Chapter 10 My cheeks flushed as I lost all strength in my body and fell on top of Alex. He took this chance to flip our positions he was now on top. He drew himself back and laid next to me. He wrapped his arms around my body and put his head to my chest. I was surprised when I heard him sobbing. "I-I thought I was going to lose you," he sobbed shaking. In response I tightened my arms around him, "hey I'm fine now aren't I? I'm still here, I don't plan on going anywhere." "Silvia it's Friday, you were basically sick in bed for a whole week," he whispered. "Shit" I said when it hit me. "What?" Alex said looking at me puzzled. "Grace is gonna kill me" I stated. Alex let out a laugh, "I guess you should call her then huh?" "Yeah that probably would be the best idea," I said shyly. "SILVIA YOU SCARED ME HALF TO DEATH! I HEARD FROM ALEX THAT YOU HAD THE FLU! HOW COULD YOU DO THIS TO ME?!" Grace shouted basically making me go deaf. Alex let out a laugh hearing Grace on the other line. "Sorry Grace, but I don't control if I get sick or not!" I snapped "Fine, but I'm coming over, see you in ten." "Grace wa-" before I could finish my sentence the phone cut off. "I like your friend she seems like she's full of energy," Alex commented as I flopped back on the bed. "Ever thought about what she'd do when she see's you here? She'll go ballistic." I said flicking Alex on the forehead. "Oh I wouldn't worry about that, she is a vampire. I'll let her explain." Alex said before I started assaulting him with questions. I shook my head, "never mind you have some explaining to do mister! What was that voice in my head before you kissed me? And what's a mate?"
