My Mythical Love (MCL Meets Disney)

Requested by Anon on Tumblr. Based off the myth of Heracules and given a little bit of Disney magic. Kentin x Candy, Kentin is one of the many demigod children of Zeus. Given godly strength Kentin was destined to be a hero and his legacy would live on as Heracules. Follow the epic of Kentin/Heracules in this greek myth inspired tale.

10. Chapter 10

Instead of cleaning off the shovel he began to dig a path toward the stables and redirected the water into the stalls, He'd been smart enough to make sure the water would flood the stalls and while the water slowly spread he opened the doors and made another path leading back to the river. He had created a plumbing system and let the river do the work, he only stepped in to break up the bigger piles and the cemented pieces. He quickly noticed how nervous the cows became at the sight of the flooding water. However with their master's son there they remained calm hearing his voice even and soothing./em/p

Kentin watched her pick a spot before laying out the blanket, watching her bend down stirred something in him. Nix turned her head back towards him, seeing him watch her she gestured to him. He had to point to himself to make sure she was referring to him, and she nodded. She gestured for him to come to her, understanding she wanted to eat with him. He held up a hand and rush back into the stable, cleared the rest of the mess, stowed the shovel and jogged to the spot Nyx looking through the food. He sat beside her and the two eat, at first in a silence before finally a conversation sprung from Kentin thanking Nix for sharing her food./em/p

It reminded Kentin of the Lion he fought; he then remembered that he left the skin on the ship./em/p

Several screams of fear erupted throughout. They ran to a window, they spotted the bull pulling back from the closed door. They had no clue how long the door could hold if the bull rammed into the door again. The bull turned around and marched out of the courtyard, getting a reasonable distance, it turned and began to ready itself. The beast had set off, nearing the door at an incredible speed, just as it speeds into the courtyard a rope tied into a lasso hooked around on the horns. With a tug, the bull was pulled back and thrown off balance. The beast got up and searched around frantic to find what had stopped it, following the end of the rope Kentin stood. He had another rope tied into a lasso, he began swinging it ready to hook it around the neck of the beast./em/p

He manages to roll, so he ended only being grazed by the horns. He slipped through the space between the horns and was rammed by its head. He was knocked back a few feet from the bull. He'd lose his grip on the hooked lasso but still had the other in his hand. The beast caught sight of the rope and bucked trying to get it off. Taking a chance Kentin aimed and tossed the lasso full. As it passed the bull's head, he wasted not a second and flicked his wrist, so the rope was tight against its neck. With that Kentin knew he'd won, as the memories of his father showing him how to deal with unruly cattle kicked in. Holding tight the rope he tugged the bull forwards and moved closer. The beast resisted, but Kentin managed to get close enough to grab the other lasso, duck and weaving around the beast Kentin managed to tie it up. Restrained the bull fought, Kentin eventually put his hand on the bull's nose. Staring it dead in the eyes he huffed and quietly shushed it. The beast finally settled and surprising shrunk a bit in size, Kentin patted it's head and plopped down beside it./em/p
