Chapter 9: A Never Ending Friendship
Two months after the incident Yugo, Kenji and Alice decide to part ways with Jin and Xiaoyu by their side at the Game World Station.
"I really thank you for helping save Alice as well as beating the crap out of Earl." Yugo said happily to both Jin and Xiaoyu as Jin thankfully replies.
"I also thank you and Ryu for putting me back to my own game to treat my injuries. If that happens it would be my end."
"Uh... you're friend over there reminds me of my former hairstyle in the third game we previously appeared." Alice points out on Xiaoyu's pigtails which she notices by this.
"Well Alice has this hairstyle while dyeing her brown hair to purple. But now she helps me on my own organization."
"Good luck on your fight with Chronos, Yugo." Jin cheers Yugo on his fight with Chronos as he happily accepts.
"I love to make friends with you, Jin. I'll do my own effort to beat him."
"Come on, big brother... Gado needs us back." Kenji said nudging him as Yugo nods as they waved goodbye to both Jin and Xiaoyu.
"I've never seen Alice had just said. She has the same hairstyle as me?" Xiaoyu said childishly as Jin corrects her.
"What she means that she has a previous hairstyle like yours, Xiao? And her hair is now a medium length just like Akira has."
Meanwhile at the Villains' Supporting Group, Hazama was waiting for Relius to arrive and knowingly that his own plans had failed.
"Well what happened to that ghastly old man, Relius."
"..."
"Oh I see... they are been defeated by from the heroes' supporting group, eh? You need to put a good effort to it next time."
"...I still much to learn..." Relius silently mumbles as he leaves as Hazama removes his fedora hat as he turns into Yuki Terumi as he thought.
It's very unfortunate that my own comrade had failed again, What a shame?
A figure appear to stare at Terumi which it angrily irritates him as he yells.
"Hey, stop looking like me like a whack a doodle, would ya?"
The figure turns out to be Akuma who glares evilly with an evil chi within him much to his horrible shock.
"WAHHHH! Please, stop... don't put your glare out of me...? You're giving me the chills."
Akuma eventually walks away satisfied which Terumi reverts back into Hazama which he becomes scared from his appearance as he put his fedora hat back on.
"Man, this guy seems so scary...? I don't like this..." Hazama said scarily on Akuma's appearance.
At the Project Justice game, The Kazama siblings are sightseeing the beautiful sky which they remember how Jin risks his own life for the others.
"Brother, I kinda feel worried for Jin after what happened to him two months ago."
"You don't even know, Akira. Jin is very brave... he actually saved me back at Gorin Dome when I mistaken Earl and his soldiers are from Justice High School. He really did put his life on the line to save us." Daigo said remembering how Jin saves them.
"He's a risk taker after all." Akira said calmly as she stands up and seeing that her older brother is ready to take a training trip. "Brother, I would be worry if you leave to train..."
"You don't have to worry, Akira. You have some friends in Seijyun... now that you live in the dorms. I'd say you might show your cooking skills to them."
"But brother... you think they would..." Akira said shyly as her cheeks became rosier as Daigo encourages her.
"You always prepared meals for both of us. I'm sure everyone will complimented by this. Even Yurika and Zaki will loved it."
"Thank you for encouraging me, brother." Akira said thankfully hugs her older brother as Daigo accepts her hug in a friendly manner as he soon changes his mind.
"Akira, I guess I had already made up my mind. What's date for today?"
"Uh... brother... that was 31st in July." Akira answered in a nod as Daigo cracks his knuckles knowing of the events.
"So it was Swimming Day... I didn't see that one coming. Even I give my subordinates my undisputed gang leadership, I'm sure they will respect me."
"I'll tell Edge and Gan about this, brother. Don't tell me that you're gonna challenge Jin again." Akira said knowing of his challenge which Daigo happily tells her.
"Not just about a fight with barefists. Since Jin and I were became fast friends. I want to see how he can challenge me with this."
Akira realizes that Daigo wants to make a swimming match against Jin which she was excited to see this.
In Ultra Street Fighter IV, Jin and Xiaoyu are invited in the party which Ryu arrives to see them.
"I'm impressed you made it, Jin. How's your game doing?"
"The game is fine, Ryu... But what I heard from others today that the game we came in are going to be replace with a seventh game." Jin said calmly as Ryu was happy by this.
"You were so lucky, Jin. Mine too also will get a fifth game in the game we appeared too."
"Really?"
"Yeah... I'm going to meet new fighters just like the others here." Ryu said as he points out Elena, Rolento, Poison and Hugo in the separate tables.
"Even so... that game we appeared too also to meet new fighters especially my grandmother, Kazumi Mishima who is the first one behind my curse blood and my father's bloodline. But the plot will conclude my family problems." Jin said knowing of their appearance.
"Feel free to stay at the party." Ryu said nicely to both of them as Sakura waved at Xiaoyu who wants to have a eat with her childhood friends fellow Rival School characters, Hinata Wakaba and Natsu Ayuhara.
"Jin, I guess they want me to go with them." Xiaoyu points out on Sakura which Jin allows her to go with them.
"You go with them, Xiao."
Xiaoyu then goes with Sakura, Hinata and Natsu as Ibuki arrives to see them which the trio giggled. Therefore, Edge appears to see Jin much to his surprise.
"Hey, you're one of Daigo's friend and subordinate. What are you doing here and you're uninvited?" Jin said recognizing Edge from his appearance as he tells him.
"Hehe... I was asked by Akira about our boss, Jin. Since he gives his undisputed gang leadership to me and Gan."
"What!? He gives his gang leadership to both of you?" Jin said shockingly of what he said as Edge smiles.
"Take it easy... he did that because of what happened to him previously. You know he was brainwashed by Kurow."
"So it's Kurow's involvement, that's why he gives his gang leadership to you and that Gan person." Jin said nicely.
"He already made up his mind to reflect on himself, Jin. I know you became friends with my boss and Akira." Edge said as he informs him. "By the way, Jin... the reason why I came here is to inform you that... boss is challenging you to a match."
"A fight?"
"Hehe... Yeah..." Edge giggled which Jin became shock by this.
"I hate if I let him fight off that easy. Okay, I accept whatever his challenge he's gonna make for me." Jin said finally accepts Daigo's challenge as Edge happily smiles.
"I will tell boss and Gan about this, hehe..."
Edge quickly darts off which Sarai notices his appearance and Jin sees Daigo as much of a friendly rival but not antagonistic as he thought.
I wonder what kind of a challenge that Daigo had meant?

*Alice mentions about her previous hairstyle in the previous game after pointing out Xiaoyu's pigtails.
*Hazama and Akuma makes their guest appearance for this chapter as members in the villains' supporting group.
*The scene between the Kazama siblings takes place after the Gedo High's good ending.
*Edge also mentions to Jin about how Daigo gives his undisputed gang leadership to both Edge and Gan and is a reference to their ending.
*The date of Swimming Day is July 31st during the School Life Mode in Nekketsu Seisyun Nikki 2.
