Chapter 10: Compelled Pureblood

The moment Yuuna bit Kaoru all the other vampires in the manor went stiff and worried.

If they didn't have guests they would have bolted out of the room and immediately got to their princess.

Seeing as they can't the Host Club unattended, only Kudo and Kanata left the room.

"Where are they going now? Want to bully my brother again?" Hikaru blurted out.

Taka just looked at him and said, "That is not the case Hitachiin-san. Kanata-sama and Kudo-sama have important matters to handle. I'm sure that you all understand."

"Of course. I apologize for Hikaru's behavior." Kyouya said speaking up and bowing towards the Night Class then sending the red head a heated glare.

The others just remained silent and waited for what would happen next, especially now that they have another pureblood in their midst.

Yuuna was scrambling away from Kaoru while silent tears keep on falling from her eyes.

"No, no, no, no, no, no…" She kept on mumbling and shaking her head as if to clear it.

She then looked over to the unconscious red head and then at herself with all the blood splattered on her dress, hands and mouth.

When she can't take it anymore she screamed.

That was how Kanata, Kudo and Kiba found her, screaming and crying.

"It will be fine Yuuna. Calm down." Kanata whispered to her just as he rocked her back and forth.

"But Onii-sama… I did it again. I lost control again…" She said brokenly.

"Shh..it's ok. We're here. We won't let it end up like last time. He'll be fine." Her eldest brother assured her.

Kudo was observing if Kaoru would wake up while his youngest brother looked at the red head with hatred.

"He shouldn't have butted in. He should have just minded his own business and went his own merry way. Now look what happened to her." Kiba said harshly while walking over to the fallen guy and was about the kick his head when a hand gripped his foot.

"You really shouldn't be doing that Kiba-san." Kaoru said while gripping Kiba's foot harder before letting it go when he heard a crunch and standing up.

He then dusted off his clothes and looked at the Kuran brothers before his gaze lingered on the only female in their midst.

"You." He said pointing his finger at Yuuna before continuing, "What did you do to me? I feel somehow different."

Yuuna was shaking her head and mumbling incoherently so Kaoru walked towards her and grabbed her shoulders.

"What did you do to me?!" He shouted at her.

"It wasn't my fault. I warned you earlier. You didn't listen. It's your fault." She said in a small voice.

"My fault?! How is any of this my fault? You deliberately bit me and that did something to me. It seems to have changed me into what, I don't know. But I'm sure that something's different with me." He vented out while gripping her shoulders harder.

She winced but let him continue.

"I'm craving for blood and that has never happened before. What did you turn me into Yuuna-san?" He asked in a hoarse whisper and she just looked away.

He shook her shoulders forcefully until she looked at him.

"I'm going to ask you one more time Yuuna-san. What did you do to me?" He said while looking straight in to her eyes.

"I…I turned you into a vampire." She said softly.

"Impossible. That's impossible. I'm human. That can't be." He said quickly letting go of her shoulders in the process.

"It's true Kaoru-san. When she bit you, it automatically turned you into a pureblooded vampire. That's why you are craving for blood. You're one of us now." Kudo explained.

"That's why earlier was a warning. We didn't want this to happen. Now that it did, Yuuna's going to suffer." Kiba pointed out.

"How is she going to suffer? Aren't I the one suffering right now?!" The youngest Hitachiin exclaimed.

"Don't you think that your situation is affecting her the worst? You may have been turned into a vampire by accident but what about her? All her life, she has been a vampire. Never experiencing what it's like to not crave blood and kill. Can you handle that? Can you also handle the mental strain of turning a human into a vampire, especially if you didn't want to?" Kanata challenged him.

"I…I.." Kaoru began but Yuuna stopped him.

"I'm sorry Kaoru-san. If you want I can turn you back into a human but I would be needing to bite you again…" She explained but a shake of his head made her stop.

"I don't want to go through that experience again. Getting bitten once is enough, thank you." He told her.

"Are you sure, Kaoru-san?" Kanata asked seriously.

"You would be needing to live just like we do from now on if you stay as you are." Kudo added.

"Let him be Onii-sama. Let him experience how hard it is to be a vampire. A pureblooded one at that. He'll understand eventually and he'll be sorry he ever wished to stay like one of us." Kiba said before taking Yuuna and carrying her to her room.
