Something wasn't right in all this
Father always reminded him that there was no such thing as 'free treatment' without an interest in between, and Ciel was no fool to simply believe some random lady would be kind enough to invite him to her luxurious manor just to pamper him and give him warm baths for nothing in return.
Although, there was no need to be rude with the host yet. That free bath was more than welcomed from the young Phantomhive's perspective. It was his golden opportunity to remove that stinking hospital stench from his pristine white body.
"Why are you doing this?" asked Ciel bluntly despite the comforting bath he was receiving by the gentle and smooth hands of that mysterious butler.
"I believe I told you, young master. I'm going to take care of all your needs from now on" replied Sebastian calmly as he scrubbed carefully Ciel's delicate back with soap.
"I know that, but why are you really doing it?" persisted the wary boy despite the butler's odd calmness.
In response, Sebastian only smiled devilish, as if he was taking pleasure of the young Phantomhive naivety and anxiousness in all this matter. Still, he decided to continue playing this little game of keeping the boy in the dark. Afterall, in just over few minutes, the mistress of the manor would tell him everything.
"Don't think too much about it" he answered as he grabbed a fancy red wine towel from the towel rail to gently wrap Ciel's wet body then pulled him out of the empty tub.
"Let's get yourself ready, Lady Sharon is waiting" whispered Sebastian so soothingly near his ear that it made Ciel jumped out of surprise.
"D-don't do that!" he quickly reprimanded him.
With the meeting of the lords following the program step by step impeccably, preparations were bound to be made so that this evening would come out as perfectly as possible; even if that meant keeping a certain guest out of the picture for the time being.
"Ummm…is there someone out there?" asked Oz out loud in order to get the attention of the two uniformed men playing cards at the dungeon's entrance.
"Hello?!"
"Shut up already, kid!" spat angrily one of the guards before playing his hand of cards.
"Oh, thank God. Please, good sir, I need you to come, quick!" begged the blond from within his cell.
"Just be a good chain and stay there in silence!" cried the second man.
"I swear, it's important! Please, I beg you!"
In the end, Oz's persistence paid off and the already annoyed guard withdrew from the second round to listen whatever the brat wanted so badly.
"What is it?" uttered the guard with gritted teeth.
"Well…you see…the thing is…" answered vaguely the boy while moving his shaky legs from one side to the other.
"I need to pee, sir…" he confessed shamefully.
"What?! You have a bucket there, kid!" exclaimed the irritated guard before pointing an old rusty metal bucket inside Oz's cell.
"I-I know that, but I cannot lower my pants with my arms tied behind my back. If you were so kind to loosen the binds a little I might be able to do it myself" insisted the timid chain boy of gentle emerald eyes.
"Like I'm going to fall for that, you figure what to do by yourself, brat".
However, before the guard could leave and continue his game, Oz wasted no time in trying to keep the man in place. If there was even a slip chance of escaping this disgusting awful place in one piece, then he was going to take it.
"Pleeease, I beg you, sir! I don't want to pee on myself! That would be too degrading and disgusting to me. Just let me have this one thing! I promise I'll be a good boy and stay here and…"
"Fine, I'll give you a hand!" said the guard, defeated, as he started to unlock the cell door. Once inside, Oz quickly turned around and let the man do the job.
"Just don't try anything funny or you'll be very sorry" he warned the boy while working in his bindings unconcernedly. A perfect opportunity for the cunning chain teen to quickly kick the man in the balls with the back of his foot.
"Aaargh!" cried the man in pain, which alerted his friend at the entrance.
"Come on…just come out already!" cursed Oz mentally while struggling against the already loosen chains on his arms
"Urrggh…I warned you brat…now you'll pay for that" muttered the angry man scarily as he used every bit of strength he had to punish the teen for misbehaving. Unluckily for him, Oz successfully managed to pull his arms from the chains and efficaciously summoned his large scythe, though he chose to knock out the guard instead of beheading him.
"I may not have my full strength now because of this symbol, but it'll be enough to rescue Ciel from these people" concluded Oz after a quick examination on his current capabilities and the owl face on his pact sign.
"What in the hell!" cried the second guard, baffled, the moment he saw his friend unconscious on the floor and Oz completely free from his confinement. Having him on the loose was not an option.
"I have to report this to Mr. Xerxes qui…Ugh!" he uttered in pain when Oz's chain hit him in the face; an accurate strike so fast and hard that it also knocked him out of cold.
"Sorry I hurt you" apologized Oz genuinely guilty for using his powers on two defenseless humans. But now that they were out of his way, he could focus in rescuing his contractor.
"Ciel…I'm coming for you!" thought Oz resolved as he wandered deep into the manor.
Sorry if it took so long ^^; But don't you worry ;) this one is a precious story like the others :)
