A couple of days after the concert, Penny received a call for a job interview. That evening Raj and Howard went to Leonard's apartment to watch the series premier of The Flash reboot, while Bernadette and Amy went to Penny's apartment for girls night.
"To bad Sheldon's not around," Leonard said.
"He's been gone for three months besides I don't miss his put downs," Howard said.
"True but I still kind of feel bad about what happened," Leonard said.
"He did it to himself," Howard said.
"I saw a picture of the new Flash suit online. If Sheldon was still here, he would hate it," Raj said.
"You think?" Leonard asked.
The guys were watching the show when all of a sudden the screen went blank. A few seconds later, an image of the inside of a cave appeared. Then a strange creature appeared on the screen. It looked vaguely like Sheldon but the parts where skin was exposed were a sickeningly bright green. the rest were composed of metal pieces kind of like a rudimentary robot
"Greeting Earthlings, I interrupt your regular schedule program to inform you that your life is about to change. For I, Dr. Sheldor, have been studying your habits for a long time. The results makes me sad. Soon I will reshape all of you into my image, well not what you see. The vast majority of you are to dumb for my liking. I plan on changing that by making everybody a part of a race of highly intelligent humans. As for those of you that are already are highly intelligent, you will be even more intelligent. You won't know when it will happen, or that it happened. Consider this your warning. Live long and prosper."
A few seconds later, the show came back on as if it had been on the whole time.
"What the heck was that?" Howard asked.
"It looked like Sheldon, it acted like Sheldon, and it sounded like Sheldon," Leonard said.
"The only difference is it looked like it was colored green," Raj said.
"Not to mention it looked like half Sheldon and half Borg from Star Trek. If that was what I thought it was, we're screwed," Howard said.
He's bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaacccccccccccccccckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk!" Raj said.
"Worse then before. Now he's Dr. Sheldor, the twisted," Howard said.
"He has nice timing, we missed the scene where Barry is struck by the lighting," Raj said.
Penny flew in and asked, "Did you see an ugly alien on TV?"
"Huh, no, have you been drinking?" Leonard asked.
Penny gave him a dirty look before he asked, "Let me rephrase that, how much have you had to drink?"
"I don't know. Amy, Bernadette, and I were talking when the TV came on autocratically. Then we thought we heard Sheldon. That is when we saw a pale green version of him mixed with something from Star Wars, Star Trek, or one of those sci-fi comics of yours," Penny said.
"Did Amy and Bernadette see it too?" Howard asked.
"Yes," Penny said.
"I think you three have been drinking to much we didn't see it," Leonard said.
"Maybe we have. I'm going to have a major hang over in the morning," Penny said.
"You don't want that when you are going to an interview good night," Leonard said after he kissed her.
"I could of sworn it was real," Penny said before she walked across the hall.
After Penny left Raj asked, "Could Sheldon have power to broadcast his message on every TV no matter what?"
"Guys, how do we contact the Power Rangers?" Howard asked.
"Maybe we need something like a Bat-Signal," Leonard said.
"You mean a Power Rangers signal?" Raj asked.
Meanwhile Tommy was grading papers in what was once his lab while Kim was flipping through the TV channels trying to find something to watch. Jason and Rocky were at their karate studio, Billy was finishing up ranger stuff, and Trini and Aisha were at their own homes watching NCIS when Sheldor's message appeared. Kim ran downstairs and told Tommy.
"That's a first at least we know a villain is coming," he said.
When Rocky got home Aisha told him what happened.
"Was the message on the Food Network?" Rocky asked.
"As far as I know, Kim and Trini called me asking if I saw it" Aisha said.
"I bet it's on our DVR," he said.
"I don't want to watch it again, that thing was to ugly," Aisha said.
When Jason got home Trini told him about Sheldor.
"Sounds like we'll be going back into action soon," he said.
The next morning everybody was talking about Sheldor, which dominated the talk radio station Billy listens to. Later on when Leonard, Howard, and Raj were in the lunch room people booed them and threw their trash at them.
"So much for you three being heroes," Billy said.
"We created a monster, literally," Leonard said.
"You wouldn't know how to get a hold of the Power Rangers would you Billy?" Howard asked.
"No, although from my experience they show up soon after the evil arrive," Billy said.
"We thought something similar to a Bat-Signal would work," Raj said.
"Great, it's bad enough we turn our friend into a super villain, now we have to wait for him to try to turn us all into clones of him," Leonard said.
"How did you live with him for so long?" Raj asked.
"It wasn't easy," Leonard said.
"So if we did build something like a Bat-Signal what kind of logo would we use?" Howard asked.
"I think until we know more about the rangers I think just the letters P R would be the signal," Raj said.
"That could work, although we would have to come up with a logo. The Bat-Signal has never been the letters B M," Leonard said.
"True, but it has been a question mark before," Howard said.
"That's because a bad guy did it," Raj said.
Then again if Sheldor strikes during the day, then the rangers wouldn't be able to see the signal," Howard said.
"Maybe not on a sunny day, unless we had something large enough to reflect it off of," Leonard said.
"Sounds good let's do it," Raj said.
"Wait, we still don't have a logo," Howard said.
"The rangers always wear helmets right, I say let's use a helmet as the logo. Raj you look up ranger helmetswhile Howard and I build a signal," Leonard said.
"Wait your serious about this?" Billy asked.
"Yes, and as far as building one it'll be be easy. I built my own Bat-Signal once," Leonard said.
Billy shook his head before Barry Krepke walked up to them and said, "You thwee are swewed."
"It's not like we meant to do it. It was a freak accident," Howard said.
Barry laughed before walking away. A short time later Penny was in her car when she heard on the radio that the police are reporting that there was a sudden massive decline in the volume of stray animals in the city. Mostly focusing on the cat population. Along with reports of missing pets mostly cats flooded local police departments today while the numbers are uncertain its is said to be up to 100 so far.
I think I need to stop drinking. I swore I just heard that 100 cats vanished. She thought.
When she got back home Leonard was walking up the stairs. She told him what she heard.
"You thought you heard that 100 pets vanished. Sounds like you have been drinking to much," Leonard said.
"Last night I thought I saw an alien version of Sheldon on TV and now the pets," Penny said.
"You might want to go to bed early," Leonard said.
"It's just now 4:30!" Penny said.
"Or you can lay off the alcohol," Leonard said.
"Bye Leonard," Penny said before she went to her place.
Wow at least 100 pets gone? If Sheldon did that he's nuttier than before. Leonard thought.
Later that night, Howard's mom was watching the 6:00 news and there was a report on the missing pets. Howard and Bernadette were having dinner at home when his cell phone rung.
"What does mother want now?" He asked and he looked at the caller ID.
"I know that's a rhetorical question, but why are you asking me?" Bernadette said.
"Hi mom," he said when he answered.
"Howard, did you hear that the police are reporting that there was a sudden massive decline in the volume of stray animals in the city. Mostly focusing on the cat population. Along with reports of missing pets mostly cats flooded local police departments today while the numbers are uncertain its is said to be up to 100 so far? Some of them were strays," His mom said.
"No mom, I haven't heard that," Howard said.

"Thanks for telling me," Howard said.
"You two should watch the news. You might actually learn something," his mom said.
"Ok bye mom," Howard said before he hung up.
"What was that about?" Bernadette asked.
"This afternoon at least 100 pets vanished through out Pasadena," Howard said.
"I hope none of the missing pets were dogs. Especially Raj's," Bernadette said.
"I think the guy would go mute again if that happened," Howard said.
Meanwhile Billy decided to test the new morphers. On a table in his basement sat seven vials of lava. In front of each of them sat seven necklaces with a small golden decorated ball attached to each. The balls each showed the lava in a small container. He put one of the necklaces on, held up the ball, and shouted MOLTEN LAVA ERUPT! After a blinding flash he found himself in a blue suit similar to his old one. This time the suit has a tall orange flame on each leg going up to the chest. The arms, shoulders, and boots were blue, although the boots had white diamonds on them. The gloves were also blue with white diamonds on them. He took the helmet off and saw that it looked exactly like his old one. He walked over to a mirror and saw his new suit.
Other than the flames it's not that different than my old suit. He thought.
Meanwhile Sheldor was making plans for his attack. He walked to a large cage that held the missing cats. Then he picked one up. He then put it on a table before jogging to a control panel. He pressed a few buttons before a laser beam struck the cat. The cat began to grow to 6 feet tall.
Success one general down a couple more to go. Sheldor thought.
