"Millions-san, you have a call in the front office."
"Hai, hai."
The pinket pushed his chair away frm the table and stood, a swift hand gesture had Hiruma remaining in his seat and continuing on with the math lesson he was giving Natsuo and Youji. The blonde…thing Narita was once again sitting on the floor beneath the library table with her back against the brunets' legs. Purple orbs narrowed and darkened; he wanted the little bird gone, but his Sentouki felt slightly guilty for clipping her wings when he had removed the handsy Sacrifice she had once shared a Name with. He would indulge his fighter for now, but if Hiruma didn't get rid of the annoyance soon – Zaraki would do it himself. Reaching the front office, he lifted the receiver to his ear and tapped the speaker once.
"Hi momma!"
"I know you're busy, but I wanted to tell you about my new class! I'm having a lot of fun and everyone is really nice. There's a really interesting boy in my class, his name is so cute~!"
"…How long left?"
"I heard he came from a different school because something happened to his brother, but he's really quiet. I'm going to try and become friends with him, so don't worry about me being lonely momma!
"I have to go now momma, I'll talk to you tomorrow! I want to check on that pretty butterfly I saw yesterday! It looked really sad and lost. Bye-bye!"
Zaraki hung up the phone and chuckled softly, his cute little liar was quite interesting but very useful. Although, if the cheeky toy called him "momma" one more time he was going to rip out his tongue. Leaving the office he saw his dogs exiting the training room. Shishio was coated in sweat that he was toweling off, his tank top baring a surprisingly muscled frame. Hibari was holding his Fighters' jacket and obviously trying not to drool. Zaraki still didn't quite understand their relationship, Hibari was the Sacrifice but Shishio quite clearly gave orders himself. Either way they were too useful to ever let go, only death would take his dogs from him.
"Aoshi, Mukuro."
Both older boys stopped and focused their undivided attention on the approaching feminine teen.
"Yes Master?"
"Zaraki-sama needs you to go on an errand. The Torikka has information ready. Go here and collect his riddle and bring it back, be careful though – his lies are often mistaken for truths."
Hibari took the slip of paper and gave Shishio back his jacket. The brunet lowered his visor, revealing his eye for a moment as he looked Zaraki over. Sliding the visor back on he nodded once and walked away, shooting a parting comment that left Zaraki grinning.
"Don't forget Master, some dogs are quite skilled at hunting birds."

"Mou~ Mei-mei!" Why are momm's puppies taking so~ long~ to get here~?"
"They don't exactly know what they're looking for Torikka, and this is the first time they're playing with you."
"I don't care! I hate waiting unless it's for momma!"
"Did you take your nap today?"
"Yes~! Mei-mei slept with me remember?"
"Right, you're just crankier than normal right now; and I know it's not because I didn't kiss you, we did that before your nap."
"I want ice cream. I haven't had any all week."
"We'll get some when you do as the trap ordered."
"Stop calling momma "the trap"!"
"Stop calling the trap "momma", it freaking wigs me out.
"Hmph!"
The minor argument was brought to a halt when two pairs of ears twitched. The taller figure scanned the area, black eyes peering through burgundy red bangs while his smaller partner ignored the possible threat. Coal black ears flicked and his tail bristled when two males entered the park. Both were dress in heavy military inspired clothes, the brunet also wearing a thick visor. The blond tilted his head slightly and after a moment locked onto the redhead. Frowning he placed his hand on his partners' head, rustling the long black strands. Calico patterned ears flicked back and forth when brown irises turned to look at him.
"Mei-mei?"
"Don't you want to play with puppies Torikka?"
The childlike figure grinned and skipped away from "Mei-mei" to approach the older teens. Hibari paused at seeing the preteen that was coming close; he had never seen anyone with patterned ears, never mind the orange, black and white of a calico. Cocking his head to the side he breathed deep, there – the faint scent of Master coating the little girls' hands. Another inhale and he change that thought – the little boy dressed like a girl.
"Are you the Torikka?"
Hibari just blinked when Shishio spoke up; his partner had been getting more and more verbal now that they were back with Master, and he knew why. Even after so long his beloved Shi-pon had a very distinctive accent to his words, causing him to either speak in short, clipped sentences or not at all. The preteen grinned and nodded.
"I am, I am. I have a riddle to deliver, are you the couriers?"
"Yes, what is your riddle?"
"Touji is caught by Nature, the Butterfly is useless, and the False Season is about to make a move with a new bug."
"…Thank you, have a nice day. Hibari."
"Coming Shi-pon."
Torikka watched the older teens walk away, a small pout on his lips. How boring! No irritation, no annoyance, they were like walls! The nerve of them to not follow his script! The pout deepened and Toriko turned around to return to his older partner.
"Mei-chan! I want ice cream!"
He would get mommas' puppies back for ignoring the Trickster's trick!
