Jack POV

Elsa and I fell asleep after a little while. I even had a dream about her. Knock knock. I wasn't sure who was at the door. I got up out of the bed slowly so that I wouldn't wake Elsa. I grabbed my staff and walked quietly to the door. I put my hand on the doorknob and opened it. It was Sandy standing at the door. He made an exclamation point above his head and started waving his arms around everywhere and I had no idea what he was trying to tell me.

"Whoa, dude slow down I don't even know what you're saying." I said.

He pointed at me then made a motion for me to follow him. So I did. Before we started for the door I looked back at Elsa. She was still sleeping then I saw a gold snowman appear above her head. She smiled as Sandy gave her good dreams.

"Alright man lets go find the others." I said.

He nodded and we walked to the main hall. In there were the other guardians all talking at the same time.

"Oh, hi Jack. Thanks for coming." Tooth said.

"So what's happening?" I asked.

"Well, we found Anna. Pitch took her back up to the north mountain." North said.

"Why would he take her back there?" I asked. I wasn't so sure why Pitch would just take Anna back to where he took Elsa.

"We're not sure. But Sandy was able to find her while she was asleep." North said.

"Do you know if she's hurt?" I asked.

"Mate, we're not sure if she's okay or not. The main thing is that we get her back safely." Bunny said. And he's right, if Pitch tortured Anna in any way possible Elsa would…well we all know.

"Alright so let's go get her." I said. They all just stared at me like I was crazy. "What?"

"Jack, nothing personnel honestly but we think it would be better for you to stay here with Elsa." Tooth said.

"Why?"

"Because you can keep her calm. Also Pitch wants you to go after him it's a trap. It's safer if you stay here with Elsa."

I wanted to argue back but they were right. Every time I'm near Pitch he always does something to drive my confidence down. Plus staying with Elsa wasn't a bad thing.

"Okay. I'll stay but I promised Elsa that Anna would get back okay. Okay?"

"We won't let anything happen to her." North said. Bunny nodded and Sandy made a thumbs up.

I walked back to Elsa's room and found her still asleep. Poor thing, all that stress made her tired.

Elsa POV

I slowly woke up. Wow. I haven't slept that well in a long time. As I sat up I noticed there were tiny specks of gold dust around me. Where did that come from? It doesn't matter. I looked over at my window and saw Jack sitting there looking out at the snow. I got up and walked over to him and placed my hand on his shoulder. He turned and smiled.

"So did I miss anything? I mean besides the gold dust on my bed." I said.

"Haha yes and the dust was Sandy giving you dreams." Jack said.

"I'm still worried about Anna."

"Well the guardians found her and are on their way now to rescue her."

"Wait what? Where is she and why aren't you going with them?"

"She's at the north mountain again and…"

"What?"

"They wanted me to stay behind."

"But why?"

"Elsa every time I'm around Pitch I get scared and that gives him the advantage. Plus they thought it would help you if I stayed."

"Do you want to be out there with them?"

"Now that I think about it no."

"Why?"

"Because now I get to spend more time with you.

I couldn't argue with that because I also wanted to spend more time with him. He smiled and leaned in and kissed me. It lasted longer than it has before. After it ended we talked about our powers and how much fun winter is.

Later on we were both playing with our powers and making snow patterns and snowflakes in the room. Then Jack did the strangest thing. He opened the window and flew out then closed it again. What was he doing?

Then he began drawing something on the window. He made a heart out of ice and I couldn't help but smile. Then I had a fun idea.

I opened the window and said, "Hey Jack meet me in the garden I want to show you something."

"Okay." And he flew off to the garden.

I quickly ran out of the room and out the gate to find someone. I knew where he would be. I walked fast to where only certain flowers could survive the winter. I found Olaf.

I walked over and said, "Hi Olaf."

"Huh? Oh, hi Elsa I can't help myself but I love these flowers." Olaf said. I couldn't help but laugh. He loves everything.

"Hey Olaf I want to introduce you to someone."

"Yay! I love meeting people I've never met before."

I smiled and we walked to the garden. While I was looking for Jack I noticed a lot of the flowers look sad with all the snow on them. I walked over to the saddest one and removed all the ice from it.

"Kind to everything even flowers. I like it."

I turned around and saw Jack standing there smiling.

"Jack this is Olaf." I said as I pointed to the snowman.

"Hi, I love warm hugs." Olaf said.

"Whoa. Elsa built you?" Jack said.

"Yeah. I love Anna and Elsa, they're like a family." Olaf said.

"Oh Olaf we are your family." I said. Olaf made a face that looked like he was blushing. Jack looked at me and smiled. Soon enough he and Olaf were talking about all the things Olaf loves like the heat. For a snowman he is odd to love summer but I think it's cute.

There were ice swirls around my feet. I guess I can't control my powers when I'm really happy either. I still needed to learn how to control my powers completely so I figured I would do that while jack and Olaf were talking.

I sat down on my knees in the snow and it felt so nice. I started trying things as I was moving my hands and arms around. It was actually really fun to kind of learn my powers and not just use them for fights or someone else's entertainment.

Jack POV

This little snowman just never shuts up. All he talks about is all the things he loves and he loves everything. But I'll suck it up for Elsa. I saw her practicing her magic and she looked calm and happy.

"I got impaled once." Olaf said.

"What?"

"Yeah I just walked right through and didn't even notice 'till I stopped talking. But it didn't hurt. Like I told Kristoff, I don't have a skull or bones."

"Okay dude, is there anything you don't love?" I tried to say in the nicest possible way.

"Well…no. Well except for Hans and Pitch."

"How do you know about Pitch?"

"I saw him." That was it? That's how he knows him? Oh brother.

"So Olaf, what do you usually do?"

"I mostly walk around the village and just look at stuff. Oh yeah I also make kids happy when they're sad ad I like to go play with Sven."

Who the heck is Sven? I'll just go with it. I looked back over at Elsa and saw a reindeer approaching her. He nudged her arm with his nose and she looked at him and smiled. She started petting it and talking to it in a kind way.

"Hey look its Sven!" Olaf said.

Oh so Sven is the reindeer. Yeah that makes sense. I looked back at Elsa and then she looked at me. She waved at me and motioned for me to go over there. I walked over to her and said, "Hey."

"Hi, Jack this is Sven. Sven this is Jack Frost.

Sven nodded like her understood which I think he did. I reached out to pet him and he leaned into my hand. He was a gentle animal and I could tell he loved Elsa. Elsa and I stayed there with Sven for a while and eventually it was dark out.

We went back inside and just as she was about to go to bed she turned around and said, "Jack? Are you sure Anna will be alright?"

"Yes, I'm sure they're bringing her back now as we speak." I said. But to be honest I didn't know and I was hoping that Anna was okay.

"Well then goodnight Jack."

"Night Elsa."

I turned away then I heard the door open and she ran to me hugging me. She hugged me so tight I couldn't breathe there for a second.

"It'll be alright." I whispered into her ear.

"I hope so." She said.
