we both fell into a peacful sleep for the first time in a long time.

How many of you heard Demi's Cool for The Summer? What do you think? It seems more sexual to me, I don't know if it will work this time (like with Who's That Boy). Its okay in my opinion but maybe it will jsut take getting used to!

Was it worth the wait? You all got a little more insight in what happened in Mitchies past. And part of the reason she went all Bitchie Mitchie. Hopefully it makes enough sense and gets your mind thinking about some other things.
