Author's Note: Hey, I'm back with another chapter. While this chapter won't contain as much as the last chapter. Quite a few stuff will happen in this chapter.

mr armstrong: At the moment, Vince's strength lies in his versatility and his ability to think up plans on the spot. But yeah, Vince doesn't mind working in a team per say, he just doesn't trust Rias and her Peerage enough to work with them unless their lives are indanger. Logically speaking he can't really trust people he hasn't met for very long. Especially giving his background.
Death-Knight-Uther: Vince may give off that emo vibe, but he's not emo at all. He's just a very cynical person. As for the groundwork, it will happen.
lifestreams: Nailed it. Vince does have a sense of pride, he can be a lone wolf for the most part. But it's mostly he just doesn't want to be bothered by stuff he doesn't care about.
mortal4ever: Thank you, as for the possibility of them appearing again. There is a chance, as for the harem. I think if it does happen, they might need to work out a few stuff. After all, getting slammed with Psychokinesis, is not a way to start a relationship. Just sayin.

stero11man: Noise or Taboo Noise, only appear where there are negative emotions, so the Underworld is a strong possibility. As for Heaven, given how there is that thing of them being fallen, I don't think Noise would appear there. The Rating Game, no Noise will be appearing. Besides, if one does show up, I'm pretty sure Grayfia would appear and destroy it in an instant.

(...Morning already? Yeesh, it feels like I only slept for a few hours.) Vince thought getting up. He looked at the clock and sighed, (It's only 5:30 in the morning... Well, at least I can prepare a little bit earlier than I normally do, and I can read that book about Masamune... I have a feeling there's something more about that book and the paper too.)
After doing the usual morning routine, after eating breakfest Vince woke up, Shin and Amaya. He sat on a chair and put the book and paper, on the table. (Huh, I never thought I would find a book about Masamune. But which sword is the book talking about? I'll read it. I think it might explain which sword is it.)
Vince opened the book and started reading to himself, (To the one reading this. Let it be known, that the title was only a ruse to throw off those who would try to obtain the sword for their own nefarious purpopses. The sword I speak of, is none other than the legendary Yawarakai-Te. A holy sword that was created by non other than Masamune himself. Although holy swords are usually created by God. A core that is made to create a holy sword was given to Masamune as a gift, from there he created the Yawarakai-Te and used the core and thus, this is how the Yawarakai-Te is a holy sword. I won't bore you with any more details so I'll get to the point. The sword is sealed in a temple in Kyoto. The paper I put next to the book is a map of where the temple is located.)
Vince continued to read the rest of the book, after finishing he closed the book and sighed. (I'm lucky the book was pretty small, the rest of it talked about Masamune's accomplishments. Although, I am surprised the book mentioned about Muramasa's Juuchi Yosamu. Judging from the way it was described, I think it's a demon sword. I think it was made similarly to how Yawarakai-Te was created. As much as the history lesson is cool, I can't get involved with this. I have to return it.)
[What are you going to do Vince?] Shin asked him.
"Go to Kyoto and return it to where it belongs. Having this type of info is going to put me in the spotlight, which is what I'm trying to avoid." He explained getting up from the chair and stretching a little.
Amaya raised an eyebrow. {And about the holy abilities? Rias will be expecting something.}
"I'll improvise. She will be expecting a new holy ability. So, I'll just learn something that looks holy from an anime or a game, and say the book was talking about holy manipulation methods." He answered shrugging.
The two nodded in responce, but Shin spoke up. [Okay, but what about Rias? We know you don't really like being a servant, but can you at least be a little more civil with her?]
Vince raised an eyebrow, "Any reason why?"
{Well, despite Rias calling you a servant and all, I don't get the impression she's a bad person. I could be wrong but I think she's a little naive and/or oblivious. Plus, if you be more civil with her she might stop trying to invade your life so much, and if you tell her to stop calling you a servant she might listen.} Amaya lectured him.
"And if that doesn't work?" He asked looking a bit sceptical.
Shin sighed and spoke up. [Then keep your distance from them, but not enough to warrent any suspicion.]
(Hmmm... Shin and Amaya make a good point... Well, I guess I could try. Aside from it wasting my time and breath, I don't really have anything to lose, hopefully it works.) Vince thought to himself. He sighed and nodded, "Alright, I'll do it. Just note, I'll only be more civil and have a neutral opinion only."
{That's fine by us, we're only asking you to be more civil to her and the others. Nothing else.} Amaya said shrugging.
[Anyway, let's get going. You're going to be late for school if you stay here any longer.] Shin commented, gesturing towards the clock.
Vince quickly grabbed his stuff, created a portal using his Teleportal pin and walked through it. Appearing near the entrance of the school. (I love creating shortcuts to school.)

"Vince-kun!"
He turned around to see Kiba walking towards him. "Is something wrong Kiba?"
"Buchou, wants us to go to the clubroom." He replied smiling.
Vince raised an eyebrow and then sighed, "I can't skip, can I?"
Kiba shook his head in responce. "No. Buchou, wants everyone there."
"Alright, let's go." He said walking to the clubroom with Kiba.
"They look so cool together!" A female student said, blushing.
"Yeah! Kuoh's Prince Charming, along with Kuoh's Lone Wolf!" Another female student replied, also blushing.
Vince's eye twitched at hearing that, (Stupid Occult Research Club! I haven't even been here that long. And what the hell is with them and giving out weird titles?!)

Vince raised an eyebrow when he saw Asia dressed in a Kuoh uniform. (A school uniform? Did Rias enroll her?)
Koneko and Akeno entered the room, two seconds right after Vince and Kiba entered. After everyone greeted each other Issei spoke happily, "Buchou made Asia attend so she's going to be in our class Vince."
Asia smiled and bowed her head as she spoke, "I will be in your care, Vince-san."
To everyone's surprise, he patted her on the head and chuckled a little. "I'll try to help when it's needed. But be sure to ask Ise, for help. He may be a bit of a goofball, but he's reliable for the most part, once you get past his obsession over a woman's chest."
"Oi! Don't say weird things about me like that Vince!" Issei shouted as his eye twitched.
"Whatever you say, future harem perv." He replied smirking at him.
Issei gained a tickmark and yelled, "It's harem king! Not harem perv!"
"I don't think, I've ever seen Ise-kun that irrated before." Kiba said, chuckling a little.
"Ara ara. Vince-kun, can make Issei-kun so lively in the morning." Akeno commented smiling.
"...Accurate assessment." Koneko replied with a blank look.
"Don't get so upset, Ise-san." Asia said trying to calm him down.
Rias cleared her throat getting everyone's attention, "That's enough Ise, Vince." She clicked her fingers and out of thin air a large cake appeared on the table. "It might be good sometimes to gather in the morning to do these kind of things, right? Since we got a new member, I made some cake, so let's eat everyone."
Vince leaned against the wall and closed his eyes, (Eating a cake at seven in the morning? Wouldn't this have been better to wait until after school? Anyway, I'm a bit surprised Rias can bake. Then again, you can't judge a book by it's cover.)
"Ano, Vince-san are you going to take a slice of cake?" Asia asked him.
"Huh?" He said opening his eyes.
"Buchou, put alot of effort into making that cake Vince-kun." Akeno added as she, took a slice of the cake.
"It's okay, Vince doesn't have to take a slice if he doesn't want too." Rias said, looking a little sad.
Vince just shrugged and stopped leaning against the wall, (Eating a slice of cake at seven in the morning. That's a new one.) He took a slice of the cake and took a small bite out of it. (At least, it's edible...)
"How is it Vince?" Rias asked shyly.
"Not bad." He replied as he, ate more of his slice.

After everyone ate the cake they left for class, Rias was about to leave but was stopped by Vince. "Rias, I need to talk to you in private."
Rias raised an eyebrow but nodded, "What is it, do you need to talk about Vince?"
"It's about how we act towards each other. I'll just get to the point. I know I've been harsh to you, especially last night. But, I want to at least be civil with you, I hate being called a servant or being refered to as a personal posession." He replied stoically.
Rias' eyes widened and then softened. "I see. So that's why you're acting like that. I'm sorry Vince."
"It's okay Rias, as long as it doesn't happen again." Vince answered with a small nod. His eyes widened when she pulled him into a hug. (A hug? Huh... Rias feels very warm.I guess, Amaya was right.)
A minute later Vince pulled away from the hug, and gave a small nod. "I'll see you later Rias, oh and I have to admit, you're pretty warm." He left the room and walked to class.
Rias stood there with a blush on her face, "I-I'm warm?" She shook her head and went to class.
"You were right Amaya." Vince said as he walked through the halls.
{I told you so.}
[How do you feel Vince?] Shin asked him.
"I... Feel like a weight was lifted from my back. But even so, I can't let my guard down. I did say I was going to be neutral, and I meant it." He replied sighing.
{Just take it one step at a time Vince-kun. You can't deal everything all at once.} Amaya advised him.
"I know."

Vince got up and quickly left the room surprising everyone, not realizing he jumped over four desks, and used the stairway as a grind rail. (I need to go to that abandoned church. I'm surprised Azazel finished on the guns. But I am glad, I put the cellphone on vibrate during class. I already texted him during lunch I be there after school.) He entered the church and went to the basement. (Azazel, should be here soon...)
(Play Kingdom Hearts 2 Ost: Lazy Afternoons)
Two minutes later a portal appeared and Azazel walked out of it. "Hey Vince."
"Hello Azazel." He greeted him.
"I've tried to put the light properties into the guns, unfortunately your guns aren't compatiable. They're actually more compatiable with demonic energy, but I was able to take apart all of the old parts from your guns and replace it using the parts from the exorcist guns you stole. You can now fire demonic charged shots and your guns will automatically reload itself by taking a small portion of your demonic energy." He explained giving the guns to him.
Vince took the guns and pocketed them, "Thanks Azazel. Just one question."
"Yeah?"
"Do you know how to go to Kyoto?" He asked curiously.
Azazel raised an eyebrow, "Kyoto? Yes, I do. Why do you ask?"
"I have some business to take care of in Kyoto." Vince replied nonchalant.
Azazel nodded and told Vince a shortcut on how to go from Kuoh to Kyoto in a few hours."I have to go now, later Vince." He then made a portal and vanished, leaving no trace.
(Well, I better head home and get ready for Kyoto. I need to be prepared. Not to mention, going there on Angel/Devil will take a few hours and I might get hungry along the way.) He thought using his Teleportal pin to create a portal and walked through it.

Vince walked out of the portal and wasted no time in preparing after packing some food and water in a small backpack, he changed into the outfit he wore last night. (I'm glad I bought spares. Walking in clothes that has blood and sweat would have been wrong.)
{Do you have everything you need Vince-kun?} Amaya asked a little concerned.
"Yes."
[What about Rias and the others?] Shin asked wondering.
"She hasn't called me in for Devil duties, and there are no Noise acting up. As fas as, I'm concerned. It's my free time as for the others, well I'm sure they're busy doing something else." Vince answered while shrugging a little. He opened the door, walked outside and closed it. After doing that, he summoned Angel/Devil, used Gear Change to go into Devil mode and took off at highspeeds, as small trails of blue electricity emited from the hoverboard.

(Kyoto) (Play Kingdom Hearts Ost: Night of Fate)
Vince jumped out of Angel/Devil and landed on the ground. He dismissed it and started walking around. (Huh, so this is Kyoto... It looks nice, I'm glad I asked Azazel for a shortcut, it only took two hours to get here. I better hurry up and find the temple or someone who maintains it and return the book to them, it's already dark.)
He continued walking through Kyoto using the paper he got as a map. (Judging by the directions, I should be close by...)
{Vince-kun, watch out. The Noise are nearby.} Amaya warned him.
His eyes widened when he saw two light grey grizzly bears with Noise tattoos, chasing a young girl with golden hair tied up in a ponytail, with golden eyes, wearing a traditional miko outfit, with ninetails. (Oh hell no!)
Vince took out Black Devil and fired two bullets from his palm using his Force Round Pin. The two Noise around, snarled at and charged at him. Vince fired a charged shot from his gun, hitting the Noise. It staggered back but kept charging. He took out White Angel and fired at it, while moving to the side to avoid getting clawed by the other Noise. Vince used his Dagger Blade spell, rolled out of the way and stabbed the first Noise in the back destroying it. He quickly dodged a claw swipe from the other Noise and did a sweep kick causing it to fall on the floor. He, redid the Dagger Blade spell, and stabbed it in the chest and slid it in half, destroying it. "Tch. Stupid Noise."

Vince undid the Dagger Blade spell, pocketed his guns and turned to the girl who looked surprised. "You okay?"
The blonde girl shook her head and then nodded, "Y-Yes. I'm okay now, thank you."
"Good. My name is Reinhart Vince." He said introducing himself.
"I am, Kunou. It's nice to meet you, Vince-san." She replied, also introducing herself.
Vince nodded and took out the paper from eariler and started looking at it, "Nice to meet you too Kunou. Also, just call me Vince. I don't use honorifics that much."
Kunou nodded and then her eyes widened when she saw the paper, he was reading. "That paper! Where did you get that?"
"I found it in a safe along with a book in a abandoned church. How do you even know twhat the paper is Kunou?" He asked raising an eyebrow.
"My mother has been looking for it. It was stolen a while back." She explained to him.
"Okay. I get that part, but why are you out at night? It's dangerous and you were almost devoured by Noise." Vince asked frowning a little.
"I felt a disturbance in the temple where the Yawarakai-Te, is and I wanted to investigate." Kunou replied with a determined expression.
"Why?"
"Eh?"
"Why do you want to investigate the temple Kunou?" He asked her again.
"My mother has been so busy lately, a Noise appeared and she has a hard time dealing with it. Everytime my mother or someone she sends out trys to deal with it. It summons more Noise and runs away. This time, it ran to the temple. I wanted to make sure it was there so I could tell my mother, so she doesn't be overwhelmed." She answered looking sad.
(This kid... I'll have to help her. I can't let her risk her life because of this.) Vince kneeled down and patted her on the head. "Kunou, I can where you're coming from, but you could have been hurt badly. How about this? You go home and tell your mother what just happened and I'll deal with the Noise. You need to let your mother know your safe, I'm pretty sure she knows you snuck out and is worried about you." He took the paper, put in the book and handed it to her, "Give that to your mother, I'm sure she'll be surprised seeing it."
Her eyes widened and then she smiled, "Thank you. I'll go to my mother and tell her. Be careful, Vince!"
{Ufufu, I always knew you had a soft spot for kids Vince-kun.} Amaya commented in a teasing tone.
"S-Shut up..."
[Moving on, did you memorize the interior of the temple before you gave the paper to Kunou?] Shin asked trying to change the topic.
"Yes. The temple itself is actually not that big. It's just a two wide rooms. Shin, can you swap the Teleportal pin for the Holy Buster pin?" He asked walking into the temple.
[...Finished.]
Vince nodded in thanks and walked deeper into the temple. (This temple, has alot of magical power here, but why isn't the temple reacting or something? No traps, no Noise, nothing. Is it because of the Noise, Kunou mentioned?) He took out his PET and checked the radar. (I found a Boss Noise, it's just two doors down.)
{Vince, you need to hurry up and go to the Boss Noise.} Amaya urged him.
[The Boss Noise, is starting to absorb the magical power of the temple while letting out negative emotions.] Shin explained with a serious expression.
(Play Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix Ost: Deep Anxiety)
"Shit!" His eyes widened and, he started running as fast as he could. (Okay, now this is a bad situation. I have to destroy that Noise quickly before it gets more powerful. If what I understood from Kunou is true, than the damage control will be too much for them to handle, and Kyoto will be in deep trouble.)
Vince saw a door down the hallway and opened it, he enterted the room and was forced to dodge when a large black rhino with dark purple Noise tattoos tried to him impale him with it's horn. "Get out of my way!"
[Vince watch yourself, that Noise is more powerful than the one you faced in the park.] Shin advised with a serious expression.
"I know that! But if I stay waste any more time that Boss Noise will be too powerful!" Vince took out Black Devil and White Angel. The Noise charged at him, but he jumped to the side to avoid getting impaled. Vince constantly fired bullets into it's back from both his guns and fired two charged shots. He felt a small pull from his guns but ignored it, already knowing it's reloading. The Noise stomped the ground and created a large shockwave. Vince used his Psychokinesis pin to levivate himself high enough to avoid the shockwave. He pocketed his guns and fired ten bullets from his palm using his Force Round pin, each bullet nailing it in the back. The Noise roared in pain and stomped the floor creating an even bigger shockwave, Vince quickly levitated himself even higher to avoid the shockwave, to avoid getting hit, just barely dodging it. He quickly stopped levitating and out himself down, after experiencing a migraine. (Ow! Note to self, don't over use to Psychokinesis pin...)
(Better wrap this up now...) Vince took out his guns and fired at it's face. The Noise didn't flinch and just charged at him, who only smirked in response. "Gotcha." He slid underneath the Noise and used Dagger Blade as he plunged the energy blades into it, while sliding out. The Noise roared in pain and stomped the floor creating a shockwave. Vince held up his arms in repsonse to reduce the damage. He cringed in pain but fired the two Dagger Blades from the gun's barrel, piercing through the Noise and destroying it. "That took longer than it needed it to be."
{Yeah it did. But at least you won.} Amaya reassured him, trying to cheer him up a little bit.
"Yeah, but I'll need to learn a defense spell or something. I don't think my arms can take anymore damage from blocking." Vince took out his PET and swapped his Force Round pin, for his Cure Drink pin. He took out a orange soda can using his Cure Drink Pin. Vince gulped the drink down in one go. (Much better, I can hardly feel any pain, and it seems my body is mostly healed.)
"Shin, real quick. What pins are mastered?" He asked as he ran towards the other side of the door.
[The Psychokinesis pin and the Force Round pin, are mastered. Holy Buster, isn't mastered yet.] He informed him.
Vince nodded in thanks and opened the door. Walking in, the room was mostly empty with only a small pedestal in the room. Turning to the side, he noticed a katana with a red tsuka in a brown scabbard that was tossed on the floor. (Is that the Yawarakai-Te?)
His eyes narrowed when he examined his PET and noticed a Boss Noise symbol on the radar. (That Boss Noise looks like it's hiding. I can't see it anywhere, but not for long.) He touched the Noise symbol on the screen. (It won't run away since, attracting a Noise using the radar will in a sense provoke it. Good thing I listened to Shin and Amaya about this.)
(Play Devil May Cry 1 Ost: Super Public Enemy - Sparda Battle 1)
A white fox with red body markings, and nine golden tattoo tails, appeared on top of the small pedestal. It glared at him and howled.
Vince only smirked at the fox Noise, "Hey furball! You better be housetrained. Because, I'm not doing clean-up duty after I wipe the floor with you!"
A tickmark appeared on the Noise, it howled and three large fireballs were thrown at him. Vince ran out of the way, took out his guns and fired at the Noise. It howled and more fireballs were thrown at him. He rolled to the side and fire two charged shots, causing it to flinch in pain. "Come on, furball. I came all the way here for a fight! Don't tell me you were all bark and no bite."
The Noise growled angrily at Vince and teleported next to him, it tried to slash Vince with it's claws, but he used his Psychokinesis pin to stop it from moving and slammed it into the small pedestal. He pocketed one of his guns, and used his Holy Buster pin. Vince fired two shots from his arm cannon, it threw a fireball to destroy the first shot but got hit with the second shot. (Good. It's moves are getting more predictable and it's attack pattern is fairly easy to read. I just have to keep up insulting it.)
"Oh... Now I get why your so cranky. You forgot to go for your walk right?" He clapped his hands together twice and whistled a little. "Come on. Let me take you for a walk, here boy!"
The tickmark on the Noise grew bigger and it growled angrily again, it teleported behind Vince and tried to slash him with his claws, but used his Psychokinesis pin to stop it from moving. He grabbed the Noise by the tails and started swinging it building up momentum after building enough momentum, Vince slammed the Noise into the floor causing it to yelp in pain. Before the Noise could do anything else, he stomped on the Noise's stomach to prevent from escaping and fired four holy shots from his arm cannon hitting it directly in the face and kicked the Noise away causing it to be slammed into the small pedestal. (Ow. I better stop using Holy Buster so much. I'm starting to feel the recoil of using holy energy.)
"Say Shin. Why isn't the Noise getting more power, or why isn't it calling in more Noise?" Vince asked as he, rolled to side avoiding a fireball from the Noise which glared at him.
[Someone is blocking the Noise from getting anymore power, and getting more reinforcements.] Shin explained looking at the radar.
{If I had to take a guess, I would say Kunou returned home and told her mother who is probably doing this.} Amaya speculated, also looking at the radar.
"I see." He took out his guns and fired at the Noise who threw a large fireball in response. (Well, I better wrap this up soon. It's already getting late and I have school tommorow. I just hope I don't screw this up.)
The Noise howled and fired a large red beam from it's mouth, Vince quickly ran to avoid it while activating his Dagger Blade spell. (Damn, that's hot! I'll have to keep an eye when it stops using it incase there's an opening.) It stopped moving for a second and then fired the red beam again. He ran to side to avoid to getting burned by the beam. The Noise stopped moving for a second again, and Vince used his Psychokinesis pin to slam it into the ground and stop it from moving. He quickly ran up the the Noise and stabbed the Dagger Blade into the Noise, causing it to yelp in pain. "Sorry furball, but your visiting hours are over." Vince took out the Dagger Blade from the Noise, tossed it into the air and fired the Dagger Blades from the gun's barrel, the energy blades pierced through the Noise, destroying it.

Vince sat down on the floor breathing heavily, (Finally. I can't believe I'm this exhausted. Then again, I did do alot.) He turned around and looked at the damage done by the Noise. (That red beam really did a number on this place. It's a bit surprising it melted through the wall, if I would have gotten hit by that. A third degree burn would have been the least of my problems.)
After regaining his breath Vince got up, and looked at the katana. (I'll put the sword back in the pedestal before I go. It would be a bit rude not too.) He picked up the sheathed katana and walked towards the pedestal. (Weird... I don't feel any pain from holding a holy sword.) His eyes widened when he couldn't let go of the sword when he tried to put it back in the pedestal. "What the hell?"
{What's wrong Vince-kun?} Amaya asked a little worried.
"The sword is stuck in my hand, I can't let go of it." He answered as he, tried shaking the sword of his hand.
[Maybe, it choose you as it's wielder?] Shin suggested shrugging a little.
Vince's eye twitched, "I didn't come here to get chosen. I came here so I wouldn't get involved!" He tried kicking the sword of his hand, but it didn't work.
{A little bit too late to say that, don't ya think?} Amaya replied as she, watched Vince trying to get the sword out of his hand.
"Damn..."
Shin sighed and spoke up, [Why don't we get out of here and see Kunou's mother? Considering she's basically in charge of the temple and watching the Yawarakai-Te, maybe she can do something about it.]
"You do have a point Shin, just one question. After that fight, is Holy Buster close to being mastered?" Vince asked as he, got up and started walking.
Shin looked at over the data in the PET screen and nodded, [Yes. After the fight with that Noise it's close to being mastered.]
Vince nodded in thanks and continued walking, he walked outside of the temple and stopped when he saw a dark figure walking towards him. His eyes narrowed and he immediately tensed. "Who are you?"

The figure stopped walking and the moonlight revealed a young woman golden blonde hair, and matching eyes, wearing a shrine maiden's outfit. "My name is, Yasaka. I am Kunou's mother and the leader of Kyoto."
Vince nodded and visibily relaxed, although he had to fight down a blush when he noticed her figure. "I'm, Reinhart Vince. Not to be rude or anything but did Kunou returned safely?"
Yasaka nodded in responce, "Yes, Kunou has returned safely. Follow me, we have much to discuss. Not to mention Kunou is very worried about you."
"So, is there a reason why your not saying anything about this?" He asked showing her the Yawarakai-Te in his hand.
"I already know it has chosen you as it's wielder Reinhart-san." She answered with a small smile.
He frowned a little after hearing that, "I didn't come to Kyoto, to get chosen by it."
"I know. Kunou, told me you wanted to return the book and leave. We're here." She said walking towards a door of a large mansion.
Vince let out a low whistle when he looked around while walking in the large mansion. "Nice place Yasaka."
"Thank you."
Vince raised an eyebrow when he noticed the other youkai whispering and staring at him, (Is it because of the Noise, Kunou, or the sword I'm holding? Huh, I think it's a combination of the three.)
Yasaka stopped walking, opened a door and walked in, "Kunou. We're back."
Kunou's eyes widened and she quickly got up, "Vince, you're okay!" She looked at his hand and noticed the katana in his hand. "That's the Yawarakai-Te! Does this mean the sword choose you?"
"Pretty much." He replied taking a seat.
"First of all, I would like to say thank you. You saved my daughter from the Noise, you also saved me the trouble of dealing with that Noise troubling Kyoto, and you returned the book containing the information on the Yawarakai-Te." Yasaka thanked, as she bowed.
"You don't have to bow Yasaka. But if you don't mind, can you answer a few questions I have?" Vince asked as he, still tried to get the katana out of his hand.

"I don't mind. I will answer them to the best of my ability, Reinhart-san." She replied with a smile.
"Okay. Also just call me Vince, I don't like using honorfics that much." Vince saw Yasaka nod in response, so he continued. "My first question, is why the temple wasn't filled with Noise? It should have been swarmed with Noise, but I only saw one Noise defending the one causing it."
"I was restricting the negative emotions that Noise was releasing. After Kunou returned she explained everything. I immediately, restricted the Noise's negative emotions to make it easier." Yasaka explained calmly.
"Thanks for the help Yasaka, it really did help." Vince let out a small smile, but then stopped and spoke up, "Can you do anything to get this sword not to choose me as it's wielder? Also, did you know the Noise that was messing up Kyoto, took the form of a nine tailed fox?"
Kunou's eyes widened when she heard him ask that question, and then her eye twitched when she heard what form the Noise took.
Yasaka shook her head no, "I can't. The sword choose you as it's wielder, so I cannot interfere." Her eye then twitched. "As for the Noise, I've already seen it once."
Vince rubbed his temples in irritation, "...Is there anyway to surpress the holy aura it lets out?"
"Yes, there is." She took out an ofuda, channeled some energy in it and placed it on the scabbard. "As long as the blade remains in the scabbard, it will not emit any holy energy."
"Thanks alot, Yasaka."
(Hmm... I think Yasaka wants to ask me a few questions... Well, she has been nice to me so far and considering she's the leader of Kyoto. She does have to take everything into account, and considering how Yawarakai-Te, choose me. I guess she would want to ask a few questions. I don't have anything to lose from answering a few questions, so I don't see why I shouldn't.) He thought to himself and then spoke up, "If you want, you can ask a few questions. As long as, it's nothing too personal."
"Thank you Vince. I am curious as to why a servant of the Gremory's is here, and how you can use holy energy." Yasaka raised an eyebrow when she felt his holy and demonic energy spike a little. "Are you okay Vince?"
He cleared his throat and calmed down, "Sorry about that Yasaka. I don't like being called a servant. Also, I wasn't ordered to come here. I came here on my own volition, as for the holy energy. Can you and Kunou promise not to tell anyone? It would cause alot of problems if it became public knowledge."
The two nodded in agreement and Yasaka spoke up, "Kunou and I promise not to reveal this information without your approval Vince."
"Thank you." Vince revealed his wings, "This is how I can use holy energy. I am half-angel, half-devil."
Kunou's eyes shot open and she quickly got out of her seat and got closer to Vince to look at his wings. "Whoa. I didn't think it was possible..."
"Oh my. I can see why you want to keep it a secret, if word spreads there could potentially be another Great War, between the Three Factions." Yasaka stated seriously.
He called back his wings and sighed, "I know. To be honest, I really don't care about the Three Factions. I just want to be left out of their crap."
"But how are you even a half-angel, half-devil Vince?" Kunou asked curiously.
Vince then went into detail about his Sacred Gear and his reincarnation. "That pretty much sums it up."
"That certainly explains a few things, but I've never heard of a Sacred Gear that has a side effect that turns you into a half-angel, half-devil." Yasaka replied sighing.
"Yeah." He stretched his arm and his eyes widened when the sword fell out of his hand. "It's not stuck anymore!"
"It's because the sword acknowledges you won't leave it Vince." Yasaka explained smiling, that he accepted the sword.

Vince picked up the sheathed sword and shrugged, "I'm gonna call you... Woozy."
"Your going to call a holy sword, Woozy?!" Kunou shouted looking at him in disbelief.
"I know this thing is a powerful sword... But I know it will cause me a headache later. That's why I'm teasing it a little now." He replied grinning at her expression.
"Ufufu, you have a unique sense of humor Vince. Not to many people would give a holy sword a nickname like that." Yasaka said laughing a little.
Vince's grin widened, "Then it's a good thing, I'm one of the few." He got up from his seat and stretched a little. "I'll be leaving now. I have to go back to my place, it's late and tommorow is a school day. But don't worry, I'll be back."
"Really?" Kunou asked looking at him.
"As long as Yasaka doesn't mind me coming around." He replied gesturing towards her.
"I don't mind. Just let us know before you come Vince." She said simply.
"Sure thing, I'll give you call." Vince took out his cellphone and swapped numbers with Yasaka, who also took out her phone. (Yikes, it's past ten. I better head home soon.)
He then kneeled down and patted Kunou on the head, "Take care, Kunou."
"I will, goodbye Vince." She replied smiling.
"Goodbye, Kunou." Vince got up from his seat and turned to Yasaka, "Thanks for all of the help Yasaka, and sorry for the trouble."
"It was no trouble Vince." She got up from her seat, walked up to him and tried to shake his hand, but tripped and fell on top of him.
Vince struggled as he could hardly breathe from her chest on sufficating his face. Yasaka quickly got of him, and he got up, stumbling a little with a small blush on his face. "Let's pretend that never happened Yasaka."
"I agree." She replied, with a small blush on her face.
"Well, take care you two." He walked out of the room calmly, while trying not to blush again.
Vince took out his PET and glared at the screen. "If either of you two make a joke, I'll put the PET and Angel/Devil's bracelet form in the freezer for the rest of the night, when we get home. Understand?"
The pair nodded quickly knowing that he wasn't kidding, Shin cleared his throat and spoke up. [Vince, you need to learn how to use a katana in battle, and how are you going to explain to the others if they see it?]
"One second, Shin." Vince summoned Angel/Devil, used Gear Change to go into Devil mode and took off at highspeeds, as small trails of blue electricity emited from the hoverboard. "Yeah, I know I need to learn how to use a katana. Using a weapon in battle without any knowledge on how to use it, is just asking to get killed, especially considering how dangerous it's considered to two of the three Factions. Not to mention, if anyone found out. Everyone will probably be gunning down for me, even more so if they find out what I am. And if the others finds out, or notices I'm starting to pratice. I'll just say, I bought it in a shop or something."
{Or you could say a beautiful shrine maiden gave you the katana.} Amaya teased, laughing at his expression.
"Or maybe, I could test if the bracelet form of Angel/Devil fits in the freezer at home Amaya." He retorted, now smirking at her reaction.
Amaya shook her head rapidly no. {No, no, no. I'll stop the teasing!}
"Good."

After opening the door, he dismissed Angel/Devil and walked in. Vince locked the door, he tossed his guns along with the Yawarakai-Te next to his futon and put the PET on the table before walking in the bathroom. (Yasaka was very warm... Wait what? What the hell am I thinking?! ...I think the exhaustion finally caught up to me. It's already past midnight, man I tired.)
After taking a shower Vince changed into his night clothes. He got out of the bathroom and lied down on his futon, and after saying goodnight to Shin and Amaya, promptly fell asleep. Unaware, of a small glow coming from the Yawarakai-Te.

Author's Note: And with that is the end of chapter eight, now then for the explanations for questions you might ask.
While Vince finally got that issue with Rias out of the way, he's still neutral towards her. As for his thoughts and what he said to Rias before he left well, he just sorta blurted it out. Just note that he won't be acting like perfect for her, he only agreed to be more civil with her, but he will get into an arguement with her if he has to do something he doesn't like.
As for the backstory about how the Yawarakai-Te, being a holy sword. I really could find no other way, how to explain it, without the explanation sounding good.
As to why I choose for Vince to go to Kyoto, and to deal with the Noise when it was none of his business. He may be callious, cynical, or even cruel from time to time, but he's not heartless enough to leave a little girl to go off on her own like that.
As for Vince acting a bit more friendly to Yasaka, and Kunou. Yasaka, has been honest and kind to him, and she also helped him quite a bit. So it's expected he would be kind to her in exchange. And just like what Amaya, implied earlier. Vince does have a soft spot for kids, even if he wouldn't admit it.
Also, about the Noise. I added it in Kyoto, to make things more interesting, especially since the Boss Noise in there was a nine tailed fox. Although, I had to remake the entire fight scene since I read it throughly and noticed it didn't come out right, and as for why the Yawarakai-Te didn't harm him due to it's holy properties is because it choose him, it also helped that he's half-angel.
Finally. I will make this clear, Vince will not be using the Yawarakai-Te during the Raiser arc. As for why, he never even used a katana before and just like what he said earlier, using a weapon you never used before in combat is just asking to get killed. Not to mention, if he used it in the Raiser arc, it would put him in the spotlight. Which is what he's trying to avoid, not to mention he might accidently kill Raiser because he has no expirence in using it, and if that happens there will be problems. Vince will be using the sword, in another arc. Incase, your wondering, he'll start using it after the Raiser arc, but no one will no about it until a certain point in the arc. Where he gets practice on using it. Another reason why, it won't it be used in the Raiser arc, is simple. It would be overkill.
