Sorry it took so long~ I've been working on a new story about a dream I recently had. I've already started writing chapter 10. Update coming sometime next week!

Part 2: Broken Memories

Chapter 9:Twins?!

"You just had to go and trust Eggman... didn't you?" Said the tied up fox who sat beside his blue friend. "It's not like he does this to us every time he wants something..."

"It was for Teacup! What else were we to do?" Sonic said shifting in the rope.

Tails looked over to him. "Not trust him?"

Sonic rolled his eyes and gave a small sigh. "Let's just focus on getting out of here and finding my Teacup."

[ On the Airship Emiora ]

Emiora sat in a chair that was in her room. As she gazed out of a large window, she propped her elbows around a pad of paper that laid on a large metallic desk. The metal was cold against her skin, causing goosebumps to crawl over her skin. To her, this room felt like a jail; a holding cell without bars.

She looked down at the pad of paper. Upon that paper, she drew many doodles of the Blue-Blur. She studied each hard-line, the small swirls, and the amounts of blue that painted many pages that sprawled across her desk.

She gave a small sigh. Why could she not shake this guy off? Ever since she returned to the airship, she thought about him nonstop. What would Dr. Robotnic think about this? How angry would he get?

Emiora played around the thin pencil she had on the table, rolling it back and forth till her bed room door flung open. Startled, Emiora grabbed her papers and shoved them in her note pad.

"Emiora," said the friendly voice. "How are you feeling?"

She slowly turned in her chair to see the large mustached man. She had a slight blush on her face, hoping that he would not mention the papers. She chewed on her lip for a moment before giving a shrug.

"Hmm... Maybe going out will cheer you up." He thought aloud. "I know you must feel overwhelmed with everything... I would give you the day off, but I need you again. This time I will not lose you." She looked up at him in a curious way. "While you were out and about, I found you some friends you will now be working with. I asked them to stay outside." He stepped back. "We'll be waiting for you when you are ready." He said leaving the room. Emiora stared out the door, trying to get a glimpse. Everything seemed to move so fast that she hardly had any time to get a good look.

She sighed once more. Usually when the doctor wanted something, he would ask in a sly way. He would press guilt on Emiora mentally, forcing her to go whether she wanted to or not. She pushed herself up and out of her chair. She grabbed her notepad and locked it away in desk drawer. I wonder what they're like... Well, I'll never find out if I'm stuck in my room all day moping around.

She then walked to the door, fixing the quills on her head. She stopped when she touched the door knob. Why do I feel this way... I have no need to have these knots in my stomach... It took her moments before she shook her head and opened the door.

To her surprise, Eggman and the two white wolves stood on the other side of the door. Emiroa's eyes scanned each boy. Twins! Oh my... They're so big! The only main difference was that their tribal marks and one's fur had a slight color of cream.

"Emiora, meet Hunin," He held his hand over the white wolf and then to the other twin. "and Munin. They will be your new partners." She continued to study them till Eggman spoke once more. "Now that we are all here, let's get on topic..." His voice seemed to fade out when Emiora glanced over at her new partners. How did he manage to get them... Did he snag someone new because he wants to get rid of me or is it because I can't take care of myself. Her face scrunched up. You know, I'll show that egg-head, that's what I'll do! I don't need partners, I'm just fine on my ow-

A hand waved in front of her face. "Hello~" Emiora jumped. Had she been staring this entire time? A small blush crossed her face as she quickly looked away from one of the twins. As she looked away, she did not notice that the other wolf stood beside her.

"Don't worry about her." Eggman said as he turned his head. "She's a quiet one."

"O-Okay.." the one twin said.

"So, where are we headed?" Asked the other.

"Emiora knows where. We're headed to the canyon. I got a faint signal from there, but I'm sure it's there." He pulled out a small leather book, the stained yellow pages sprawled about. "It lists that there are several different kinds of vials out there. Now that we know what the first one was, we can cross that one off the list."

"Are they all in the canyon?"

"No, there everywhere actually. Since we are already here, Why not get everything we can before we move on?" His fingertips danced across the page. "There are places like the ocean and a tropical forest, a the arctic and..." The list seemed to never end. Emiora was in for a real treat. As the doctor continued reading off places, she realized that her job was never going to be finished.
