I remember this place.
It's the same place I visit whenever my mind shuts down.
It's peaceful, quiet and I can think here.
It's the same place my mother went to when she needed peace.
"I figured I would find you here young one." I turned my head to see the woman from before. Some sleeps she come and other times this place is empty except for me. Rare times I would find a couple here, with their baby girl, being happy. Tear would roll down my cheeks when I try and reach for them, only to find them nothing more than memories. "Your mind always seems to wander here." I turned around and saw the woman from before stand behind me.
"My mother told me of this place. Before she had me, there was a place like this in the old home they used to live in." I closed my eyes and the area shifted. A large willow tree burst from the ground, a clear blue pond sat under it, and millions of flowers grew everywhere. When I opened my eyes I smiled and just flung myself down on the flowers and sighed. This is the perfect place to relax my mind.
"I wouldn't relax too much young one. There are more dangerous times ahead." The woman said and I sat up too look at her.
"As you've said before many times but as far as I can see, besides HYDRA there are no positive threat that you speak of." I said and continued to relax but just as I did everything turned dark and evil. Lighting crashed in the sky and I quickly stood up. "What's happening?"
"You're not the only you can change the dreams. This is how my brother will see your world if you don't stop him. Nothing but destruction and death. Your world will be turned to fire and ash." She said, her voice dark and sad. "Not only will you suffer but your friends, those close to you like Steve, they will all burn if they refuse to join him. For you, a slow and painful death one of which will be never ending." I nodded and the world returned to normal.
"What about the others? Are they okay?" I asked and she seemed worried. "What's wrong?"
"I've spoken to one of the others, the priestess she will be called, and dark times loom over her. A shadow creeps around and I fear she is the first to be attacked by my brother." She said and wrapped her arms around herself.
"Is there anything we can do?" She shook her head.
"No, I fear there is nothing I can do. She must face this attack but I fear she will be changed after it is over." She looked at me, her eyes hard. "You will face my brother soon as will you all and I implore you to fight back and never let him win. Be strong and fight back, keep him away until you and the others are reunited and can stop him, helping me free me people."
"I promise I'll do all I can to keep him away." I said to her and she seemed to be but at ease for the time being.
"Thank you. Now, I must leave to check on my people and the others. I must warn the priestess before my brother gets to her." She said and went to leave but I stopped her with a question.
"Why do you call her the priestess?" I asked.
"Because of the power she hold. Just like you are called the soldier. Brave, loyal, and willing to help others in front of your own needs. You are known as the soldier to my people just like the priestess and the knight. You will get to know them later on." She said and with that she left.
I stayed were I was, enjoying the cool wind and soft grass beneath my fingers. I closed my eyes, laid back, and relaxed my mind. I needed my peace right now. I just hope Steve is doing well without me.

(Steve's POV)
I waited besides Lily like a vigil watching over her, I called the manager and Senator, telling them that the next few shows will have to be postponed until Lily got better. I told them that she was sick and that there was no way I was leaving or doing anything without her. They seemed disappointed but I made it very clear that I would not be doing any more shows until Lily got better.
"Lily, it's been almost a week and you still haven't woken up. Please, please wake up." I took her hand and held it close to me. I lightly kissed her forehead, trying to get my emotions under control. I can't lose her. I just can't. "Please wake up. I need you here." I felt her stir a little bit and I waited for her eyes to open but they didn't.
"It's funny. I never thought in my whole life that I would find someone like you. You brought happiness to my life and so much more. My heart beats so much fast around you. I was going to ask you if you wanted to go out to dinner with me and maybe, you can help me improve my dancing and then...I would be the one kissing you this time." I said and I felt a tear escape. "So please, wake up."
"Steve?" I gasped and looked to find Lily awake, rubbing her eyes with her free hand.
"Lily! You're awake! Thank god you're alright!" I wrapped my arms around her and held her close to me. She placed a hand against my chest and moved away from me to look at my face. "I'm so glad." I felt tears fall from my face but I didn't care. She's awake and here with me now.
"Steve, are you okay? Why are you crying?" Lily asked me and I shook my head.
"You've been in a coma like state for almost a week and I've been worried sick about you. I get this bad feeling in my stomach after the show and when I come back there is you on the bed, looking dead as can be with a letter saying that this happens all the time! How else do you think I would feel?!" I almost yelled and shook her hard. She took my face in her hands and gave me a soft kiss that I wanted more of. When she pulled away I wanted to pull her back in but she smiled and told me that this sort of thing will happen all the time. It helps her mind relax and keeps her cool while under the pressure of the war.
"I'm sorry worrying you and I promise I'll make it up to you." I smirked and held her chin between my fingers, making her look at me.
"Go to dinner with me when your better. That's how you can make it up to me." I said to her, my voice in the tone that make this cute blush appear on her cheeks. She nodded her head and with that I told her to make sure that her nights were kept free because I was going to surprise her one night.
"Okay, it's a date then." She smiled and by the twinkle in her eye I could tell she was just as eager for this date as I was. She'll be surprised alright. Lily told me that she would stay awake a little bit longer to get something to eat and to call a friends of her, a doctor that's been monitoring her condition since she started going into comas. "It looks like you haven't eaten in a while. When was the last time you ate?"
"This morning. I've been watching you and was afraid that you'll wake up alone. I wanted to be here so that you wouldn't be alone." I said to her and she shook her head.
"Sit down and relax. I'll make you something to eat okay?" She said and just as she did my stomach growled. She laughed and I took a seat at the table. I could get used to this. Seeing Lily cooking the kitchen, myself at the table watching after her. This would be perfect if it was under different circumstance. I would love it.
A perfect peace. I would have it in a heartbeat if I could. If only...
