I watched as Tej typed away on his various computers, switching his eyes from screen to screen with complete concentration. Earlier, he was able to narrow the location of Owens base to a half mile radius using street cameras and a lot more technical jargon that went right over my head. Riley and Hobbs were able to narrow the area down to a specific location and headed out to see what they could see. When they got there though, everything was cleaned out. Hobbs being the over achiever he is; found some paint flakes on the ground. He collected them and handed them over to Tej so he could try and find out what the hell they came from. The phone next to me vibrated and I glanced at it, raising my eyebrow at the caller I.D. "Samoan Thor?" I laughed, smiling over at Tej.

He just shrugged and returned my smile, picking up the phone and looking up at the rest of the team who were scattered around, working on various cars. "Guys it's Hobbs." He called, answering the phone and switching it to speaker.

"Alright what do you got Parker? Give me something good." Hobbs asked through the phone.

"Yeah, that paint you got from Shaw's place; highly specialized. Ani-thermal low I.R coating." Tej rattled off, looking at his main computer. "It's military. I got a list of bases around Europe that use this paint type and those specific colors."

"Alright. Cross-reference that with all of Shaw's military targets and I guaran-damn-tee you one of them is going to match."

Tej pressed a few keys before nodding. "Bingo. It's a N.A.T.O base in Spain."

Dom moved closer to Tej and I, frowning as he did. "That puts Shaw in another country." He stated, shaking his head. "It means he's got an eight hour lead on us."

"Alright, we got to move now." Hobbs demanded. "Tej, get me that info. Riley and I will go ahead and lock down the base. We're going to protect that component personally. Toretto I will arrange transportation for you and your cars. You brush up on your Spanish guys, I'll see you in Espana." Hobbs hung up the phone and I looked up at Dom, nodding my head.

We needed Brian.

Everyone was packed within thirty minutes except for me and Dom. Dom refused to leave without Brian by his side and I was right there with him. I couldn't tell you the relief that filled my body when Brian called from the plane on his way back to London. Knowing that we weren't losing another member of our family gave me the happiest sensation. I handed Dom a wrench as I watched the rest of the team head towards the freight elevator, bags in hand.

A commotion by the elevator caused my ears to perk up. A few moments passed before Brian rounded the corner, his blue eyes zoning in on Dom and I. I smiled thankfully and jogged towards him, throwing my arms around his neck and pulling him into a tight hug. He returned my gesture, kissing the side of my head before pulling away and looking towards Dom. "I found out what happened to Letty." He stated, releasing a sigh. "It's all my fault."

"Brian, whatever you found out; thats for you. What we're about to do now; that's for her." Dom replied calmly, nodding his head. I silently agreed with him and smiled sadly, taking a deep breath.

Hobbs wasn't kidding about the transportation. He had a cargo plane gassed up and waiting on the tarmac when we arrived. We loaded the cars and gave the pilot the okay for take off. After we were airborne I focused my attention on Brian who was leaning against a crate next to Dom. "I'm still pissed at you." I commented, narrowing my eyes at him. "You going back to L.A, it was stupid."

Brian smirked slightly and looked up at me knowingly. "Aw… look who cares." He laughed, his eyes filled with amusement. Dom chuckled along with him and I stepped forward, slapping his chest before turning back towards Brian. "You're my brother; of course I care."

Brian smiled warmly and nodded his head as Tej walked back to where we were. "I just got word that they caught one of Shaw's men at the base." He stated. "It's time."

Something didn't sit well with me about the whole thing and I was about to voice my opinion when Brian stole the words right out of my mouth. "Somethings not right." He said, pushing himself away from the crate and looking around at the team. "He wanted us to find that guy. Think about it; Interpol, Katies face to face with him…Braga said the only way you get near Shaw is if he wants you to."

Don nodded slowly and looked towards Tej. "Tej, where's that component." He asked, narrowing his eyes as the pieces started falling into place.

"They're moving it to a secure location." Tej replied, looking confused.

I sighed and shook my head. "Shaw isn't hitting the base." I said, silently cursing. "He's hitting the convoy. Damn it." Tej pulled out his phone to dial Hobbs, turning and walking back towards the front of the plane. I turned towards Dom and wrapped my arms around his neck. "Ride or die." I whispered, looking up at him.

Dom nodded. "Ride or die." He confirmed, his hands gripping onto my hips.

We were about three minutes away from Shaw and his team when I shifted gears and pulled up beside Rome. The cargo plane had made an emergency stop at the closest airstrip, unloading us within twenty minutes. Dom and Brian were ahead of us, leading the way. "Guys, you got to hurry up. They just took the convoy." Tej's voice cracked through the radio that sat on the passenger seat beside me. "You guys should know; Letty's with them"

I released a harsh breath and locked my jaw, shaking my head. "We stick to the plan." Dom said through the radio. I nodded to myself as I tightened my grip on the steering wheel and focused my attention on the road ahead.

"Alright, you heard the man. Lets play this fast and clean. That thing is heading your way." Tej said as we neared where Shaw and his crew were. A few moments of silence passed before he spoke again. "Ah, guys, we need to come up with another plan." I frowned and bunched my eyebrows together, completely confused. "They got a tank."

My eyes widened and I reached for the radio to ask what the hell he meant my 'tank' even though I already knew. Rome beat me to the punch and his voice carried through the speaker. "I'm sorry. Did somebody just say a tank?" He demanded, his voice strained. As we drifted around another corner the tank came into view, its turret point right towards us. Dom, Brian and Rome shifted gears and speed ahead as the turret fired, its bullet landing a few feet in front of me. I shifted into second and jerked my wheel to the left, barely missing the impact sight.

I breathed a sigh of relief just as Roman's voice came through the radio, asking about whether we had a plan B. "Plan B?" Tej questioned harshly. "A plan B? We need a plan B,C,D,E…we need more alphabets."

"Hey." Brian cut in. "We do what we do best. We improvise, alright?" A break in the middle barrier came up and all four of us turned sharply, switching gears and speeding up. It took us a matter of minutes to catch up Shaw and his military machine; Dom and Brian in front while Rome and I brought up the rear. Without warning the tank veered left, crossing the concrete barrier and reducing it to rubble. Dom, Brian and Rome were too far a head and couldn't make the turn but I did, jerking the wheel left violently and holding my breath.

I got behind the tank and tried my best to move around it but kept getting blocked by oncoming traffic. "Take their attention away from the people." Dom shouted. I was finally able to get around the tank and speed ahead of it. I took my gaze off the road in front of me for a moment and glanced back, my eyes widening as I watched the turret lower so it was pointed right at me.

I cursed and slammed on my breaks just as the turret fired above me. The bomb landed directly in front of the car, the explosion causing my ears to ring. The tank came up behind me and rear-ended the car, jerking me forward. I frantically tried to restart the car as it was pushed along the road, knowing it was only a matter of time before it was sucked under and crushed by the tank. "Katie, you hang in there. Just hold on."

I reached over and grabbed the radio, pushing the button and holding it to my mouth. "The car won't start." I screamed, an unwanted fear creeping in. Dom's voice rang through, telling me to hold on and that they were coming. The turret fired again, this time at the over pass up ahead. Debris rained down on vehicles including Dom who disappeared into the dust cloud. He reappeared on the other side moments later and I breathed a sigh of relief. Glancing back into the backseat I caught sight of a metal cable. I closed my eyes and made a split second decision and grabbed the end, unbuckling my seatbelt and pulling myself out the open window and climbing onto the top of the car.

I pursed my lips and gripped the cable tightly, inching back quickly and looping it around the end of the turret; securing it. Seemingly out of nowhere Brian appeared and I can't even express the amount of relief that washed over me at that moment. His car backed up and I leaped towards it, my arms latching onto the bar that ran across the roof. Turning my head I glanced back, watching as my car was sucked under the tank. I manoeuvred my way over to the passenger side window and slid into the seat. Brian reached over and grabbed my shoulder, shaking it excitedly with a throaty laugh. I couldn't help but chuckle myself, not because it was funny. Because I was actually still alive. "Brian, that mustang would make a good anchor." Dom said, hinting at exactly what I was thinking.

"Yeah, we're on it." Brian responded through the radio before passing it to me. I looked ahead of us and finally realised that we were coming up on a double bridge with a large gap between lanes. The tank continued to reek havoc on cars and terrified civilians as it roared down the bridge. Brian fell back and was able to get behind my crushed mustang, pushing it in the direction he wanted. After a few failed attempts, Brian was finally able to push it over the rail and down in between the two lanes. I moved my gaze back to the tank and narrowed my eyes as Letty emerged from the top, inching her way to the turret where I had hooked the cable.

"What the hell is she doing." I said, watching helplessly as the scene in front of me unfolded. Shaw redirected the turret towards Dom's car which was ahead of us and aimed for fire while Letty was still out in the open. It's like everything from then on happened in slow motion. The mustang hit something solid under the bridge and sent the tank upward, catapulting Letty forward and off the bridge. Dom's car door open and he climbed out, jerking the steering wheel towards the railing. "No." I screamed, my heart constricting in my chest. "Dom."

Letty and Dom both flew through the air, meeting each other directly over the open middle that dropped hundreds of feet to rocks below. Brian and I watched as Dom wrapped his arms around Letty and kept going, landing roughly on the hood of a parked car. I released a choked sob and covered my face with my hands. Brian found a break in the bridge and turned sharply, increasing his speed until we reached Dom and Letty. I flung my door open and broke out into a sprint, watching as Dom and Letty slid off the hood of the car. Dom saw me running and opened his arms, allowing me to launch myself at him and wrap my legs around his waist and arms around his neck. "Oh, my God." I breathed, looking up at the sky and thanking the heavens above. "You're okay." I stated like he was going to disappear before my eyes. "You're really okay."

Hello all you lovely people, I'm back. And guess what...I saw Furious 7. Let me just start out by saying that I think it was my favorite of all the Fast and Furious movies. Yep. I so went there. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time and I did cry at the end as the tribute to Paul was being played over that amazing song which I downloaded the moment I got home. I am so excited to write Katie into Furious 7; you have no idea but I still have to work out how I want to do it so there will probably be a little break between this story and the next.

On another note, did anyone hear that Vin confirmed the eighth movie that will air in 2017? I jumped up and did my happy dance when I read that. One last thing I wanted to know is what do you guys want next? After finishing this story and Furious 7 I still want to write and was thinking about writing for other shows such as Supernatural or Sons Of Anarchy ect. What do you think? Have any ideas on what you want to read?

Love you all and the next chapter will hopefully be up soon :)
