Chapter Ten
Previously on Don't Forget:
Vegeta glared at his daughter for even thinking it but he didn't say no because hell he wanted to be close to his woman. Without saying another word he slowly laid next to sleeping Bulma. Both Bra and Vegeta froze as Bulma stirred from her sleep. They watched her how she moved closer to Vegeta. Both watched as Bulma nestled her head on in between Vegeta's chest and sighed happily.
Vegeta got comfortable, wrapped one arm around Bulma who smiled in her sleep while he wrapped one hand around his daughter. Bra had fallen asleep next to her father with no memories plaguing her dreams.
That night was one of the best sleep Vegeta had in years.
Bulma woke up next to the man that once was her world. She knew it was a dream since Vegeta wouldn't be bold enough to sleep in the same room with her and let alone get caught. She noticed that Bra and Trunks gone proving to her that this was a dream.
Bulma watched Vegeta as he slept. His hard features were smooth out giving him a younger look. His chest rose up and down in a steady rhythm. She snuggled closer to him for a few minutes. Her bright azure eyes watched him. The years made him more attractive, she couldn't deny it. Her pale, thin, hand went up to touch his face. She held her breath when her finger tips came in contact with his cheek.
A wave of electricity shocked her whole body in a delicious seduction that she wanted to cry out a moan. She cupped his cheek completely losing herself in the sensation of his rough skin, the heat radiating off his skin passed through her whole body making her hot and bothered sexually and comfortably. She remembered the past on their love making and hot, wild, fucking when they wanted it rough. All those sweet memories caused her heart to race, her body to ache in the right places.
Her eyes got caught on his parted lips that blew out hot breaths, oh how she wanted to slip her tongue into his mouth to get a taste of him just once more, even if it was a dream. Soon she found herself close to his face, her nose touching his, her lips brushing against his. It's just a dream Bulma. Enjoying a little sinful dream won't hurt.
Bulma bit her lip unsure if she should even continue.
Kiss him.
Her heart raced so fast against her chest she knew her body cried to be touched by him, by her man.
Touch him.
Yes, she wanted to be touched by him. She wanted to feel his hot rough hands against her body, loving her, worshiping her like in the past before she was hideous with scars and broken beyond repair.
Make me forget.
Her mouth attacked his in seconds, this was her dream and she was going to take full advantage of it. She had the courage to do things how she wanted them that she wouldn't dare do in reality. Her tongue slipped inside his delicious mouth, her tongue massaged Vegeta's sleeping one urging it to wake up and play. She gasped in delight as Vegeta's tongue began to play with her tongue, she felt his arms wrapped around her bringing her closer to him.
Vegeta woke up from a perfect night of sleep to a surprise, his woman kissing him. He could smell her desire for him, it was potent and fragrant that drove his senses crazy. One thing that surprised him was that she wanted him as much as he wanted her. Her feelings for him where still there. He wrapped one of his hands behind her neck and the other down her waist. Her hands rested on his chest. The kiss was toxic full of feelings that he thought his woman had lost.
Hearing her moan made him hard instantly.
Kami how he wanted her. His body was hard with want that it hurt. His body wanted to take her, make her his once more. He wanted to be one with her again.
"Vegeta," Bulma moaned his name in between the kiss.
His vixen surprised him again as her hand went down his body caressing every muscle from his chest, abdomen, waist, and stopped right on top of his spandex covered length. He let out a growl as he switched their position. He was now on top of her.
"V-Vegeta," She moaned out loud as he attacked her neck and traveled down to her chest where he pulled at the gown to expose her chest. The moment he pulled at the fabric he froze. Her once, clear perfect chest was now tattered with many different types of scars some that were lighter than her pale skin and others that left a bump. As he pulled the cloth further down her body he noticed her breast were also scarred. On her left pink nipple was a scar of knife that went diagonal on the nipple cutting it in half.
The valley of her breast had a distinct burn mark, almost like a bran but it had no symbol. There where lines going from one breast to the other like stiches.
"Vegeta?" Bulma stared at her dark Prince in confusion. She didn't ordered him to stop. Why was he staring at her like that? Anger and disgust were visible on his eyes and it disturbed her. She was beautiful in her dream but why did he look like at her like that? The dream slowly turned into a nightmare. She glanced down at where his eyes were staring at and bit her lip, tears falling down her cheeks. Her body was ruined. The scars where there on her body a reminder that Zarbon would never leave her alone. Even in her 'dream' she couldn't escape him.
Her heart broke again when Vegeta pushed himself away from her with a look of disgust on his face.
Don't leave. She wanted to say but she stayed on the bed staring at the man who was once kissing her with raw passion.
I will make sure that no one will ever want you. These scars are my way to say that you are broken, ugly, and mine. Zarbon's voice echoed in her head filling her heart with more depression.
Bulma grabbed her gown and brought it up to her chest covering her body from his eyes, this was a nightmare. Bra and Trunks burst into the room with huge smiles on their faces but quickly lost them as they saw their parents. Their father's energy was dark and furious while their mother was dimmed, confused, and depressed. Trunks walked over to his mother while Bra went to her father.
Bra urged her father to leave the room and spar with her to take away the anger, Vegeta didn't answer when he left with Bra following behind. She turned her head back gave her mother a sad smile then left after her father. Trunks grabbed his mother's hand and gave it a tight squeeze. It was then that Bulma knew she was awake. What happened with Vegeta was not a dream but reality. That realization in mind, panic and anger rose from Bulma.
Why didn't he say anything?
Why didn't he stop it?
"Mom, don't cry. He'll come around." Trunks hoped onto the bed and sat next to his mother who covered her face with her white skin hands, crying.

Glassia walked around her bedroom unsure of what to do in the strange planet, that's if she was even allowed to leave. She spent her mornings on her balcony staring out at the land that was foreign to her but beautiful. The planet was beautiful in its' own way but her home planet will always be her number one.
The Crystallian wore a bright violet dress that had an empire waist with dark purple beads, it was floor-length, strapless giving her a Goddess look. She kept her hair down again with a single braid on her left side with a purple bead stopping it midway down her chin. For shoes she wore matching color flats something she was not use to. Wearing the flats made her feel barefooted and she loved it!
"I need fresh air." She whispered to herself. The Crystallian went back to her room, marched straight to the door that blocked her and the hallway that would lead her somewhere. She closed the door behind her, as she walked she thought of what she wanted to find first, that's if she could find it. The palace was huge with many hallways, turns, and doors that one could easily get lost. She tried a few here and there but only managed to find bedrooms, bedrooms, and even more bedrooms.
Glassia sighed when she closed one door that lead to another bedroom, was she ever going to leave this maze of bedrooms?
She tried one more turn to a hallway that connected to another building. She practically ran down the glass hallway, stopping mid-way to see the outside world that promised her exploration. She found a stair case going down and followed the many steps before reaching the bottom. Glassia practically smelled the extra dry heat from the outside and felt it coating her skin, who would have thought she'd miss the heat already when earlier she was bathing in it?
She came close to a door that screamed to her, telling her that it was the door she was looking for. Excited, she turned the knob and went inside.
Her nose wrinkled at the wave of different smells coated her nose, she could smell the fresh air but it was mixed with sweat and blood. Her eyes widen as she saw a medium size group of Saiyans beating each other or sparing. Her eyes went from each small circles that were spread out by a couple of yards. Men and women fought like their lives depended on it then again what do you expect from a race of warriors? They put their lives on the line to protect what's theirs and their people from rivals.
Glassia licked her dry lips at the body of male Sayians glisten in sweat, their rock hard bodies exposed for her eyes to see. A hot flush spread across her cheeks, unable to turn away from the beautiful creations in front of her.
"Aunt Glassia, what are you doing here?" Bra appeared in front Glassia's face. The Crystallian jumped back in fright crashing into a wet hard body, heat rose to a new depth when she glanced upward to see who she crashed into. Tarble had his hands on her shoulders holding her steady, he had a brow raised up perfectly.
"I came here for the view." Glassia stuttered, "I mean I wanted to explore." She corrected herself when she turned her attention to Bra who hid a smirk with a smile. Tarble stared at the woman in his arms, how can she be so beautiful? He saw his reflection in her glass eyes and she saw hers in his, time had stopped. How many seconds passed by? Was it minutes, hours? He didn't know and neither did she.
"Okay, Aunt Glassia. Uncle Tarble just finished his training, he would love to take you out." Bra grinned evilly like her mother as both Tarble and Glassia blushed, breaking the connection.
"Bra, I planned to meet someone." Tarble protested. He gently pushed Glassia away from him to give them distance apart but Glassia took a few steps further away from him earning a small frown on the warrior. It was the best since the person he was going to see was waiting for him in his room.
"Who?" The child asked with curiosity.
"Someone. I don't need to explain myself." The man narrowed his eyes at his niece.
"It's okay, I don't need company. Just point me in the direction of your gardens or your waters. I won't cause trouble." Glassia smiled at Tarble. Since he was meeting someone, probably a lover she suspected, she didn't want to make him late. Yet she felt her emotions dull into disappointment and jealousy. Jealousy? Glassia knew what it felt like to be jealous but she didn't think she would feel it again and this time for another man that wasn't Calder. He's not yours for you to be even jealous.
Tarble told her the directions to where she wanted to go while Bra shook her head in disappointment. After he finished, Tarble left with a curt nod. Glassia bit her lip as she watched the sexy warrior leave in seconds, again disappointment took over. She wanted his company but if he was spoken for she didn't want to break that. It was more of a silly crush, when she finds Calder (that's if he's alive) she would forget about everything and be happy with the man that she truly loved.
"Well, have fun on whatever you are doing." Glassia said and made her exit. Bra watched the Crystal alien make her way towards the gardens before she flew full speed to her father who was ready for another go.
The gardens where her first stop.
Glassia breathed in the scents of the plant life and flowers native to the planet. She found them sweet and strong, each plant had different shapes and sizes. Some had dangerous sharp ending that were coated in some ruby slime, others had soft outlines but in the center were small bumps. There many plants of shapes and sizes, some could fit in the palm of her hand, others she needed both hands. For a planet filled with warriors, it sure had its surprises.
She felt the ends of her dress getting caught several times by the plant life and each time was captivated by what she saw. It was as if they were literally life and pulling at her to get her attention, she giggled at the thought.
The Crystallian laid down on a patch of soft grass that had the softness of her bed, she stared at the sky relieved that she was not a prisoner in this planet. She could walk to wherever she wanted, see what she wanted, though…
I want to go home.
Glassia closed her eyes tightly as her lips trembled at the thought of her home planet. She would never return to it. Her family was gone, dead. Calder, gone. No one from her home planet survived Freezia's wrath from what she was told that she was the sole survivor. The thought that her race would end with her brought her happiness down to nonexistent. No one will know of her planet, or her people. She knew her people lived a long, long time, but in the end when her time was up there would be no one to keep her line going.
So she was going to die alone.
That's what Freezia gave her. No, condemned her.
What did her planet, her people, deserve to have that cruel fate?
They never craved war, blood, or power. Majority they were peaceful people. Yes they did have an army in case a situation ever presented itself but their warriors were wiped out in seconds when Freezia came. They were not the fighting type, not like the Saiyans hell their warriors were not even in the same category as the Saiyan warriors.
The Crystallian held herself together with one hand as her other hand reached towards the sky. Her hand reached as far as it could, her fingers stretched till they hurt and couldn't go further. Her home planet no longer existed among the stars, the universe. What possible future did she have? Live with Bulma and her children here in this planet?
I can go on my own? No…that was not an option. She was not a fighter in any way. If she were attacked, she would die. When she was crowned princess of her planet, they sheltered her to the extreme. No going outside without three guards, check and taste her meals before she had a bite, run a full sweep of her room before she entered, test the water to make sure it was pure and clean, everything was done for her. If she wanted to do something she would have to ask permission from the guards or the King and Queen of the planet.
They always said yes to her but if it were to leave the palace and visit her mother and father they always found a way to refuse her pleas. It was always something that stopped her. The King and Queen were nice people but Glassia couldn't understand why they didn't want her to see her family, her village.
Was it because she was a princess? She didn't know. But since Calder gave her the position of princess her whole life changed. People respected her, cherished her, and loved her even those who hurt her in the past apologized over and over again. For a while she enjoyed the power she had over them, she made sure that they were truly sorry.
She let her hand fall back to the ground at her side. The Crystallian didn't realize that the suns light lit her up like a Christmas tree. The different hues exploded all over her body, she glowed with such intensity that it would have blinded any man. She got up from her spot and brushed off her dress to continue her exploration.
After seeing all that she could see from the palace gardens she went to her next destination.
The waters of the planet that was to the far end of the palace. The water was big but not as big as her planet where it would go on miles and miles. It was surrounded by red hot rocks around them and yet they were cool to the touch. The color of the water was a dark blue color that would vanish anyone who entered. Glassia turned her head in every direction, when she saw that no one was around, she giggled happily and clapped her hands together in the process. She slipped out of her dress, tossed it to dry ground, and headed towards the dark waters.
The Crystallian gasped out load as the icy pinch of the water touched her slender white legs. She wanted it to coat her whole body, wanted that icy cold water licking her body. Oh boy, she was going to have fun. She dived down further into the water finding pleasure in the icy feeling stinging at her flesh. She swam to her heart content. The Crystallian floated on the water, her hands outstretched with her eyes closed. After a few long hours of swimming and the sun was just setting
Glassia wore a smile as she readjusted her wet dress, she carried her flats not wanting to get them dirty. Her small toes stretched and curled inward losing themselves to the textures of the ground and the icy pinch of the water.
Glassia couldn't help herself, she moaned happily. How she missed being feeling the earth, the ground with her feet.
"There you are, Quartz." A Saiyan male spoke. Glassia's panic shot to the roof that she dropped her flats on the rocks that surrounded the body of water. She didn't see them coming or heard them, now she was surrounded by three Saiyan men and one woman. The one that spoke was in front of her two men were at her sides and the woman was behind her.
"She's so shiny, it's disgusting." The second Saiyan man on her left side, spat.
"No wonder they are extinct. Look at her all bone." The female Saiyan spoke. Glassia was pulled backward by her elbow, by the female Saiyan who wanted to get a better look at her. Then she was thrown to the Saiyan man to her right and he had his turn to check her out. She was passed around for a while, one by one they had their turn to criticize her by their words and their glances when they looked at her.
Glassia fell at the center of the circle of bodies. Glassia's mixed lengthen of wet hair covered her face that was stained with tears but she did not cry out. One of the men grabbed her hair, forcing her head to be pull back almost making her fall back.
"There is nothing worth admiring from this creature." He growled.
"I thought she had more to offer but seeing that she's so disgustingly thin, I've changed my mind." The Saiyan male on her left spoke with disappointment.
"I'm sure she wouldn't last a second with either of us." Another spoke.
"Let's go, nothing to expect form a glass twig." The female Saiyan spat to her left and disappeared into the air. The Saiyan that held her hair pushed her to the ground, her face hit the ground first then the rest of her body. She stayed on the ground, her body going into fetal position as the four left without causing her much harm. Though it was clear that their intent was to take her by force and they didn't.
Glassia was once again alone.

Tarble blinked at the ceiling that roofed his bedroom, the woman on top of him planted a kiss on his chest before she slipped off him disconnecting them from each other. The woman slipped out of his bed something that she always did when they were together. She gathered her clothing that were thrown in different places in his room.
He pulled himself to lean against his headboard of his bed, the sheets covering him from his hips and below.
"Kumiko, do you love me?" Tarble asked the woman who stopped mid-way of slipping on her armor over her spandex shirt. Kumiko turned to her lover with a dashing smile, strolling at his side. She planted a kiss on his lips which he returned happily.
"I adore you, Tarble." She said in between the kiss. She felt his hand snake around her again pulling her closer to him, she felt his desire pressing against her stomach. She on the other hand felt nothing. She still wanted Vegeta and she made do with what she could get, Tarble the weak Saiyan prince was better than having nothing. Her catch was still Vegeta, she would not give up till she was married to him and Queen and with the female human and children here made things difficult. She had to find a way to get rid of them and soon. The more time Vegeta spends with them, he will make Bulma the Queen.
"Stay." It wasn't a question but a command. Kumiko fought the urge to roll her eyes at the words.
"I can't, if I'm caught here in the grounds, I'll be punished. I risk a lot coming here." She lied through her mouth like it was causal conversation to her.
"I can protect you." Kumiko wanted to laugh but she forced a sweet smile on her lips. He protect her? If she were ever, truly, in love with him it would have been the other way around. She wanted a male who could provide for her not for her to babysit.
"My Prince, soon you will get all that you deserve." She traced his lips with her fingers. Tarble kissed them then bit them, he growled when she pulled away.
"I want you."
"I know you do but I really have to go. I will be back soon." With that distant promise, Kumiko walked over to his door window that led to his balcony and flew away.
Tarble sighed and threw his head back smacking his head against the headboard. A spider web of broken wood ripped through the headboard behind his head. How long will he have to wait till they can be together? Everyone said she was not to be trusted but no one knew how sweet and loveable she was. She was not evil. Why can't anyone else see that?
He hopped off his bed, headed straight to his bathroom where he showered and got dressed to get something to eat.
On his way to the dining hall, he stopped when a depressing figure walked towards him almost bumping into him had he not moved to the side. He saw the woman, Glassia, walking her mind elsewhere. Her dress was long to the floor, a light shade of purple from what he could tell from the dry spots of her dress. She walked as if she were a ghost, no emotion, no sense on where she was going.
Tarble called out to her and received nothing not even a glance from the Crystal alien. Had something happened? The thought brought a surge of protectiveness over him that he couldn't understand. He suddenly wanted to know what happened to her. Earlier before he left, she was excited to explore the palace with her huge bright eyes. He wanted to join her but didn't since he had other plans which now he regretted.
"Glassia," He said in a serious tone that made the woman in front of him to stop and turn towards him with a sad haunting look. "What happened?"
"Nothing." She whispered with a few blinks of her eye lids he saw her come alive. "Nothing why?"
"You sure?" He took a step forward, grasping her shoulders gently and lifted her chin upwards so he could have a better look at her. A pink rosy shade splashed on her cheeks that caused another sense of emotions. He enjoyed seeing the color on her beautiful face.
"Yes, I'm fine. I just took a swim and I'm tired." Glassia's soft voice caressed his ears as she spoke putting a spell on him. He wanted her to keep talking, to hear her voice that beautiful soft angle voice. A soft rumble broke the spell and a deeper shade of crimson appeared on her cheeks. Tarble couldn't help but grin.
"Follow me," He grabbed her hand with his grin still in place. He led her to the dining area where the long table was filled with every type of meals known in the planet at everyone's disposal. The small little roar in Glassia grew louder that by the time they grabbed their plates to fill Glassia used it to cover her face when another growl escaped. "Swimming must have taken a lot of your energy huh?"
"Mhm." She nodded her head. Her little pink tongue licked her lips as her eyes were glued on the food placed on the table. Tarble found himself imaging that little tongue licking his lips instead of hers. He coughed as his thoughts made his body react making him hot and tight in some places. Glassia went to the center of the table were several of fruits where, her slim fingers picked a few fruits that filled half her plate. Tarble filled his plate with mostly meats complete opposite of what the Crystallian grabbed.
The two sat down on a table that was close to the only entrance in the room, they ate in silence which they didn't mind. From time to time, they would sneak looks at each other when the other wasn't looking till they decided to look at the same time and were instantly caught. They laughed about it which lead to a steady conversation about Planet Vegeta, when the conversation wanted to turn towards the Crystallian she switched it back around to Tarble.
The Saiyan prince wanted to know more about her, her people, her planet. Then he reminded himself that she was a victim of Freezia and Zarbon.
The Crystallian flashed him genuine smiles that were always a surprise to see. He only seen her several times which he found himself remembering every moment he wasn't with her. She began to cloud his mind. Who was she and how did she wiggled her way to his mind? When he thought of Kumiko it came and went but with Glassia they lasted hours or even through the whole day. What was going on with him? Was he, dare he say it, having feelings for Glassia?
No, it was too soon to be sure of that. They only known each other for a few days and she bewitched him. He wondered if it was the same for her.
Glassia found herself wanting to know more about the Saiyan male who made her laugh and made her smile. He didn't seem to mind her presence like the other four Saiyans that she encountered. Soon she found him reaching out to touch her as if he wasn't aware of it was happening. She leaned away from his hand and raised her hands up to her chest.
"Sorry, I forgot. No touching." He smiled sheepishly but also apologetically. "Why don't you like to be touched? Is it a custom of your planet?"
"I was treated horribly as a child and as I grew up by the people in my village because of my deformity." The truth spilled out easily from Glassia's lips before she could stop herself. She wanted to be truthful with him for some reason. She felt that she could tell him anything and he would listen and understand.
"What do you mean?"
"There are-were-different races on my planet. The main ones where the Lapisans, Onyxians, Bloodstones. They were the royals of the planet but there was only one King and Queen and they were voted by the people. My father was a Topazian and my mother was Sapphireian, it wasn't well liked in my village and when I was born they took it out on me when I was child. When my father and mother would leave I would be ambushed by the women who were jealous of my mother for marrying my father."
At hearing her story, he wanted to hurt someone mainly those women who tortured the poor girl for being different. Who would think of her uniqueness as ugly or genetic defect? Well I think you're very beautiful. He thought, he thought to himself but also said it out loud.
"E-excuse me?" Glassia gasped at the man's words. He thought of her as beautiful? No, he's wrong. She's not beautiful.
"You are Glassia. You don't know how beautiful you are." Tarble's thoughts went out of mouth and he did not want to stop them. Again his protective side for her rose and wanted to be that man to protect her from everything and everyone. Glassia flushed deeply, embarrassed that he told her she was something she believed she wasn't.
"You're being modest."
"Glassia, I'm being honest. You are beautiful and any male would be happy to be yours." I would love to have you as mine. That ending he kept to himself. He kept forgetting that he has Kumiko who loves him and yet he was flirting with another woman who wasn't even Saiyan.
"Not everyone thinks the same things as you do, Tarble." Glassia sighed, "Calder would sometimes say that." Her fiancée was gone, she was a free woman but why did she feel like he was betraying him by being with Tarble? Tarble was spoken for and there they were enjoying the time with each other and he just admitted that she was beautiful.
"Calder? Who's that your brother?" Please let it be your brother. Tarble silently prayed, his prayers were crushed with Glassia shook her head with a sad frown, her eyes glossing with tears.
"He was my fiancée. He was a Topazian, runner up for King. His family were very kind to me when he decided to marry me. He saw me for who I was. Beautiful. Calder, was…my guide, my friend, someone I…He was everything to me. We were preparing for our wedding when Freezia came, I sneaked out of the Palace to see my family who lived in a small village that took care of the crops…" She couldn't continue, the memories were still fresh in her mind. Everything started to black out around her as the memory of Freezia's arrival played in her mind filling up the darkness. The confusion, the bodies, the screams when her parents were murdered by his minions then being 'saved' by a disgustingly beautiful man who looked like a God.
"…okay? Glass…"
Images of Zarbon, her so called savoir, leading her to the palace where Calder and the rest of the royal families were gathered. There was Freezia siting on his elevated throne chair that hovered few feet off the ground. The way Freezia killed Ryler's, the Onyxian runner up, family in front of us then dragged him away, soon it was Bloodstone Princess Olexa to suffer the loss of her family. Her blood screeching scream echoed through the palace, carrying her screams of loss out of the palace for all to hear.
Bloodstones were a powerful race just like its brothers the Onyxians and Lapisans, their gift was that they could take every negative emotions and sadness from the people around them. It made the people around them happy and gave them a clear head. They were people who were able to diffuse a situation, making the opponents see reason. They were the Peace Makers so to speak. A good quality to have on ruling the planet.
"Glass…?"
Now Olexa, the Peace Keeper, had no one and it was very rare to see a Bloodstone to cry and be distraught. It was then Glassia knew that her planet would never be the same, they were doomed.
Tarble watched as the light in the woman's eyes and glow disappeared as she transported herself to elsewhere. Was she thinking of her mate, Calder? A feral growl scratch the back of his mind knowing that glass Angel before him is-was-spoken for. He felt the sting of jealousy poisoning his blood stream enraging him more just by the fact that someone else saw how enchanting she was. Another man had kissed her…held her…Good thing he was dead.
Which shouldn't matter to you. A voice stated matter of fact, bringing him back to reality where Glassia was locked in her world. Clear, crystal, tears formed making her even more angelic. Again his hand reached out, his thumb touched her smooth skin that made his body react so quickly that his body went up in flames in seconds, holy hell how can he get this excited over a single touch? Kumiko couldn't bring so much heat and heart pounding excitement into him.
His body and down south jerk when Glassia rubbed her cheek into his hand for comfort, her hands wrapped around his wrist keeping him place, and sighed in content. Fuck! Touch her! Need more! The voice of his desire screamed at him. "Glassia, are you okay?" He repeated for the thousand time. The Crystallian did not answer only a small whimper escaped from her small full lips that were in a frown.
Glassia felt warmth surround her as she was lost in her nightmares that made it a bit easier for her to continue on her path of memory lane. When the memories started it was hard to stop them from coming and grabbing hold of her. Nothing could be done but that warmth kept her from losing herself deeper in the pain and torture. With strength she gathered she pulled herself away and engulfed herself in that comforting warmth that put back reality as she left it. Tarble was staring at her, his hand pressed against her cheek and her arms keeping that hand in place.
In that moment of clearness, she pushed his hand away, the warmth disappeared disappointing her soul that cried for it.
"I'm fine. I just wish things were different. Freezia took my life and Zarbon made it worse… Calder and I could have been married, happy, and they took it all away." Tarble narrowed his eyes at the woman who mentioned her old lover. So she was thinking of Calder. That would explain the sudden sadness, she really loved him and still did. He pulled his hand away from the female who flinched at the sudden loss of contact, he placed his hand back to his utensil and began to eat. It bothered him, it infuriated him that she still loved a man who was long gone.
"That's reality for you, Glass." Tarble said after he swallowed his food, his eyes burning with anger. "I suggest you eat because you are on the boney side."
Glassia froze in mid bite of a berry and the voices of the Saiyans from earlier circled around her. She was called many things from the other Saiyans but hearing it from Tarble who called her beautiful, cut her deeper than Zarbon's nail digging into her skin then pulling at the loose skin after he pulled his finger out. Her teeth bit off the piece of berry and set the other half on the plate, her mouth worked on eating the berry without really tasting it. Her stomach wanted more but she didn't reach out to finish her meal, her hands were glued to her lap.
Why everyone on his planet didn't like her thin, slim, figure? Zarbon made fun of her body being too skinny and ugly, were her people really so unpleasant to look at? She remembered Zarbon forcing her to eat because he worried that when he'd break her. His rough scaly hands forcing her mouth to open then shoving food in, and then when she didn't chew he made her chew.
"Are you done, Glass?" Tarble asked after he finished his plate unaware of Glassia's feelings. "You still have your plate full." His eyes glanced at the plate that looked like she haven't ate a bite. Glassia swallowed the little bit of berry that was left.
"I am quite…full." Glassia had to think before she answered. She didn't want her stomach to betray her but when it didn't grumble she gave a victory smile. "Our people don't eat much. We find food a hobby." The Saiyan believed her lie so easily that it disappointed her. Oh she was hungry but she was not going to please him by her eating. No they wanted her to be full and curvaceous so they could lust after her. No they are no better than Zarbon. I will not give them that satisfaction!
"I will be going to room now. Thank you for the meal." She didn't want to leave but she was upset that she couldn't stand being in the same room as him or others. They all thought she was beneath them and she was by their standards. How did Bulma get through it?
Everyone spoke of her as if she was the most wonderful creature in the whole universe, they spoke of humans with respect an equal to them and others were nothing. They were unfair and so full of themselves that it only angered the Crystallian more. How can humans be worth more than her? Before she could explode into a rush of her planet's native tongue, she excused herself and made her way out.
In her room she exploded or her body did as the sunlight was still bright and strong in her room. She made her way over to the dresser where it had the gift from Bulma. It was from her planet, the only reminder that it existed. Her fingers touched the dedicated beads, touching each bead with care and gentleness. There were many different ones some she knew and others were so rare and strange. Glassia felt her emotions going wild like the fire she felt when Tarble touched her…She slipped the trinket over her wrist and watched it dangle like it belonged there.
Glassia watched the bracelet before letting her hand fall to her side, making her way to the balcony. She felt nothing strange or felt anything different with her, when she reached the edge of the balcony her hands rested on the concrete rail unsure of what her next step was. She could stay on Planet Vegeta and live the rest of her life surrounded by beings that didn't want her or she could leave and search for another planet to call home and live her life there. Glassia wanted to leave.
"I have to be strong." Her soft angelic voice spoke at the open wilderness. "I will be strong." She vowed. She will do what the rest of the warriors do, she would train. She would learn how to fight, learn how to survive, learn everything she could before she'd leave. "I will be strong and I will fight back." Her energy and excitement blew away her insecurities and anger that she found herself grasping her hands together and brought it close to her. She didn't know where the feelings came from but welcomed the positive, courage, and the strength it gave her. Glassia didn't waste time, she ran back to her room to get rid of her dress into something that she saw all the warriors wore. She traded her dress for a tight tank top, a pair of shorts, and shoes that she slipped on. Her hair went up in a ponytail along with the strand of braided hair she always did. The day was still young and she was not going to waist it being locked in her room. She had to change in order to survive this new world that Freezia was so kindly on giving her.
Glassia left the room unaware of the small changes in her appearance…
X:~:X
Bra and Trunks fought with each other completely focused on their sparing that they didn't see Glassia make her way towards them. They flew at each other like enemies, each attack they didn't hold back, they fought like they had no other choice. Each of their muscles tensed when they got smacked, punch, or zapped by their each other's Ki. It was fascinating to watch, for Glassia. She wanted to do that. She wanted to be that strong.
She nodded, ready. Glassia opened her mouth to make her presence known but little Bra beat her to it.
"Aunt Glassia, wow you look…different!" Bra stopped in mid-air distracted leaving her open when Trunks flew down with his attack knocking the girl out of the air, straight to the ground. Glassia jumped a few feet backwards when the child created a hole after she hit the ground.
"Aunt Glassia, what did you do to your hair?" Trunks asked when he was on the ground, taking in his aunt's new look. She wore training outfit and it looked so wrong on her. Her body was fragile…
And weak. One human punch and she'd be gone for the count. Bra thought to herself but then realized that her brother had heard her thought when she found him glaring at her.
Be nice Bra. He warned her putting the small blue hair Saiyan in her place.
"What are you doing here Aunt Glassia?" Trunks asked, crossing his arms over his broad chest.
"I want to learn how to survive." Glassia answered quickly, energy still pumping through her body, "I want to protect myself. I won't take no for an answer. Please."
"But your people…" Bra stopped when she saw Trunks flash her another glare, "You're safe here auntie. This planet is filled with strong warriors. Freezia won't hurt you."
"Bra she has a point. What if she wants to explore other planets? She can't defend herself. She'll be defenseless out there, no offense aunt." Trunks smiled at the Crystallian who made a face then accepted his apology with a nod.
"Why would she want to leave? What's wrong living here?" Bra raised her eye brow, her hands on her hips.
"Why are you against me learning how to fight?" Glassia narrowed her almond glass eyes at the child. Did she think she was weak too? Did everyone?
"No offense aunt but you do not have the stamina and or the strength to fight." Bra said matter of fact. Trunks hissed at his twin sister for being straight forward. "Just by looking at your body type and energy level you would not last the impact of one baby Saiyan punch or a Humans."
"Bra!" Trunks growled. What the hell are you doing?! You are supposed to encourage her not bring her down! He sent her telepathically but his twin ignored him as she circled around Glassia. Everyone told Trunks that Bra was the spitting image of her mother but was more like her father while Trunks had more of his father's features and was more like his mother. Like his father, Bra pointed out Glassia's flaws, she's too skinny, hardly any muscle, her posture was wrong to straight to tense, and the list went on. "You don't know what she's capable of. Before you go acting like father, let's see what's she's capable of."
"Fine but if she's critically hurt or ends up dead, I'm telling mom and dad that it was your idea!" Bra didn't like the idea that her aunt wanted to fight. She didn't mean to be harsh but Glassia did not fit the type of fighter. She didn't want to hurt her. Glassia might as well be the last of her people and for her to die to get stronger? No she was not going to put that on her conscious AND deal with the conversation with her mother and father. Let her brother deal with it. "I'll be referee."
"I guess I will tell father what you do when you're not training. Meeting up with Goten would be news for father." Trunks smirked evilly as his sister's mouth flew open. Goten, Trunks' best friend, and Bra had been hanging out recently though Bra only says they are friends it's clear that she likes him. Trunks was not sure if his best friend even realized Bra's crush on him, he's a complete replica of his father Goku.
"Blackmailing me! You butt head! You know how daddy gets when…okay! Okay!" Bra was NOT happy on how her brother convinced her to fight Glassia. She knew she couldn't have told Trunks on her crush but who could she have talked to? Her father was an automatic no go, her mother was in the hands of Freezia, her grandfather would have been her first choice but when she confessed she liked someone to him he taunted her father with the information and it was not pretty… That poor soul.
"Glassia just know I'm really sorry!" Bra closed her eyes preparing her mind and body for the fight. Glassia stood awkwardly still unsure on what do to. She thought they'd teach her step by step not throw her into a fight right away. Her excitement started to drain but her courage remained strong. She was not going back out.
"I will be fine!" Glassia tried to reassure the child but Bra didn't believe it.
"Go!" Trunks shouted and Bra charged straight to Glassia who did the same. The two females crashed together but one brought the other down. Glassia shot back from the ground, throwing a punch at Bra but the child dodged it and threw one of her own. The pain exploded on her face, stunning her for a second. She felt worse. This was a little prick of her finger compared to the pain she endured with Zarbon.
Again, Glassia went for another attack. Her steps were messy and posture stiff. Every once in a while her knees would lock in place, her arms would pull back too far for a punch, and so on. Trunks watched the two fight and was surprised that Glassia didn't cry out when she was punched, kicked, or thrown around like a doll. He saw his sister's attack becoming stronger and frequent that Glassia did her best to dodge but her movements were rough that the attacks would hit a different body part.
Bra didn't want to do it. It said it on her face. She wanted to stop but wanted to prove to her brother and Glassia that fighting was not in the Crystallian. It was only two minutes and Glassia still got up when she was on the ground and tried. She had strength but how long will she last? To test it, Bra increased her power on her attacks though it didn't stop Glassia.
Three minutes passed then five. Glassia's body was in pain and wanted to rest. Her nosed breathed in the air so greedily and exhaled from her mouth. Bra came charging for one second then disappeared. Glassia turned around several times expecting for Bra to come from her blind spots but she didn't. Her arms were spread out, same with her feet, her body covered in sweat and dirt. Five minutes felt like five hours to the Crystallian, she relaxed for a few seconds trying to catch her breath when she heard footsteps running behind her. Before she could turn around, Bra jumped on Glassia's back locking her legs around Glassia's waist.
The blue hair Saiyan had her arm locked around Glassia's neck in a choke hold. Glassia struggled to breathe as Bra tightened her arm around her neck closing her windpipe. Her knees lost their strength to hold her body up, her knees fell to the ground with a loud thud. She couldn't breathe, her arms reached up to pry Bra's arm off but couldn't. She couldn't breathe! Don't panic, stay focus! A voice whispered in mind, you must clear your mind and let instinct kick in. You are strong! Let me lend you the strength you desire…
Trunks walked towards the two females, the fight was over. Bra had won and Glassia lost but that didn't mean that was that. Trunks saw potential in Glassia, she was slim and small she had agility on her side something very useful. Before he was at arm's reach he saw something flash like electricity though instead of yellow it was black. Glassia got back on her feet, her hands pulling Bra's arm completely away from her and threw the child off her. Bra landed on all fours her tail swaying back and forth, agitated.
Glassia rush towards Bra landing a punch on the child's cheek in quick speeds. Bra's head turned but not completely. The punch felt like a bee sting from Earth, annoying and it hurt only a bit. When Bra glanced at her Aunt she noticed that her temples black onyx crystals colored her ultra-pale skin that moved towards Glassia's eye lids. They swirled and interlocked each other and then locked in place, giving her a lace like mask that complimented her white glass eyes.
Her hair had changed color, it was a black completely black that it reflected the area around them painting them in darkness.
In other words she looked like a dark angel, all she needed were wings and she was all set.
Glassia blinked unsure how she did it. When she accepted the voice she felt powerful, her mind cleared and she listened to the voice. She relaxed forgetting about the lack of air, sending her mind to a peaceful place in her mind and then was rewarded with power that the voice helped to unlock. She managed to throw and punch Bra. A small victory despite the fact that she lost.
Confusion replaced the smirk and happiness when Glassia took note on how Bra and Trunks were staring at her. Where they that surprised?
"I would like to try again!" Glassia's eyes grew darker as her excitement did. Bra and Trunks exchanged glances at each other before speaking.
"Glassia how come you didn't tell us you could do that?" Bra questioned the woman in front of her who transformed without realizing it.
"Do what?"
"Your eyes, hair…they changed!" Bra asked in awe. "Black really looks good on you, you know. What other colors can you do?"
"Black? Colors? I don't understand." Glassia was lost, what was she talking about changing colors? She was plain as glass, see through, invisible. Surely she…Black hair? Glassia gasped when she caught her hair and brought it to her line of sight. How…? When…? It reminded her of the Onyxian color…No it couldn't be could it?
The panicked Crystallian ran her hands through her black locks that sprayed black hues, how did this happen? No this was a dream! Glassia glanced down at her hand that still had the bracelet and the small bead that was onyx had disappeared from it. Her panic inscreased as she saw two small crystal circle shapes appeared on the center of her top hand in the center.
When her fingers brushed over it, the darkness disappeared, her strength melted away since she wasn't in the spirits to continue fighting. Her glass color hair blew up in their faces, the black lace on her eyes retreated back into her skin.
"Wow! Trunks I told you she wouldn't be a disappointment!" Bra squealed in a high pitch tone. Her brother on the other hand was still dumbstruck. Glassia's ki level went from an average ten to a hundred and forty when she went through her…transformation. The level was still weak but having it jump from two digits to three at such quick speed was unbelievable.
"Glassia, come back tomorrow. I will personally train you from now on." Trunks said but Bra stomped her foot.
"No, I want to be the one to train her!" Bra cried out. But Trunks shook his head. Glassia was still in shock that it happened. She felt the strength that the Onyxians had and it was a rush! They were strong, powerful! No wonder they were in charge of the armies. Glassia thought, she tried to tap into that strength but nothing.
"I will be here tomorrow!" Glassia said quickly, "Both of you can train me! This is new for me too, I didn't know that I could do that! Please! Please!"
"We won't go easy." Trunks answered with concern, "We could-will-break you, you know that right?"
Glassia nodded her head with a broken lip smile thanks of Bra right hook. "I understand and you can break me! I don't mind! I can't wait for it, honestly!" Bra and Trunks exchanged looks once again unsure on where Glassia's mind was at. They never seen her this happy ever since she arrived.
"Okay, meet us here tomorrow right after you wake up. On second thought take a day or two to heal because you'll need it." Bra smiled brightly. I can't wait to tell mom!
No. You. Will. Not. Trunks mentally hissed. He knew how Glassia was, she kept things to herself and he knew that she'd want this to be kept a secret. Let her be the one to tell mom. If she wants to she will if she doesn't, she won't but don't go running your mouth.
You're so mean! Bra whined but agreed. After what happened in the morning, Bra didn't want her mother to worry about Glassia. Her mother was coming around but would never be in the same room as her father. She avoided him like he was plague and he avoided her too. Bra had hoped that they'd kiss and make up by now but they didn't. She didn't understand the problem. The attraction was still there, hell Trunks and Bra smelled it before they entered the room.
"I will be here tomorrow!" Glassia said with a strong promise. If she woke up with pain and soreness she will get her butt up and train. Nothing was going to stop her.
"Okay, it's settled. We should start heading in, night's coming." Trunks began to walk to the palace with Bra and Glassia following him.
Glassia said her goodbyes to the children and went back to her room in high spirits.
In her room, Glassia took a long hot bath to relax her tight muscles. When she was done she dressed into her night wear and slipped into bed with the bracelet still on. As she slept another crystal bead disappeared into her skin then reappeared under the onyx crystal. It was a soft color green stone color crystal, the bruises and cuts on Glassia slowly healed overnight, soft swirls and lines marked themselves on Glassia's forehead each different shade of light green then spread out through her body like angel wings.
When she was completely healed, the green lines and swirls went back to her forehead where they disappeared completely. Glassia hugged her pillow close to her, sighing happily as she dreamed on unaware that she had done it again.
It would be a surprise for her in the morning that poked it's head from the distance…
