The whole court may have retired to their chamber, their mind was still in the hall. When the new or "future Elizabeth" arrive in the evening, they were stunned. They feared "Lady future-Elizabeth" may jog the memory of their old Queen. They were all plagued with the same doubt, none of them wanted to threaten the peace of the kingdom but more importantly, they all feared the repercussions of supporting the Seymours over the Boleyns. Anne Boleyn being back from the dead meant their doom, they still remembered her reign with dread.
The King was called in an urgent meeting by Sir William Petre to sort out the situation with the Spain. There were rumours that the King was going to declare war with the Holy Roman Emperor. Charles Brandon stood guard to the Queen and the people from the future. He still played the role of a guard dog as his wife, Catherine Brooke, kindly reminded him a few hours ago but Henry sent him a message that he will be receiving the French Admiral and the entourage in the coming week. They need the Frenchs on their side in the face of war.
But away from the murmurs and whispers of war and fear, Mary sat by the window sill in Queen Jane's ante-chambers, worried of Elizabeth's reaction. The new girl looked so similar to her sister but unlike her sister, this future girl hated her. Her heart pained to see such reaction from her sister. She was the only person who loved her, who understood her. Though she was three when she became a bastard from being princess of England, she remembers it. She knew what it means to lose everything but now, she hated her. Just when she got her mother, she lost her sister, her only family.
Jane was silently watching the worried glances between the new arrivals. She was not sure if they should be here or not. Bringing the future back to the turbulent past was not a good idea to begin with but now, they are here. Unintentionally, there is chance that they will bring her doom. Katherine of Aragon and Anne Boleyn still holds a deep respect and love from the king. She should be worried but something is giving her courage. This family, her future family, she supposed, won't let anything happen to her.

'I don't want to be her sister, I am not. Grampa tell them that she is not my sister," cried Ocean as Jeremy, her grandfather and Tommy, her uncle caught up with her.
"Of course, you are not her sister. Actually, Ocean, it's a game. Ahh… She is just pretending to be your sister," soothed Jeremy when he heard the door closing to this room.
"Who is pretending to be her sister? What is this place? Don't say it's new renovation or something because I know it's not. What is happening and why is my daughter crying?" fumed Sarah breathlessly. Max looked as confused as Sarah but kept silent. He didn't want to scare his daughter(Ocean) further, who was already cowering behind his father(Jeremy).
"C-R-A-P," whispered Tommy as soon as he saw his sister-in-law and brother.
Sarah was a realist and she believed there is some sane explanation behind her sudden appearance in this palace that doesn't involve teleportation, parallel world or time-travel or any of those sci-fi. She still couldn't believe that the door to the kitchen can lead them to a different place.
"Thank God, you both are here. We time-travelled. Actually, who else is here?" asked Jeremy.
"Not sure, we just reached at the restaurant when Ocean ran into the kitchen. I thought you all must be in there but then I heard cars outside window, so we went into the kitchen to call you … and here we are," explained Max.
"Max, he said time-travel," quipped Sarah.
"I heard. Who else is here?" asked Max. Max knew something was definitely wrong since he entered the kitchen and the only rational way out of this mess is to accept the truth and find a way back to their time as early as possible.
"Why are you so calm?" worried Sarah.
"Not now, Sarah. Think before you act," said Max, pointing at Ocean.
"Oh yes, Ocean. Come to mommy, love. We'll go find something to… eat."
The tear stained girl stood there, thoroughly confused. She was traumatised by the events. A strange fear and pain was suffocating that little soul.
Ocean thought she was being punished for trying to eat the chocolate cake which was prepared for her uncle but there were three cakes. Surely, she thought, they wouldn't miss if she took a bite from it but as she went to cut the cake, she realised she was not at the kitchen but somewhere else. Suddenly an old man jumped on her and called her 'Elizabeth'. They called her many names, then they called her mean names. They said bad words. They called her 'bastard.'
"Ocean, baby, what happened?" asked Max.
"I don't know," muttered Ocean, hugging her father. Sarah couldn't believe the fear in her daughter's voice.
"We should go back. Cat would be wondering where we are," finally Jeremy suggested.
"Who else is here?" asked Sarah.
"See for yourself," said Tommy as he led them back to the Queen's lodging.

"Where is the King and his minions?" asked Tommy. As soon as he entered, he realised that the sombre look on the people's face is not because of them.
"Everyone left. They are talking about war," answered Rose.
"Henry won't be that foolish. I'll go and talk to him. It's going to be okay. Anyways, Max and Sarah are here. I'll inform about them as well," said Jeremy.
"What?"
"Who are they now?" asked Mary. She was genuinely interested to meet the new 'Queens'.
"Irony, oh irony, who doesn't love some well-packed irony, guys, come in and meet everyone," called out Tommy.
Mary yelped as she saw herself standing beside Edward Seymour. She held Elizabeth on her arms. Elizabeth passed a teary smile at her. Jane rushed towards Mary but was beaten by Katherine who was already holding her daughter and murmuring assurances.
"What kind of cruel joke is this?" questioned Mary, still shocked.
"Oh darling, I dreaded this moment."
"Fuck," said Sarah. Sarah expected a lot of thing but not seeing herself with her mother-in-law.
Elizabeth started laughing at Sarah and said, "Mommy said the cuss word."
"And Ocean, I mean Elizabeth would be born as your daughter," added Lilly.

In a whole new different time, Bran leapt out of his car with his two sons in tow. He finally made up his mind, he doesn't care of the past. He is going to tell her the truth. His wife deserves the truth. He loves her enough for both of them. If she wants to go back to Henry, he would make sure to disparage him. He'd do anything but there won't be any unnecessary lies. Rose, his sons-Charlie and Henry are his world and life line. He will never let anything threaten it.
As he closed the door, he heard his sons racing to the kitchen in search of their prize. He sighed remembering the tough task of explaining the past but he is going to make most of this moment before everything come out.

Henry didn't expect to see the empty corridor when he opened the door. Surely, this must be a dream, he thought, because he knew after everything happened today, the court would be the most excited place in the world. Suddenly a blazing heat struck him, he sensed her before he could see her. He turned around the corner to see her. Something told him this had happened before but he couldn't dwell on that as the woman who made his knees weak stood across to him, strong and proud. He felt the air burning him and sending cold shivers all through his body.
The gold draped demure damsel smiled as she saw her hunter. His breath hitched as she turned back and gave him a chase. It should be a crime to possess such elegance and beauty. She was a witch, she ought to be a witch because no human could be this deadly. She was the deadliest poison known to England. She is the poison which is hell bent to ruin him. His blood pulsated with desire.
Anne Boleyn became the sole reason for his existence. She was the only tether to existence. He ran to bask in her grace. He chased her until he was breathless. His dry tongue remembered her wet lips. She was the spring to quench his thirst. His fingers slipped through her raven locks as she disappeared in a wisp of smoke. He retraced his steps when he heard her laugh. He ran towards to the sound, laughing hoping to catch her in surprise but she wasn't there.
He soon realised, she was gone. The laugh continued to taunt him. He couldn't find her anywhere when he finally opened the last room and the chill air from open window drowned him. He finally saw his Rose, standing there by herself. His Rose.
He woke with a start. His night shirt was sticking to his sweat as his heart beating against his rib reminded him of something else fighting to escape the confines of his robe.
He grasped the truth as he realised the woman he saw at the end of his dream was not his Anne but Rose. A small smile tugged his lips as he remembered her antics. She was a Rose without a thorn. Rose was everything he ever wanted in a woman. She mocked him, challenged him and no, she didn't love him…yet. He now understood why Rose couldn't remember the past. It was filled with pain and her vices but Rose was pure. She is not a virgin but she is pure. Anne had gifted him Rose. He knew Rose came to this time for him, just for him and he is going to prove it to her.
