Their exploration of Fire's Edge ends abruptly. The Akatsuki leader decides to inconveniently divert them to the supposed location of the three-tails, an act that serves to fuel the discontentment in Deidara.
"What the hell? We just went that way, hm!"Deidara shouted during yet another inopportune meeting.
"Then go back the other way. The three tails is your team's responsibility so you'll do whatever it takes to capture it, even if you have to turn back in the opposite direction,"the leader retorted dangerously.
"Sempai, don't be lazy,"Tobi jeered.
"Shut up, Tobi or I'll seriously kill you this time, hm,"he yelled. "Itachi and Kisame are closer to the three tails than we are, get them to do it!"Deidara continued.
"Hey, we've already done our fair share. Gees you guys really are an indolent lot,"Kisame answered irritably.
A high-pitched laugh came sizzling through from the opposite end, further fuelled by the headache induced fuzzy sounds that was the leader's telepathic jutsu.
"Must be the girl. Driving them crazy! Serves the two fuckers right,"Hidan shrieked as Deidara winced at the abhorrent sound.
"Are you perhaps envious that they've got a girl on their team, Hidan?"Kakuzu interrupted snidely.
The ear splitting tantrum raged on for some time, until Hidan's voice cracked beneath his screeches and his body visibly shook with fury.
"Huh? Did you say something?"Kakuzu asked discordantly.
"I'm going to really, really fucking kill you after this,"Hidan spat.
"Hmph. High maintenance," the leader scoffed, and he turned to Deidara and Tobi,"Remain on task. You are all dismissed."
