Each Turtles are referred to with their year after their names except the Primes. The 2007 CGI movie is counted as a sequel to the first 3 live action movies.

Chapter 10: The Rescue Mission
In Turtle Prime around midnight, everything around the city that never sleeps is as normal as it can get, except for the four shadows running across the rooftops right towards a demolition sight at the outskirts of the city. LeoPrime stops to look over the place in full concentration with Raph12, Don87 and Mike03 standing not too far behind him.
"Hey Donatello, are you sure this is the place?" asked Mike03.
"I'm positive, the signal says that Prime Raphael's in that building," said Don87, pointing towards the only standing building in the whole sight after looking up from his Turtlecom that has the tracker installed in it before leaving the lair.
"We'd better be careful when we get in there," said LeoPrime, "I heard that building's support's very weak from all of the years it's standing, so one small move can result in a nasty fall."
The other three nodded as LeoPrime signals them to enter the building all the way to the top floor since that's where the signal's coming from. However the building's very tall that it's taking a while for them to reach the top.
Halfway up, Raph12 asked, "Is it much further Donatello?"
Suddenly, one of the stairs Don87 steps on breaks and the pudgy Turtle would have fallen had Mike03 didn't quickly grab a hold of him from behind. Looking at how far he would have fallen, Don87 replied, "It depends if you talking about up, *gulp* or down?"
/ (2003 Dimension,)
Meanwhile, the team containing Leo03, Raph87, Don12 and MikePrime are in the Battle Shell heading towards their destination, which is located near the docks.
"Stop here Leo," instructed Don12; looking at his T-Phone, "we're close enough to move in."
Leo03 did as he's told as all four Turtles got out of the vehicle.
"So which warehouse is that other Donatello in anyway?" asked MikePrime.
"He's in the one closest to the docks straight ahead," informs Don12.
"Alright let's get moving, but be careful," said Leo03 as the four of them head towards the warehouse Don03's in, "Who knows what Sh'Okanabo have in store for us."
Once they arrive near the warehouse, Leo03 was about to signal the team in when Raph87 suddenly stops him.
"What is it?" asked Leo03.
"Shh," hushes Raph87, "do you hear that?"
The other three listen carefully until a small creak could be heard coming from right above them. Once they look up, there is a boat being held by a crane located right above them. But to their horror, the crane lets go of the boat, dropping it RIGHT ON TOP OF THEM!
"RUN!" All four of them quickly jump out of the way, just as the boat crash onto the platform right where they were standing a moment ago.
"Whew, by the skin of our shell," sighs MikePrime.
"How did that happened?" asked Leo03.
"Maybe the chain's too rusty to hold the boat?" guessed Raph87.
"No it wasn't," said Don12, getting the other three attentions towards where Don12's standing next to the boat, "these chains are old, but it's still not rusty enough for this to happen."
"Guys look, there's something on the chain," said MikePrime, pointing at the purple goo near where the chains break.
"And I think I found the culprit," said Raph87, pointing towards the top of the warehouse they're heading.
The other three turn towards where Raph87's pointing to see a shadowy outline of a Kanabo-drone Turtle before it disappears into the warehouse.
Leo03 sees this and said, "They know we were coming."
/ (Turtle Prime,)
"He should be in the first room at our right from the stairs," informs Don87, looking at the signal of his Turtlecom.
"Good," said LeoPrime, "once we arrive at the room, I want two of you to go and save Raph while I handle the fight with whoever that's left."
"Don't you want to save your brother yourself Leo?" asked Mike03.
"I do, but it's best that I engage in the battle just in case Sh'Okanabo's there as well," said LeoPrime, as they're now closing in on the door.
"If he is, I think it's best if two of us fight alongside you as a safety precaution," suggested Don87, "I can go recue your brother since I doubt I can hold on for long during the fight."
"You made a good point," said LeoPrime, just as a sudden purple slime shot out of the room RaphPrime's in, leaving a hole on the door!
"What the shell's going on in ther-mph!" said Mike03, just as both Raph12 and Don87 quickly cover his mouth, though they have to jump a bit to reach it.
"Something's up," said LeoPrime before he whispers, "How's it looking Donnie?"
"His signal's not moving from its spot," replied Don87, looking at his Turtlecom.
"Looks like we're going to have to split up here instead," said LeoPrime, looking at Raph12 and Mike03, "You two will go out and enter the room through a window. There's a fire escape at the side of the building I spotted before entering while Donatello and I will enter through the door. All four of us entering at two different locations should create a distraction for whichever tall Turtle we end up with while Don go and save my brother. We'll storm the room in exactly ten minutes so that the both of you could have enough time to be in position."
Both Raph12 and Mike03 nodded before heading out a nearby window towards the fire escape to the window they're entering from while LeoPrime and Don87 stays close to the door. LeoPrime placed his ear slit against the door, listening for any signs of RaphPrime, the Kanabo-infected Turtle they're going up against, and if Sh'Okanabo's there waiting for them or not.
Outside the building, both Raph12 and Mike03 arrives at their destination with five minutes to spare as they sneakily look inside the room. It wasn't very clear to see anything since the room's almost completely dark, but they can spot RaphPrime tied up on a chair seemingly unconscious before noticing a moving figure in the shadows, no doubt one of the 2007 Turtles that's still infected.
Once time's up, Raph12 barreled through the window with Mike03 behind him as LeoPrime kicks the door open a second later, quickly being followed by Don87. But as soon as they step into the room, all four Turtles found themselves being drag from below until they found themselves on the floor.
"What the shell!?" said Mike03, until he notice his leg's now tied up to the wall. Looking around, he finds the other three are in the same position as him.
An echoed chuckle could be heard coming from above as the Kanabo-drone Turtle reveals himself by jumping from the ceiling.
"Great, even when being mind-controlled, he still can use that big brain of his," groans Raph12.
For as the Turtle standing before them is none other than Kanabo Don07.
/ (2003 Dimension)
After the boat incident, the team lead by Leo03 takes a different approach by entering through the warehouse window that's located at the roof. Once they enter the warehouse in complete silence, that's when Leo03 notice Don03 tied up at the opposite side of the warehouse from where they entered.
"Donnie," breathed Leo03 as he slowly head towards his brother.
Out of nowhere, a flash of purple passes by and hit Leo03 hard, causing him to drop to the ground in shock.
"Leo!" gasps Don12, until that same flash knocks him to the wall.
"What was that?" asked MikePrime, "Is it one of those tall Turtles?"
"Whoever that was, he's fast!" was all Raph87 said until he too was knocked towards a nearby stack of crates.
Upon hearing what Raph87 pointed out, MikePrime gasp, "But that means-" was all he could say until a sudden kick at his gut knocks him to one of the support beams of the warehouse.
Groaning in pain, MikePrime turns around and said, "I was right."
Since the purple flash that attacked the group is revealed to be Kanabo Mike07.

All four Turtles keeps trying to dodge the blow Kanabo Don07 sends at them while fighting back, but with one of their leg still tied up their movements are limited, but things didn't look very good for Mike03 and Raph12 the most since the glass from the window they break in from earlier is scattered all around them, making it even more dangerous their situation than it already is.
But luck is on their side as one of Kanabo Don07's attacks accidentally cuts LeoPrime free, giving the Katana-wield Turtle a chance to give a proper counter attack and free the other three from their bondage.
"Thanks, now what?" asked Don87.
"Stick with our original plan," was all LeoPrime instructed as he charge towards Kanabo Don07 with Mike03 and Raph12.
Don87 nodded in agreement before heading towards RaphPrime, who surprisingly remain unconscious during the whole ordeal. Using a Tanto blade LeoPrime gave him earlier; Don87 cuts the rope around RaphPrime and tries to wake him up. He suddenly slaps RaphPrime for some reason, much to Don87's shock.
"Those square guys REALLY have been slapping one another a little too much," mumbled Don87, "now even I'm doing it!"
Suddenly RaphPrime's eyes shot open as he stood up in a fluid movement. He glares at Don87, slightly intimidating the pudgy Turtle.
"Man, this guy's tough to beat," admitted Raph12, launching a punch towards the Kanabo-drone Turtle only to miss, "and we don't even have to worry about Sh'Okanabo!"
"Speaking of which, where is he?" asked Mike03, dodging a round-kick from Kanabo Don07, "I thought he might be in this dimension."
"Maybe he doesn't have enough energy to transport himself," guessed LeoPrime, "so he's probably back at the Dimension we were in."
Mike03 nodded in agreement before turning to see where the other two Turtles are at, only to notice something's a little … off … about RaphPrime. Squinting his eyes slightly, Mike03 suddenly gasp when he realize what's wrong. RaphPrime's monochrome like LeoPrime EXCEPT HIS EYES ARE GLOWING RED!
"DONNIE! GET AWAY FROM HIM!" shouted Mike03 as he waves his hand s in panic, "HE'S BEEN SLIMED!"
"WHAT?!" gasps the other three Turtles, looking at Mike03 in shock.
Suddenly, Don87 got hit with a very powerful punch that knocks him back towards the group. Mike03 helps him up while both LeoPrime and Raph12 stand between them and RaphPrime. RaphPrime let out a devilish laugh before he's surrounded by a purple cocoon and burst out as a Kanabo-drone, though he's still monochrome save for a few hints of purple here and there on his skin.
"Aw, sewer bunnies," cursed Raph12.
/ (2003 Dimension)
Don12 twirls his Bo staff and charges towards Kanabo Mike07, but the infected Turtle easily dodge it and knocks Don12 to the wall with his agility. Raph87 then decided to chase after the tall Turtle while launching punches and kicks towards him, only to worn himself out from not being able to land a single hit on Mike07. This gives Kanabo Mike07 a chance to kick Raph87 right towards MikePrime, who was running after his counterpart, causing the both of them to crash to the ground.
Don12 shakes the daze out of his eyes before trying to get himself back to his feet, not noticing Kanabo Mike07 heading right towards him until Leo03 jumps in to block the attack.
"Donnie," grunts Leo03, holding his ground against the infected Turtle, "I want you to go and free my brother."
"But what if Sh'Okanabo shows up?" asked Don12.
Leo03 quickly push Kanabo Mike07 off of him and turn to face Don12, "I doubt he's in this dimension since he would have shown up right about now. Just go and don't worry about it."
Don12 nodded before standing on his legs, only to gasp as a wave of pain flows over him coming from his right leg.
'I knew I should have rested that leg a bit longer before leaving the lair,' thought Don12, rubbing his leg slightly before heading towards where Don03 is located.
Once Don12 reached his counterpart, he starts to untie the ropes until he notice that it's not tied up loose and not properly. In fact, it's so loose that Don03 can easily free himself and leave anytime he wants.
"It's like he wants one of us to get close to him," said Don12, removing the rope around Don03, "But why would-?"
Before Don12 could even finish his sentence, he felt a sharp kick right at his stomach that sent him crashing to a pile of crates located not too far behind him. Looking up, Don12 gasp upon noticing that Don03 is now standing from his sitting position with an evil smug on his face and his eyes are glowing red.
Don03 charge towards Don12, who's trying to move but a sharp pain coming from his leg causes him to drop to his knees, and knocks the square Turtle right towards MikePrime, who was about to land a hit on Kanabo Mike07 until he's interrupted.
"Donnie, get off of me," demanded MikePrime.
The monochrome Turtle pushed Don12 off of him, causing the square Turtle's injured leg to hit the ground hard, making Don12 scream in intense pain. Hearing that, MikePrime immediately regret doing what he did and help Don12 lean against the nearby wall of the warehouse.
"I think I injured my leg worse than before I crashed earlier," groans Don12 as he holds his right leg in pain as Don03 headed towards both of them.
Leo03 sees this and quickly jumps in front of him, blocking Don03's path.
"Don, snap out of it," said Leo03, "What's gotten into you?"
However, Leo03 gets his answer when Don03 just chuckle slightly before laughing evilly as he's surrounded by a very familiar purple cocoon!
"What the-?!" was all Leo03 could mutter before the cocoon reveals Kanabo-drone Don03 and the newly infected Turtle knocks him away.
"Great, just what we needed now," Raph87 groans sarcastically before he's kicked away by Mike07.
/ (Turtle Prime)
Don87 charges at Kanabo RaphPrime while twirling his Bo staff, but the almost monochrome Turtle ducks and punch Don87 right at the gut, sending the smaller Turtle flying. But what he didn't expect was for LeoPrime to come from behind and grab a hold of him.
"Raph, stop it!" commanded LeoPrime, trying his best not to let his brother go.
But RaphPrime managed to kick LeoPrime right at the sensitive spot below, causing the Katana wield Turtle to let go of him. Taking that as his chance, RaphPrime gives LeoPrime a roundhouse kick that sent him crashing at a dazed Don87. Once they regain their senses, they spotted RaphPrime charging right towards them. Thinking fast, LeoPrime grabs a hold of Don87 and moves out of the way just in time, making RaphPrime crash against the wall.
Meanwhile, Mike03's been knocked to a nearby pole by Kanabo Don07, clutching his side in pain. He looks up and spotted Don07 walking up to him with a smug on his face. A cry is then heard as Raph12 leaps onto Don07, attacking him with Mike03's nun-chucks that dropped to the ground earlier.
"Thanks Raph," said Mike03.
"No, thank YOU for teaching me how to use these properly," said Raph12 with a smug.
But suddenly, Don07 launch an uppercut right at Raph12 before he flings the square Turtle away, causing Raph12 to land directly over the shards of glass from the broken window he and Mike03 came in from!
"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!"
As soon as he heard that agonizing scream, Mike03 quickly got back up and kicks Don07 to the ground before heading towards Raph12, who has a hand over his left eye in pain.
"Raph, are you alright?" Mike03 asked once he helped Raph12 move away from the glass to a safer spot.
"Does it look like I'm alright?!" asked/shouted Raph12 before yelping in pain and continues to cover his left eye.
LeoPrime sees this and commanded, "Donatello, go and look over Raph, Mikey leave him and get back in the fight!"
Both Turtles nodded while Mike03 grabs his nun-chucks back and only joins LeoPrime in the battlefield once Don87 arrives and kneels at Raph12's left side to get a better look at the covered eye. Don87 tried to move Raph12's hand, but the red wearing Turtle just back away a bit.
"Raph I need to look over your eye to see what's wrong or it might get worse," Don87 reassures, looking at Raph12 with concern and worry in his eyes.
Raph12 sighs and slowly drops his hand, revealing his left eye. Don87 gasp upon noticing a long piece of glass right at the iris. Knowing that he'll only make it worse by leaving it there, Don87 digs into his duffle bag he brought along for the mission and takes out a small first-aid kit. Don87 then lifts Raph12's mask slightly and gingerly removes the piece of glass before dabbing over it with some cotton since a small trail of blood is oozing out from the cut.
"Sorry I couldn't do much," said Don87, finishing up with covering Raph12's eye with some clean cotton and carelessly tape it in place, "but this is the best I could do since I'm not a doctor."
"Heh, and I thought you would since my Donnie's sort of one," said Raph12, gently placing a hand over his covered eye.
Suddenly, Mike03's been thrown right next to the two of them, causing a big crack on the already fragile wall. That causes both Raph12 and Don87 to look back at the fight to see LeoPrime going up against RaphPrime. But he didn't notice that Don07's right behind him until the tall infected Turtle kicks LeoPrime on his shell before RaphPrime delivers a hard punch at the monochrome Turtle's plastron, sending him flying right in between Mike03 and Raph12, unable to continue fighting.
"Great, now what?" asked Don87 in worry, watching as the two infected Turtles before them are heading for the kill right towards them.
But when all seems lost, the wall starts giving in, revealing the outside and letting in some light. But it's not just any light; it's sunlight!
Once the beam of light hits directly at both Kanabo-drone Turtles, both of them back away slightly before dropping to the ground in pain. Smoke starts coming out of them and a burning smell flooded the room as the infection smouldered and being destroyed by the light.
The four Turtles watch as the two before them slowly but surely revert back to their normal selves before they both look around the room in confusion.
"Wh-What happened?" asked Don07, holding his head slightly.
"I have no idea," admitted RaphPrime, still in a daze, "Last I remember was Sh'Okanabo doing something to me before it went all black."
"Um," said Don87, making both Don07 and RaphPrime turn their gaze towards the other occupants of the room.
"Leo," RaphPrime gasps upon noticing his dimensional brother among the group before a smug forms on his face, "So, that smaller counterpart of yours survived? I'm glad."
He then saw a hand being offered to him, making him look up to come face-to-face with LeoPrime, who just said with a smile, "Glad to have you back Raph."
RaphPrime just grin in return and take the offered hand, just as he notice Don07 being helped by Mike03 while the other two are slowly heading towards them. Don07 looks at his counterpart as the two seems to be having a silent conversation with one another when suddenly, the whole place starts to shake vigorously, making all six of them nearly loss their balance.
"What's happening now?!" asked Mike03 in panic.
"The building's collapsing," gasps LeoPrime, "Our battle must have made the already weak support system worse, meaning the whole place will go down any minute now!"
"What are we waiting for?" asked Raph12, "LET'S MOVE!"
All six of them quickly head towards the door, only to stop in their tracks as some of the roof fell down right in front of them, creating a big gap between them and their only way out.
"Great, now what?" asked RaphPrime, before hearing Don87 let out a sudden gasp.
"Leo, where's the remote square Don had gave you before we left to this dimension?" Don87 asked out of the blue.
LeoPrime looks at Don87 with a confused look on his face before it changed to a realization one as he fished out the remote Don87's talking about. He looks over the remote carefully before sighing and said, "Good, it's still in one piece."
"What is?" asked the other four Turtles.
"Before we left, square Don gave this remote to me to open an emergency portal back to the lab of the dimension the others are," said LeoPrime.
"But it can only teleport whoever is close to the device, plus it can only be used once," informed Don87, just as the ground below him gave way, but Raph12 keep a firm grip on him to not let him fall.
"Then we'd better stay close so that none of us are left behind," said Don07, with the others nodding in agreement.
RaphPrime helps his counterpart with getting Don87 back up as the six Turtles huddle in close before LeoPrime press the lone button on the remote, surrounding them in a flash of light, which teleports them out of there. And not a moment too soon as the whole building collapse to the ground as soon as the group transport back to the 2003 Dimension.
/ (2003 Dimension, not that long after we left the group,)
The three still standing Turtles are attacking with all of their might against not only a speedy Kanabo Mike07, but now Don03 who's also been infected by the Kanabo-genes. Raph87 jumps in and launch a barrel of punches right at Kanabo Don03, only for later to crash against the wall thanks to Kanabo Mike07 tackling him right at the side.
"Uh, guys, any ideas?" asked Leo03, standing back up from where he crashed earlier and takes out his Katana's before dodging a blow from Kanabo Mike07 and strikes at Kanabo Don03.
"Well let's see here, being attacked by an infected counterpart of my little brother and myself, I couldn't fight because of an injured leg with you guys getting exhausted from the fight," said Don12; analyzing the situation they're in before finally concluding, "I'm out."
MikePrime then jumps in while spinning his nun-chucks towards Kanabo Don03, who dodged the blow as Kanabo Mike07 kicks MikePrime right at his shell, making the monochrome Turtle crash not too far away from where Don12's hiding from the fight with a painful yelp, just as Kanabo Don03 head towards him.
"Mikey!" gasps both Leo03 and Raph87 upon seeing this and started heading towards MikePrime, only to be blocked by Kanabo Mike07.
Don12 sees that MikePrime's completely unaware of being exposed for an attack and wants to help. The square Turtle tries to move, but his injured leg stops him in his track. But when Don12 notice how his infected counterpart's about to deliver the finishing blow, a new determination seeps into the square Turtle as he tries to push himself up. But just as he's place a hand onto the ground, he felt something brush against his hand, making him look to see its MikePrime's nun-chucks.
Not bothering to figure out how they got there, Don12 grabs a hold of them and practically launch himself right in front of MikePrime, blocking the blow from Kanabo Don03 with the nun-chucks in hand. The infected Turtle looks at Don12 in shock since he didn't see that coming, giving Don12 a chance to kick him away with his good leg.
MikePrime knocks out of his daze just in time to see Don12 collapsing to the ground before him, grabbing a hold of his right leg while holding back the scream of agonizing pain. Feeling concern, MikePrime carefully grabs a hold of Don12 and brings him close, just as Raph87 comes crashing by with Leo03 not that far behind.
But just as both Kanabo-drone Turtles are about to attack the group again, the sun starts to rise and lit up the whole warehouse and making the two infected Turtles back away slightly.
"NOW!" shouted Leo03 as he, Raph87 and MikePrime kicks the two Kanabo-drone Turtles away from them.
This time, when the two Turtles fall to the ground, they didn't get back up until the Kanabo-genes in them are completely destroyed, restoring them back to normal.
"Ugh, my head," groans Mike07, holding onto his head before looking up to notice the other Turtles before him.
Leo03 notice how Don03's having a hard time getting up, so he went over his dimensional brother's side and carefully grabs a hold of him, getting Don03's attention. Leo03 just give his brother a gentle smile, which Don03 returns before the two of them headed towards the other Turtles. But once Don03 lay eyes on Don12, the square purple-wearing Turtle look away in slight shame since he know Don03 is his counterpart that Mike12 was together with, and most likely seeing how broken Mike12 truly is.
Don03 know what's in Don12's mind and kneel before him, giving Don12 a reassuring squeeze on his shoulder, making Don12 look up at Don03, who give a reassuring smile before looking down at Don12's injured leg. "It must have been spraint badly huh?"
"Y-Yeah it has," was all Don12 could say as Don03 place a hand on the leg, making the square Turtle let out a small yelp in pain.
"We'd better get going guys," instructed Leo03 before turning to look at Mike07 and ask, "Do you know where Sh'Okanabo might be?"
"I'm sorry Leo, but I don't," admitted Mike07, "I only know that he's going to be together with one of my brothers in a certain dimension, but he didn't specify which one."
"That's alright," said MikePrime.
"Hey guys!" called Raph87, looking up from talking to someone on his Turtle-com, "I got a call from tall Raph saying the team that went there just got back from their mission."
"Well that's good to hear," said Leo03, "Tell him that we're on our way back and we shouldn't be long."
Raph87 nodded and told Raph07 on the other end of them line what Leo03 just said.
/ (At the lair,)
"Alright, see you guys then," said Raph07 before ending the call on his Shell Phone that Don07 recently gave to the 2007 Turtles.
"Hey Raph," Raph07 turns around to see Don07 walking up to him with a few bandages around his body, "I've checked your square counterpart's eye; it should be fine if I keep using the technology here every day for about a week."
"That's good," said Raph07 clutching onto his Shell Phone tightly, "The team in this dimension's on their way back as we speak."
"Did they say which of our brothers they're with?" asked Don07.
"No," admitted Raph07, "but let's hope it is Leo since I don't want the remaining team to face against him."
Don07 nodded in understanding before adding, "And since the Turtle Prime team didn't face the one that infected and Turtle-napped us at the first place, then that means the team in this dimension does."
Raph07 nodded in agreement, but that doesn't stop the uneasy feeling that he and Don07 still feel inside of them.
/ (Back with the group,)
As the Battle Shell headed back to the lair, Don03 treats Don12's leg as best as he can with a first-aid kit inside the vehicle.
"Ow," whimpered Don12 slightly.
"Sorry," Don03 apologizes before doing what he was doing a bit more gently.
"I-Its fine, really," reassures Don12, until he notice how Mike07's looking down slightly at the opposite side of the vehicle, "Something on your mind tall Mike?"
That got Mike07's attention as he jerk up and look at Don12, "Wha-? No, everything's fine! It's just; I'm worried about that young counterpart of mine that's all."
"I'm not surprise you are," said Don03 as he finished wrapping Don12's right leg up, "You were sort of getting close to him during the short time you were together with us."
Mike07 nodded in reply before looking back down again thinking, 'But why do I feel like something's still not right?'
"Anyway, everything should be fine as long as we see tall Leo with the others," said Raph87 from where he's sitting, "I mean that's the only thing we should worry about since Sh'Okanabo has to be in Turtle Prime because he's not here in this dimension."
"Yeah, you're right," said Mike07, though he sounds quite hesitated a bit.

Boy, are both teams in for a Shell of a shock when they find out that neither of them went up against neither Leo07 nor Sh'Okanabo. But wait a minute, what about the team in the 2012 Dimension? You'll find out next time!
Sorry about the wait guys, but I'm having a hard time with the fight scene since, as I said in my Digimon story, it's my biggest weakness in writing. Anyway, hope you enjoy reading this chapter.
