At a building called Axion Labs, all of Casper High students walk through the corridors as Mr. Lancer leads them to see around the science building for a field trip. The tour guide for this trip is Damon Gray, a well built black man wearing glasses, a white shirt, red tie, and black pants as he leads everyone to see around the building.
"As you can see, Axion Labs has been funded by Vlad Co., which is owned by the famous billionaire, Vlad Masters." Damon states as he lead the group "This facility is known to store weapons, build massive tech, and we even try to build our own Ranger technology." He revealed which caught the attention of Danny, Sam, and Tucker.
"Ranger tech?" Danny questions.
"You guys are creating your own Power Ranger technology?" Tucker inquired.
"Why yes we are." Damon answered "The government has done it before when back in 1993 there was the first Power Rangers at Angel Grove, California when they have to defeat the alien criminals known as Rita Repulsa, Lord Zedd, and Devatox. Since then the government made their own Rangers a few years later. Has everyone heard about the Lightspeed Rescue Rangers?" He asked as Kwan raise his hand up.
"I heard about those guys from my cousin who reside at Mariner Bay. I heard 14 hears ago that they were made up of rescue workers, doctors, and athletes." Kwan states with a proud smile.
"That is correct." Damon replied "That is why over the years there has been more Rangers who operates on their own. But now that we have our own Rangers in this town, who call themselves the Phantom Force, our lab has been developing their own Ranger tech to see if we can make our defenses against the ghost attacks."
"Their own Rangers?" Sam whispered to the three "Is that a good thing?"
"We can discuss this later with CW, I'm not so sure if leaving ranger technology in the hands of the government can be a good thing." Danny states as they continue on with the tour as Vlad Masters walks in with the CEO of Axion Labs.
"Damon Gray, I presume." Vlad states as he shakes Damon's hand "Welcome aboard in Axion Labs, Mr. New Head of Security."
"I'm flattered, Mr. Masters, but I'm just giving the kids a tour guide." Damon replied to the man.
"Oh call me Vlad." Vlad insist as he spots the Casper High students, including the three specific ones.
"Why yes, Vlad." Damon replied a she moves to introduce his daughter "This is my daughter, Valerie."
"Nice to meet you, sir." Valerie comments as she shakes Vlad's hand.
"Wow, from what I can tell you're the kind of girl that wants to do something worth while, something that you want a real challenge." Vlad comments with an evil thought as Valerie nodded.
"I'm ready for any challenge, sir." Valerie replied "I'm always aiming at number one."
"Is it just me, or does Vlad Masters creeps you out for some reason?" Danny whispered to his friends.
"Well he's been looking at us, specifically." Sam whispered back as she and Danny grew in suspicion of Vlad.
Damon then lead the class to the computer room, where it monitors all the ranger battles against the ghosts. Danny, Sam, and Tucker gulps that there are footages of them fighting ghosts, but are relieved that none of them revealed their secret identities. There are also research on other rangers from the past, like the Zeo Rangers, Space Rangers, Ninja Storm Rangers, and the Mystic Force Rangers.
"Technology mixing with alien, energy, and mutation have been the most useful for Ranger tech." Damon states.
"Ender's Game, this is incredible." Mr. Lancer comments.
"But what about magic? Isn't that one of the category of Power Ranger tech?" Sam asked as she raise her hand.
"Magic? Don't you mean certain types of energy?" Damon asked the goth girl. "Everyone knows magic doesn't exist."
"But the Mystic Force Rangers and the Jungle Fury Rangers are known to have used mystical arts as well as the Samurai Rangers and Galaxy Rangers. In short, magic does exist." Sam comments as she uses her knowledge on Power Rangers.
Damon sigh as he couldn't get to the point that magic is just a form of energy. But what the others noticed is that there's an electrical surge coming from the computers as well as the building. The trio's Morphers glowed green as everyone heard crackling laughter coming from the computers.
"1984, what is that?" Mr. Lancer asked.
"I don't understand." Damon said as he checks on the computers "These computers are filled with encrypted firewall that no virus could get in!"
"Virus?" The crackling and nasal voice questioned as it zaps out of the computer as it digitized into a familiar figure "I'm more than just a virus."
"Technus!?" Tucker exclaimed as the students, Mr. Lancer, Damon, and the employees ran out of the lab in screams except for he, Danny, and Sam.
"What are you doing here, Technus?" Danny demands as he brings out his Morpher.
"Shouldn't he be back in the Ghost Zone?" Sam demands as she and Tucker did the same.
"I, Technus, master of all technology, and beeping things, have risen again to come to this lab!" Technus gloats "After I was destroyed, I've send a part of me to any random technology, a cell phone, and now I shall be reborn to to be Technus 2.0!" He shouts as he now have two metal gears on his back, goggles for his eyes, a sphere like body on his torso, as hell as he has one claw with the other arm a sonar laser cannon, as his metal boots have a spike upfront. He then uses his wired dreadlocks into the computers "Once I download all the information on the Power Rangers, I can use that info to defeat the Phantom Force, and be unstoppable!"
"We need to beat him!" Sam suggests but Danny stops her.
"We can't, not here." Danny told her as he motions her the security cameras.
"But we can still take him in with our brain power!" Tucker states as he used his PDA to shoot a USB cord towards Technus 2.0's chest and then taps into something "How's about a taste of some dance music!"
"What are you- hey!" Technus 2.0 screams out as he starts to dance around as he unsuccessfully didn't download any information on the rangers and the tech Axion is making. "Curses! My only chance of beating you rangers! I'll be back!" Technus 2.0 told as he zaps himself somewhere.
"It seems that Technus won't give in without a fight." Danny states as he heads out "Come on, before anybody notice that we're gone."
"Noted." Sam replied as the three went back to the other students gathered around as they all saw Damon looking at his boss nervously.
"So let me get this straight, a ghost virus attacked our facility and went through our extremely toughest firewalls? And for that matter, the Morphing grid blueprints are missing!" The CEO, Mr. Grimes, barked at Damon.
"You mean our prototype is stolen?" Damon asked in worry.
"Now I want to discuss your career in my office, Damon." Mr. Grimes told him as he leads Damon away from the group. Valerie looked worried as she watch her father following her boss. Everything will turn out good for her, right?

Meanwhile, after the field trip, Valerie just gotten the bad news that her father has been demoted as a security guard since he lost his job as a security programmer. What makes matters worse since she moved here in Amity, they have to relocate from a good complex two story home, to an apartment since the Damon's salary will be a minimum wage.
Valerie is now packing up her clothes in a box as she grumbles "I can't believe that my dad lost his job by a ghost virus. Where were the Power Rangers that were supposed to fight the ghost?! I bet I can do a better job than them!" She declared as a bright, crimson light flashes behind her.
"What the heck?" Valerie asked herself as she turns around to her dresser. She stands up as she looks at the device before her. It was a crimson red, hexagon-shaped wrist watch with a black H symbol on the center. There is also a button on the center of the H.
Curious, Valerie grabs the watch as she examines it, as she notes "This kind of looks like the prototype Morpher from the Axion Labs building." She then finds a note rolled up and taped on at the back, as she takes it off the Morpher as she reads. 'Valerie Gray, you have been chosen to help fight the ghosts that's been attacking this town. Use this Morpher and shout the activation code 'Huntress Power, Activate', do this and you will help support your father, -Vlad.'
"Vlad? Well I've gotta say thanks to him later." Valerie states as she held onto the hexagon as she grew a smile on her face. "Time to test this baby out."

At Pariah's castle, Plasmius enters along with the newly revived Technus joining him, much to the shock of Desiree, Fright Knight, and Skulker.
"It's good to see you back, Technus 2.0." Plasmius states as he shifts into his host's body, Vlad Masters. "I'm surprised that you're still active."
"Well what can I say, Lord Plasmius, I'm a ghost of living technology. If I'm destroyed, my ghostly essence transferred into the nearest technology." Technus 2.0 explained.
"It's also good timing." Vlad states as he looks through the crystal viewing ball as it shows Valerie with her Morpher. "I knew stealing the prototype Morpher from Axion Labs and remodel it into a Morpher."
"Why did you do that, Plasmius?" Desiree asked dryly. "Wouldn't you get more problems other than those Rangers?"
"Do not worry, Desiree. Ms. Gray will be nothing but a pawn, thinking that she's working for Vlad Masters." Vlad states as he shifts into Plasmius. "Her hate for the Power Rangers not showing up and her dad being demoted will motivate her into becoming a ghost huntress. She'll be the Rangers greatest adversary!" He said as he evilly chuckled.
"That is a great plan, sir." Skulker comments. "Now, I also have an idea for a ghost that will keep the rangers busy."
"That won't be neccessary, Skulker." Technus 2.0 comments as his hands glow digitally green. "I have a ghost virus that I need to use to retrieve the data I've lost." He shoots a beam of green light as it forms into a humanoid creature.
"Nya, I'm CyberKat, and I'm here to play!" Cried out a blue and white cat girl with white demon-like ears, green eyes, and has on a white short dress with black spiral lines around it, white giant paw prints for hands and feet, and a blue plug cord for a tail. She also sports a golden bell around her neck.
"Really?" Fright Knight asked in disbelief.
"Hey, I've been traveling around the internet, and let me tell you, never hacked into a website called 4ban." Technus 2.0 states. "And now I'll lend her my own ghost foot soldiers, the Ectoloids!" He snaps his fingers as his Ectoloids digitally appears. They are a bunch of black suited beings with green skull faces on, and each has different weapons; lasers, axes, pincers, and staffs.
"Excellent, soon we'll be an unstoppable force against the Rangers!" Vlad declares as he laughs evilly.

At the clock tower, our heroes are seen doing different activities. Danny is seen sparring with Sam while Tucker is fixing up his PDA, and Jazz reading her books.
"Do you guys think we're doing some good?" Danny asked as he dodges Sam's fist strike.
"Yeah, why are you saying that?" Sam respond as she threw in some punches some more.
"Well, after Axion Labs incident, the Rangers not showing up to save the day caused Valerie's dad's job." Danny replied as he and Sam stops sparring.
"It's not that bad, dude." Tucker states as he turns towards his friend. "I'm sure Val will understand."
"Guys, I know Val." Danny states as he sits down on a chair. "Me and Val were kids when we go to the same karate dojo together back at Angel Grove..."
Flashback, Danny's POV:
I first met her when we both started karate together. We were 9 back then. The first time we spar, I lost. Though I don't feel bad about it, but Val's a glory hound.
"Ha! I win again!" Val declared as she bounces around in victory.
But I remember she tries to take out the higher level belts, but then she lost. Val learns that she can't always win in a battle, that's what my sensei said to her.
"Hey, Val, sorry that you lost." I told her as Val turns to see me.
"Eh it's alright, but next time I won't lose." Val replied with a shrug. "But you know, I have been thinking of a bigger challenge than this. I'm just here so that I can find out what I'm good at, and no one will stop me for it."
Back then, I don't even know what she means, and I still don't as of now.
Flashback Ends.
"So she hates losing, I'm sure she won't take it personal." Tucker said.
"Tucker's right, but let's get back on the topic of this Technus ghost." Jazz told as she close her book.
"Right, with Technus back, who knows what's going to happen." Danny comments as Clockwork and Sidney appeared.
"I believe it's more drastic, Daniel." Clockwork spoke as he change into a child version of him as he shows him the viewing clock that shows a new ghost at Axion Labs. "It seems Technus 2.0 has created a new artificial ghost virus as well as new ghost foot soldiers, the Ectoloids."
"Ectoloids? Really?" Sam asked in disbelief of the name.
"And this ghost virus, CyberKat, is a powerful ghost created by him." Sidney states. "If CyberKat gets all the data and information of the Power Rangers through history, it will be difficult to beat the Ghost Armada."
"Well what are we waiting for? Let's stop them!" Danny declares.
"But how? We don't know anything about the Ectoloids?" Jazz asked.
"We'll find their weakness somehow." Danny told his sister as the four teleported into their own portals as they change into the Phantom Force.

The Axion Labs alarm blared out, as all of security ran out of the building to find Technus 2.0, CyberKat and the Ectoloids with them.
"Stop right there!" Damon orders as he held his gun along with the rest of the guards.
"Nya, let's show them how we can't be stopped, master!" CyberKat shouts.
"Good idea, lets blast these human meat bags that we robots are superior!" Technus 2.0 states as they each shot lasers to the ground, causing the guards to back away. "Now we must destroy them!"
Suddenly, a blast of red, blue, yellow, and white light appears in front of the guards as the Phantom Force Rangers stood in front of the ghosts. The guards decides to run away from the fight so they can let the rangers deal with the ghosts.
"You and your partner are not going anywhere, Technus!" Phantom Red told as he raise his saber up.
"The Rangers, what a surprise." Technus 2.0 replied as he orders his Ectoloids to charge at them. "Good luck handing my men while I retrieve the information!" He said as he and CyberKat phases through the building.
"He's getting away!" Phantom White shouts as she dodges the Ectoloid's attacks.
"We gotta catch up with them!" Phantom Blue states as she uses her bazooka as a shield as she kicks an Ectoloid away from her.
"Come on, let's find their weaknesses." Phantom Yellow states as he slashes the Ectoloids with his claw gauntlets, and manage to cut off one of their heads. The headless Ectoloid then kneels down as it shuts down itself. "The heads! Their weakness are the heads!"
"Then off with their heads!" Phantom Red shouts as as and the rangers starts knocking the heads off of the Ectoloids. White slashes the heads off with her mercates, Blue blasts them with her bazooka as sparks bursts out of their chests, as Yellow slashes their heads off with his claws. Red uses his sabers to cut off the heads as each and every Ectoloid falls to the ground, headless.
"Well, that was easy." Phantom Yellow states.
"Yeah, now let's head inside and stop Technus and CyberKat." Phantom Red respond as they all went inside the building.

"Come on, the master computer center is just around the corridors." Technus 2.0 states as he and CyberKat walk through the corridors when Valerie appears in front of them.
"Freeze, ghosts!" Valerie orders as she stood with her Morpher intact.
"Nya, a human youngling is in front of us, master." CyberKat states just as the Rangers come in as they also spotted Valerie.
"Hey V- young citizen, you should get away from those ghosts!" Phantom Red warns her.
"Sorry, Power Rangers, but this town needs a new, competent hero." Valerie states as she brings out her Morpher next to her face as she taps the H on it. "Huntress Power, Activate!"

Morphing Sequence.

If a technological void, where in the background is a grid. Valerie Gray falls down and lands onto a red and black V-shaped board. She rides on the board as a crimson light blasts towards her as many circuits and technology rush through her. crimson energy encase her as she smirks throughout the transformation. She now appears to have on a crimson and black striped suit. In detail, she has on a black helmet with crimson stripes on the V-shaped visor, with red eyes above the lines of the visor and red pointy ears on the side of the helmet. Her suit is mostly black but with crimson line on her shoulders and arms and ends to her black gauntlets with red buttons. A crimson V line around her waist with crimson lines on the side of her legs with a red stripe on her left leg. She also has on knee high black boots with Y-shaped crimson lines through the toes. She also sports a red backpack connected to her suit.
"Crimson Huntress, Online!" The Huntress announced as she place her fists on her hips while many data in the background flows behind her.

"Crimson Huntress, ready to eliminate ghosts." Crimson Huntress spoke as she puts on a stance.
"Nya, it doesn't matter who you are, we'll just scratch you until you die!" CyberKat screech as she charges towards the red and black suited girl.
"Come on, we've gotta fight Technus!" Ranger Red told the Rangers as they proceed to attack Technus 2.0.
The Huntress dodges CyberKats paws as she kicks the cybernetic ghost towards a wall. CyberKat gets up as she hears the Huntress shout. "Crimson Ecto-Blaster." as a crimson version of the Ranger's Ecto-Blaster materialized as she aims it towards CyberKat, and shoots got red ecto lasers towards the ghost.
"Nya, it burns!" CyberKat screams in pain as she felt smoke coming out of her.
"CyberKat, destroy her or, wish to grow!" Technus 2.0 ordered as he is slashed by Ranger Yellow's claw gauntlets "Yeowch! Watch where you clawed at!"
CyberKat tries to counter attack, but didn't get a chance to when Crimson Huntress calls out. "Crimson Katana!" Materializing form her hand is a long, blood red katana with a black helm. She raise the sword up as she slashes down CyberKat, causing sparks coming out of the ghost virus.
"Nyyyaaaoooooo!" CyberKat screams as she falls down to the ground, as a crimson explosions occurred while the Crimson Huntress stood behind it.
"Whoa, she just took it down!" Phantom White states.
"Goodbye, Hello Kitty." Phantom Blue said.
'Valerie's strong with that Crimson Huntress suit.' Phantom Red thought. 'But where did she get that Morpher?'
"Now it's your turn, ghost." Crimson Huntress told as she points her katana towards Technus. "I'll show you Rangers how it's done."
"Child, if you actually know I, Technus 2.0, wish to be big!" Technus 2.0 spoke as purple energy surrounds him as he then starts to grow huge out of the building. "Now you're playing with the big boys now!"
The Rangers and the Huntress gets outside as they saw the huge techno maniac ghost outside. "We're gonna need our Zords." Phantom Yellow states.
"We need the Phantom MegaZords, Now!" The four Rangers shout as their respectable Zords appears as they get inside it. They then combine their Zords as well as the Owl Zord combine to the back of the Zord as the Phantom Zord: Sky-Striker Mode is complete. "PHANTOM ZORD: SKY-STRIKER MODE!"
"You Phantom Force cannot stop me! I am upgraded, I am Technus 2.0!" Technus 2.0 shouts with pride.
"Quit blabbering and fight us!" Ranger Red shouts back as the Rangers controls the Phantom Zord to fly towards the machinery ghost as they strike it with their sword. Technus 2.0 counters with an energy blast which cause some damage towards the Zords.
"Whoa, he's even stronger than before." Phantom Blue states.
"But we can't give up!" Phantom White replied. "You guys can summon an extra Zord."
"I think one has been activated." Phantom Yellow comments as he shows them the code. "It's a code for a Hawk Blade Zord!"
"Alright, Tuck, lets see what the Hawk Zord can do!" Phantom Red respond.
"Phantom Hawk Blade Zord, Activate!" Phantom Yellow shouts as he activates the code on his Morpher.
A portal appears as a brown, mechanical hawk appears. It appears to have rectangular shaped body with bladed wings. The wings folded itself as it moves towards the end of its tail, as they combined together as the wings formed into a sword for the Phantom Zord to grab onto.
"Sweet, a new Zord weapon!" Phantom Yellow comments as he controls the arm of the PhantomZord to strike a fighting stance.
"I could use a Zord right about now." Crimson Huntress comments as she looks at the buttons on her glove as her helmet as she taps in a coding. Inside the visor of her helmet she can read the codes and instructions from her helmet as she began accessing her own Zord. "This is going to be fun."
"Cougar Huntress Zord, I call for you!" Huntress calls out.

Inside a warehouse, two glowing red eyes appeared in the shadows of a secret warehouse as it lets out a growl. It busts open out of the warehouse as it runs to it's master.
It's a giant, Huntress Cougar Zord that has a black and red body. It's head is black with red eyes, red rectangular nostrils and the red front of the black ears. It also has a red V-shape on top of its head. It's bulky black front half of the body with two red lines on it's back, as well as red color on its belly. The two black legs with red shoulder guards on the front, as red claws on its black paws. The bottom half is silver in the middle, as its bottom is a black, block-like rear with red lines around, two hind legs with red thighs and black bulky boots-like feet with re V's on the sides.
Seeing this, the Crimson Huntress gets on her V-shaped hover board as she flew towards her Zord. She jumps up from the board as she heads down inside the Cougar-Zord's mouth, which leads her inside the cockpit.
"Now this is something I can get used to." Huntress said as she activates the Zord's functions. "Now, ecto blast that ghost!"
The CougarZord roared as it shoots out an ecto beam towards Technus 2.0, causing him to spark.
"Gah!" Technus shouts in pain. "What in the mother board system was that!?"
"Is that a...robotic cougar?" Phantom Red asked as he gets a good look at the Zord.
"Don't mind her, we gotta take down Technus!" Phantom Blue points out as she shouts. "Use the Hawk Blade!"
"Hawk Blade Zord, Slash!" The Rangers calls out as they used their sword to slash Technus 2.0 as the robotic ghost stumbles down as he's sparking up his circuits.
"You Rangers and your ally are formitable, I'll admit that." Technus states as he barely gets up.
"I need HuntressZord power, NOW!" Crimson Huntress as she activates the voice command on her Zord.
The CougarZord starts to transform as it's four legs starts to shift. The paws turn over as black robotic hands emerges from the front, as it's body bends up and form straight. The head rolls down as a H symbol appears on it's chest, as the bottom half of the legs rolled down to straighten the posture. A head pops up from the chest. The head has a V shaped black helmet similar to a shogun's helmet, and a triangular visor with a silver mouth guard.
"V-HuntressZord, ready to hunt down some ghosts!" The Crimson Huntress announced as the Zord gets in a fighting position.
"Well what can she do?" Technus 2.0 questions as he saw the V-HuntressZord forming it's hands into half of guns as she connects the together and aims it at the robotic titan.
"Say your prayers, Spook." Crimson Huntress declares as she shouts. "Huntress Ecto Blast Strike!"
The Zord then shoots green Ecto blast straight towards Technus 2.0 as it hits him through the chest. Technus screams in agony as he starts falling into pieces as his body became unstable.
"Noooooo-bzzzzzzt-I'm melting...I'm melting...!" Technus 2.0 shouts as he falls down as the V-HuntressZord turns around as Technus exploded, this time for good.
"No way..." Phantom Yellow whispered in awe.
"She destroyed Technus in one shot!" Phantom White states as she is shocked.
"Looks like we'll be having some competition." Phantom Blue comments as Red leans on his seat of the cockpit as he's in deep thought.
"Who knows, guys. Either Valerie becomes a good ally, a rival, or an adversary." Phantom Red said as the V-HuntressZord look at the PhantomZord.
"Know this, Rangers. There's a new ghost hunter in town, and either you get out of my way, or be my next targets." The Huntress told as the Zord disappears by a flash of crimson light as the PhantomZord stood.

"Well, that was entertaining to watch." Desiree comments as she watch the fight in her crystal ball.
"But we must ask, why did you choose the girl to fight ghosts? Surely she can be at a disadvantage, my liege." Fright Knight asked Plasmius.
"Well she thinks she's working for Vlad Masters, so it's no problem, using a pawn for your plans." Plasmius replied as he grins. "Technus is a necessary loss, since that Morphing grid I've manage to "borrow" from Axion Labs and redesign it to observe the Ranger's technology." Plasmius told as he views many screens showing the PhantomZord and it's arsenals.
"Perfect, this will be our advantage counter against the Phantom Force!" Skulker exclaimed as he grins evilly.
"Precisely, Skulker." Plasmius replied as he chuckled. "The Rangers won't know where it hit them."

Meanwhile, at an unknown facility where a bunch of shadowy men review clips of the Power Rangers fighting ghosts at a town called Amity Park.
"Gentlemen, it seems that Amity Park is having a ghost problem." One shadowy figure states.
"And these Power Rangers have taken down each and every one of them." Another replied.
"WG must prepare our strategy, fellas." The leader told as he reveals to be wearing a white suit as well as the other men. "We got some ghosts to hunt."

Finally, finished this chapter and happy New Years, everybody. Also, sorry it took so long, I was busy with my final quarter of college and now I get to focus more on this story. Also I've been busy with other stories, so you know...
Now, here's some info on the Zords introduced:
-Phantom Hawk Blade Zord: It's an arsenal-type Zord that forms into a sword, as it's swing is powerful enough to injure a ghost due to its sharp edge of its winged blades has ecto-ranium in it.
-The V-Huntress CougarZord: The Crimson Huntress's Zord that can form into the V-HuntressZord that can take down the enemy ghosts in one shot. Recommend to stay out of its way or you'll be getting in the way of its battle.
Also, I recommend reading "Ghostly Force" by Dragonstar101.

The Rangers decides to spend their weekend camping, as they're confronted by two new friends. But much to their dismay, a ghost called Youngblood is here to interfere and only one can see him. Can the Rangers see who's the misfit ghost that's been causing nothing but trouble for them?
