Shira's Cryin'

Chapter 10

Feeling her embrace and affection for him could not possibly make him happier than he was right then. Even though it's been roughly about three days since Diego had first met her, it's felt like he's known her for his whole life.

'But does she understand me? Does she see me the way I see myself?'

He let her help support him as he used his left half of his limbs to do most of the work, while she was a temporary right half of his limbs.

Diego could sense the worry and protection inside of her.

'What if I do die?' He instantly tried to get that thought away from his mind.

'No! Only now matters! I'll love her forever. For as long as I live. For as long as she lives.'

Neither of the two sabers said anything to each other as they made their way through the blizzard that so suddenly arose from the sky. The weather has been so strange lately. One day, it's becoming spring season, then the next day, it becomes the middle of winter.

Diego tried his best to not make it seem like he was in pain, when he was nearly dying on the inside.

"You think we'll find anything?" Diego asked, trying to get the worry out of her eyes.

"Hopefully. You need to get better, and this is the only way I think you will."

'Knowing that you love me is already getting me better.' He thought. That's when he realized that he no longer had to hide in all of these emotions and thoughts for her. He can tell her anything, and he knew that she knew that.

"Shira, I could care less about the cave. It may not look like it, but I'm getting better from all of this since the moment you jumped on me and did... that." He said very carefully, hoping he didn't go too far. He wasn't use to this, after all.

Shira began to purr at his words, remembering that most amazing moment of her life.

"And it's just going to get better." She said as she looked up and licked him on the cheek, causing him to blush a mild red.

'I don't doubt that.' Diego still had a hard time saying his thoughts out loud.

"I don't doubt that."

Shira giggled at his response, which Diego couldn't control himself over. He began to lean forward and have fantasy become reality once again. If only his right side wasn't so beaten up.

He stumbles over on top of Shira, as they both splash into the powder below them.

"Diego! Careful!" He heard her say as she started laughing. His face was buried under the snow, as he felt her gently rub her nose up his pelt, telling him to get up.

Diego rolled over on his back, and looked up at Shira, not wanting to ever look away. What he was seeing made him question whether it was real and not just fantasy.

Behind her, he could see an aurora hover above the winter skies of the night, shining down, and spreading a deep purple color across the skies. No matter which way he looked at it, his eyes and mind kept looking back at hers.

Neither one of them say anything, as they both continued to look into each others eyes. Both of them didn't realize that they were inching their mouths closer and closer as Diego began to lose patients.

'What the hell am I waiting for.' He laughably thought to himself. Instantly, he leaned up, forgetting about the pain that overwhelmed him at the moment, and completely flipped their roles with Diego now on top and her on the bottom.

"Diego, what-" Shira began. Diego didn't give her time to finish as he began to uncontrollably guide his tongue around her body, as if he were trying to discover new places that he had never been to before.

'I want to taste her. I'm so addicted to this fantasy.'

Diego didn't hear Shira laugh or even yell at Diego, thinking that this was too much. He was half expecting her to say something like that.

No. Instead, he got the words that made him purr and eager for more.

"Don't… stop, Diego." She said so quietly.

Diego kept purring, as he made his way up to her neck, licking under her daggers, causing her to let out breaths of relief.

What was happening right then completely blew Diego's mind away. He never would have guessed that he had this side to him. She's changed him and had shown him places that he had never been to before. She's tamed his soft side, and he couldn't resist it.

Shira started to moan his name repeatedly as she let him get more and more into what he was working at.

She let her eyes wonder around Diego's golden pelt, and couldn't resist how contrast it was. Her mind was losing focus on everything except for his soft tongue brushing around her pelt.

She felt so warm at that moment, knowing that Diego would be there for her. He made that promise for her, as she did for him.

'He'll protect me. He sees me so differently. He treats me like I'm a living creature. Not like all those other sabers. I'm so happy to have found him. I'm not sure how much farther I'd be able to go if I were to have stayed with...'

Just thinking about it made her begin to feel less and less into the moment. Diego could sense this, and began to stop pleasuring her.

"What's wrong?" He asked. The way he said it, made Shira think that he didn't give a damn about anything else in the world. Only she mattered to him. What ever it took to make her happy.

Shira turned her head away, not wanting to answer. She's not use to admitting her worries in front of anyone.

'Soto wouldn't give a damn about anything I said.'

She looks up into Diego's eyes, wanting to get drowned into them.

"Nothing. Nothing's wrong." She lied, pulling up a fake smile as she ran her paw across his face, getting Diego to smile along with her.

"Shira, you can... tell me whatever... you want." He said, still flinching because of the cuts and broken bones that he still had.

He could see how scared she was due to his current condition that he was in. It was no surprise to him.

Diego was doing everything he could to make her feel comfortable and that everything was going to be okay.

"Shira, I'm fine. Really. I don't want you to worry about me." He told her truthfully as he rubbed his paw under and across her eyes, always wanting her tears to go away. Because of this, he couldn't help but form tears of his own.

"I have to." She told him.

"What do you mean?" He asked, completely concerned about her, as he inched his face closer to hers as she did to his.

"Diego... Why did you jump it? What made you so anxious to do it, and even make you climb your way back up as if one near death experience wasn't enough? Why did you do it?" She asked, having a bit of demand once again in her words.

Diego couldn't stand her sadness, so he wraps his forelegs around her, and holds her tight in his chest.

"Because I wasn't going to lose you, Shira. Out of everything that this world has given me, you're the only good that I've came across, and probably will ever come across. I need you, Shira. I- I ... can't live without... you."

"Diego..." Was all that she could say. No sooner did Diego dive in and connect his lips with hers, and hold on to his special saber forever if he had to.

Lust. Passion. Anything that had to do with Diego's feelings were there and
existing around the two sabers at that moment. Not once had two creatures ever bonded more close together than Diego and Shira. They never opened their eyes to look at each other. They knew each other enough to the point that all they needed was the feel of each others pelts brush against one another. Seeing is optional. Feeling is mandatory.

Both of their tongues would play with each other as they continued to explore each others mouths.

Diego suddenly lets go, so eager to talk to her and find out more about her. His thoughts came so suddenly because he was so crazy for her.

'If she knew how much I really needed her, then she'd definitely think I'm insane.' Diego had no idea how much of this he needed. He wanted to just stay wrapped around her forever. He was so willing to just lay in the snow all day and keep his kitten warm.

'But how can I tell her? Do I need to tell her anything else? Do I need to show her anything else? It seems like enough is never enough for me.'

Diego looked back into her eyes, and could see a confused look in them.

"Shira, I'm not sure if all of this is... um, I mean, maybe it's just that..." He felt like his old self again, unable to say anything to her.

He hears her laugh, "What?" She asked, becoming more and more worried for what she thought he was getting at.

"Wait, are you saying that this is... too much?" She asked, not sounding like she was hurt at all. He knew she'd understand if that were the case. But it wasn't.

"No, it's the exact opposite." He said, as he started to feel his forehead heat up. Closing his eyes, he could feel Shira touch his forehead with hers, and began to purr once again.

"I'm not sure if I've really told you how much I need you. How much I..." His words were killed off once again as her lips came in contact with his. He began to stroke her sides gently, causing her to purr even louder.

'What more has to be said?'

"I love you too, Softie." She said as she released herself from his lock.

'She's said that on multiple occasions. Where did it come from?' He couldn't help but wonder.

His injuries, all of a sudden, started to take over most of his feelings as he began twitching like crazy, and eventually had to get off of Shira.

"Diego? You okay?" She asked completely concerned with his well being.

"No. Not really. I... really want this pain to... go away."

"We need to find you a cave, then."

Shira could see that Diego wasn't caked in blood as much as he use to be. The snow got rid of most of it. The cuts looked just as bad, unfortunately.

'Did he really do it all for me?'

Diego struggled in his attempt to get off the ground. Shira got next to him and helped support his balance as he strained himself to get up.

"I'm here for you, Diego. I'll take care of you till you're better. I promise." She assured him, as she started to guide him through the calm snowy weather that fell on top of them.

"I know." He answered back, giving her a lick on the cheek, getting her to giggle, followed by a deep, long purr.

'She's so irresistible.'

Diego had second thoughts about finding a cave to stay at. What if they never find one.

'Unlikely. There's bound to be something to stay in.'

As if fate had heard his thought, ahead of the two sabers, a small ditch that spread along the snow covered plains was seen up ahead of them.

"Wanna see what's down there?" She asked Diego.

"Why not?" He said, still struggling to stay balanced against Shira's support.

The two sabers got to the edge of the trench and looked down to see that it was nearly ten feet deep. What made it better, though, was the indent on the side of the trench on the ground floor.

Neither sabers had to confirm that this was the cave. Diego honestly didn't want to travel any farther. He needed to rest due to his injuries only getting worse.

'I could care less where we stay, as long as she's there with me.'

Just the thought of her being up against him all night, once again caused him to purr.

Shira could hear him and turned her head to his. She looked into his eyes and smiled.

"Is here good?" He asked anyways, though he knew the answer.

Shira nodded, and she begins to help him down the trench, careful and ready to catch him if he falls or collapses.

As Diego hit the trench floor, his legs spiked an uncontrollable pain as he yelped and collapsed to the floor.

"Diego?!" He heard her say as he felt her grab his pelt by the the teeth and started to pull him carefully into the cave, where it was warm at last.

"Diego, I'm so sorry that you have to go through this. I wish there was some way I could help." She said, resting herself against him and keeping him warmer than the cave was.

Diego looked up at Shira, and started nuzzling her affectionately. Shira couldn't help but purr once again. She was so lost in her own fantasy that immediately became reality.

As she continued to smile, letting Diego give her that amazing feeling that she's yearned for since the beginning, she opened her eyes, and looked around Diego's body to see all the cuts, scrapes and bruises that crawled around him. She felt so sorry for him and all the pain that he's been through.

Looking up at Diego, who was still too busy nuzzling her amazingly, she instantly knew what she was about to do.

Slowly, she pushes Diego down to lay on his stomach, and gently lines her pelt up along his, as she began to lower her head down to the first cut that she noticed along his rib cage.

"Shira, what are you-" his words were frozen and stopped instantly as he felt something that he never would imagine could feel so good.

Shira started licking his pelt with as much affection and pleasure as she had to offer.
Diego couldn't control himself as he started to purr, which then formed into a growl of approval, as he began stroking Shira's pelt up her neck, occasionally fiddling with her earrings.

'So many questions I have about those earrings.' He let that thought go for now as he only wanted to think of what was happening right then.

He started to notice that Shira was moving farther and farther down his body, working at every cut that she came across, as Diego could do nothing but purr at the feeling of her soft and wet tongue.

Her licks were getting stronger and faster as his purrs were getting louder and longer. Reality was completely killed away oddly, that night, as Diego knew that she'd be by his side forever.

What really made him completely lose it was when she got to his privates and started to have her head go up and down as slowly as it was passionate.

Diego couldn't believe what was happening. It seemed so quick, yet it didn't seem quick enough. All the emotions and feelings that the two sabers had for one another were forcefully let out all at once, and both Diego and Shira felt as though what was happening just simply wasn't enough.

Diego started to moan her name over and over as he started to feel his climax rising, and no sooner, did it reach the top.

Both sabers roared with love and lust inside of them as they knew that they had each other for themselves and for themselves only

As the night drew to an end, Diego and Shira had nothing else to say. Nothing had to be said. All of their thoughts were filled with eagerness on what would happen the next day.

"Shira..." Diego started, having a hard time getting back into his own world, after what just went on.

Shira, who was laying down on Diego's stomach, still licking him passionately, looked up at him and smiled, curious for what he had to say, if at all anything.
"That was... Just..." Again, his words were killed off once Shira reached up and stuck her lips to his. He felt her release her lock, only a hair's length apart from each other.

"Amazing." She finished.

"Ya." Diego said, having a smile appear on his face as well.

"Just simply amazing." He responded as both sabers fell asleep in each others warmth as the day turned to night.

Diego took in her scent as he felt her tears stroll down her face and on to his chest. He had the entire ocean in his grasp.
