Isabelle had a tendency for partying that her brother's hadn't inherited. She had spent many nights out with all kinds of people and so when she woke up this morning it seemed she remembered everything. She remembered the drunken haze that hit her quicker than usual, the innocent flirtation with a certain redhead and a leather clad hybrid to amuse the boys in the room. She remembered the way that her tight dress clung to Clary's small frame as Ivory gently caressed her arm... She was brought out of her reverie when more shadowed figures appeared around them as they followed the corridor. Her keen sense of danger was being flooded by emotions she just couldn't allow. Isabelle could sense more than see her brother stiffen with an impending sense of doom. Darkness closing in. Her brothers also never inherited her acceptance of down worlders. This could also be a result of the casual warlocks arm around his shoulders. What she saw was the gruelling stares of strangers, sharp toothed children of the night. What he saw was Magnus' piercing gaze burnt into his memory, intimate closeness clouding his shadow hunter vision. Only when the two leaders stopped suddenly did the others hear the growing growls from all around them. "Raphael.." Ivory took a step away from her apparent friend "What is the meaning of this?" The vampire gazed at his followers becoming more and more pronounced around them. "Come now Ivory, you can't seriously expect me to hold my kind back from theirs? That I can't do, even for you." Jace watched their diplomatics, seeing centuries of words unspoken. He could see that this small conflict was representative of a much bigger struggle. Then, she was fire.

"HOW DARE YOU DISRESPECT ME SO!" The change was so sudden that all of the shadow hunters flinched to their weapons. Suddenly the smug vampire was clutching his neck and rising slowly from the ground. Ivory apparently had a flair for the theatrical. "AFTER ALL I HAVE DONE FOR YOU! YOU DARE TURN ON ME AFTER ALL THIS TIME!" The other vampires were getting frantic now, a rioting crowd. The shadow hunters drew their weapons. A very small ashy voice interrupted "I-ivory, noot y-you, t-t-the shadow hun-" "THAT IS ME! Raphael-" Her tone became softer, sadder "you know that mine are mine. As you once were..." Her voice cracked and Jace took an involuntary step forward, he needed to... do something! But it turns out she was more than capable. "I loved you, Raphael. Know that as I send you to Hades." And she snapped his neck. Body falling limp to the floor. That's when all hell broke loose.
