"So his name is Michael. He is the CEO of one of the major oil companies in the world. Everyone adores or fears him and he makes shit loads of money. He is just like any other CEO, but the difference is he has been sending all types of drugs in and out the US and he has been kidnapping little girls for sex trafficking." Noel typed something into a computer and a holographic map popped up on the table. There were red circle drawn on the map at different locations.

"Okay. So these red circles you see are the places where girls had been reported missing. So far he only takes girls around the ages 13 through 17. I have been scouting his office building for a while now and nothing strange was happening. So he has to either have an underground to the building or he has a whole other compound somewhere. I tried to follow him one day but it seems like he goes into the building but doesn't ever come out."

"So, we have a rich dude who makes an honest living but behind closed doors he is a monster going after little girls and smuggling drugs. And you want us to stop him. But the problem with that is...There is always more. Its never just one guy, who else is working with him?" I asked.

"I can't tell you the answer to that. There not alot of info on Michael. The only reason I know he has been smuggling and trafficking is because I captured one of his men and did some...forceful persuading. But you have to find out everything else. I don't care how you do it, just don't attract attention to unwanted guests, don't be stupid, and if you get locked up... Bust yourself out. Clear?" She said demandingly.

"Crystal." Patch and I said.

"Alright. Here is all the info I just told you, and places where you can start looking." Noel handed us a thick envelope. "Good luck. I will call you if I have anything important." She said dismissively and started walking to the door.

"Bye, nice meeting you." I said leaving.

"You too."

...

I felt his lips peck mine and I leaned in for more until I felt the heat leave and I opened my eyes. I sat up and watched as Patch left the room laughing. Ughhh. Whatever, I wanted to take a nap anyways. After Patch and I left Noel's house we went out to eat at a small outdoor restaurant. Patch insisted that we spend the day just hanging out and tomorrow get to work on the case. We went home and just laid in bed for a while until he said he was going to go take care of something.

I heard him grab his keys and a few seconds later the front door closed. Well this blows. I don't know when he's coming back and now I'm bored. We should go sight seeing, or something. I mean we are in a beautiful city and since we have free time why waste it. So I got out of bed and slowly made my way into living to watch tv. And from there I fell asleep.

...

Crack.

My eyes popped opened and I was on high alert. I quietly grabbed my gun from the hook from under couch and slowly stood up. I held the gun at ready and listened for anymore noise. I slowly moved around the apartment, my eyes scanning everywhere and my ears open to any sound. I heard a foot scuff the ground and I turned around just in time to dodge a punch. They threw another punch and I dodged and grabbed his wrist turning it while kicking his leg out so that he falls to the ground on his stomach while I maneuver his arm behind him.

"Who are you?" I demanded. I heard him choke a little before he caught his breath and tried to speak.

"I...Ughhh. Get...off...of..me." He squeezed out. I moved his arm up a little higher causing a little more pain.

"Sorry, but that wasn't the answer I was looking for. Now who the hell are you?" I demanded more loudly.

"Fine! My name...is...Caden...I was sent...here...to capture you." He let out. I quickly thought about anybody that might know that I'm here and nothing came to mind so I continued.

"Who sent you here? And how did you know I was here?" I questioned as I put just a tad bit more pressure on his back.

"Michael! He knows you're here...He has...eyes...everywhere." He choked out the last bit of info and started a quiet laugh. I rolled my eyes and hit the butt of my gun against his temple sending him unconscious. I got up and walked out of the guest room and into the hallway, and as soon as I gotten into the living room I heard the front door open and close.

"Angel! I brought you something!" Patch sung. He came around the corner and stopped dead in his tracks as he saw the gun out. He raised both hands and looked a little confused.

"Fine if you don't want anything I'll take it back. Gosh, woman and their PMS moments." Patch joked.

"No but seriously. Why the gun?" He glanced around the room and looked back at me curious.

"Where the fuck were you? One of Michael's workers came and confronted me. And if I didn't wake up. I would've been gone." My voice filled with hurt, anger, frustration, and my adrenaline is still pumping.

"Oh Angel..." Patch started walking towards me. I took a step back stopping him from advancing any further.

"Don't 'Angel' me. Where were you?" I asked with venom in my voice.

"I...was taking care of some business. It took me longer than expected but its in progress." He said sadly. His eyes spoke of regret, worry, pain, revenge.

"What business Patch. You left me alone for 7 hours. Its in the middle of the damn night and now you wanna come back? You know I don't care anymore. We need to figure out the next move. Michael knows We're here. Well at least he knows I'm here. Think...what are we going to do with the body?" I asked more to myself than to Patch.

"Body?" Patch says confused and walked down the hall to see a man laying on the floor.

"Nora! Is he dead?" He yells.

"No. Unconscious." I yell back while still thinking of a plan.

"Oh..." And I heard a quiet thump. Sigh.

"Did you just kick him?" I asked with belief.

"Ya." He said back. I swear I feel like I'm dealing with a kid sometimes. Anyways, now that I know Michael knows I'm here...We need to find somewhere else to go. He knows where I live. I ran into the the master bedroom and started packing as much as I can. Money is still in its suitcases, weapons can easily be but into their bags and cases. And the only things left are Patch's and I's clothes. Patch came running in the room and was about to speak before I told him to pack. He shook his head and started packing.
