"Coming!"

Ten-Ten impatiently taps her fingers on her knee that was crossed as she had on a tube top, skirt with her hair down in light curls.

"Here I am~

I sang as I walk out gracefully out my hallway. Ten-Ten stood in a gasp.

"Aww Mizuki~"

"I look good?"

She nods. I was in a kimono style dress with long sleeve and skirt; it was dark blue with black time and prints of pink petals. I had tied my long red locks in a high pony tail and my bangs fluffed across my forehead.

"Is this the 'gonna make my ex jealous; look you were going for?"
I scoff walking to her side slipping on my shoes.

"Because my whole life revolves around him huh?"

I sneer with the roll of my eyes as she giggles.

"You're bad, messing with him like that."

I scoff again.

"I'm NOT Ten-Ten you're the one implying it."

I grab my things and slip it in my back pocket as me and Ten-Ten left my place.

"You're not going to be cold?"

I shook my head.

"That's why I wore a LONG SLEEVE one duuhh~"

She rolls her eyes.

"We'll SEE."

We laugh as we were heading to meet with Lee, Nenji, and Hinata to walk around the festival.

"Hey thanks again for inviting us Hinata."

"Oh ummm, you're welcome. . . . .I'm sure they won't mind."

"Well as long as CHOJI pays for himself I'm not worried."

"Hey!"

There waiting in the entrance of the festival was Lee, Nenji and Hinata plus Sakura, Sai, Shika, Ino, Choji, and Naruto. Naruto had his hands in his pants looking out to the town with a stern face not saying a word or anything, just waiting. Sakura notices as she walks to his side with a smile.
"Hey you look good today*smile* trying to impress me?"

"Oh hmm?" Naruto glances over his shoulder to her as he sighs, "Oh hey Sakura-chan, what was that?"

"Hey! Don't try and act like you didn't hear me! You JERK!"
Naruto just gave her a blank look and looks away.

"Oh that's nice."

"HEY!"
Sakura went on a blab as Shikamaru looks up and grunts.

"There they are, FINALLY."

I raise my hand with the other behind my head as we reach the group.
"Yoooo!"

Ino smirks at me crossing her arms over her chest and huffs.

"Late much?"
I playfully stuck my tongue at her as Hinata comes up to me and bows.

"It's good to see you Mizuki-chan."

I smile at her bowing back; she was really the only person who still did that kind of stuff so it was always a joy to have that special greeting with her.

"As you Hinata, I hope you've been well."
She gives me a warm smile as Choji huffs in a bit of a grump fit to us.

"Let's GO already, I'm running outta snacks!"

"Ugh! You and your-!"

Ino snaps back at him as everyone began to walk off. I followed everyone a bit behind with Naruto lingers a bit too as he was just staring at me with a soft smile.

"You look beautiful."

I couldn't help but smile shyly as I look away from him.

"What'cha trying to do here Uzumaki? Give me butterflies like in the movies?"

He smirks walking a bit more beside me with his hands still in his pockets.
"Hey about yesterday…."
Naruto glances over as I was already looking at him as I gave him a smile.
"Whatever happened between me and Kiba has been over and done, I just want you to know that. Ok?"

Naruto smirks again as he looks up ahead at everyone then back at me.
"And?"
I scoff looking up now as I kept walking with my hands in front of me.

"And what? I'm just saying if we're on the same page then everything's good."
Naruto leans down kissing the side of my head as his hands reaches for mine with our palms touching each other and the tips of our fingers woven.

I flinch as Naruto gives me a grin.
"Good, I'm glad to know the feelings mutual."
I blush lightly as I look away.
"Yeah yeah, but we're just dating right now don't get carried away now Uzumaki."

"It's not like you didn't enjoy yesterday too am I right?"

I scoff; rolling my eyes as I push him off walking away from him catching up with the gang as he just stands there.

"Mizuki! I was kidding! Wait-!"

Throughout the night we all had fun. Lee kept challenging Sai to games, while Nenji and Shika talked to keep from boredom. Ino and Choji were looking at the sweets, as Hinata, Ten-Ten, and Sakura looked at jewelry; so all that remained was me and Naruto.

We were a bit ways back from the gang as my left hands pinky was linked with his right hand pinky.

"So having fun?"

I look up at Naruto as he was admiringly looking at everyone ahead of us, I smirk a bit as I look at them too.
"Yeah I really haven't had fun like this in a while."
"Hmm? You've been to festivals here before no?"
I shook my head as I gave a small sigh.
"With being in and out of the hospital I didn't make friends so I stayed home most of the time, this is my first festival I actually attended."
I look at Naruto as his face had a light blush across it as his eyes were starring right at me.
"What?"
"So, this is your FIRST TIME at a festival?! Ever!"
I slowly nodded as I gave a small laugh.
"Yeah why? Is that weird?"
Naruto viciously shakes his head as stops walking. I stop too as Naruto pulls his pinky from my hand weaves his fingers into mine instead. I gave a quickly glance to our hand then back to him.
"I'm just really happy that the first time you got to experience a festival was here with me. I'm even happier that it counts as our first date too!"
I gasp a bit; totally taken back but his response as I just stood there gawking at him.
"Uhh Mizuki you ok?"
I shake it off as I gave him a nod.
"Yeah I am…. I'm just…."
Naruto looks at me with a bit concern at first, but then I just smile at him.
"I'm really happy that I got to spend it with you too Naruto."
He flashes me a grin as I couldn't help but smile back.

"Mizuki!"

My eyes went wide as I look over to my left, there stood Kiba and Shino.

"Oh there they are, but—"

Hinata answers as Sakura and Ten-Ten look up from their shopping as they walked by Hinata. Ten-Ten sighs crossing her arms over her chest and mumbles under her breath.

"Hmm looks like Kiba got whiff of Mizuki's little plan."

Sakura flashes her eyes to Ten-Ten in a sly way as she looks back at us. I stood in front of Naruto a little defensive as I pointing to Kiba on his chest as Kiba and Naruto were mad dogging each other.

"What. . . PLAN Ten-Ten?"

Ten-Ten sighs as she sets her hands on her hips.

"Oh well first wearing that to the festival and then hanging around Naruto all night like it's not going to make Kiba over there get a hot heat with jealousy."

"Oh my."

Hinata mutters as she covers her mouth with her left hand; Sakura just looks over at us as she scoffs.

"Hmm, is THAT what she's doing now? We'll see how Naruto likes what's going on with all this bullshit…."

Ten-Ten looks over at her.
"I'm sorry Sakura, what were you saying?"
Sakura looks over at her with a huge smile slipping her hands behind her back.
"I think we should all head out to dinner now that Kiba's here no?"
Ten-Ten huffs with a nod.

"Well then where too? I'll ask Ino and-"

Sakura turns her body back towards us as she raises her hand up.
"Oh, let me ask Naruto and Mizuki where they want to go-HEY NARUTO!"
We quickly stop arguing and turn to Sakura all of us still in a bit of a bad mood.

"Come on! We're gonna go eat!"

We just gave her a look as we went back to our argument.

"LOOK, I'm here with everyone too, so I don't get why you insist on hassling on Naruto."

Kiba sneers clenching his teeth as he huffs.
"Doesn't LOOK like your here with everyone," Kiba then flashes a glare at Naruto raising his hand to him, "and you! What's your problem anyways Naruto, you over here messing with her or what?"

"Look Kiba we—"

Before he said anything I lightly elbow him in the gut.

"He doesn't have to answer YOU Kiba, just shut up and go play with the others tonight."

"And look at you, thinking the only reason I even CAME HERE was for YOU."

"Well the way you always cry about things, yea it seems like it!"

"LOOK-"

Kiba pauses as Naruto was ready to fight him or something but I was in the way as Shino just stood there, keeping out of it. Kiba then sighs as he just looks at me with his pout eyes.

"Just-just tell me why."

I close my eyes gently as I just shook my head.

"It's done Kiba. . . . just let it go, come on Naru—"

I turn to leave with Naruto's right arm in my left hand as Kiba grabs my right arm and pulls me to him.

"You can't ignore me forever Mizuki!"

Naruto grabs Kibas' wrist as he nudges me behind him.
"Kiba you're crossing the line there."

"YOU stay out of this-!"
Kiba lets go of my arm and pokes Naruto.

"STOP!"

Just then, Shikamaru appears between all of us holding back Naruto with his left arm and his right hand on Kiba's chest as Kiba.

"There isn't a PROBLEM here, right boys?"

Naruto and Kiba just glare at each other as I just did not want to deal with either of them anymore.

"I'm going home—"

I whip my body around as I left in an instant. Kiba and Naruto gawk for a bit, absorbing that I basically just vanished then turn to each other.

"THIS IS YOUR FAULT?! MINE?! NO! YOURS!"

They spat out in sync, and still went at it as the girls just sighed; ashamed and Shika held back Naruto while Lee held back Kiba.

*Huuff-Huff-Huff*

I was home now, for a while. I sunk into remembering why I didn't care to grow attach to people let alone be romantically involved with them. Tonight was supposed to go so much differently but because I couldn't leave my past so long ago it just crept back. I sigh heavily getting up as I began to clean the broken glass when a light knock came to my door. I threw away the pieces as I walk over to my door.

"Yes?"

I pause as Naruto stood in front of me; I was a bit taken back as I whispered his name.

"Naruto."

"Hey, I got you something from the festival."

He pulls out a small stuff cat.

"Aww, Naruto. Thank you….."

It was a silky fuzzy orange with a red bow. I look up at him smiling as I hug the stuff animal.

"Thanks, this is really generous of you."

"Well I won it off a chakura game so*grins* you can say I kind of cheated."

I just gave a crocket smile.

"So, you still won."

He smiles.

"Not really-"

I look up at him as he had a serious face on as he sighs lightly.

"Can I come in?"

I cruel my lips a bit; pounder if I even wanted to deal with anyone at the moment but then in defeat I nod.

"Yeah, come in."

He walks in as he takes a seat on my long couch as I set the stuff animal on my dining table and walk towards the kitchen as I began to make us some tea.

"So how was the festival?"

Naruto lays on his back with his head on the armrest and his left arm over his eyes as his right was placed on his chest.

"AFTER you left, not even worth my time."

I smirk.

"Sorry, I told you I don't like to DEAL with Kiba's drama."

Naruto sighs as he sets his arm on his forehead as he was looking straight up at my ceiling.

"It's my fault~"

I had the tea cups in my hands as my kettle followed me as I walked to his side. He sat up, and looks down at his hands.

"I shouldn't have pushed his buttons either," He glances at me as his eyes narrowed a bit. "I just didn't like the way he spoke to you. . . . Like you were his property."

I just nod holding one cup as the kettle pours the tea and I pass it to him. Then I took my cup as I watch the tea being poured.

"That's what I ment by HIS drama*sighs* he just wants a second chance and I don't want to give it to him, that's all."

Naruto stares at his tea watching the steam evaporate into the air as he looks at me.

"Can you tell me what happened?"

My eyes flash to his, a sudden wave of pain/anger/and frustration came over me; but then I close my eyes sighing. I swallowed the lump I had in my throat.

"Did he hurt you that much Mizuki?"

I shook my head as I set my cup aside on the coffee table as did Naruto. My hands slip to my face as I tried to calm myself not letting my emotions get the best of me. Naruto then opens his arms out to me.

"Come here Mizuki."

He practically cooed as I lean on him as his arms wrap around me lightly. His right hand gently strokes my hair as I began to sniff a bit, holding the lesser me back.

"If you don't want to Mizuki, I'll understand—"

I pull back from him as I shook my head, my eyes already getting swelled from the hot tears as I wipe them away with the back of my hands.

"No. . . . .I . . . . I want you to know. . . . ."

Naruto sighs again as he smirks lightly. Then he raises his right hand again to my left cheek, wiping the last tear I shed as he smiles.

"Whatever you want Mizuki."

I smile back at him as his hand lowers to mine as he gently holds my hands in his. I sniff once more as I was sitting criss-cross in front of him and he was sitting with his left leg folded in and his right just over the couch edge.

"After I was getting settled here in the village. . . . . I was moved from squad to squad to find out what my strengths were, besides brute strength."

"Woooaahh! You have brute strength?!"

I gave him a look shaking my head.
"Naruto~"

I snicker as I lightly smack his head as he gives me a small pout.

"Sorry."

"It's ok. . . . well when I came into Kiba's squad, I got sick. Really sick. And well. . . *sigh* Kiba was, the only one that stayed around, and I don't know but it was nice, to never be alone."

Naruto just listened, listened to me babbling away on how Kiba was always there. Listening to the time I was really sick and had the transfusion and how when I was recovering he was there. Kiba was always there.

"So you got attached to him?"

I nod.

"Yea, he was. . . .the first person to meant something to me, I guess. . ."

Naruto smirks as he was still holding my hands in his.

"Sounds like you were in love with him~"

Naruto chuckles as I just gave a blank look up at his eyes, waiting for him to realize the whole truth he had just spoken. Naruto notices my silence as he looks up at me with a serious face.

"Were you?"

I took my hands back from his as they close after mine escaped.

"I thought I did."

I mumble as Naruto looks down at his hands, letting the information sink. I sigh once more as I went on.

"Kiba meant the world to me, but then, after a while. . . . in the end, he did me wrong."

Naruto's eyes flash to mine as I was still looking down at my hands.

"He was my first everything and—"

I closed my eyes and shuttered a heart breaking sigh as my eyes opened again, dull and soulless like.

"One day, he wanted nothing but—"

I stopped myself; just speaking out loud to someone again was just weird and it hurt. Things in the past weren't supposed to hurt you this much, right?

"Mizuki?"

I shut my mouth, curling my lips gently to a tight line; but then I just let the tension in my face go.

"Kiba just wanted sex from me."

Naruto's eyes went wide in surprise as I turned my head from him covering my mouth with my right hand. I felt ashamed to let Naruto know my past in that sense but something about Naruto made me want to have a clean conscious with him. Still, I was deeply ashamed of myself.

Silence fell between us; I didn't know how to go on talking. Until he spoke.

"He didn't abuse you, did he?"

I turn to Naruto as his face was calm, and still as his eyes locked with mine as I let out a harsh gasp. Then, swallowing the lump in my throat I had I look down as I shook my head.

"No, Kiba isn't like that, but, well he emotionally abused me I guess one can say- I mean. after a while, he would only see me in terms for sex. . . . and well, when my naive self-realized he was using me, I confronted him and well. . . . Things didn't go so well ."

Naruto then got defensive as he gives me a small glare.

"He didn't HIT you did he?!"

My eyes shot to his outburst, shocked mostly that he cared so deeply about this; it actually made me happy he cared so much.

"No Naruto*light smirk* why do you keep thinking he 'hit' me?"

Naruto then crosses his arms across his chest and huffs a bit.

"I donno, I just don't like how this stories going that's all."

I smirk yet again as I look down at my hands, fiddling with them.

"I know, and you won't like the ending ither. Well in the end, I told him no more and he left me to a mission and when he came back just ignores me like I was nothing. . . . Like he never KNEW me. . . .And later I came to find out from Hinata. . . . that he-that he—"

Naruto's face fell soft as his body relaxed, he knew what I was trying to say as he mutters it out.

"He cheated on you?"

My eyes flashed to him, and they said it all.

Yes;

Then I looked away from him as my lips curled again as I sighed.

"That was pretty much my last straw. I mean, not only to play with my heart in that way then outcast me when he knew that was madly in love with him and then to found out he was going around cheating on me even when we WERE together, ugh; disgusting. So after that I cut him off my life like HE was nothing to me. . . . And before I knew it, it's was where I am today."

Naruto looks down as well as his arms were still crossed. His face was calm with a stern look upon it.

"Then can I ask you?"

I look up at him as his eyes slowly locked to mine; his face was still in that stern look.

"Why are you so scared of him?"

My face flinches, as my eyes suddenly flash away from his glance; like I said I was ashamed of what I had become because of Kiba.

"I'm not SCARED of Kiba. . . . just~"

"Well it seems to ME that you're SCARED of Kiba, I mean, yesterday for example! You let him GRAB you like that! And how you got the day before that! When I was here-!"

I clench my eyes hearing him as I shook my head.

"That's not the POINT—"

But Naruto kept ranting on as his voice rose in anger.

"And besides! He CHEATED on you Mizuki! You don't NEED Kiba, so just let him go~"
"STOP!"

Naruto's face fell with surprise as I gasp covering my mouth, I couldn't believe that I yelled at Naruto.

"I'm sorry I-I—"

Naruto's face then went to a blank, his eyes dull as he didn't even look at me.

"I should go, huh?"

My face fell in regret as I shook my head.

"No, please don't go—"

As his eyes look into mine as I felt like crying; Then with my voice in a low whisper I begged.

"Please, don't leave me Naruto-kun~"

Naruto then actually surprised me; He leaned over holding the back of my head/neck with his left hand as he gently kisses my forehead. I softly gasp to his kiss as he pulls back and sets his against mine.

"That's enough for today; you should get some rest. . . . ok?"

His eyes were looking down, away from mine as I sigh again closing my eyes.

"Alright."

"Good."

He then let's go of my head as my eyes quickly look to him, he swiftly gets up and walks to my door. As I watched him leave, my heart ached just a little; he went to leave but as he stood there with my door half way opened he paused.

"We're still ok, ok?

Then he gives me a smile then leaves my place and closes my door behind him. As he left I exhaled my held breath, my chest hurting as I got up and walked to bed. I slipped under my many sheets as I curled up and sighed heavily.

"Here we go again."

"M'lady, Mizuki's here to see you."

Tsunade looks up from her paperwork as she nods her head once; Shizune then lets me in the room. My face was dull, emotionless from the previous days as I felt drained and hurt.

"Well there you are, ready for some missions?"

I didn't say anything; just gave her a look with my dull expression.

"Yikes, some ones in a BAD MOOD aren't they?"

Again I said nothing; Shizune backs up as Tsunade sighs.

"Here, a nice D ranked mission. You are to help move this family to their new house."

She held out the paper as I took a step forward and quickly took it from her fingers.

"This'll only take up 10 minutes. Is that ALL I'm allowed to do?"

Tsunade sighs as she weaves her hands then rests her chin on them as she gives me a stern look.

"Your DOCTOR said you're not allowed to go on any high ranked missions till the end of the week."

I slip the paper away as I huff in frustration.

"The hell with my doctor."

Tsunade's eyes narrow as she sighs.

"You're stuck on C-D ranked missions till the end of the week, got it? Here, go help the academy while you're at it."

I roll my eyes as I turn around and left the room.

"AND NO SMART ASSING WITH THE VILLIAGERS!"
I groan walking down the hall to leave. I was quiet aggravated with the whole 'Mizuki's weak right now' thing. Also, I hated little baby missions; just a waist of my time.
As I was to turn to the stairs and leave my eyes quickly glanced up only to make me stop dead in my tracks; Naruto Uzumaki

"Oh Mizuki, hey."

My jaw opens slightly as I gulp and mutter a low "Hey."
He was in a new outfit actually; he wore a black T with dark gray pants as his shins were wrapped with pre-wrap and his ninja shoes as his head band was around his right arm like Shika wore it as he had a fish net under, you could see it a bit on the sleeve part. Then his trade mark green gem necklace was out as you could see it.

Naruto merely smirks as he walks up to me and kisses my left cheek. He then took a small step back as he towers over me lightly. My face flushed furiously as my gaze went straight to his feet.

"Feeling a bit better today?"

I shook my head with a sigh.
"Just, worse I think."

"Sorry to hear that," He then curls me a smile across his face, "So what you and the Old Lady have to talk about?"
I snap back from my small world as I look up at him and shake my head.

"Oh I got some stupid D-ranked mission, gotta go help this family MOVE~"
Naruto chuckles lightly as he just looks at me with sincere eyes. I look up at him, catching him in his stare as I smile shyly looking away from him.
"What?"

Naruto's left hand gently slips to my cheek as my eyes flash up to him once more. As I look at Naruto he was looking at me as if admiring a painting or something as he sighs slowly from his nose.
"You know, you look really cute when you're aggravated."

I blush again totally winded by his comment as I look away while a smile slips to my face.

"No I don't."

He smirks lightly as he leans in to me setting his forehead against mine.

"Well ''I" think you do~"
His warm breath tickles my lips as I just wanted to lean up and kiss him again like I did, but then something inside me retained my selfish desires as I cruel my lips.

"What's wrong?"
I couldn't help but smirk as my eyes look up into his calm-loving ones as I just smiled.

"What're you doing later?"

"Lunch with the gang, why?"

"If it's ok, can I tag along? Please?"

Naruto pulls back as he gives me a slight smirk.

"Of course you can come*grins* everyone likes you Mizuki."

I smile.
"I'll buy you lunch ok?"

"Sounds like a plan."

I responded with a smug smirk as he flashes me a quick grin.

"How about a date?"

I gave a small laugh pressing my head against his chest.

"You think you're so sly because you got a fox inside you huh Uzumaki?"

Naruto smirks as his arms wrap around me in a hug so I slip my arms under his hugging him back.

"Have a good day today, ok?"

I nod; Naruto then kisses my forehead again as he smiles at me and pulls away.

"Find me around 1 ok?"

I nod again giving him a wave bye as he walks away to go see Tsunade; I sigh heavily again as I stretch my arms up over my head and let out a long wine.

"Mann today gonna be a long day~"

"HEY MIZUKI!"

I lift my head from a pile of boxes as light dirt was on my checks as I was messy as fuck.

"We're done here, you can leave already!"
I gasp pulling myself from the boxes as I began to dust myself off and wipe my face.

"What time is it?"

"Around 2?"

"I'm late!"

I went to leave, stumbling all the way down, when one mover calls out my name.

"Your pay!"
He tosses me a small bag of money as I smile and wave to him.
"Thanks! Later!"

As I ran through the town I began to use my chakura trace jutsu looking for Naruto's; I came to find his, Sakura's, Ino's and Choji's in heading to the same place.

Some restaurant nearby, so I stop running as I found the place, I walk in tiered to the bone as I look around.
"They're here somewhere~"
"MIZUKI!"

My head snaps to the right as Naruto was there waving like there was no tomorrow as everyone else look back at me with surprised faces. I smiled softly as I walked over to them.

"You invited Mizuki too?"
Sakura sneers a bit snobby like as Naruto scoots over making room for me and grins.

"Yea why not?"

Ino and Sakura sat across Naruto as Choji sat to his right; they were in a half circle table booth. As I began to fix my hair tying it up in a high pony tail and walk over to them; as I sat down by Naruto I huffed a heavy sigh.
"Long day?"

Naruto mutters to me as I nod, his arm wraps around my shoulders as I laid my head on his. His right hand slips to my face brushing my bangs out the way.

"Moving one family my ass, I moved like 3 stores too, it was horrid."

Naruto merely smirks.

"Well I ordered you ramen, sorry."

I gave a small huff.
"It's fine, I'm just so tiered."

He smirks again as Sakura and Ino were a bit uneasy with me and Naruto.

"Well Well*winks* I didn't know you two were so CHUMMY."

Naruto and I look up to Ino, quickly Naruto looks away with a slight blush and I just smirk.

"Hey MOM when did you get here?"

Ino laughs rolling her eyes as she waves her hand to me.

"Yea-Yea."

"Wait, Ino's right," Sakura butts in as she folds her arms on the table narrowing her eyes, "since when have you two gotten so close?"

Me, Ino and Naruto look at Sakura; I gave her a bit of a glare, I didn't like the TONE she was giving me.

"Well Sakura, what business is it of YOURS to know that?"

Naruto and Ino look at me as Sakura's face grew in a glare as well.

"I was just ASKING Mizuki."

"Sounded like an interrogation to ME—"
Ino clears her throat as she waves her hand to Sakura wrapping her left arm around her.

"Hey we're all friends here right I mean—"

Ino kept saying some friendship thing as Sakura sighs rolling her eyes as she went back to eating her dinner, as did everyone else. The waitress brought my bowl of ramen as Naruto had his right arm extended on the brim part of our seats right over my shoulders as he leans in to my left ear and whispers.

"Be nice Mizuki, she's just nosy~"
"So," I hiss under my breath as I glare at Sakura, "She's asking for an ass whooping."

"OOohhh~ I like it when your feisty Mizuki-chan~"

Naruto smirks as his lips brushed against my ear, actually tickling me as I let out a small giggle.

Everyone looks up at me as Naruto's face was away from mine as he was looking out the window to our left as I was breaking my chopsticks with a smile on my face, his of course was calm.

"I'll find out what's going on here and when I do-BAMM! I'm gonna nag and nag about it."

Ino sneers as she points her finger to us, I just shake my head as I laugh.
"I don't doubt that."

I began to eat my noodles as Naruto just smirks lightly as his eyes fall to me again; Choji and Ino went back to eating as Ino was picking at him and what he ordered as sour Sakura was left alone as she just kept glaring;

I guess she didn't like what she saw in front of her.

"Bye to you too Mizuki-chan~"

I smile lightly waving to Ino as her and Choji walk away as the sun was setting to this day. Sakura then turns to me and Naruto as she sighs.

"Well, bye you two."

Naruto tells her bye, as for me I just raise my hand to her. Her face fell into the same sour one she gave me in the restaurant as she turns around with a small "hmph~!" as she walks away.

"She needs to get off whatever she's on or so help me god—"

"Hey~"

Naruto chants as I turn to him as he gave me a smile.

"Thanks for lunch Naruto-kun~"

He smirks as I slip my hands to his hips and wrap my arms around his torso lightly. He looks away from me from his inner shyness as I look up at him with a smile across my face.

"And what does Naruto-kun WANT in return for his generous jester from today?"

Naruto smirks again as his hands slip to my back as he leans in as we were face to face.

"How about you let me sleep over? My house is a dirty mess."

I paused, kind of thrown off as I pull a bit back from him looking at him like he was slightly insane.

"Sleep over? Really?"

He nods.

"I don't know why Mizuki but, when I'm around you, you make me feel so mellow and calm, and I like it~"
He leans in to kiss me as my hands slip to his chest as I grip his shirt lightly in my hands. I slowly pull my face back as he stops.
"So….sleeping over really, I mean, we're barley even-well-"
Naruto smirks as he regains his posture still having me in his hold.
"Ok maybe that was a little quick of me to ask, you're right Mizuki."
I snap my gaze back at him as my jaw drops a bit.
Well geez hell yeah I want you to sleep over but damn man, I don't even know if what we have is real or maaaan.
Naruto Uzumaki was seriously becoming the fastest pain that I've ever grown to endure. I was rather mentally fighting with my desires and morals at his point and I was pretty sure I was making weird faces trying to weigh to pros and cons when I felt a soft flick to my forehead. Bewildered my eyes flash to Naruto's.
"Earth to Mizuki~ Did you hear me?"
"Uhhh…." Was all I could mutter as I sigh in defeat, "Naruto can I be honest with you?"
His eyes flare up a bit as his face falls a bit nervous.
"Well yeah Mizuki, shoot."
My eyes drew to the ground then back at him as I cock my jaw a bit to the left.
"Ok look," I broke from his hold as I set my hands out firmly, like when you want to demo straight to someone 'this and that' motions as I began my rant, "I REALLY like you and I didn't even know I liked you until I knew you liked ME and I'm just kinda freaking out because, man you coming over sounds like pure bliss, but then I remember the LAST time I let things fly to fast and I—I can't go through that again, but then again I can't judge this relationship we have based on the past and WOW I'm rambling now but bear with me Naruto-kun I just—I can't—I-"
"MIZUKI!"
I freeze up as Naruto snaps me from my rant with his hands holding my face giving me a soft shake. His eyes burrowed into mine as I stop.
"Breath Mizuki, breath."
I nod a bit taking a deep breath as we just stood there, both a little frazzled as he lets his hands slip to my neck.
"Better?"
He mutters softly as I nod a bit taking another breath.
"It's just sleeping over ok? I promise no ties and no obligations, I'll crash on the couch even ok. I just wanna spend time with you Mizuki."
"Ok….Ok."
Naruto pauses as I got back in control as he just begins to roar in laughter. His hands slip from my neck as he holds his stomach and really begins to laugh, a lot!
"Uhh are you ok Naruto?"
"Yeah-*huffs* just man, Mizuki I swear," He chuckles once more before doing a slow breath and looks at me," You're the weirdest yet most adorable girl I've ever met."
My face flushes in a deep red as I slowly bury my face into my palms. I quickly turn around as I began to speed walk away.
"Never mind about the sleep over bye Naruto!"
"Hey wait!" He runs after me as he was still laughing at me a bit," Mizuki I ment it in a good way! Don't be like that come on!"
