It has been a really long time since I lasted updated, but now the summer is almost over so no more family vacations. In this next chapter you will be reintroduced to a character, and a new character will be added; but not for a long time only temporarily. ~Chapter 9~

~Before the Concert~

James and Carlos are still not taking to each other, and Nina hasn't told Fabian about the concert.

~Nina's pov~

"Are you ready for the date Nina?" Fabian asked walking into the living room.

"About that." I start; I look down and start to dig my foot into the floor. "I won't be able to make it." I look up at him and bite my lip. I want to go out, but I really want to go to the concert.

"But you said yes yesterday." It's not like we can't reschedule.

"I know, and I'm sorry. Can we reschedule?"

"Ok." He smiles. Ahh that smile. "If you don't mind me asking, where are you going?" Crap, I can't tell Fabian that I'm skipping a date with him to go to a concert with Kendall. What do I do? "Nina, are you ok?" I guess I took too long to answer.

"I'm fine." He looked hesitant, but I gave him a smile and he relaxed.

"So were you going?"

"Uh um, I-I think I hear Amber calling me. I have to go." I headed for the door.

"I don't hear Amber."

"Well you know." I pointed at my ears. "Supernatural abilities. Bye!" I quickly ran out the door.

"Ok." I heard him say as I closed the door.

~End of pov~

Nina ran into her, Amber, and her sister's room. She looked around for a second before flopping on her bed.

"Hey Nina why are you out of breath?" Amber asked putting down her magazine.

Nina flipped herself over. "I was running away from Fabian."

"What." She was so shocked she nearly fell off her bed. "Are you serious? Are you ok? Did you guys break up?" She continued to ask random questions.

"Huh, n-no of course not I just didn't know how to tell him I was skipping our date to hang out with Kendall." You do know you'll be hanging out with more than just Kendall. Oh Nina you have a lot to learn. Amber thought turning around back to her magazine. Nina gasped. "Yes Amber I do know that I will be hanging out with more than just Kendall." Amber turned around her eyes wide; there was a slight blush on her cheeks.

"So." Amber clapped trying to get that awkward moment aside. "What are you wearing tonight?"

"I don't know." Nina rolled her eyes at her friends failed attempt. "Nothing big just a shirt and some jeans, cause' it's gonna be pretty hot outside."

Amber nodded her head in approval. "Where is Ashley?"

"Downstairs."

"Let's go ask her what she's wearing tonight."

Amber and Nina walk downstairs. Ashley and David are sitting down together on the couch, while Kendall is in the chair. Nina plopped herself onto her siblings, her head in Ashley's lap. Ashley unconsciously started to play in her sister's hair. She smiled slightly she loved these little moments.

"Hey we wanted to talk to you."

"What about?"

"What you're wearing tonight." Amber asked leaning against the chair Kendall was sitting in. "But I can already guess on what you're going to say."

"A shirt and some jeans."

"What time does the concert start?" Amber questioned.

"Well it's 5 right now, and the concert is at 7; so we need to start getting ready."

The girls ran upstairs discussing their outfits.

"Aren't you gonna get ready?" Kendall wondered looking over to the brunette.

"Unlike them." He pointed upstairs. "It doesn't take me two hours to get ready." He chuckled a little at his sisters.

Kendall laughed also. "I agree unless you're James." This only made them laugh a little harder. "I'm gonna take a shower before all of the hot water is gone." He got up from his seat. Him and David doing a handshake before he went to his room.

Hours later everyone was ready. They were all laughing at the fact the David ended up taking a shower with cold water.

"That's what you get for waiting last minute." Nina said putting around her little brother.

"Whatever." He mumbled.

"Oh the limo is here." James squealed. Everyone looked at him, but he was too happy to care.

Everyone hopped into the limo listening to music on the way there.

~At the Concert~

Big Time Rush is singing "Oh Yeah by Big Time Rush." They do their dance moves and all the girls swoon. The crowd goes wild.

"Thank you." Kendall waved into the crowd, most girls thought it was for them, but it was actually for a certain American.

Next they sing "Nothing Even Matters by Big Time Rush." Again the crowd screams. They continue singing songs, and dancing. For their last song they sang "Worldwide by Big Time Rush." During the middle Kendall stops the band.

"Nina, Nina are you out there?" He held his hand up to his forehead leaning forward a little bit.

She looked over to Ashley. "Do you know anything about this? She shook her head. Sighing walked up on stage. They continued to sing worldwide to her. OMG BTR is singing to me. She thought. She swayed back and forth in her seat to mask that she was totally freaking out. Rising from her seat, she walked over and whispered something in his ear. He had this boyish grin on his face.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Aww he was concerned.

"I'm sure." He looked at her, and they both started laughing.

~Scene change~

Nina and Kendall both are running through the hallway.

"Which room is it?" Nina asked.

"This one." Kendall stopped running.

"Are you sure?" She asked repeating the same words that were just said to her. He only nodded his head. "And we won't get in trouble."

"No, and if we do I'll say it was my idea." Nina smiled. They walked into the room and locked the door so they wouldn't get caught.

~At the house~

"Hey, is Nina not back yet?" Fabian frowned.

"Nope, she is still with Kendall at one of his concerts. Oops." She quickly covered her mouth after realizing what she just did.

"What! She blew me off to go hang out with that – that uh!" He storms into his room. Minutes later he walks back in. "Where is the concert?"

"Down by the bakery to the left you can't miss it." She face palmed. "Uh I gotta stop doing that." She watched as Fabian ran out of the house.

~The concert~

Back at the concert the remnants of Big Time Rush had told the crowd to hold on while they found there last member.

"Kendall where are you?" James asked leading the small group.

"We're in here." Kendall poked his head out of the door.

"What are you doing?" Logan asked using his 'parental and in charge' voice, with a hint of 'it better be legal'.

"Yeah!" Carlos yelled backing Logan up.

"Huh?"

"Huh?" Carlos repeated.

"Carlos!" Logan yelled looking back over his shoulders. He raised his eyebrows as if to say 'Shut up, I'm trying to be mature'.

"Sorry." Carlos mumbled looking down.

Kendall, Nina and James rolled their eyes. "Nina had an idea of a singing competition, and I thought it would be cool."

"I like your thinking." James nodded his head starting to get excited. "Now who will be facing the champ?" James yelled the last part possibly adding a flex to be intimidating.

"Well champ two things. First it's you, Logan, Carlos, Ashley, David, Jerome, and I. Secondly the champ won't be the champ any more. It'll be me, now let's go."

James stood there looking like a fish trying to find his words. "He's scared." Kendall said crossing his arms.

"Very." Carlos and Logan said standing behind him. (Now queue the BIG TIME RUSH Theme song. JK :D)

They walked on stage including Ashley, David and Jerome.

"Hey guys, it seems you lucky fans get something extra for your concert. So these people here are having a singing contest, and it is up to you to decide who is best. Up first is Ashley."

Ashley quietly runs to the spotlight.

"Ok here we go." She sings "Playing God by Paramore."

The crowd screams and she gives a quiet thank you before walking off stage.

"David you're next."

"Yeah um let's see." He dragged the last word out thinking of a song. "Oh I got one." He sings "The Ballad of Mona Lisa by Panic! At the Disco."

The crowd applauses.

"Awesome next is … Carlitos come on up."

"Hi." All of the girls screamed back. He sings "Invisible by Big Time Rush."

'Carlos you rock' could be heard from the crowd.

"Hurtful." Ashley and David said at the different reactions.

"Wow our forth contestant is Jerome." Kendall pulled him on stage giving him a pat on the back.

"Ok." He sings " Satellite by Tyrone Wells"

Everyone was screaming and you could hear a few girls yell 'I want to marry you'. Jerome only laughs and walks backstage.

"Wow Jerome it looks like you have some fans." Nina said looking out to the crowd then back to her brother.

"Duh." Was all he said.

"Fifth until the real battle begins is Logan."

Said person runs out and does a backflip. He sings " Intermission by Big Time Rush." He does another backflip.

The crowd is silent for a while before erupting into cheers.

"Alright, alright and now for the big challenge first James."

"Here is the champ's song." He looked over to Nina. He sings "Clarity by Zedd"

The crowd screams louder than any of the others.

"And finally Nina."

"Hiya." Some people responded. "I'll be singing a song I wrote myself." She sings "Come and Get It by Selena Gomez"

The crowd screams louder than James.

"Yeah!" She does a front flip followed by a backflip. Take that Logan.

"Looks like we have a winner." Kendall pulls Nina's arm into the air.

"I won!"

"What this can't be true." James and Nina start arguing.

Unbeknownst to all of them Fabian was in the back watching all of it.

"I can't believe it she really blew me off for Kendall." He sees Nina run across the stage to Kendall and hug him.

"Thank you."

"For what?"
"For giving me the courage to sing my sing."

" Any time."

The concert has now ended and Nina is still gloating at James.

"Ok I can't take it anymore!" He yelled covering his ears.

"Just admit that I was good, and I'll stop."

"Just admit it!" Kendall, Logan, and Carlos yelled.

"Fine, Fine! You're better than me." He mumbled the last part.

"What?"

"I said you were better than me." He mumbled again. Nina leans forward putting her hand behind her ear. " I said you were better than me!" He yelled clearly annoyed.

"I know I heard you the first time."

As they were walking back to the limo. Carlos, Logan, and James were in the front having a conversation. David and Ashley in the middle. Nina and Kendall in the back.

"That was awesome."

"Yeah it was." Nendall share a laugh until someone forcefully grabs Nina.

"Kendall h-help me!" She struggled to get out of the persons grip while controlling her strength to an average 17 year old girl.

Kendall turns around. "Nina!" Before he could do anything he was knocked unconscious by another person.

"Let's take them back before anyone notices." The two mystery people leave carrying two unconscious bodies into a van. But they didn't know was that everyone else was watching.

Wow that was my longest chapter yet. Who do you think the mystery people are. Will the gang save Nendall before it's too late. We'll just have to wait and see.
