"Rin, I'm sorry that I didn't call you."

Rin smiled and pushed at Sesshomaru chest to push him down on the bed.

"Make love to me Sesshomaru."

Sesshomaru smirked before leaning forward to kiss Rin.

Beep, beep, beep.

Sesshomaru leaned over and smacked his alarm off of the stool. He sat up and ran his fingers through his hair. He was upset because he wanted his dream to be real. Rin has been in town for two week know and he has yet to work up the courage to talk to her. He was acting like a pussy.

Sesshomaru got up and went to go take along cold shower. He couldn't get Rin off his mind since he saw he. He had to go and talk to her but he couldn't find the balls to do so.

"But I don't wanna go!" Kentaro screamed as Kagome tried to drop him off at his daycare. He couldn't spend a lot of time down at the office. He was too much of an distraction.

"But your cousin Kai is going to be there and you will have so much fun." Kagome said as she tried to plead with her nephew.

"I don't want you to leave me mommy!"

Kagome eyes widen before she picked up Kentaro.

"Can you please do it for mommy than?" Kagome asked as she walked towards the daycare. Kentaro nodded his head before kissing and Kagome on the cheek. When Kagome got him settled into the daycare she walked to her car and sat down for a few minutes.

She would kill to be in Kikyou spot to be Kentaro birth mother. But Kikyou never was around her on son. The first day of his life Kikyou was crazy about him and didn't want to let him go, then after that she was done with him. Ever since the second day of Kentaro life Kagome has played the mommy role. It didn't help her feeling's but her nephew was more important than her own feeling's.

Inutaisho was sitting down on Rin's couch holding his grandson on his lap.

"I must say Rin, I was fore sure that he would look like a spitting image of my family, I thought we always had stronger genes."

Rin smiled and sat across from them.

"Have you told Sesshomaru yet?"

"No, I thought he wanted nothing to do with me because he hasn't reached out to me since I was left. So my plan was to never come back, but it felt as if an magnetic force was pulling me to him. I miss him and I wish we can have a perfect relationship that I see on the movies our the one's I read in books."

Inutaisho frowned before putting his nephew on the floor and leaning over to rub Rin's shoulder.

"How about you come over and talk to him? He is over all the time."

Rin looked down at her hands before she rubbed them together.

"I am not ready to see him. I look a mess." Rin said as she sat next to Inutaisho.

"Rin...How about you give me Kai this weekend and have some fun with your friends. I will already have Kentaro this weekend so one more wouldn't hurt me.

Rin nodded her head before she picked up her phone to text Kagome to tell her how they needed to go shopping.

After Inutaisho left and Kai was fast asleep in his bed, Rin was relaxing on the couch watching a reality TV show that had to much drama in it. Rin sipped on her water before she felt her mating mark start tingle. She felt this when Kagome picked her up at the airport. It never did brother her before only sometimes.

Rin got up and tightened her robe that she put on after her and Kai bath earlier before she walked over to the kitchen. Halfway over to the kitchen there was knock at her door. Rin frowned before looking at her phone to see the time. Not that many people new that she was back in town so she wondered who it could be.

Rin looked through the pep hole to see he mate looking down at the ground. Rin held her breath and looked down at her robe. She frowned and ran her fingers through her wet hair trying to fix herself up before her mate could see her. Rin new it was a waste of time to try fix her self up and decided to open up the door.

"Hey Sesshomaru." Rin said looking her mate in the eye.

Sesshomaru had gotten taller since the last time she seen him. Rin on the other hand grew a couple inches but was still very short. Sesshomaru was still as handsome and was still very proper.

Sesshomaru looked down at the outfit that Rin answered the door in. He inhaled her scent and felt like was at home.

"Rin, is it true?"

Rin looked down at her hands already knowing what question he was asking.

"He is in the back already sleeping and his name is Kai."

Sesshomaru looked at Rin with wide eyes. He couldn't belie that Rin had another partner.

"Who is father?"

Rin looked up at Sesshomaru with her mouth opened slightly.

"Your the father, how could you think someone else was?"

Sesshomaru immediately felt like an ass when he saw the look on Rin's face.

"But, you said you took a pregnancy test and it came out negative and I you don't smell like you were pregnant."

"I can't give you an explanation for why you couldn't smell me being pregnant but the reason it said negative for the pregnancy test is because it was a human test. I needed to get the special one for demon baby's."

Sesshomaru nodded his head and walked pass Rin to go into her home. It smelt of her and his son.

"What is his name?"

"Kai."

"Did you give him my last name?"

"Yes."

Sesshomaru walked to the back room where he belived his son room would be. He felt Rin walking directly behind his gripping the back of his shirt. When he walked up to the bed he saw his son sleeping on his side. He was right, Kai was a spitting image of Rin. He also had no ears like Inuyasha, that confused him.

"Is he not a half breed?"

"Sesshomaru, it's hard to explain, but I have a gene in my body to be able to carry full blooded demons."

Sesshomaru looked down at Rin and was instantly upset with himself. He wish he was there when

Rin was large and pregnant. He wished he was there when Rin went into labor our when Kai said his first word our took his first step.

"Rin, I've been such of an disgrace as a mate. I took a big step when I wasn't ready

and then forced you to go through this alone. I apologize, can you ever find it in your heart to forgive me?"

Rin looked up at Sesshomaru and whipped the tears that were falling from her eyes.

"I will forgive you Sesshomaru, but only under one condition."

Sesshomaru looked at Rin with hopeful eyes and nodded his head eagerly.

"Promice me that you will never treat me the way you did, promice me you will be the loving mate the way you father is. Promise me that you will be my Sesshomaru forever."

"Forever Rin." Sesshomaru vowed as he walked forward and rapped his arm's around Rin completely.

"I am going to marry you, buy you a big house and give you as many kids as you want. I will make sure I take you out at least five times a week and I will always have time for you. If a women ever comes and try to seduce me, you will have no worries because I already have the best. If you ever become ill, I will be there to make sure you get better. Rin, just let me show you."

Rin hugged Sesshomaru tightly and whipped her tears on his shirt.

"OK, I will give you chance. But don't let me regret it."

Sesshomaru looked over at his son and then back down to Rin. He wouldn't ruin it this time.

Sesshomaru walked into the office with a smile for the first time in his life. When he caught his reflection in a mirror he quickly let his smile drop. When Sesshomaru saw his brother he eagerly walked into his office.

"I got her back."

Inuyasha looked at Sesshomaru and smiled.

"That's good. Since when?"

"Last night."

Inuyasha nodded his head but before he was able to respond Sesshomaru interrupted.

"Did you know that I have a son? His name is Kai. He looks just like Rin. This morning when he saw me he immediately new that I was his father. He ran up to and sniffed me repeatedly. Then after breakfast, I wanted him to show me his fighting abilities. He is very strong." Sesshomaru said as he left Inuyasha office to go to his own.

Kagome sat at her desk looking up at Inuyasha occasionally. She was lost in thought. Every now and then Kentaro would call Kagome mom and she thought it was by mistake. But know she knew that he wanted her to be his mother. The first two days of his life was the longest Kentaro ever spent with his mother. She wouldn't let him out of her sight. Then on the third day of his life it was as if she was just done of him already. She then from there on ignored him and Kagome came behind her and acted as his mother. Kagome knew it was pathetic that she acted as his mother, but it made her fill better at the end of the day.

Kagome got out her seat and went over to see her mate. He was concentrating on work and didn't notice her when she walked.

"Hey Inu."

Inuyasha looked up at Kagome and smiled. "Hey baby."

Kagome frowned but walked behind Inuyasha chair and started to rub his shoulders.

"I've been thinking."

"About what?" Inuyasha asked as he rubbed Kagome hand slightly scratching her with his claws.

"Its about Kentaro and Kikyou. You need to tell her she needs to be hear more for him. He called me his mom again."

"Kagome, I don't understand what you don't understand. Kikyou don't want him. She has bigger and better thing's to do than to watch after him. She said it herself. She got pregnant on purpose to get me away from you and in the end she doesn't even want him."

Kagome looked down at Inuyasha ear's before she gripped them slightly harder than she usually does. She started to massage them roughly, the way Inuyasha likes it. Inuyasha lowly moaned and closed his eyes. Kagome smirked and continued to rub them.

Kagome leaned down to Inuyasha ear and whispered, "seems like somebody is getting excited."

Inuyasha shut his eyes tightly before yanking Kagome into his lap and kissing her with a lot of passion. Kagome rapped her hands around Inuyasha neck and tilted her head to the side to deepen the kiss.

"Kagome, please. Just move in. I love you, Kentaro loves you. Please, let me show you how much I changed. Let me show you how much of a better mate I can be for you."

Kagome caressed Inuyasha face before she leaned in and pecked him on the lips.

"I have to go finish my work seeing that my asshole boss gave me to much work. I'll see you tonight."

Inuyasha watched Kagome leave and smiled when he realized that she was coming over tonight.

Rin walked into the Tashio building around two thirty in the afternoon to visit Sesshomaru for lunch.

"Hey Sesshomaru, I thought that we could have lunch together." Rin said as she walked into Sesshomaru office. Sesshomaru looked up and smiled.

"Come in Mate. How was your day? Where is Kai? Did you call the moving truck? Are you coming over tonight?"

Rin giggled before leaning over to kiss Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru pulled Rin to his lap so he can kiss her longer.

"I missed you today mate."

"You were with me this morning. And to answer your questions my day has been good, Kai is with your mother and father. I did not call the moving truck and I will love to come over for dinner. I was thinking of something."

"What is it my love?"

"How about I stay in my house and you move in. I know that you are a Tashio and have a lot of money but there are only three of us. Why not move to a bigger house when we need the room. I don't want to lose Kai in the big house."

Sesshomaru kissed Rin's mating mark.

"Your wish is my command. Anything thing else?"

" Yes! I want a diamond." Rin said as she giggled.

"My mate demands a diamond? How big of a diamond?" Sesshomaru asked as he gripped Rin's curvy side and started to rub it.

"I was just kidding Sesshomaru. How about we go on a first date before we talk about diamonds and moving in with each other."

Sesshomaru put his nose into Rin's neck and nipped at it.

"Mate." Sesshomaru whined like a young pup. Rin smiled before she pshed Sesshomaru hands off her stomach.

"Stop Sesshomaru, can't you see that your mate is fat?"

Sesshomaru frowned before rapping his arms around Rin's stomach.

"You are perfect for me. You grew into the perfect lady. You have perfect birthing hips. You have fulled out into a perfect figure. Don't ever think that you aren't good enough for me. If anything, I am not good enough for you."

Rin laid her head on Sesshomaru chest.

"Fine, I will come live with you for the next two weeks. If I don't like your house we will move into mine. If I do like your house I will still like it if we kept mine. It's just so homey."

Sesshomaru smiled before he rubbed Rin's thigh and leaned over to get the food.

"Let's eat mate."

So, I am heka late with this update, but I have a reason. I have been so busy lately. Also R&R please. I also am working on a new story called Temptations. Look out for it in the near future.
