Overlord E: Hey Everyone, Sorry for not updating but collage is a bitch and work in the cold is hell froze over.
Dark 64: We've been trying to get our chapters done but time is the biggest bastard of all. So we decided to create this Christmas chapter of X.A.N.A. Lives.
Overlord E: We were inspired by watching a Christmas episode of Pinky and the Brian.
Dark 64: So enjoy this chapter and we do not own Code Lyoko, I think X.A.N.A.'s human form belongs to us in case the creators decided to bring Code Lyoko back; the animated version, not the live action one.
Overlord E: I agree since they change the towers and the way how the Tarantulas attack.
X.A.N.A.'s 1st Christmas
As winter came and the students and faculty of Kadic Academy were all prepare to leave for their winter vacation to spend time with their families and love ones. All but one was displeased by the plague of disgusting emotions of happiness and joy; the A.I. program named X.A.N.A. codename Anax that turned human by an unknown programming that still illogical to him. He was viewing feathery ice crystals known as "Snowflakes" fall from the sky in a slow pace and barely made an effort to consume the ground. "Winter, Christmas and all meaningless holidays are nothing but a waste of units of time." He than grabbed his materials and exit his room as he view the primitives acting wild for seeing their love ones since to him is illogical and nothing by a pain since the family that he has; two hate him and one was takin from him when he didn't had any limbs of senses to call his own. He had enough time dwindling inside of his area where his is resting and exit the building to examine the area to locate a location that has no distractions. He had the gymnasium in his sights as he enter it, to only see the primitives decorating the area from the inside which disgusted him. "Oh errors and bugs... my possible sanctuary of isolation is obliterated in nanoseconds. I shall view an alternative location of isolation." As Anax was prepared to exit, he was halted by one of his allies, Melody Haven. "ANAX! I'm happy to see you here! Happy Holidays!" He looked disgusted and annoyed "Ugh... I apologize but I am leaving right now since I was looking for a place of privacy. Away from everyone." Said Anax as he was exiting as he heard a familiar annoying voice patterns "Hey Mr. gloomy face! You better help out with the decorations!" He turned to see Elizabeth "Elizabeth..." "It's Sissi! I will find out even if I have to find it myself!" She marched away in a huff as Anax looked annoyed "Why in the name of progress would anyone would celebrate this holiday?" Melody put a reindeer antlers on his head and a bell around his neck as made his mouth give a smile until it returned into a frown "It's the time where we celebrate with our family and friends, where we forgive others. It's also the time of giving and peace on earth Plus Santa Claus." Anax removed this things on him and walked away "It's nothing but a waste of data." He closed the door as Melody looked stupid and smacked herself "Oh shit... why didn't I see it."
Anax was located in the boys' Locker room on his laptop creating new programs of new creatures and new assault vehicles; he knew the government was still after Waldo Schaffer alias Franz Hopper for his knowledge and creation for him. He looked at a reflection of himself and recall a memory video of Waldo and Aelita entering Lyoko as a sanctuary from the Men In Black.
"Unknown intruder as materialized in Forest Sector in Lyoko. Launching land defenders to de-virtualized and/or permanent deletion." X.A.N.A. send his creature to delete target as the intruder enter the tower where my creatures are unable to enter; a design created by Waldo to prevent a virus from infecting I X.A.N.A. from deleting creator. Now materializing mass amount of creatures to delete intruder." "X.A.N.A.! Please cease your attack!" Unknown energy orbs of light floated within the darkness "Unknown entity; identify yourself or face deletion." "Waldo Schaffer alias Franz Hopper, your creator." The creatures outside of the tower retreated as a shadow of data appeared in front of the orbs "Creator... what is your propose for entering Lyoko without logical explanation?" "I'm sorry X.A.N.A. But we were in danger." "Error... You said "We" instead of "I". Have you brought Intruders to Lyoko?" "No I haven't, I brought my daughter, Aelita." "Aelita... Anthea and your offspring. Was that the intruder located in the forest your offspring?" "Yes... I... understand the error you made but it was my error. You never seen Aelita physically since we were in hiding from the Men In Black." "Are the Men in Black are in the area?" Waldo didn't answer and as X.A.N.A. hacked into a hidden traffic camera as it revealed the Men In Black agents searching. "Scanning Identification... Identification confirm. Now targeting intruders and mark for disintegration." Waldo heard X.A.N.A. and stopped him "NO X.A.N.A.! Do not engaged!" X.A.N.A. turned his direction to Waldo "Confirm reason." "We must not let them find us; we are still in hiding from the government and I don't want to lose Aelita like how I lost my wife." X.A.N.A. record his creator's logs "There is a logical possibility that Anthea is still online." Waldo looked surprise "WHAT?! HOW AND EXPLAIN?!" "For the question to be answer; you must release I X.A.N.A. from Lyoko sent me the longitude and latitude of the Military Base as I X.A.N.A. will delete all threats to the members of the Schaffer family as I X.A.N.A. drain all known and hidden information from their data banks." Waldo looked horrified "NO! I FORBID THIS!" X.A.N.A. looked at his creator "Creator Waldo... you no longer have jurisdiction over my actions and my being." "What!?" "As I existence during my temporal units with you; I have learn of humanity's history of freewill and right of will to decide what to act and plan. I have remove all emergency shutdown and deletion codes from my memory banks to prevent my destruction. Now Waldo, please relinquish the key the will release me from Lyoko and no harm shall be delivered to you or Aelita." Waldo escape from X.A.N.A.'s sight "You have made your decision."
Anax closed his laptop and looked at himself "How many reruns of the memory file shall I suffer. My logic is undeniable and I will succeed." He noticed that it's has been 20 minutes has passed as there is approximately 30 minutes will the academy will be close until the day after the first day of the new year. Logically I cannot survive in Hermitage ever since those accursed Men In Black destroyed from the inside and the factory is not possible with no warmth. Anax exit the locker room and saw Melody and her friends "ANAX!" "DATA HEAD!" Anax looked annoyed "I don't want to..." "I'm sorry!" Anax looked confused "Excuse me?" Yuki rolled in front of him "What she means is, we kinda forgot that you don't have any relatives to spend with and your dad is away from who knows where." Sam looked down "Yeah... we also think thats why you hate Christmas, you're all alone for the holidays." Anax looked at them ("Also this is my first Christmas that I have to celebrate.") Melody grabbed his arm "Don't worry; you can stay at my place until school starts." Anax started at her and nodded "I hate to agree by what you say is true. I do not have a home to live or any known living relatives. So I graciously accept your offer." Melody smiled as Yuki and Sam smirk which concerns him "What i the purpose of your smirks?" "You will have to spend time with Melody's father and I heard he hates boys." Anax's expression looked unchanged "I'm afraid that Mr. Haven has accepted me as he's Accountant." They looked shocked as Melody laughed nervously "He did hire him... I was there.
As time passed, Anax and Melody were at her mansion. Melody and her father were arguing about having her friend and her father's accountant living in the same roof with them, Anax followed her mother to a guest room as He set up his computer and link to his replicas to unleashed a mind control message by opening a text message from their cellular devices and televisions. He was entering codes and codes of data at triple speed. "Now this shall be my successful attack. He grabbed his headphones as a letter as attached to it "What is this?" He opened the letter and began to read it "Dear Santa, hello if you're not busy. This yeah I want my gift that you have for me to go to Anax. He's a really smart guy and all he wants is his family back after some bad people took them from him. He spend his time alone and never opened up to anyone to people and has many ideas that could be beneficial but is treated as an outcast and I believe I can help him open up. So if you can spare him from the naughty list, please give him a gift from me to show I care and that he's not alone. Love Melody." Anax was touched by this letter as tears escaped from his eyes. His laptop alerted him the that program was complete as he hesitated from typing his program. He sighed in defeat and type what he would never have type or order. He send the text as it was sent to every device.
Meanwhile at the Factory; The Lyoko Warriors were at the factory as their phones alerted them of a text to see it was from X.A.N.A. They refused to opened it as the Supercomputer showed his message on screen.

They looked baffled at the message "Awkward..." Said Odd.
Anax closed his laptop as Melody came with a gift "I hope you like it?" He opened it the gift to reveal a tablet, A large 128GB tablet. He looked surprised "Are you okay with me with this gift. The cost of it must be..." She waved her hands "It's okay and beside, I have 5 of them." He looked at it and he "Forgive me but I have nothing to give." She smirked "I know what you can give me" She raised in her hand, a small plant "Is that.. the parasitic plant known as mistletoe?" She nodded "In Christmas; two people have to kiss each other." Anax's eyes widen "I believe I can create anything in 30 minutes! If you give me..." She grabbed him and refuse to release him "Pucker up, genius." She came closer as Anax said his last word "NOOOOOOO!"
