Okay so- don't be angry but this isn't an update..lol.
Hi...some of you are very...hmmm...mad? I guess that's the right word haha
This is a message I'm posting on all of the stories I have listed up on FanFiction to answer some of the questions I've gotten surprisingly a lot since I've been MIA.
I'm a Junior in college, guys. A lot of you don't know that and I've gotten PM's out the wazoo about how I've been and my updates (or lack of them). I really appreciate the love and I hope I've gotten to answer all of them! (If not I'll go back today and answer all of you haha please be patient)
Also on that note- I've gotten probably 10000% better at writing since I started writing 7 years ago on . I'll be the first to say, I was terrible. Grammar. Punctuation. Story-telling. Adaptation. It was all bad. And don't get me wrong, I'm not the best now by any means...but I have gotten a chizz-ton better. So, after I started college, I really wanted to get better and advance so that when I had the time I could come back and write you guys new things and continue to grow as a serious writer.
That being said, the first semester of my Junior year has just ended and I really have a lot of time on my hands. I was going back through the stories I have posted on here already and I want to really take them down.
Now, I've talked to a big chunk of you guys (still weird I can even say I have a big group of people who even read my things) and you've told me no and I'm curious to know why. SO I'm gonna sorta open a poll?
Option 1: Take 'em down!
If I do take them down- that does not mean they will BE DELETED. I will literally just go through and rewrite them. Grammar. Spelling. Everything will be revised and reread. I'm doing this for me, yes, but I'm also doing it for you guys since you've been with me since the beginning and we all grow in some way or another. And this is my way of sharing with you how much I've learned and how much I've really grown as a author.
Now..if I do go with this, this means that you'll have to keep an eye out for the repost of the story. This story and the others I have on my profile. I will be updating once a week on each one and I'll give a specific update timetable and schedule listed somewhere on my profile.
Option 2: Leave 'em be.
This option is what I've been getting a lot because it's sorta bias. The lack of wanting to start the story over is what's driving this one to be more of an option for some people and I understand that. My only problem with this option is I DO want to change some things and go back to clear some very confusing things up that may have happened in the story previously.
BUT I have thought this through if this option is chosen. I will just put a small description at the top of the new chapters I post to clear up some of the confusion.
So those are the options guys. Post in a review or PM me what you'd prefer and I'll tally them up and tell you with another update posted on here what we're going with. I'll be closing the poll and decision will be made on Wednesday, December 16th 2015.
In case you don't follow all of them- which I'm sure many of you don't- here's a list of in-progress stories I've had that have been untouched and where I'm at mentally with them.
Revolutionize (Sequel to Confused Hearts & Tuff Friendships- Jak & Daxter based)
-Believe it or not I've had an entire outline for this sequel for the past 4 years. I just have to write the chapters out. I know exactly how I'm ending it and what's going to happen. It's all about having the time to do it and getting it in...chapter form haha
Dying Blue Rose (Sequel to Confessions Risk It All- Twilight based)
-This was a request to be written for a friend that I honestly forgot about (I'm terrible). I don't even think I have this file anymore after my computer busted but I'll take a look and try and pick it back up. Twilight never was my thing anyway.
Egyptian (Yu-Gi-Oh! based)
-Yu-Gi-Oh! is life bruh. And did you see the TRAILER FOR THE NEW MOVIE IN 2016 C'MON. This is one I'm going to be for sure rewriting and reposting. To hell with it.
Choosing (The Covenant based)
-No lie, I don't think Choosing is up for debate. I've been stuck on that for idk how long. I think it's dead and I'm 100% done with trying to move it forward so I may take it down. It was one of those burst idea stories I'm dying on.
I'm sorry for everything, guys, and thank you from the massive wave of support I've gotten from you all it really makes my world spin around. I go missing and come back and there's so many SOS PM's I have from you loves of my life.
Last side note, I'm still taking requests. Now that I have the time and I'm making the effort (hopefully it'll stay that way) PM me your personals or your idea's that you want written and I'll try and get you a one-shot and what not.
