The Dude begins to get operated on, while Madeline and Theo worries. A person says "Get on the Roof! We need defenders!" They get up there and find Mary with a hunting rifle and a helmet. Mary says, "Man the turrets! We'll need fire power in order to fight the choppers!" They get on the turrets and they see the smoke rising from burning buildings. They see fighter jets fighting the choppers and failing. Some Paradise Milita try to raid the hosptial so a fire fight begins. Madeline starts up the turret and turns them into blood puddles. Madeline is strangely calm with this. Theo is mortified at how Madeline is fine with this. They look up to see a chopper heading straight for them, the three man the guns and focus fire on it. It goes down with ease and it plows straight into the building, when the chopper falls out, the roof collapes making them fall. They land on the second floor and grab M16's. They weed out the remaining Milita before re-entering the hospital, telling the staff that "We need to go." They argue that "We dont have any ambulances!" Madeline tells them that they have a train so they began loading Patients, incuding the Postal Dude, Medical supplies, and moniters onto the train. They get the turrets and start the train, they are saying goodbye to Seattle and heading to Vancouver. They start the train and get going, leaving Seattle behind.
