Phew! Things are going to get a bit dramatic during this arc haha. This arc is only going to last a chapter so it might be really short. Anyways, once this arc is done the story will continue on as usual. I'm totally excited for this story since I already have lots of ideas for the side story and sequel! \(^ ^)/ Can anyone guess what the side story is going to be about? (ゝω･)

Guest – Lucy isn't going to explain everything. The kids will get the basic idea of mage since they're similar to witches or wizards from fairy tales they heard in books. She'll probably explain different parts of her world at different times as the story continue since the kids won't be able to comprehend the information they received.

"When we meet again, I'll explain my situation. For now, I'll explain to you on why you're still here." Mavis commented as Lucy bit her bottom lip and nodded slowly, completely forgetting that the Guardians are behind her.
"Lucy Heartfilia, you still have unfinished business here. Until those businesses are complete, you're unable to return home. The time will come again where the Anima will appear to take you home. Until then, please continue to do your best and work hard." Mavis explained as she gave another smile. Lucy noted the vortex was called Anima considering it took Lector and Frosch back.
"…Arigatou…Mavis-san." Lucy thanked hesitatingly as Mavis nodded with a wider smile on her face. Her body began to glow and faded away along with the Anima. The sky went back to normal was it was before the X-Eggs appeared again.
"Luce-nee…" Lucy flinched as she slowly turned around to face the Guardians. Immediately, Lucy felt her heart drop when she noticed the devastation in Amu's eyes.
"Luce-nee…what's going on?" Amu asked quietly as Lucy guiltily turned her head to the side, unable to face Amu or the Guardians at the moment.
"…"
Lucy glanced towards her spirits and they all nodded. Lucy pressed her lips together before turning to the Guardians and took a deep breath.
"I'm…Lucy Heartfilia. I wasn't born here. I'm a Celestial Spirit Mage and member of Fairy Tail." Lucy introduced herself determinedly before gesturing to her spirits.
"And these aren't my Shugo Chara. These are my friends and spirits I use in battle." The spirits gave a curt nod towards the group.
"Luce-nee…" Amu could only stared at Lucy with tears forming at the corner of her eyes as she clenched her fist tightly.
: . Chapter Nine. :
~ The Truth Is Revealed ~
"C-Chotto! What do you mean by C-Celestial Spirit Mage? And what's Fairy Tail?" Amu asked as she stumbled with the word 'celestial'.
"…Fairy Tail is a guild. It's like…a building where people that signs up for it can gather and hang out. Not only that, they can go do missions—which are requests by the way, and when they finish it they can get rewards. The people have a symbol on their body to show that they're apart of that guild…" Lucy explained slowly as she tried to make it easier for the Guardians to understand.
"Does the symbols happen to be like a tattoo?" Nagihiko asked curiously. Lucy scrunched up her face before nodding hesitatingly.
"Uh. I think so. Anyways, the guild contains mages—people that uses magic and such—"
"Is it like witches and wizards?!" Yaya interrupted as she raised her hand up in the air quickly. Lucy made another strange face. Seriously, what are those things?
"I…guess? As long as they use magic then we should be on the same page. Anyways, most guilds contain mages and there are different types of magic people use. Some could use fire magic, ice magic, or even water magic. I use Celestial Spirit so these little guys are spirits based on the zodiac." Lucy explained again as she gestured towards her spirits.
"…When you said you lost your memories…was it…?" Amu trailed off questioningly as she couldn't bear to stare at Lucy in the eyes anymore. Lucy felt a pang of hurt but forced a small smile on her face.
"I never did. Obviously I still remembered everything but if I were to tell you that I was a mage from another world, nobody would've believed me so I had to lie." Lucy said softly responding to Amu's question.
"…"
"Amu—" Lucy bit her lip as she opened her mouth to call out Amu's name.
"Why?" Amu hastily cut off Lucy as she clenched her fists even tighter, making her knuckles go white. Her Shugo Chara stared at her worriedly as the bangs covered her eyes.
"Why? Why couldn't you tell me? Why didn't you tell me the truth? I trusted you…but why couldn't you do the same for me?!" Amu slowly got louder and louder before snapping her head towards Lucy with tears falling down her cheeks.
"Amu…chan…" Lucy widened her eyes as her mouth fell open.
"I mean—I can't, why couldn't you—Luce-nee no baka! I wish you went back with them!" Amu shouted as she turned around and angrily ran away with her Shugo Chara after her.
"Amu-chan!"
"Amu-chi!"
"Amu!"
"Hinamori-san!"
"Hinamori!"
Lucy took a step forward before forcing herself from going after Amu. She clenched her fists as she held back her tears. She turned the opposite direction and ran.
"Lu-chi!"
"Don't come after me! Just…leave me alone…" Lucy snapped as the Guardians froze and stopped in their tracks. She continued to run without sparing a glance towards the worried Guardians and shedding a single tear
"Lu-chi…" Yaya stared at Lucy's back with a worried expression before turning her head when she felt a hand touched her shoulder.
"We should go after Amu-chan. I think it's best to leave Lucy-chan alone…" Nagihiko said softly and shook his head with a small, sad smile. Yaya opened her mouth to protest but Nagihiko shook his head again firmly. Yaya bit her lip and nodded slowly. The Guardians swiftly chased after Amu.

"…"
Lucy aimlessly walked around with a blank expression on her face. Her eyes were dull and no longer shined brightly as it should be. Tears were still streaming down her face as she dragged her feet across the ground. Lucy came to a slow stop and took a closer look at her surroundings.
"…An amusement park…?" Lucy murmured as she slowly looked around the abandoned park. She forced her feet to walk towards the unmoving teacups and plop herself down.
"Lucy-sama…" Capricorn frowned and flew closer to Lucy's face.
"Are you alright Lucy-sama?" Capricorn asked politely in a soft tone as Lucy tilted her head upwards to face him. Lucy gave a bitter smile and nodded slowly.
"I'm really…" Lucy pressed her lips together and squeezed her eyes shut.
"I'm really a baka…"
"Lucy…" Loke looked at her worriedly along with the other spirits, as they would've all agreed, they didn't like her in this status.

"Amu-chan!" Amu panted heavily as she came to a slow stop, as she heard her name being called. She sniffed and furiously tried to wipe away the tears.
"Amu-chi, are you okay?" Yaya asked worriedly as Amu slowly shook her head in response.
"I'm just—I can't, she—I'm super mad! I trusted her and she lied to me! I want to yell at her and tell her I hate her for not telling me anything but I…" Amu rambled angrily and shut her eyes.
"Amu-chan!"
"This is for you. I wanted to give you a gift so…I hope you like it Amu-chan."
"You did the right thing. Don't worry about it okay? Besides, I'll be there to protect you."
"Arigatou...minna-san..."
"But I…can't bring myself to hate her…" Amu wavered and sobbed as memories of Lucy flooded her mind. She hated it. She hated how kind Lucy was to her and everyone. She hated that she couldn't bring herself to hate her. Mostly, she hated herself for not realizing the truth earlier.
"Amu-chan…" Amu's Shugo Chara watched her worriedly and flew closer to her as they tried their best to comfort her. Suddenly, they perked up when felt something familiar.
"Amu-chan! I sense X-Eggs!" Amu opened her eyes and quickly looked at her Shugo Chara in shock.
"There's a lot of them desu!" Suu said panicky as Amu wiped away her tears and looked at her Shugo Chara determinedly.
"Let's go!" The Shugo Chara nods and quickly flew towards the direction of the X-Eggs with the Guardians trailing behind.

"…!" Loke widened his eyes as he also felt the pressure of X-Eggs and suddenly looked at the other spirits. The spirits looked at him and nodded, as they all seems to be thinking the same thing.
"Lucy, we should go. All of us sense X-Eggs…" Loke said softly as he got Lucy's attention by floating in front of her. Lucy looked at him uncertainly and tensed.
"But…I…Amu-chan is…" Lucy bit her lip again and shook her head. Loke frowned and floated backwards before flying straight towards Lucy's forehead.
"Itai! Loke, what was that—" Lucy groaned and rubbed the red spot forming on her forehead.
"Baka! You think staying here would make the situation any better?! Didn't you remember what they said before when you showed Lector and Frosch? You're still their Lucy so don't let this stop you from talking to them! There are many X-Eggs and they still need you too!" Loke argued as he stared sternly at Lucy.
"Loke…" Lucy stared at him for a moment before closing her eyes and a small smile appeared on her face. She reopened her eyes to show beautiful chocolate brown eyes—no longer were they dull.
"…You're right. I can't get depress right now! I have to go help them! Let's go!" Lucy wiped away the remaining tears and smiled determinedly at her spirits. Her spirits gave a smile as they were relieved to see Lucy returned back to normal. She stood up from the teacup and swiftly ran out of the amusement park.
"Just wait for me everyone!" Lucy thought as she hurriedly followed Loke and the others to the X-Eggs.

"N-No way…" Amu widened her eyes in shock as she stared at the scene in front of her. She figured it'll be a couple of X-Eggs but she never expected to see so many. It was almost the exact amount when she had to go against Utau.
"There's more than I expected…" Nagihiko said quietly as he stared at the X-Eggs warily. If only his egg hatched then he could've helped out…
"Minna, let's chara nari!" Tadase remarked as everyone nodded.
"Unlock my heart!"
"Chara Nari: Clown Drop!" Rima has a slightly stern face and stuck out her arms.
"Chara Nari: Platinum Royale!" Tadase faced the front holding a golden staff.
"Chara Nari: Dear Baby!" Yaya gave a wink and put a finger on her cheek.
"Chara Nari: Sky Jack!" Kukai was riding a skateboard and had made a star before coming towards the front with different clothing.
"Chara Nari: Amulet Heart!" Amu shouted and waited for her to be wrapped in a bright, pink light—but nothing happened.
"Eh? Eh? Ehhh?! Why can't I transform?" Amu widened her eyes as she looked down at her body to see that she's still in her normal clothes.
"Amu-chan!" Ran shouted panicky as Amu snapped her head towards Ran and noticed an attack from the X-Egg.
"Kya!" Amu quickly ran as the attack narrowly missed her.
"Hinamori-san!" Tadase called out worriedly before he jumped back to dodge an attack from another X-Egg. He sent an attack towards the X-Eggs but they dodged it and sent another attack towards him. Then they surrounded him—trapping him from moving anywhere.
"Amu-chan! Watch out!" Nagihiko shouted as he tried to run towards Amu. But the X-Eggs suddenly surrounded him and the other Guardians.
"Amu-chan!"
"Luce—" Amu was interrupted when she was roughly shoved out of the way by another figure.
"Kya!" Both Amu and Lucy were slammed onto the ground—in the large bushes, with a loud 'thud'.
"I-Itai…" Amu groaned as she felt her body ache from landing on the ground too hard. Her head felt slightly dizzy but suddenly remembered about the voice that called her out.
"Luce-nee!" Amu widened her eyes as she looked down at Lucy. Lucy groaned in pain and looked up at her with a slightly pained expression.
"It's a good thing you're safe Amu-chan…" Lucy giggled weakly as tears began to well up again at the corner of Amu's eyes.
"Luce-nee!" Amu flung herself towards Lucy and wrapped her arms around Lucy's neck tightly. Lucy returned the hug with tears welling up again.
"I'm sorry Amu-chan…I should've told you the truth earlier but I guess I didn't know how you would've react…I promise I'll be truthful from now on." Lucy apologized as she smiled softly. Amu sniffed and wiped away her tears.
"Baka…" Amu returned the smile as she slowly let go of Lucy. Both of them looked at each other and smiled. Loke and the others grinned at the scene, as they were glad both of them were able settle the conflict between the two.
"Let's go rescue the others ne, Amu-chan?" Lucy stood up and held out her hand towards Amu with a wide grin on her face.
"Un!" Amu nodded in agreement and grabbed her hand, as Lucy pulled her up.
"Unlock my heart!"
"Chara Nari: Amulet Heart!" Amu faced the front and gave a wink.
"Chara Nari: Celestial Lion!" Lucy did a mid-air flip and twirl around once before she gave a wink towards the front.
"Let's go Amu-chan!" Lucy grinned as Amu nodded in agreement as they both jumped in the air.
"Heart Speeders!" A pair of skates has appeared on Amu's feet and angel wings at the bottom of the shoes.
"Light Wings!" Lucy winked as a pair of golden yellow angel wings appeared on the back of Lucy's back. Amu and Lucy guide the X-Eggs in the air towards Rima.
"Let go of them right now!" Lucy glared as X-Eggs holding the Guardians captive.
"Spiral Heart!" A rod appeared in Amu's hand before she threw the pink rod towards the X-Eggs. The X-Eggs slowly parted away from each other, as the Guardians began to struggle before breaking away from the X-Eggs.
"Are you guys alright?" Lucy asked kindly, as she stared worriedly at the Guardians. The Guardians nodded before she turned back to the X-Eggs with a glare.
"I won't forgive you for hurting my friends! Regulus Impact!" Lucy punched out her fist as a visual light that looks like a lion head, heading towards the X-Eggs. The X-Eggs moved away quickly in panic.
"Luce-nee!" Lucy perked up and turned to Amu as she flew towards her.
"Nani?" Lucy asked curiously as she raised an eyebrow towards Amu.
"Let's purify them Luce-nee." Amu commented as Lucy nodded her head in agreement. A smile crept on her face as she grabbed Amu's hand.
"…!" Amu blushed slightly before smiling slightly at her older sister. Both of them nod at each other before facing the X-Eggs.
"Negative Heart! Lock on!" Both Amu and Lucy thrust their open hand to make a heart, as the beam of light was much bigger than usual.
"Purify Heart!" The X-Eggs slowly began to turn white and scattered to go back to their owners. Lucy and Amu looked at each other before grinning at each other as they changed back to their normal clothes. Lucy slowly turned to the Guardians and hesitated before biting her lip.
"I'm sorry. I mean, about my identity. I didn't mean to—I'm sorry." Lucy rambled before bowing her head at the Guardians. The Guardians stared at her in surprise before a smile appeared on their faces.
"Don't worry about it Lu-chi~"
"You did what you think was right."
"Hmph. You are still the same Lucy I know."
"You worry too much, haha."
"You didn't want us to be confused."
"…! Thank you everyone!" Lucy snapped her head back to the Guardians and grinned happily. Loke floated next to her with a smile on his face. At least Lucy is smiling happily now that the Guardians know the truth.

Omake One – Reunion
"Sting-sama, Rogue-sama! Wake up!" A young girl shook the pair that was laying down on the ground unconscious. She had short, light blue hair and chocolate brown eyes. Her eyes were filled with concern when her two friends suddenly became depress and unconscious.
"Ugh…"
"Sting-sama! Rogue-sama! You're awake!" The girl breathed out in relief when she noticed her two friends starting to shift.
"Y-Yukino…?" Sting groaned as he forced himself to sit up. He had short, spiky blond hair and ocean blue eyes.
"…" Rogue groaned quietly and sat himself up. He had short, messy black hair and dark red eyes.
"You guys never came back from training so I came back to check up on you guys." Yukino said worriedly as she stared at the two.
"Are you guys alright?"
Both Sting and Rogue blinked before giving a slow nod.
"Yeah…I feel lighter tough. Like I can find Lector again…" Sting's eyes soften before his lips curled up in a nice, gentle smile. Rogue gave a small smile and nodded in agreement.
"Sting-san!"
"Rogue-kun!"
Both Sting and Rogue snapped their heads up in the sky, as they both were relieved to see their partners coming down with wings on their back.
"Lector!"
"Frosch!"
Sting and Frosh stood up quickly and ran towards their partners as they held their Exceeds in their arms and eyes watering. Yukino smiled gently as she was overjoyed to see her friends all happy again than before.
I rushed the chapter a bit near the end so I apologize for that. I really wanted to get a chapter up this month so here it is. I have Spring Break next week so that means I'll have plenty of time to write my stories. Thank you all for reading and waiting! I'll see you in the next chapter!
