-2 Weeks Later-
Naruto opened his eyes to find there was a ceiling above him and he was in his hotel room. Naruto turned during his examination to find Sasuke out cold sporting a damp rag on his forehead signifying the Uchiha had a fever. Naruto in his contemplation of how they got there heard the mechanism in the door handle.
Realizing some unknown person was trying to enter the room Naruto instinctively unsealed a kunai from a seal on his wrist. Though just before Naruto went to throw the knife Sai entered the room holding a bowl filled with water.
Sai noticing a glint of light looked up prepared to kill a possible intruder. Only to find Naruto holding a kunai in a throwing position. Both seeing it was a false alarm relax. Sai went over to Sasuke's bed and removed the rag. Dipping it in the water Sai glanced at Naruto, "I see your finally awake. That's good to see."
"How long was I out for?" Naruto looked at Sai waiting for an answer. Sai squeezed out the excess water and refolded the rag before placing it back on Sasuke's head.
"2 weeks going on three." Naruto all of a sudden realized Sai didn't look the same. Nor did he have any bandages over his injuries.
"Wait a minute," Naruto brandished his kunai menacingly. "You were gravely injured. How come you don't have any injuries and how can you even stand?"
"I can answer that Naruto." Naruto turned around to find Keyomi looking out the window.
"Ok the Keyomi explain how he isn't injured."
"Upon leaving the battlefield, Sai returned to the underworld. When I went to see why he had abandoned you and Sasuke, I found him mediating. Through this meditation it would seem the energies of the underworld healed all of his wounds. I believe his new instincts told him to return to his 'domain' and heal. Unlike normal summons who heal naturally he just absorbed the energy of the Underworld to speed up his healing process." Naruto nodded that he understood and relaxed.
"Afterwards I returned to carry out my orders to find you gravely injured and Sasuke-sama with an unusually high fever. Though I was hoping you would of awoken in a few days after I treated your wounds. You know seeing as how you're a former jinchuriki."
"My healing factor only works when Meyumi gives me some of her youki. Other then that I heal like a normal shinobi."
"Well we have far more pressing matters," Naruto turned to Keyomi questioningly. "Naruto if Sasuke dies from this fever. You can pretty much say hello apocalypse. Without him the Demon you fought and the coming darkness cannot be defeated. My sister, Fate, has foreseen this. Even with all the power in the world you cannot defeat both of them."
"What do you mean Keyomi?"
"If Sasuke dies, you will die defeating the first avatar of Jashin. Afterwards Meyumi is captured by an unknown enemy and the fused with the other 9 biju to form the Jubi or Ten Tails. The Jubi alongside this unknown enemy with destroy this world along with Heaven and the Underworld. In other words Oblivion will happen."
Confused Naruto looked between a terrified Sai and an unhappy Keyomi, "Um what exactly is Oblivion?"
Sai coughed and regained his composure, "Oblivion is just a fancy term meaning nothingness. If Oblivion happens the Universe will just cease to be."
"But wouldn't that be retarded, if this unknown enemy destroys everything physical and spiritual. Then wouldn't they just destroy themselves as well."
"One would think so, but there is away to avoid Oblivion. You must claim the thrones of Earth, Heaven, and Hell. The power of all three would allow anyone to be able to allow Oblivion to happen and then give said person the abilities of Izangi and Izanami. To simply put it the person could recreate the universe however they wanted."
"Couldn't you just bring Sasuke back to life?"
"Only Kami can grant life Naruto. Since Sasuke became the "Harbinger of Death" she can't touch his soul to do anything without my permission. Unfortunately that is only when he is alive. Since this fever is a human affair neither my sister nor I can heal him. Believe me we tried."
"So what now? I don't know medical ninjutsu at all. Haven't found the time to learn."
"What little knowledge I gained under the command of Danzo isn't enough either."
Keyomi turned around and stood there for a minute, "Your lucky two, of the three, legendary Sannin are in town. One is renown as a medical ninjutsu genius."
"And the other?"
"A self proclaimed mega-pervert. Though it's not too far from the truth. Find Jiriya get him to help you find Tsunade and also try to convince him to train you. You might benefit from him considering even Orochimaru says Jiriya is the strongest of the three Sannin."
"Where do I start?"
-5 Hours Later-
After running into the perverted sage upon ordering lunch at a ramen stand in town, Naruto pretty much forced the sage to help him find Tsunade. Unfortunately that only did so much, seeing as Jiriya stopped to flirt or peep on every girl or bath house he could find. This annoyed the former jinchuriki after suffering this for 5 hours straight.
"Hey Pervy Sage your suppose to help me find your old teammate Tsunade. SO STOP FLIRTING WITH THE DAMN HOOKERS AND START LOOKING SERIOUSLY!"
"You looking for me brat," came a reply from behind Naruto before Jiriya could retort. Naruto turned around to find a rather busty, blonde woman accompanied by a shy looking brunette hugging a pig.
"Who are you?" Naruto could see he had pissed her off from the proverbial tic mark.
"I heard some brat was looking for me. I play nice and go find him. AND HE DOESN"T KNOW WHAT I LOOK LIKE!"
"I DIDN"T KNOW WHAT THE PERVERT LOOKED LIKE EITHEIR OLD HAAG!" Shizune the brunette from behind Tsunade let out a meep before Tsunade snapped and decked Naruto so hard he broke the castle on the other side of town.
"I'll show you old hag you little brat," huffed Tsunade before she leapt after him to 'settle the score'.
-Naruto's Location-
Naruto snapped his eyes open only to shut them from the sudden influx of light irritating his rapidly growing headache, "Yep she has to be Tsunade. Even Sakura can't hit me that hard when I piss her off." Suddenly a human sized object landed in front of the now wrecked castle, which Naruto was extracting himself from. 'Looks like she came after me. Only a shinobi could cover that much ground in so little time.'
"So gaki you sore yet?" Tsunade replied rhetorically. Naruto merely glared at her still suffering from his headache. Naruto concentrated his chakra in his head to reduce the ringing sensation he got every time he moved.
"Nope," Naruto dashed at Tsunade with a feint, which of course she fell for. Making Naruto wonder if she was truly a Sannin. The punch that landed, after Naruto feinted the first, sent Tsunade back into the wall behind her shattering it from the impact. Though Naruto had to shake his hand to get the feeling back in it.
"Not bad gaki not bad!" Tsunade now had Naruto in a full nelson. Naruto of course started struggling do to this. Jiriya and Shizune walked up to fine Tsunade then switched to an arm-bar hold with Naruto thrashing under her. Shizune sweat dropped, so to speak, at the scene of two trained shinobi doing nothing but wrestling moves.
-2 hours Later-
Naruto was now sitting cross-legged on the ground pouting like at child denied his favorite toy. Tsunade was merely panting from exerting more energy in one moment then she normally did in a fight. Shizune of course started chewing Tsunade out for acting like a child. Jiriya how ever was knockout when it was revealed Naruto's earlier thrashing about ripped Tsunade's shirt. Shizune of course took care of the pervert and gave Tsunade a new pair of clothing to wear.
"Hey gaki!"
"What," replied the grumpy blonde. Looking at her with his normal fox-like eyes. Tsunade merely stood behind him with her hand on her hips with an angry look.
"Why were you looking for me in the first place?"
"My friend will die soon if you don't heal him in time. Before you say 'no' or "I gave that up'. I have someone you should talk to."
"Alright take me to them then."
"Said person is behind us. Don't freak out or you'll die." The last two comments got her curious and a little uneasy. Turning around, Tsunade saw the Shinigami in her full form hovering above the destroyed castle. This time it was Tsunade's turn to meep for the day.
Upon hearing Tsunade meep, the now awaken Jiriya and Shizune turned in her direction to find the Shinigami in her full glory. Said persons paled at the deity of death. Naruto merely got up stretched and walked over to the Shinigami.
"Are you done scarring them?" Keyomi chuckled at her future mate's question. Suddenly a black mist engulfed her in a whirlwind. Finally it died down to reveal Keyomi with her Scythe strapped to her back.
"Sorry had a few deaths to take care of."
"She's the Shinigami?!" The three shinobi behind Naruto exclaimed. Naruto looked at them like they were idiots and nodded a confirmation.
"Remember Naruto you freaked out when I first revealed this form to you." Naruto paled at the memory, which triggered Jiriya's pervy senses. "Alright Tsunade let's make a deal. I even have my sister's approval to do this."
"Sister?"
"Kami," replied Naruto. Causing the three shinobi to look at Naruto like he was insane.
"He's correct this time it's Kami. Now if you heal my servant, Sasuke. Then I'll return your beloved little brother to you."
"What," this shocked Tsunade as she remembered seeing her little brother's mangled and lifeless body sitting in the morgue. "You'll return Nawaki to me?"
"Yes, but that's not all. If you return to Konoha and become your teacher's successor I'll even return Dan, your lover. Though that one is only if you're serious about the position. If your only doing it to get him back I'll eat his soul." This statement triggered the memory of Dan's bloody body and her watching him bled out from her inability to save him. "I'll give you until after dinner to decide, but first you must heal Sasuke."
"What if I refuse to heal him?"
This time Naruto fully turned around with the look that he would drag her through hell if she did that. "Then if you refuse to heal my best friend. Tsunade Senju I promise I'll make you wish you hadn't by keeping you alive to watch the world sink into Oblivion for all of eternity." This shocked Keyomi. Especially after feeling him tap into his celestial chakra for the first time.
Tsunade felt like every god or goddess out there was glaring at her through his eyes. This caused her to fall to her knees in complete and utter fear. Jiriya started sweating under the amount of KI and Spiritual Pressure he could feel eradiating of Naruto. Shizune and Tonton merely fainted after the first two seconds.
"Naruto let up or you'll kill them." Naruto calmed and the influx of celestial chakra stopped causing Naruto to faint from the sudden exhaustion.
"W-where is he," stuttered the shocked and terrified Tsunade. Shizune woke upon Naruto calming down and fainting himself. Jiriya just thanked Kami Naruto hadn't focused all of that on him.
Keyomi picked Naruto up and walked down to them, "Hold onto him." Everyone including Tonton immediately grabbed unto Naruto's hand like they would die otherwise. Keyomi chuckled before they all were swallowed up in a black vortex. Leaving nothing except Tsunade's ripped shirt and a shattered castle behind.
-Hotel Room-
Sai had watched over Sasuke since Keyomi left to watch over Naruto. For the pasted seven hours he had down nothing, but switch out the rag on Sasuke's head and get fresh cool water. Luckily since he wasn't technically alive he didn't need to sleep.
Though he found it strange when two men dressed in clocks of black with red clouds showed up looking for Naruto. Since Sai didn't realize they were enemies told them he went to look for Jiriya. The two men sweated at that and immediately left in what looked like a hurry. Now that Sai thought about he realized they were Akatsuki and they wanted the Nine-tails.
Sai then proceeded to bang his head on the wall when Keyomi showed up with an unconscious Naruto, two Sannin, and a girl with a pig in her arms. Sai leapt in front of Sasuke's body to redeem himself from his earlier blunder. "Who are they and what happened to Naruto," Sai unsheathed his tanto preparing to fight.
"These two are Jiriya and Tsunade. The girl with the pig is Shizune."
"The pig's name is Tonton," piped in Shizune trying to defuse the situation.
"Anyways Naruto tapped into celestial chakra. After releasing the sudden influx of the celestial chakra caused him to faint from minor chakra exhaustion. He just needs to rest then have dinner directly afterwards." Sai relaxed at that and put his tanto up and moved to the chair he had placed in front of the doorway. "Why were you so tense at seeing an unconscious Naruto? What did you do?"
"Two Akatsuki members arrived looking for Naruto. I didn't realize it at the time and let it slip that he was searching for Jiriya. They left in a hurry after I said that."
Jiriya chuckled, "That explains the hole in the wall. Well Naruto told me he found me directly after he left the hotel. I had felt their presence, when they found him and they immediately left town. I then proceeded to torture Naruto by flirting with women for 5 hours." Naruto who was now laying unconscious on the bed tensed and drew in celestial chakra for a split second causing the 'macho' Jiriya to meep and hide behind Shizune who then decked him into unconsciousness.
"I guess he's Sasuke," replied Tsunade. She walked over to him and scanned him to find the problem. Frowning Tsunade looked at Keyomi and Sai, "Um there is absolutely nothing wrong with him. He's healthy and not going to die at all." Keyomi looked confused and pulled out her list of people who were ready to die. Looking it over ten times Keyomi failed to find the Uchiha's name anywhere on the list.
"That's odd he was on here two hours ago." Tsunade felt his forehead finding that Sasuke's fever had broken. At that moment Sasuke opened his eyes and saw Tsunade hovering over him.
"Who the hell are you?" Sasuke had his Sharingan flaring and took to glaring at her. Sasuke then realized he couldn't move his body at all. "The hell did you do to me?"
"Nothing just examined you and checked for the supposed fever you had. By the way I'm Tsunade Senju I was asked to heal your supposedly dying body."
"Supposedly?"
"You had a fever so bad that you were suppose to die tonight unless we found a human healer strong enough to save you," replied Keyomi.
"Then why can't I move?"
"Your body has suffered from severe almost fatal chakra exhaustion. You won't be able to move for awhile. By the way what were you doing to put you in this state?"
"I-I don't know. I went to save Naruto and Sai from a really powerful demon. I saw Jashin and then the rest is a blank. Well except from the tremendous pain I went through before I blacked out. Next thing I know I'm laying here temporarily paralyzed and your above me." Sasuke figured out he could move his head and neck. Upon looking around he noticed an unconscious Naruto. "Why isn't he awake?"
"Naruto was pissed off at me and absorbed something called celestial chakra. After he calmed down it rushed out of his body leaving him with minor chakra exhaustion. He should wake up in an hour or two."
"When did you figure that out Lady Tsunade," questioned a confused Shizune.
"When the Shinigami told us to grab on to him. I did a diagnostic check on him." Everyone realize it was possible and left it at that. "Um what about Nawaki. Since I wasn't needed for Sasuke is the deal off?" Tsunade had a look of complete worry on her face.
"Well I'll have to talk to my sisters. If Nawaki is allowed to come back it'll take a day or two to finish his new body. Also there's the task of finding his soul and transporting it to the body safely. By the way Tsunade how many siblings did you have?"
"One. Why?" This confused everyone except for Sai who while in the Underworld discovered secrets of Konoha none of those living knew.
"Well it seems you actually had two brothers. Both of them younger then you. Unfortunately when the older of the two was born he was kidnapped. Your family kept this a secret for fear of losing him to other nations. No one realized he was still in Konoha."
"Who was he? Is he still alive?"
"No he died fighting the Kyuubi. He grew up to become Hokage and as for his name. You should of realized by now, but I'll tell you anyways. Tsunade Senju your long lost brother is Minato Namikaze. Making Kushina your sister-in-law and Naruto your nephew."
Wolf: Done!
Naruto: But.. but it's a cliffhanger!
Sasuke: Yeah what the hell man?
Wolf: Hehehe I know. Deal with it bitches?
Tsunade: Damn Gaki!
Wolf: Whatever old hag! Review! *ducks under a punch and runs away laughing*
