I wanted to do more. I really did. But if you put yourself out in the line of fire, either you or someone you care for will get shot. I've been doing this long enough to know how it works. And though I don't condone vigilantes, I did appreciate what this Bat creature was trying to do. For the first time in a long time, I saw hope, a chance for change, and a smile on Rachel's face. That alone was worth it.
