Hey everyone! Sorry for taking so long to update. I have been lacking some motivation recently. I'll try to get myself under control in the next few weeks. Anyway, here is another Clarence/Belson chapter to see what they have been up to after graduation.

Clarence rolled out from underneath the cluster of blankets he had assembled the night before. As he shuffled out of bed onto his way to the bathroom he saw the sheets move faintly. Clarence smiled at the mound of fabric and continued on his way.

After a quick shower he wrapped a towel around his thick waist and meandered from the bath.

"Bels, it's time to get up. Come on I'll make you some pancakes," Clarence said in a sing-song tone.

Belson moved around a bit and groaned. "Five more minutes..."

"Alright. I'll have a few done by then, ya' lazy bones." Clarence chuckled and left the bedroom.

After half an hour Belson and Clarence were both standing in the kitchen. Belson doing the dishes and Clarence polishing off a glass of water.

Belson turned around and leaned against the counter. "Do you really have to work today?"

"Sure do, but believe me, I'd rather be here cleaning with you."

"You sure you'll be home for my mom's visit?"

"Um, yeah. She's coming at five right? I'll be home well before then."

"Okay good. And thanks for being so cool about her coming over. She really wants to see the new apartment."

"No problem mama's boy," Clarence brought him in for a hug.

Belson let himself be cradled in Clarence's strong arms. "How many sick days do you have built up?"

"About five, but I'm saving them for a vacation. San Francisco? One of the Dakotas?"

Belson sighed. "San Francisco would be fantastic. A beach away from Aberdale."

"Okay, well I'll leave you to that fantasy whilst I go to work." Clarence released Belson and went for the front door.

"Hey, wait!" Belson chased after him.

"Oh that's right, bye-bye kisses."Clarence moved from the door and took Belson's face in his hand. He gave him a quick peck on the lips and then made loud obnoxious kisses on his forehead.

"See you at four," Belson said pulling the door open for Clarence.

"See you at four." And with a smile, Clarence left.

Belson was knee deep in dust when he heard his man return.

"I'm home! Bels?"

"Closet!"

Belson could hear Clarence's chuckling all the way from across the apartment. When he finally arrived in the hallway that led to the closet, Belson felt him in the doorway.

"Lookin' great," Clarence said whistling.

"Yeah, I picked up out there and now I just have to organize in here. Some mopping and everything will be ready for my mom."

"Oh yeah, the apartment looks great too."

Belson ignored Clarence's wink and groaned.

"Do you know how scripted you sounded just now? Something a little less cliche please?"

"So mean..." Clarence said and swept the hair stuck to Belson's face away.

"Yeah. Oh, I found like three plates underneath our bed. New rule, no more midnight snacks." Belson pointed at Clarence who was looking all too guilty.

"But the pizza poppers were calling my name..." He laughed.

"I had been missing those plates for weeks! I even asked you to look around and you said you couldn't find them."

"I forgot that they were under there...out of sight out of mind, you know."

"You are so lucky I love you some days," Belson sighed.

Clarence laughed and pulled Belson into another hug. As reluctant as he was, Belson collapsed against Clarence's chest and conformed to the contours of his chest. He was really glad that he was here. Not having someone to come home to or look forward to seeing left a bitter taste in your mouth after a while. Now that Belson had that he was rather pleasant.

Belson kissed Clarence slowly as if telling him how glad he was that they were together. Clarence's inability to take a hint led them to this beautiful future. An apartment in a pretty decent part of Aberdale, talk of adoption...of a puppy. Belson could get used to a pet around the house. It would help with the lonely mornings without the blond that he loved so much.

"So much affection, I feel so special."

"Don't be stupid," Belson said but continued to be enveloped by Clarence.

"What do you think your mom would want to eat while here?"

"Good question. I was thinking something Italian. One because she can't control herself around pasta. Baked shells and broccoli sound good?"

"Ooh, with the cheddar cheese I like? Yes!"

"That's what I thought. An maybe a fruit salad for desert?"

"As long as you don't put cherries in it."

Belson broke away from their hug. "The cherries are going in, you can eat around them."

Clarence groaned but then nodded.

"You were right when you said that she liked pasta," Clarence said as he put away the dishes from dinner.

"I know right? She's an animal."

After a few minutes Clarence and Belson cuddled on the couch and watched a bit of TV. They channel surfed until they grew tired of hearing the commercials. Belson groaned and hit the off button on the remote.

"Since there is absolutely nothing on, what do you want to do?"

"I could think of something..." Clarence said raising his eyebrows.

"My mom was just here, sitting on that chair." Belson pointed to the red lazy boy that sat to the left of the couch. "It'll be like doing it right in front of her."

Clarence shifted so his arm was on Belson's shoulders. "You sound so disgusted. It'll be like that time when we were nineteen."

"Ugh, not that again." Belson covered his eyes with his hands.

"I stand by my point that she was asleep when I initiated the sexual mood."

"She's a light sleeper, I told you that. But no, you just had to give me a handjob." Belson looked up at Clarence angrily.

Clarence kissed Belson's temple. "Ah, memories."

"Not 'Ah, memories', that was the worst way to come out to her. I'm pretty sure she's still seeing her therapist about it."

"She's fine. She came to dinner, we talked about adult stuff, I gave her a firm handshake-like when we were nineteen."

"You are killing me!" Belson groaned and hid his face from the blond.

Clarence laughed while Belson turned bright red. "You are just so cute!"

Clarence grabbed Belson's hands and pulled them from his face. After getting in a few more chuckles, the blond kissed Belson on the lips. He let them travel lazily on the other boys. Belson smiled through the kiss and broke free.

"Let's watch a movie, check the shelf."

Clarence moved to the wall on the right side of the couch. "Okay, we can watch Monty Python."

"Put it in," Belson said and got comfortable.

Clarence joined Belson on the couch and sighed when the brunet cuddled up to him. And they were perfectly comfortable.
