10. Law of Dramatic Multiplicity
Scenes that only happen once, for instance, a 'Good Guy' kicks the 'Bad Guy' in the face, are seen at least 3 times from 3 different angles.
A shocked murmur ran through the Observants as the collective room of eyeballs watched Danny Phantom use the Ghostly Wail against his future self.
"It is impossible!" One cried. "For Phantom to gain the skill that his future self only attained after ten years, and in such a short span of time-"
"If he uses it for evil, after this-"
"But what of the rate his powers are expanding-"
The room dissolved into jumbled argument, which immediately ground to silence when Phantom broke the Wail off and reverted back into human form.
"Well, at least he will not use this power lightly-" The speaking Observant broke off when the screen they were all watching replayed the scene from a different angle.
"What-"
The scene replayed yet again, this time from a frontal view, and several Observants recoiled from the ghostly sound waves.
As the screen continued to replay itself from every possible angle, Observants argued, yelled, and generally acted as far from how an organized group of overseers of reality was expected to act. One even went so far as to whack the screen several times with his fist.
Shrouded in the shadows behind them, Clockwork smirked.
