The Goblin King appeared moments later, squirmy, fussy toddler in tow.

"Mmm," Sarah agreed.

"Will you solve my Labyrinth for the boy then, Sarah?"

"Nope." She made a show of dusting off her hands.

"Surely, my dear, you might be tempted by your dreams?" Jareth enticed, rocking the child while performing masterful feats of crystal manipulation.

The effect was slightly lessened by aforementioned child, who had taken to gnawing at his armor and shooting sparks into the king's hair. An instant later, the boy disappeared entirely.

Sarah laughed.

"Today, my dream is that it's your turn to corral your little hellion," The Goblin Queen shooed. "Call me back when he's three."
