Next morning , the rest of the team is at Lisbon's apartment.
"nobody here. Should we go inside? she'll hate us!" van pelt looks at Rigsby.
"we have to find them. And therefore we have to go inside." Cho opens the door.
A few minutes later they've looked around a bit "nothing... But they are away since at least one day."
They both wake up, when they hear some strange noise. Jane sits up and bangs with his head against the roots. Lisbon tries to hide it, but she must laugh.
"I'm sorry, but its too funny... are you ok?"
"hmnm..." he grumbles. "but was that strange sound, wherefrom we woke up?"
"maybe an animal... Don't worry."
He helps her up and they decide to find out of this big forest. After few hours, Jane stops "I've got an idea. Somewhere here must be a big rock or something like that. We have to phone somebody who can help us to find the way back."
Few minutes later they've found a very tall rock, wherefrom they can phone van pelt.
When she takes of, she doesn't wait a second "oh God! how are you? Or better why haven't you answered your phone?"
"hey, grace. we're fine, but we need some help. Since yesterday evening we have no plan where we are here! He'll soon have caught us, so we need to go out here quickly!" Lisbon is nervous.
"well, you've to go south the whole time. Sorry I..." Next moment she's away.
Helpless Lisbon looks at Jane. "we'll manage it. I promised already before. Don't worry. Everything will be alright in the end."
"and if it's not alright ?"
... its not the end!" his look at her is really reassuring.
He picks her up, and kisses her with such force and passion she things she would explode. It is easily the best kiss she's ever had. He's definitely the love of her life.
