College may be sweet, but it is still hard. I'm just glad I have one day for fanfiction…though that might set me back a little. Oh well, beggars can't be choosers. Please enjoy a new chapter!

Chapter 9: Home Video

The school bell rang, causing the students to start exiting their classroom. Evan was sitting on his chair, looking dejected.

"Aw man," Evans said as he looked at the paper his teacher gave him. It had a red 'F' on the top. "Prof. Xavier's gonna ground me for the rest of my life."

"Mr. Daniels," a voice said, getting Evan's attention. It was his teacher. "Can we please talk?"

Evan followed the teacher to the front desk, expecting the worst.

"Admittedly, I asked for a report on the star wars program," the teacher said, looking at Evan. "However, I wasn't talking about the movie."

"But I like movies," Evan said sheepishly.

"Which is fine," the teacher said as he put a hand on Evan's shoulder. "But I was expecting a report on the National Defense System."

"Yeah…I kinda found that out by my grade," Evan said with a sigh before he looked at the teacher. "Look man, is there anyway that I could make this up? Extra credit? Anything?"

The teacher thought about it as he scratched his chin. "Perhaps there is," he said before he opened a drawer on his desk and pulled out a video camera.

"Whoa, a digicam?" Evan asked in surprise. "That's so cool."

"You know, Evan," the teacher said, looking at Evan. "Current events can mean a lot of things, including things that are important for people your age. They don't have to be huge, they just have to mean a lot to you. How would you like to film report on that?"

"You mean it?" Evan asked as the teacher handed him the camera.

"You got it," the teacher said as he went to grab some chalk and went to the board. "The project is due on the end of the week. I suggest you get started."

"I will, man," Evan said as he walked out the classroom. "Thanks for the second chance, Mr. V."

"Man, instant rewind, zooming," Evan said as he fiddle with the camera. He then looked out the window and used the camera. "Cool! I can see the Institute from here!"

He zoomed in and saw someone motorcycling towards the gates. He zoomed in and saw that it was Logan, removing his helmet. "Well hello there, Logan."

"Evan!" a voice exclaimed behind him and grabbing his shirt. Startled, Evan grabbed the guy and was about to punch him with a fistful of spikes until he saw that it was Kurt.

"Don't do that, man!" Evan said as he let Kurt go. "I almost toothpicked you!"

"Sorry," Kurt said sheepishly before his form blurred, showing his blue face. "Do you know vhere Danny is? The Image Inducer is on a fritz and I need his help!"

"I think he's back at the mansion," Evan said.

"Guess I have to miss our shopping class," Kurt said as he jumped out the window and leaned on the wall.

"No worries, man," Evan said as he showed the camera to Kurt. "I'll catch it on tape."

"Cool! Den I'm out of here!" Kurt said before he teleported away. Unknown to them, someone was watching the two from the water tower. Before Evan could move, he saw Ember, Rogue and Kitty, talking about something. Evan grinned and aimed the camera at them.

"I'm telling you, nothing happened," Rogue said, her face red.

"You and a pantsless boy alone is like so something," Kitty said with a smirk. "So be a friend and like give us the details."

Before anyone could say anything else, Kitty accidentally bumped into someone, causing her to drop her books. She looked and saw a hot guy, causing her to blush.

"I'm like, so sorry about that," Kitty said with a giggle as she and the guy pick up the book. "I'm am like so ditzy sometimes."

"Is it me, or do she fall for every hot guy in school," Rogue whispered to Ember, who nodded.

"It's cool," the guy said as he handed Kitty her books. "Here you go."

"Thanks Jason," Kitty said with a giggle.

"Thanks Jason," Rogue mimicked, causing Ember to cover her mouth to hide a giggle. Kitty glared at them before smiling back at Jason.

"You're Kitty, right?"

"Yes, that's me, I'm Kitty," Kitty said with a giggle, causing Rogue to groan. "So…um…what'cha doing?"

Ember suddenly noticed Evan recording them, so she nudged Rogue and pointed at Evan. The girl glared at Evan, who gulped and decided to go.

Once Evan grabbed his stuff in his locker, he walked out the school, wearing his helmet and holding his skateboard.

"Now for Evan's eye view on what it's like to be a thrashing skater," he said before he dropped his board and hop on it. With that, he started skating and jumping over people, while getting everything on camera.

Unknown to him, someone was chasing him from the rooftops, stalking him. When Evan jumped on the stair's handrail, the man took this chance and attacked, knocking Evan off balance and getting the camera from him. The boy fell to the ground, groaning in pain as the man looked at the camera's memories.

"Man, instant rewind, zooming," Evan's voice said as the screen zoomed towards Xavier's school. "Cool! I can see the Institute from here."

It was then that Logan appeared and the man smirked, revealing a fanged tooth. "Well hello there, Logan."

Evan finally stood up, holding his gut in pain. He looked back to where he fell, thinking that a cat got on his way. He then started panicking as he saw the camera on the ground.

"Oh man!" Evan said as he ran to the camera and pick up the device, looking for any damage. He sighed in relief when there was none.

"Yo, Daniels," a voice said, getting Evan's attention. He turned and looked in disgust as he saw Todd crouching on the stairs.

"What do you want, Tolanski?" Evan said as he picked up his stuff.

"I heard you were doing a video and thought you might need my help," Todd said in smug tone. "Check this out!"

Todd then slid on the handrails before he did a triple spin somersault towards the wall, bounced of it and hang on a window before jumping down, landing on a crouch before leaning on the wall.

"I got all the things you need; charisma, style, good looks," Todd said as Evan placed his board down. "Whaddya say?"

"I'll keep that in mind, if I want to do a horror movie," Evan said as he skated away, leaving an angry Todd alone.

Later…

Evan entered the mansion, still holding the camera. He was thinking on what to video for his homework.

"Hey, velcome home," a voice said from the ceiling, surprising him. He looked up and saw Kurt hanging on the chandelier, playing a videogame.

"Why are you playing videogames upside-down, man?" Evan asked.

"Vhy not?" Kurt said with a shrug.

"You have too much free time," Evan said as he walked up the stairs. As he entered the hallway of rooms, he saw something interesting. It was Rogue and Danny, both seemed to be avoiding eye contact. He grinned as he turned the camera on. "And here comes the love interest."

"So…how's your day?" Danny asked a he rubbed the back of his neck.

"It's go'd," Rogue replied, also feeling nervous. "So…wha' have ya been doin'?"

"Repairing the Blackbird," Danny said with a shrug. "I'm half way done with the repairs, and I'm adding some upgrades. We needed cup holders."

Rogue gave a giggle, something that really didn't suit her. She quickly covered her mouth in embarrassment as Danny grinned at her.

"That's a cute sound," he commented, causing her to blush. "You should laugh more often." His eyes suddenly widened when he realized what he just said. "I mean…if you want to sound cute, n-not that you don't sound cute I mean, y-you are cute and I should stop talking now."

The two heard someone chuckling. They looked and saw Evan hiding behind the corner, holding his camera and his mouth. Danny stared at him before he raised his hand, which started glowing. Without warning, Evan was lifted up into the air and was floating towards the two Mutants, who were staring at him.

"Uh…hey," Evan said lamely.

"W'at are ya doin', Porcupine?" Rogue said, her arms crossed.

"And why are you filming us?" Danny commented, pointing at the camera.

"It's homework," Evan said, defending himself.

"Your teacher wants a video of teenagers?" Danny said with a raised eyebrow. "I don't think that's legal."

"I'm not filming teenagers," Evan said as Danny let him go. "I'm still looking for something to film about."

"A'h better not see ma' face there, or ya'r gonna call ya'rself 'Spyke-less'," Rogue threatened, causing Evan to gulp nervously. Rogue towards her room, leaving the two boys alone.

"So…how's the homework going?" Danny asked after a few seconds of awkwardness.

"Still working on it," Evan said with a sigh.

"Just make sure it doesn't get to the wrong hands. We don't want anyone knowing where we live," Danny said. "I need to go and check on the Blackbird. Oh, and please delete that video about me and Rogue."

"Okay, sure," Evan said with a grin.

"…I'll dye your hair purple if I see that video," Danny warned before he phased through the ground. Evan thought about it, before he shrugged.

"Purple hair's worth it," he said as he didn't delete the video. Blackmail material is so handy when you need one.

The Next Day…

Evan slowly woke up. He yawned as he stretched his arms. Without warning, spikes shoot from his body, impaling the walls, his alarm clock, his door and his computer. "Aw man! I just bought that!"

The door suddenly opened, revealing Ororo, looking at the spike on the door. She looked at the room before at her sheepish nephew. "Good morning, Evan."

"Morning Auntie O," Evan said as he looked at his spiked room. "Sorry about that."

"Don't worry about it," Ororo said with a smile. "I heard from Danny that you were having trouble with your homework."

"Yeah. Can't think of something to film about in the Evan Daniel's perspective," Evan said as he stood up and walked towards his drawers, where he kept the digicam.

"I don't mind the Daniel's perspective," Ororo said as she removed the spike from the door. "But I don't think people will like the Spyke-eye view."

"Yeah…I see what you mean," Evan said with a sheepish grin.

"I think you better let us look at your homework before you turn it in, understand?" Ororo said, causing Evan to nod. "Breakfast is at 10, okay?" Ororo then left her nephew alone.

Once Evan put on some clothes, he started looking for something to film about, and since it was a Saturday, he had a lot of time to look. As he was walking through the hall, he heard someone humming. He noticed the door to the bathroom open, so he decided to see what it was.

Turning the camera on, he peeked at the door and saw Jean combing her hair, humming in front of the mirror.

"Why thank you for noticing, Scott," she said as she giggled. "Yes my hair does look great today."

She heard someone snorted and looked at the door. She let out a startled scream before she closed the door, using her powers. Evan was thrown off his feet, rubbing his head.

"It wasn't that interesting anyway," he said as he stood up. He looked out the window before he saw something that made him grin.

Outside, Wolverine was readying the outdoor training course through a small computer. The ones who were with him were Phantom and Cyclops, stretching as they waited.

"Field Battle Stimulation 7, activate," Wolverine said as he pressed the button. The three waited until a beeper sounded, causing them to start running. Wolverine was in the lead as three target balls flew towards them, firing red blasters. With his claws out, Wolverine dodged the blasters and sliced the balls, turning it to scraps.

"Hey! Don't destroy the target balls!" Phantom exclaimed in annoyance. "Do you know how hard it is to build those!?"

Three more appeared behind them and started firing. Phantom turned around and fired ice daggers, hitting the balls red center. The three balls fell to the ground, shutting down. Unknown to them, Evan was behind them on his skateboard, filming them.

"Now this is reality TV," Evan said as he saw how Cyclops fired at three more target balls. Suddenly, multiple target balls appeared from the ground and surrounded them. The balls released an electric current and turned into a giant, electric net.

"Wow, you really outdid yourself," Cyclops said as the net flew towards them.

"Ready to use the disco ball?" Phantom asked as he made a giant, twelve-sided diamond the size of a basketball. He threw the diamond in the air as Cyclops fired at the diamond. The optic blaster hit the diamond before it refracted, spreading around and hitting multiple balls.

Evan was blinded by the flash of red light. He accidentally hit one of the balls, causing him to fall out of his skateboard. When he got his vision back, an electric net was flying towards him. Before he could react, the balls holding the net was destroyed by Wolverine.

"Thanks," Evan said as Wolverine glared at him.

"What do you think you're doing, bub?" he said as he noticed the camera on the ground.

"Uh…I-I was just…" Evan said before Wolverine grabbed the camera and looked what was filmed. When he saw their training in the digicam, he deleted it. "Hey! What was that for?"

"Let's just say you got in my bad side," Wolverine said as he looked for more videos. "Now what else do you in here?"

He saw a video of himself removing his helmet. "Well hello there, Logan."

The video suddenly changed into someone he was not expecting. It was Sabertooth, giving a feral grin.

"Thanks a lot for showing me where Logan is, kid," Sabertooth said. "I owe you one."

Wolverine growled as the video ended. Evan, Phantom and Cyclops saw the video. Phantom and Cyclops looked serious as Evan gave Wolverine a confused look.

"Who was that guy?" Evan asked.

"That guy was Sabertooth," Wolverine growled as he handed the camera back to Evan. "And he's a very bad Mutant. And thanks to you, he knows where I am!"

"He has bad history with Sabertooth," Cyclops explained.

"Well…not your best moments," Phantom said to Evan before they heard something explode.

"Ya think!?" Wolverine exclaimed as they ran to the front gates.

When they reached the front of the mansion, the gates were thrown off their hinges. Sabertooth walked through the gates. With a roar, he ran towards the Institute. The defense systems activated; defense balls appeared from the ground, buzz saw arms, blasters and spinning balls of death.

The defense balls flew towards Sabertooth and started firing. The Mutant dodged the blasters and then the buzz saws that tried to cut him. He sliced the arms that were connected to the buzz saws. He grabbed one of the buzz saws and used it to slice the defense balls. He then dodged the blasters and death balls. He stopped one of the death balls and ripped it apart before using it to destroy the blasters.

"You have to do better than that, Logan!" Sabertooth exclaimed as he ran to the mansion, where Wolverine, Phantom, Cyclops and Evan were. They were about to charge when Wolverine stopped them.

"He's mine!" Wolverine growled before he charged at Sabertooth, who roared. Soon, everyone ran out the mansion, wearing their uniform. Marvel Girl and Storm flew up as Nightcrawler, Rogue, Shadowcat, Frostbite and Ember followed by foot. Xavier wheeled to the door and was surprised to see Sabertooth in their home.

"Logan, I thought you prevented Sabertooth from following you here." Xavier said telepathically to Wolverine.

"I did, Chuck," Wolverine thought. "But Sabertooth had a little help." He pointed at Evan.

"What have I done?" Evan said to himself as he looked at the fight in front of him.

Wolverine and Sabertooth were at it like wild dogs; scratching, growling and kicking. Wolverine tried to cut Sabertooth, but the hairy Mutant was too fast. Sabertooth aimed a punch, but Wolverine blocked it. The punch was so strong that the ground under Wolverine gave in.

Sabertooth was about to punch again when Wolverine tackled him to the ground. He pushed Sabertooth on the ground and raised his claws, intending to stab Sabertooth in the chest when Frostbite suddenly appeared next to him and grabbed his arm.

"That is enough, Logan," Frostbite said as he pulled Wolverine off Sabertooth, who was then blasted by Storm's lightning bolt.

"This is not a place for your private war!" she exclaimed as Sabertooth growled from the pain. He then started walking towards Wolverine, who was being restrained by Frostbite. Storm created powerful winds to blow Sabertooth away, but he just kept walking.

Marvel Girl saw a stone bench nearby and used her powers to lift it and throw it to Sabertooth, who just blocked it with his arms. Cyclops fired at Sabertooth, managing to slow him down, but not stopping him.

Phantom charged at Sabertooth, turning into a saber tooth tiger. With a roar, he pounced at Sabertooth and tried to bite his head off. Sabertooth just growled angrily and threw Phantom to the ground and kicked him away.

Ember jumped into the air and strung her guitar. The sound waves hit Sabertooth, which caused him to howl in pain due to his sensitive hearing. He covered his ears and howled in pain, not noticing Phantom, who recovered from the kick, flying towards him with a green covered fist.

He gave Sabertooth an uppercut that sent him off his feet. Sabertooth landed on a crouch and growled. He glared at Wolverine, but he noticed that he was outnumbered.

"This isn't over, Logan!" he shouted as he started retreating. Frostbite fired ice beams at Sabertooth, but the Mutant was too nimble. Sabertooth then escaped through the forest. Wolverine growled and chased after Sabertooth, ignoring Storm's call.

Wolverine chased after Sabertooth through the forest, growling as he sniffed the air. When he saw the trail gone cold, he tried using his nose, but it was gone. Wolverine growled in frustration as he slashed a nearby tree.

Back with everyone, Evan was looking at the ground with a shamed expression. The adults, minus Xavier, left to search for Sabertooth so only the kids were left in front of the mansion.

"I'm sorry, guys," Evan said shamefully.

"It's not us you should be apologizing to," Cyclops said with his arms crossed, looking at the forest where Wolverine ran off to.

"Ja," Nightcrawler said. "You should apologize to Logan."

"Though you should wait until he calms down," Phantom commented. "You don't want to be near him when his angry. And he is very angry."

"How did he ga't the digicam?" Rogue asked, looking at Evan.

"…Something tackled me yesterday, it was probably him," Evan said, remembering something knocking him out his skateboard yesterday. "I need to fix this."

He walked back to the institute, leaving the others behind. It was at that moment that Wolverine returned, growling.

"Looks like you still need to learn how to control your temper," Phantom said, trying to ease the tension.

"And you need to build a better defense system," Wolverine said as he entered the Institute.

"…I'll work on it," Phantom said as he sighed. He slumped back to the mansion, to get his tool box.

Later…

Evan was pacing in his room, thinking of a plan to fix things. It was his fault that Sabertooth knew where they were. "So all I need to do is make him forget…now how do I do that."

He exited his room, thinking of a plan when he heard some people talking. He looked and saw Ember, Rogue and Kitty talking about something.

"Come on, guys," Rogue said. "I need your help."

"But you are like bad at dancing," Kitty said exasperated. "I've been trying to teach since last night."

"Ah'm not dat bad," Rogue said, crossing her arms.

"Actually…you are," Ember said with a sheepish chuckle. "Sorry…"

Evan suddenly got an idea. It was a stupid, risky idea, but it might work. He grab his camera and walked towards the girls.

"Ladies, ladies," Evan said, getting the girls attention. "I think I know how to fix your little problem."

"You've been listening to us?" Ember asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Not important," Evan said. "What is important is that I can help your dancing problem, but I need help with something."

Meanwhile, the adults were talking to Xavier in his office.

"He's still out there, Chuck," he said, looking out the window.

"And as long as he's free, the children are in danger," Xavier said with a serious look. "Tell all the students not to go outside the Institute."

"You do that," Wolverine said as he put his mask back on. "I need to go and find Sabertooth."

"Logan," Frostbite said, but Wolverine already left the room. "Should I go after him?"

"No, this is something he needs to do alone," Xavier said with a sigh. Even now, Logan has barely changed.

Wolverine walked down the stairs and saw Scott walking towards the door, twirling his car keys around his fingers and whistling a tune.

"Oh, hey Logan," Scott said as he noticed Wolverine. "Just gonna get a burger."

"No one is allowed to go out the mansion, Bub," Wolverine said, causing Scott to stop at the door. "Until I nail that Sabertooth, no one is allowed to leave."

"But Danny is still outside," Scott said, remembering that Danny was fixing the defense systems. "And I think Evan, Rogue, Ember and Kitty went out."

Wolverine growled in annoyance as his claws pop out before it returned to his knuckles. "I'll go and get them."

"I'll come with you," Scott said.

"I go alone," Wolverine said as he exited the building, slamming the door.

"No need to be so moody," Scott said as he run to get his uniform.

Outside, Danny finally finished fixing the defense systems, as well as improving it. He packed his tools and started walking back to the mansion. As he walked, he started hearing some music. Confused, he followed the music and saw Evan filming Rogue, Kitty and Ember dancing…if Rogue was dancing.

"Uh…what are you guys doing?" Danny asked, surprising them.

"Oh hey man," Evan said, calming down a bit. "We were just helping Rogue out for her audition."

"Audition for what? The zombie movie?" Danny asked with a raised eyebrow. Rogue glared at him with a huff.

"She's like really having trouble learning the moves," Kitty said with a sigh.

"Why don't you use your powers?" Danny asked, tilting his head. "You could give Kitty or Ember a small tap and poof, you're not doing the zombie dance."

Everyone stared at Danny before they slumped, giving a tired sigh. They've been at it for a while when there was actually a way for her to learn how to dance. Rogue and Kitty shared a look before Rogue took of her glove and the two girls lightly touched their hands. After a few seconds, the two let go.

"That was like pretty irksome," Rogue said before she realized something. "Ah'm I talkin like her?"

"Yes, yes you are," Danny said with a nod.

When Evan turned on the radio, the three girls started dancing. And this time, Rogue started dancing like Kitty. Danny was a bit mesmerized at how Rogue moved with the music.

Unknown to them, Sabertooth was stalking behind the group. He gave a feral grin as he waited. With a roar, he charged. He swatted Danny aside and grabbed Evan, lifting him up into the air. The girls backed away a bit as Sabertooth intended to slam Evan to the ground.

"I've been expecting you," Evan said, confusing Sabertooth. "You gotta be sharp when facing Spyke!"

Spikes appeared all over Evan's body, causing Sabertooth to throw him as his palms got cut. Evan landed on the ground with a groan as Sabertooth turned to look at the girls.

"Then I'll take you!" he exclaimed as he charged at the three girls.

"If you can get us," Kitty said as she grab Ember and Rogue's shoulders. Sabertooth suddenly phased through them, surprising him.

"Since when can you do that?" Ember asked, surprised.

"Since just now," Kitty admitted, not sure that that would work. Suddenly, Sabertooth swatted the girls off their feet. He growled before he charged at Rogue, who used her arms to protect herself.

He was stopped by an ice sword that was blocking his way. He looked and saw Phantom holding the sword, glaring at Sabertooth.

"If you're looking for a girl, try the museum," Phantom said before pushing Sabertooth away. "I heard they have a display on saber tooth tigers."

Sabertooth growled and attacked. Phantom blocked the attack with his ice sword, but Sabertooth's strength was stronger, so his sword was shattered. He then kicked Phantom on the chest, causing him to cough in pain.

"Stop right there, Creed," a voice exclaimed, stopping him. Everyone looked and saw Wolverine walking towards them. Sabertooth grinned as he faced Wolverine. "Picking on little kids? That's a big mistake."

"Yeah? And why is that?" Sabertooth asked with a grin.

"Because it ticks me off!" Wolverine roared before charging.

Sabertooth tackled Wolverine to the ground before he was kicked towards the sky. He spun in the air and aimed his claws at Wolverine, who jumped up and tackled the hairy Mutant. When they landed on the ground, Sabertooth scratched Wolverine's face before punching his gut. Wolverine countered with a swipe of his claws, hitting Sabertooth's chest.

Before he could react, Sabertooth's torso was suddenly covered in ice, trapping him. Before he could react, Rogue walked behind him and touched the back of his neck. Sabertooth roared as he suddenly felt his entire being drained.

As he fainted, Rogue backed away, groaning. Suddenly, her hair became longer and shaggier, her teeth became pointier, her nails turned into claws, and hair appeared all over her body.

"Aw, ah just shaved ma'h legs!" she exclaimed as she saw her arms and legs.

"The finishing touch. Nice," Wolverine said, walking towards the group. "This your plan, Porcupine?"

"Um…some of it," Evan admitted since Phantom and Wolverine weren't part of the plan.

"Well don't do it again!" Wolverine exclaimed as he grabbed the frozen Sabertooth. "You're all grounded!"

"Until when?" Evan asked.

"Until…Hairy here finished waxing herself," Wolverine said, gesturing at Rogue.

"What are you going to do to him," Ember asked, gesturing at Sabertooth.

"Yeah, Scott said you two had bad history," Evan said as they followed Wolverine.

"We have unfinished business," Wolverine said, smirking a bit.

"So what's gonna happen to him?" Kitty asked.

"Let's just say Sabertooth is going to cool down for a long time," Wolverine said, planning to dump Sabertooth to Antarctica.

Suddenly, Cyclops ran towards them, only to stop when he saw that it was over.

"…Well, this is awkward," Cyclops said before he noticed Rogue. "And what happened to you?"

"…Hang on, am I grounded too?" Phantom exclaimed as Wolverine nodded. "I'm an innocent bystander!"

"You're anything but innocent," Cyclops commented, causing Phantom to glare at him.

A Week Later…

Evan was in his room, typing on the laptop that he borrowed from Danny. After a few more tweaking, he pressed play.

In the video, it showed Ororo, Xavier, Richard, Jean and Scott sitting on the seats in front of the stage where Kitty, Rogue and Ember were doing their play. The camera focused on the stage, where it managed to see Danny wearing a vampire costume, giving the thumbs up to the girls before the play started.

"Welcome to Bayville, my new home," Evan's voice said as the screen showed the view of the city. "It's really laid back compared to New York, where I'm from. But I'm getting used to it."

The video switches to Evan skateboarding down the rail. "That's me, Evan Daniels, thrashing skater, and this film is about what's important to me, and that's my family."

The scene showed the younger group wearing karate gi as Logan taught them self-defense. "I mean these guys aren't my real family, but they've kinda taken me, you know?" Scene switches to Danny and Scott cleaning Scott's car when Kurt suddenly appeared, holding water balloons. He hit Scott and Danny's face and laughed. Though he stopped when Scott aimed the hose at Kurt, hitting him. They laughed as Danny threw the sponge as Scott. "Like any family, we're different."

The scene then focused on Scott. "That's Scott. He's cool, but kinda stiff." Kurt threw his last water balloon and hit Scott. "Kurt usually takes care of that problem."

The scene changed to Xavier and Richard playing chess as Jean took a picture of them. "Professor Xavier is like my new dad, and Mr. Richard is like that big uncle I never had. They're all right, and so is Jean. She's got looks and talents."

The scene then showed Ororo playing the piano with Ember playing her guitar. "That's Ember, the musician in the family. And that's Auntie Ororo. She's a real classy lady. And speaking of classy ladies, check these girls out," the scene changed to Ember, Kitty and Rogue in the play, dancing. "Kitty, Rogue and Ember got the moves, and so does Kurt. He loves to paaarty!" Kurt appeared on the screen, dancing on a table during lunch.

It then changed to Logan fixing his bike. "That's Logan. He could be rough and gruff most of the times, but that's his way of showing he cares." Danny then appeared and started helping Logan with his bike before he noticed the camera and grinned, giving the peace sign. "And that's Danny. He treats me like a brother and helps out a lot. He helps out everyone in this house. Of course, he hangs out a lot with Rogue more, even when he denies it," the screen showed Danny and Rogue talking in the hallways with blushes on their faces.

The scene then changed to Kitty typing on her computer before taking a picture of Evan. "We usually get along pretty good." The scene changed to Jean closing the door in front of Evan with a comb on her hair. "But even when their mad at me, they're still there when I need help."

The scene changed back to the play where everyone, minus Logan and Danny. Kitty, Rogue and Ember finished dancing as Danny the vampire flew down the stage between the girls, hissing and raising his claws.

"That's what being a family is about…hanging tight with the good and bad times. And these guys always hang tight." The play ends and everyone started applauding. So this movies is dedicated to my new family."

The screen showed everyone outside the mansion before Evan got in the screen, smiled and waves off.

And there you go. After long wait, I finished a chapter. Sorry for the delay, but I have college. In fact, I need to finish two thesis, a journal and a reading. So I don't think I have free time this week. But maybe next week I could.

Also, a Guest asked me to explain Clockwork's power as a Phantom Mutant, so here goes. Before he was born, Clockwork could already see time. So he knew what was going to happen and what just happened. He didn't know when he started traveling, but he was very young when he traveled across the world and time. Because of his interference, he created multiple timelines, some good and some bad. In fact, he was there during the birth of Apocalypse in the ancient times and tried to kill him as he saw what the Mutant could do.

That attempt caused Apocalypse to use his mutant powers and gained the idea 'survival of the fittest'. Clockwork, feeling guilty for causing that bad timeline, started looking for a way to defeat Apocalypse and found one timeline to avoid that horrible future, the one where Danny is.

I think I didn't explain Clockwork's powers…well, he can control time and do things ghosts can, like phase through and turn invisible, like any Phantom Mutant can. Next chapter, I'll explain a Phantom Mutant.

Well, review time.

Guest- thanks man.

Guest1- Hope you like that explanation.

KuriMaster13- Thanks for the compliment.

KodiakWolfe13- Actually, Skulker had history with Wolverine. His history with Danny was when Scott joined the team. And thanks for waiting patiently. Hope you can wait a little longer.

scheffelman- Danny x Rogue. Some people were against having a harem.

shugokage- Yeah, humor is a way to end a chapter.

SPARTAN-626- Yeah, Skulker would be harder to beat in the future chapters, but life's never easy.

Itharax- Thanks, glad you like how I put DP characters in the X-men world.

Candy Phantom- Maybe next chapter? I needed a new chapter idea.

PhantomWrath- Sure. I think I read that before. Phoenix is an interesting character. Maybe she can make a Phoenix personality for Danny so she can have someone to love? Hehehe…wonder if that's possible.

Kival737101- Can't argue with you there. She is hot.

Long Reviewer- Thanks. You should watch it, it's really good. And no, Ember going evil is a no go. As for Amity Park, I'm thinking next chapter. Also, July is kinda over, and I'm in college, so there's my 'why am I taking so long to update' excuse. Sorry about that. I will complete my stories, no matter what!

SuperiorBatman1- Hm…I think I'll make Phoenix lust over Danny. It'll be interesting to see that. And yeah, Jean will not be having feelings for Wolverine as the age is too different. On an interesting note, I saw Logan and Ororo actually had a relationship before in the comics.

ShadowArbifor- Hehehe, that's a funny idea. With Phoenix giving Jean naughty ideas to Danny, who she views as a little brother. I'll do that.

PhantomReaoder13- Sure, I'll try drawing it if I have the time.

LyokoAssassin- Still thinking of a picture cover for this story. I might make one soon.
