Chapter 10 - Cloaked in a Deal

All eyes were on the pair as they walked into the room. The freshmen were excited to see one of the most popular seniors in school, Claude Faustus, in their room. Eyes glittering with admiration and jealousy as well. Seeing that Ciel was the one Claude was pushing around in the room. The teacher, Mrs. Baroness Angelina Durless-Barnett (but everyone just called her Madame Red due to her red clothing and fashion as well as her hair), looked over to see the two boys enter the classroom.

"Claude, what are you doing in my classroom?" Madame Red asked, glaring at the boy slightly.

With a smirk, Claude replied, "Ciel is sadly handicapped so I was chosen to escort him class to class," He paused as his smirk widened, "Angelina."

Her usually stern eyes softened a bit as she stared at the cloaked boy with much sympathy. "Very well then… But stop disturbing my class with your manly sparkle. Why don't you go wait outside until class is over?"

The man only grunted in response as he pushed Ciel over to his desk and left the room. Leaving the class sighing in a dream-like state. All except the blue-eyed boy…who only sighed from the confusion of his feelings and the depression he felt.

Ciel didn't really have much to say about his current situation. Except that Claude was not that bad of a man. Despite how silent and ugly Ciel was, it didn't seem to affect the golden-eyed man. Instead, he gently offered bottled water to the boy at random times, softly patting his head when he felt depressed (he was always depressed...so it did happen quite often), Claude would softly ask in a quiet voice 'Are you okay?' and 'Does it hurt?' All of this affection and love he was receiving was starting to make his heart feel warm.

Never had he, Ciel Phantomhive, felt such a peculiar feeling, this feeling of want, the want to be touched. The need to be held in strong, loving arms. The longing of lips against his own. But most of all - the want to be loved. But there was just one slight problem...would he be willing to trust anyone, to entrust his heart, his body, and his feelings to one person?

Or would that person take everything and then throw him away like the rubbish that he was?

I crave for all of this, I want, no - need it. But if I am to be ending up broken and used in the end, there's no point in giving me all away. I know that. And yet his voice, his eyes...they captivate me. They drive me on the edge of insanity as I battle these unwanted feelings away. It was then, that day, that I learned to love. Even if it was just a little bit, it was the day my feelings began to change for him. I felt my heart opening, just a tiny little crack, for him. A little light finding its way in.

"Are you absolutely sure that you'll be able to pull Claude away from Ciel?" Sebastian asked warily, still unsure of Alois' antics.

"Yes. I'll pull Claude away from Ciel. And while he's all over me, you can get your Ciel back."

Sebastian raised an eyebrow, still uncertain if he should accept or not. "And what's the catch?"

Alois looked amused as he smiled. "After I help you get Ciel, I just need you to do a little favor for me. That's all."

"What kind of 'favor' are we talking about?" He really hated it when people beated around the bush. Why couldn't they just come clean and say it?

"Oh, nothing. Just a small favor, nothing really big...this is your only chance to get Ciel back, after all. So do you accept, Mr. Michaelis?" He reached out his hand with another disgustingly 'innocent' way.

Mulling over the details in his head, Sebastian reluctantly reached out to the waiting hand and shook it. The deal was now activated.

"A good choice." Alois chirped out happily once their hands separated.

Something deep inside of Sebastian was telling him that this was a bad idea. A very bad idea.

But to claim Ciel as his own, he had to use even the most ridiculous methods. Glaring at the blonde, he pinched the bridge of his nose. Obviously stressed out, tired, and unhappy at all of the events that were playing in reality. Even if it meant stopping as low as making a deal with a bubbly blonde that he deeply despised.

"So, when does your part of the deal start?" The older male inquired, an eyebrow raising up curiously.

The blonde boy twirled around, doing a little dance, you should say, while clapping his hands twice before saying, "Ole'! It shall begin at lunch. I'll take Claude on a roller coaster ride, and he won't expect it. During that short time period, Ciel will not be guarded by anyone. That will be your time to strike before he comes back." Then, he abruptly stopped in his tracks, back to Sebastian while whispering, "And then you'll know - you made a deal with the Devil."

"Excuse me, what did you say at the end there? I didn't quite catch it." Sebastian couldn't help but feel a strong distrust for the boy. Even though he had made a deal, didn't mean he completely had faith in him. And he probably will never trust Alois, for as long as he lives.

The blonde-haired boy turned around in a swift movement and gave him that highly disturbing innocent smile, as if plastered on his face. "Oh, nothing at all. I shall see you at lunch, and we'll hunt them down together. But I need to go now, because the teacher and others will think that I've been shitting in the bathroom for 20 minutes, or, as my friends say, masturbating, getting some dick shoved up my ass, et cetera. Ta-ta~!" And he skipped down the halls, his footsteps echoing down the hall until there was no trace of him left.

Sebastian sighed, feeling quite apprehensive. What had he gotten himself into?

The bell rang, ending the class, and signaling the beginning of lunch. People shuffled through the narrow hallways, shoving their way into the cafeteria.

Claude was pushing the boy through people, not giving a single fuck that he may be running people over. It wasn't his fault, because they were in the way. Ciel wasn't comfortable when he felt many pairs of eyes staring at him and the man behind him. They began moving out of the way so that Claude could go through.

And Ciel knew, that it was for Claude and Claude only. If the man hadn't have been behind him, he was sure that people would only roll him into the janitor's closet and lock him in there. He shivered at the thought. Feeling a bit happy that there was someone there to protect him from that.

"HEEEEY! COMING THROUGH!" A voice called, a ball of yellow hair ran up and glomped Claude. Claude's eyes widened as he felt himself being toppled over onto the ground. Usually he wouldn't have been knocked down by such lightweight, but it was just the fact that it was a surprise that caught him off guard. Raising a brow at the boy, which he could identify as Alois Trancy. "What do you think you're doing?" His monotone voice asked.

"Glomping you! And I have something to tell you, it's really important, Claude! You have to come with me, come on, get up, quickly! The principal said he wanted to see you!" Alois got up on his feet and tugged at the large man that was still sitting on the floor. "It's an emergency, so the boy can wait!" He shouted loud enough for the whole school to hear.

"Stop this nonsense at once, what are you talking about? Why would the principal want to see me?" His golden eyes glinted dangerously as he slowly got up.

Ciel turned around from his wheelchair to see what had happened. And sure enough, it made him freeze. Alois Trancy…

"HURRY! THEY NEED YOU!" The boy whined, tugging even harder at Claude's sleeve, jumping up and down in a childish manner.

Looking back, he saw Ciel staring at them. Though he did not see those beautiful blue hues, he knew they were trained on them. Clearing his throat, he nodded. "Fine, take me to the principal. But only if I bring Ciel, because I can't just leave him here all al-"

As if on cue, the students began to move through the hallway again, closing the space between him and Ciel. The hall was so crowded, he had lost sight of the boy in the wheelchair as he felt himself being dragged towards some place by Alois, while he was also being surrounded by people. "What the fuck?! Let me go, I need to get Ci-"

"Shut up and follow me, you dickhead." The boy growled, quite strong for his age as he rounded a corner to an empty hallway and shoved the shocked man against the wall. "I want you, and I always get what I want. So why don't you leave that good for nothing brat alone and let's fuck."

"Wha-"

Alois got down on his knees and began to unzip Claude's trousers quickly, earning a gasp from the man above him as he felt the soft member inside of his boxers.

"That's right - get hard for me. Soon you'll be screaming out my name. You bitch."

Ciel watched in horror as he lost his sight of his only protector, the only person that guarded him from the wrath of the evil people. His senses froze as he felt someone pushing him. Unable to turn his head to see who it was, out of fear, he silently sat there. Letting the person push him into the men's locker room in the gym. He gulped visibly, his hands curling to fists as he tried to calm himself down. They won't do anything to me. He tried reassuring himself.

But his heart almost stopped when the door slammed shut behind them and they were alone.

He heard that voice that caused his heart to leap to his throat.

"Ciel.."

Why now? Why here? Why this? Why did this man love to mess with him? To mess with his feelings? To steal his first kiss? To tell him that he was beautiful? To tell him lies and lead him on?

He forced himself to choke out, "Se-Sebastian…"

"Hey, hey! Luvi, Harp!" Lizzy squealed, running over to her best friends. When Lizzy was this hyper, it only meant disastrous things. The last time she was this hyper was when she ate too much candy last year, jumping about and flirting with all the boys in school, only to break their little hearts. "Guess what?! I just got the best plan ever, to make Ciel mine again! I worked so hard to devise this plan in class!"

The two girls looked at each other, both giving a knowing nod of what happens when Lizzy comes up with a plan. Oh, it was going to be diabolical, all right.

"And that is?" Harp asked, sandy blonde hair swaying to the left of her shoulder.

Lizzy smiled and placed one hand on her hip and placed a finger on her lip, shushing her friends. "A secret."

Oh dear goodness...look at all these people trying to get Ciel. And then Alois may or may not end up with Claude...

I'm proud to say that the beginning of the story, or, should I said, 'first arc' is finished. The 'next arc' will begin in the next chapter. It's time for things to move along, right?

Anyways, I apologize for the late update but hope you enjoyed in nonetheless. And I hope this chapter didn't seem too rushed...I had severe writer's block.

If you want to read my Kuroshitsuji stories, check out my other stories. I highly recommend 'Dream-Eating Monochrome Baku', because I'm currently working on the next chapter as of now, even though I just published it yesterday. It's a story that'll be so thrilling and addicting, so try reading that if you have time.

And I thank you my beta, See Through The Mist, for beta-ing the chapter. She's awesome!

Another thank you to Mae or, in other words, ThoseCrimsonEyes on FanFiction, who writes the story 'Black Butler Kuroshitsuji (Sebastian x Ciel) YAOI boyxboy'. Such a long title, Mae. Mae created the cover picture of 'Cloaked in Beauty' so this is a shout out for her.

'Till next time!
