You guys are honestly what makes my day when I wake up Wednesday morning and see like 20 emails that are all review for this story :) Your comments on how good it is and how much you love it makes me so happy and how you beg for another chapter like the next day. Which will never happen as I have enough problems trying to get two chapters written every week cause I'm a lazy fuck. "I want to turn you into one of us Rose"

Rose didn't even hesitate to answer that in a matter of seconds. "No, no way in hell"

"Why not?" he questioned. "How would living like this be so bad?"

"Is that even a question?" she asked shocked. "I don't want to live like that" she said pointing at him. "Not interested"

"You will be soon" he said smiling at her, his sparkly white teeth and fangs flashing at her. "And I can not wait"

"What makes you think I will ever have a interest in becoming like one of you?"

"Because of who you are" he said sharply as he watched her get up from the bed to stand and stretch. "As a Dhampir you have a lot of strength and skill, add that to your promise mark and your a threat. Also add all of your molija's marks that are more than anybody else has ever gotten and that makes you a triple threat"

Rose suddenly interested in what he was saying. The problem was, it was all true.

"And" he said continuing. "Triple threats are a problem to us. You have the ability to kill us, which is not good for our kind. Therefore someone like you is going to end up dead sooner or later. It would be much easier if you became one of us. That way you are still alive, you get to live forever and you are no longer a threat"

"That's the reason you want to turn me?" she asked. "Because I will no longer be a threat"

"Precisely"

"Sorry" she said turning to leave the room. "I won't be taken out because you want me to. If I'm going to die, I'll do it killing all of you" she said turning to the door to open it. When she turned around Dimirti was standing right in front of it, towering over her.

"Then believe this" he said. "If you won't be turned I will be the one to end your life, for good"

And with that Dimirti was gone leaving Rose alone in her bedroom. She waited a few moments before she left her room and headed down the stairs towards the kitchen to find Lissa again. After a few minutes of searching and no luck finding her she went back to the kitchen to find something to eat and drink.

As she searched though the fridge she found nothing but water and stale old food from over two weeks ago. The vampires hadn't obviously gone grocery shopping as they were to busy with some type of 'plan' according to Solange.

So she sucked it up as she took a half eaten bag of baby carrots out of the fridge and the jug of water. She opened up a cabinet door and took a glass and her pouch of powder. She ripped open the package and dumped the continents into the bottom before pouring the water over it letting the powder mix with the water turning it green.

Rose munched on a carrot stick as she took a sip of the mineral drink. It wasn't half bad. The green colour was gross looking but the drink itself tasted like sweet lemons and limes. The Strigoi had somehow found a way to create this for them and Rose had to admit it was quiet brilliant. Even for blood sucking, undead creatures of the night. Rose finished her drink and made another one.

Her mind wandered at what Dimirti had said to her. There was no way in hell she was ever going to become like him, not if her life deepened on it. But he was right about one thing. Her being a triple threat. She could kill them, all she needed was a silver stake. She hadn't taken the one from the basement as if they noticed the first person they would go to would be her.

And then she would really be in trouble.

"Over thinking much?" A voice said behind her, in her ear. Rose jumped back at Solange who stood behind her munching on a carrot from the bag.

"God don't do that" Rose said as she finished off her second glass of the mineral drink.

"Sorry" she said laughing. "Why were you caught up in your room all day yesterday?"

"Dimirti" Rose said rolling her eyes. Solange's eyes opened wide at her and she finished off her carrot stick.

"What did he do to you?" She asked trying to stay calm.

"Why do you look like that?" Rose asked, eyebrows raised avoiding the question.

"I don't trust Dimirti" she said looking around for anybody that could overhear. "He's not like the others and I don't like him"

"Well I could say the same thing to" she said rolling her eyes as they started to walk. "Heidi tried to attack me while I was still under compulsion. Dimirti tried to be a knight in shining armour and saved me from her to take the compulsion off. After he bit me and when I woke up he started talking crazy shit about me being a threat and he's wants to turn me blahblahblah"

"Wait" Solange said stopping Rose. "He said he was going to turn you?"

"Ya and when I declined it he said he was going to kill me. Only I don't know when which means I have to get out of this house ASAP before anything else happens to Lissa, you and me"

"Well what are we going to do?"

"Rose" A voice from in the corner of the room called. It was Dylan.

"I guess I'll see you later then" Solange said backing away from Rose to turn away from Dylan. She quickly hurried off leaving Rose alone with him.

"I heard Dimitri took off the compulsion" he started off with.

"He knew what happened and after I was attacked he took it off" she said keeping her distance.

"Heidi right?" he said walking closer. "From the Lazar family. Never quiet liked her, there's just something about it. Can't put my finger on it" he said staring off into space his red eyes gleaming.

Rose stayed silent as she watched him. "But never the less" he said turning back to her. "She has been punished for her actions and that was why you had it taken off. I was the one who said yes"

"Well..." Rose said awkwardly not knowing what to say to him. "Thank you" she never in her life thought she would be saying that to a Strigoi.

"Your quiet welcome" he said in his gentlemen voice. "But the other reason I am here is..."

"Save it" she said holding up a hand. "I know why, just do it"

"Your eager" he said letting her sit on the couch as he sat beside her.

"I just want it over and done with" she said as she started to push her hair back over her shoulders and tilted her neck. Dylan sat beside her and pushed her hair back farther to expose the left side of her neck more.

"These are beautiful" he said stroking her molnija's marks at the back of her neck.

"Thanks" she said quietly. She leaned forward to him putting her neck closer to his mouth. Once she was close enough he wasted no time and bit her. Only this time was different, much much different.

She didn't feel the high or anything that came with the bite. She felt nothing. But she did hear something. She heard choking.

Dylan pulled back Rose's blood on his lips and in his mouth. He was coughing and some of the blood came sprouting out.

"What is this?" Dylan said as he finally was able to swallow Rose's blood.

"What nothing" she said.

"What have you eaten or drank?" he said wiping his mouth along his hand making a face about the blood.

"I ate a carrot and drank two cups of the special liquid" she said. "That's all I've eaten in twelve hours"

"God it must be the drink" he said. "To much of it makes your blood taste terrible. Next time just only drink one cup got it?"

"Got it" she said jumping up as she ran out of the living room and down the hall. She almost ran into Solange when she appeared out of nowhere.

"Gpd I've been looking for you" she said taken back. "How did it go?"

"We are going to break out of here" Rose said cutting her off.

"What how?" questioned Solange.

"By poising them with there own drink" she said smirking.
