Chapter 10
She woke up, delirious, in a dark room. She could hear the sound of water dripping into a bucket. Drip, drip, drip... She fought to break free from the chair she was tied to but whoever took her is smart. He tied her hands together with zip ties and then tied her to the chair with ropes. She looked straight ahead to see a blinking red light.
'What the hell' she thought.
All of a sudden, she heard someone come into the room. She sat up straight, and put on her tough face, "Who are you?" she demanded.
The man in the shadows laughed, "Now, now, sweetheart, no need to be so hasty."
"What do you want?" she said. She leaned forward a bit to try and get a good look at him, but she could not even see his figure. Next thing she knew he grabbed her hair, pulled her hair back, and put a knife to he throat.
"It would do you some good to keep quiet, until address you, Ms. Blye," he breathed in her ear, "we are going to spending a lot of time together, so know one thing. I am in charge. Know your place. You are going to tell me everything I want to know all about Marty Deeks, or else you are going to be in a lot of pain. Understand?"
"Go to hell!" She yelled.
"Wrong answer" he said as he drove the knife into her leg.
She let out a small scream, but contained the rest as to not give him any satisfaction. She could hear him moving, but she could not see where he was moving.
"You must be wondering what this red light is. Well, it's a camera. It sends footage directly to your ops center. I know hurting you will do nothing, but hurting Deeks...hurting him will make you talk more than any knife would. However, the only way to hurt him is to see you in pain. So, if you don't talk, and I have to put more knifes in you or use other methods of persuasions, I will make damn sure he watches."
With that, he left the room and Kensi let out a high-pitched squeal still in pain with the knife sticking out of her leg. She was frustrated, tired, and scared. She let out a frustrated scream and tried to break free, although it was no use.
'This can't be happening' she thought to herself.
She looked up into the darkness and listened to the water.

She didn't know when she fell asleep, or how long she was asleep. It was clear that the room was somewhere underground with no windows. No outside light. The only light in the room was a single, bare bulb, hanging above her head, only giving enough light so that she could see her knees, yet not her feet. The camera was still there, the red light looking at her. She stared at the light, it was different; it wasn't solid.
It was blinking.
"Deeks" she croaked. Her throat was so dry that she could barely accumulate saliva to swallow. "Deeks. Wherever you are...this is not you fau-"
With that, the stranger in the dark came rushing in, "I see you've noticed your boyfriend is watching."
"I thought you said-"
"Yeah well, like you, I have orders to follow sweetheart."
"Careful, you keep talking sweet to me like that, and people will think we are dating."
"Yeah, we wouldn't want Deeks getting jealous would we?" he chuckled.
"How about you show me your face?"
"Now would I do that?"
"So that way, when I kill you, I know I won't be killing the wrong guy."
"What makes you think you're going to survive this?"
"Because I'm an NCIS Agent, I have more training than you would ever hope for, my team...my team will find me within no time. Besides," she sat up straighter looking right at the camera, "I'm Kensi Blye; pretty and smart: a lethal combination" she smiled hoping that Deeks got the message. That's what he said to her not to long ago.
"Either way, Kensi Blye, you are here, they are there, and for right now I need information."
"Use a computer."
"Why would I do that when I have you?" he said. She could hear a metal chair being placed on the floor.
"Do have a seat, make yourself comfortable"
"So nice, such a shame you're the one Deeks is in love with," Kensi looked at where the voice sounded like it was coming from: next to the camera.
"What do you want with Deeks?"
"Oh I don't want jack-shit from Deeks. My boss on the other hand..."
"Jackson Potter"
"Bingo"
"So why are you doing this?"
"Like I said, I have orders," he said. She could hear metal clanking: he was picking something up.
She kept regular breaths, but her heart was racing, "I assume you're in the Abushiri then?"
"You betcha" he said sharpening whatever he was holding.
"Why the name 'Abushiri' it means 'the revolt' right? What are you revolting against?"
"Gross misconduct of a cop. Your boyfriend took Potter's wife and son away, so it's only natural that we take what Deeks loves, right? Of course, after we get Potter's family back."
"Potter murdered two people. Three if you count a witness that went missing. That's why Deeks hid Potter's family," she said. Her heart raced even more when she heard his footsteps come closer.
"He was never found guilty. Innocent until proven guilty, sunshine"
"Don't EVER call me sunshine," she said through her teeth, only one person can call her sunshine.
The stranger chuckled, "Where, is you're ops center"
"Don't you know that?"
"Nope, that email was a trick so that someone would come investigate us, and so that we could follow them back to your ops center."
"Clever, but not clever enough" she smiled. He took his knife and sliced her shoulder. Kensi only flinched. Again, she did not want to give him the satisfaction.
"Where is your ops center?" He asked. His tone was one that a person would use to ask what time it is.
"It's on the corner of 'go to hell' and 'fuck you' boulevard."
Another slice to her shoulder, but deeper, "Where is your ops center?" he used the same tone.
"In Neverland" Another slice, deeper.

I know it's been forever, I'm sorry! Being a senior in high school I have a lot of stuff to do. Please don't yell at me. I hope you liked the story!
