Chapter nine…finally!

Sorry about the delay. School has been a killer.

This chapter is fluff. Excuse it's extreme crappyness.

Reviews are much appreciated, and thank you to all that reviewed.

Disclaimer: I own Genevieve, Damien, and the story line…that's it.

Two Days Later

I stirred a pot of Ramen Noodles as I felt arms wrap around my waist.

"What are you cooking?" Munkustrap laughed resting his head on top of mine.

"Worms." I turned around and smiled at him.

"Those are not worms," he said not catching the sarcasm.

"Sure they are."

"You're mental."

"Why thank you." I snarled jokingly walking away from him.

I went to the fridge to get out some lemonade.

"I was just kidding." He said quickly as if I had been seriously offended.

"I know." I smiled at him.

Munkustrap pecked my lips.

"Are you going to tell me what they are now?" he asked.

"They're called Ramen noodles."

He stared at them.

"They look disgusting."

"Says the man who considers a bath, licking himself."

He rolled his eyes and sighed.

"They still look gross."

"But they are oh-so delicious." I grinned.

I made both Munkustrap and I a bowl of the noodles and we began to eat on the couch.

I twisted the long noodles around my fork as Munkustrap looked intently at the bowl.

"Oh c'mon Munk, give them a try."

He picked up his fork and twirled the noodles around it. He then stuck the noodles in his mouth.

Munkustrap chewed on them for a second and then his eyes got wide.

Once he swallowed he looked at me.

"These are…AMAZING." He smiled widely at my.

"Told you so," I laughed as the pale yellow noodles dribbled down his chin.

"Shruddup." Munkustrap said with a mouth full of noodles.

Munkustrap had finished his noodles about five minutes before me.

When I was done I started to clean up the pots and bowls in the kitchen sink.

Right as I was about to wash the last bowl a soft knock was heard from the door.

"I'll get it!" I chimed.

I went and opened the door and gasped at the sight of the man.

He had sun-tanned skin, with dirty blonde hair, he was tall, thin, not very muscular but still fairly toned, and had enchanting sapphire blue eyes.

The man had a wry smile on his face.

Almost exactly like Damien's.

"M-May I help y-you?" I stuttered out.

The man smiled.

"Is Munkustrap here?" he asked in a sultry sounding voice.

"Y-Yeah. Munk!" I called out.

Munkustrap came running into view and came to my side.

"Genevieve, you okay? Who is this guy?"

"I-I don't know. He's asking for you." I whispered to him.

"Yes?" Munkustrap said puffing out his chest a bit.

"Geez, you're still lame. Even as a human." The man said ruffling Munkustrap's hair walking in to my flat.

Munkustrap glared at the man.

"Who are you?" Munkustrap growled.

"Uh, the Everlasting Cat himself. Who do you think I am you dunce?"

"Tugger?"

"The one and only."

"But h-how…did y-you?" Munkustrap asked confused.

"Misto needed to test out the spell, which we will hopefully use to put you back in your natural form. So with some friendly human advice from Jerrie and Teazer, I was pretty much good to go."

"Did they get you the clothes and shoes?"

"Well they stole them…like they usually do. By the way, I hate clothing. I miss my mane." Tugger sighed.

I sat on my couch and put my head in my hands.

"This is so weird." I cried out a little too loud.

"What's her problem?" Tugger asked.

I heard a thwacking noise and a hiss.

"Ow."

I looked up to see Tugger rubbing his head and Munkustrap smiling to himself.

I shook my head.

"Oh Tugger, I want you to meet, Genevieve." Munkustrap said his mood changing to eagerness.

"So this is the human I saw. She's very pretty, for a human that is." Tugger said with a bit of arrogance.

"Nice to meet you too?" I said raising my eyebrow.

We all looked at each other in silence for a few moments.

"So what little human activity, did I interrupt?" he smiled.

"Enjoying out peace and quiet." I mumbled under my breath.

Munkustrap gave me a sympathetic glance.

"We had just finished washing the dishes. We just had dinner." Munkustrap told him.

Tugger nodded looking around my home.

"Hey Straps, I'm kinda hungry, you think you could get your human to fix me up something?" Tugger sighed throwing himself on the couch.

I gave a death glare to Tugger who just ignored me.

"Tugger, her name is Genevieve and she's not my human." Munkustrap sighed.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. Could you get Genevieve to make me something then?"

I made a scoffing sound and went to the kitchen to finish my dishes.

Munkustrap wasn't too far behind me.

He gently grabbed my arm as I got into the kitchen.

"Gen,"

"I want him gone." I whispered harshly to him.

"Gen, you've only met him five minutes ago-"

"Yeah, well I already don't like him."

"Okay, he's a little rough around the edges but he can be really nice once you get to know him."

"I really don't have the patience to wait."

"Gen, he's my brother."

"So is Damien, and you don't see me inviting him over."

His face contorted into an expression that I had never seen him make.

But I knew what it meant instantly.

'You are being a bitch, and I'm now kind of pissed at you.'

I put my hand on my hip and gave him a retaliation expression.

"Why are you acting like this?" he almost growled.

"Hmm? I don't know? Maybe because I have two human...cat...things in my house?!Oh and not to mention that one happens to be my 'lover', and the other is a complete asshole? And I can't forget that their brother is a psycho rapist that would love nothing more to torture me to death?! It's not like my head is about to explode or anything!" I yelled not realizing my voice became increasingly louder.

Munkustrap's face was unreadable.

I don't know why but it made me angrier, and I brushed past him heading to the door before grabbing my coat.

"Gen-" Munkustrap said grabbing a hold of my arm.

"Let go." I growled walking out the door.

I knew I had upset Munkustrap, but I was too flustered to really stress on that issue.

I just needed to get away so I could think.

Maybe I just needed a Java Chip Frappuccino.
