Hello everyone! I'm back with a new chapter for you all. Thank you for the many reviews I received for my last chapter, I loved it and I definitely will continue writing this story :) as always please review and I hope you all enjoy the chapter.

Chapter ten:

Kagome was learning to control her new demonic self quite nicely. Inuyasha had started training her two weeks ago; So far she hasn't shown any sign of losing her control. She liked learning from him, it was serious but also kind of like a game. She had fun, sure it was exhausting at times, but still fun.

Inuyasha started training her on defense; blocking and dodging. Kagome had picked that part up rather quickly for a beginner.

Today he would be teaching her to fight and catch her opponent/enemy. Kagome wasn't to happy about that. "Inuyasha?" she asked looking toward her husband. Who was relaxing against a tree trunk.

"Yeah?" he replied looking back at her.

"I need to be honest on something, my love" she sighed and continued "I'm afraid of doing this with you, for one reason; what if I actually hit you? I would feel horrible and probably never forgive myself. Yes, I know that it's very unlikely...but still what if?" She could hear Inuyasha chuckle, not rudely it still had a gentle tone to it.

"Don't worry so much love, even if you did manage to hit me Kagome, it wouldn't be a big deal. I know you wouldn't mean it" After about a minute he added "But yeah you're right, it's very unlikely."

Kagome couldn't help but giggle at that, she then leaned into his chest with her arms around his waist. His arms came around to hold her closer, he placed his head upon hers and sighed. 'How else was she going to learn? Silly woman, but she's my silly woman' He thought while rolling his eyes, laughing mentally.

Kagome looked up with curiosity in her eyes, "So, when do you think I'll discover my new abilities or new attacks?" She asked him dying to know 'I wonder what they will be, I can't wait to find out'

"I don't know. Most of the time though we learn our attacks when someone has pissed us off. Remember, most of the time when I learned a new attack, someone or something pissed me off to the point of no return?"

She giggled at the memories and nodded.

He shrugged and said "so who knows? It could happen at any time"

Kagome smiled, that answer was good enough for her. She understood.

Secretly without her knowing about it Inuyasha was planning to do just that to help her out. Just then another thought hit him 'If I do that to her, and she doesn't realize that it was to help her. Damn, I'd be a dead dog by tomorrow for sure' That thought made a loud gulp sound within his throat, thankfully Kagome hadn't noticed. He smiled at his concluding thought 'Well she's worth it'.

Within the next hour they started.

"Lets start with catching your enemy, okay, Kagome try to find and catch me" Inuyasha instructed her and she gave a fierce nod.

Inuyasha was instantly vanished out of sight, she closed her eyes and tried to concentrate on where he was. Kagome heard movement in one of the trees up a head. Dashing toward the tree she jumped up on a branch and tried to quickly grab him. But to her surprise he was no longer there.

A second later she heard him in the one beside her, she turned slowly and saw him. 'Now I have you' Kagome thought happily. As she leaped in to grab him, he was gone. She let a loud growl of frustration out, turning red in the face she took a deep breath to clam herself down.

"Come on Kagome! Try being faster! Trust your instincts!" She heard Inuyasha yell to her from, well from some where. 'Trust my instincts huh? Okay, I can do this!' She told herself, giving a small smile she closed her eyes once more and letting her instincts guide her. A moment later she sensed him behind yet another tree, swiftly but quickly she ran and caught him by the sleeve.

His eyes alone congratulating her, "Well done Kagome, want to go again?" he asked her.

"Yes and thank you" She replied giving him her prize-winning smile. "You're welcome, love" he said as he took off again.

Kagome took a deep breath closing her eyes again and begun to repeat, what she had done before.

Within no time at all she found him again and caught him, feeling so proud of herself. With a look of excitement in her eyes. Inuyasha kissed her then, feeling so proud of her.

The sun was high up in the sky now and their stomachs were growling, "Let's break for lunch, I can hear you're stomach" Kagome said giggling. Inuyasha had a challenging look on his face "Race you back to the house" He told her just before running off.

"HEY! NO FAIR! YOU CHEATER!" Kagome yelled to him, laughing, as she was running to catch up.

He of course beat her to the house because of his head start. When they met up all they could do was laugh together and help each other into the house.

They had a couple of sandwiches, and some water.

An hour later they left to go back.

"Okay Kagome this is simple, just try to hit me" He said while shrugging his shoulders. Kagome stared at him wide-eyed, "Simple? Why do I get the feeling that's not at all what it will be?" She asked her husband.

"I never said hitting me was going to be easy, now did I? What idea of what you're supposed to do is simple."

Kagome relaxed sum and giggled, "Okay let's get started then" Inuyasha nodded and went straight into his fighting stance.

Taking a deep breath she quickly tried to hit him, but was unsuccessful. 'Trust in your instincts Kagome' she thought to herself, she closed her eyes and tried to focus on Inuyasha, she could see where he was in her mind and could tell which way he would move to dodge her next attack. Opening her eyes she stared down Inuyasha with a grin on her face, she went for the punch and successfully hit him in the chest, causing him to fall.

"I did it!" Kagome said jumping up and down full of excitement.

"You sure did, damn, even without those beads you still can make me fall hard to the ground" He said as he was getting up.
