FireCacodemon: Really sorry for the long wait. I've been busy and struggled to work out what this chapter should have. Then when I did have something, my old laptop's motherboard got corroded so I had to get a new laptop and start the chapter from scratch...yeah.
Yoshiki: Corpse Party belongs to Team GrisGris. Following on from FireCacodemon, FireCacodemon's also gotten onto a new anime, so FireCacodemon's been spending time reading around the new anime.
Miki: We might be back again, depends on what FireCacodemon feels like writing.
Lost Little Soul
"So, we need to locate Tokiko Tsuji so that we can return what she's lost and put her to rest?" Ayumi asked Yoshiki.
"Tokiko'll be wandering around, probably with Yuki, they are normally found together," Yoshiki told everyone.
"What about breaking all the closed spaces?" Satoshi asked, Yoshiki looked at him.
"It's possible that the closed spaces are closing after we've calmed down the ghost children, I'm only visible in all closed spaces...thanks to Sachiko," Yoshiki admitted.
"Makes sense..." Satoshi sighed.
"Of course Sachiko has her drawbacks," Miki said.
"Sachiko...I feel she's just lonely and wants someone close...she's still a child, it's possible that she just wants someone to look after her...tell her everything's okay," Yoshiki suggested.
"It's possible, seeing as they are all children," Naomi added.
"Sachiko, the child who got killed in this school," Ayumi says. Ghost fingers carefully started to take hold of Yoshiki's hand. He looked down to his left to see Tokiko, carefully holding onto his hand.
"Speaking of Tokiko...she's currently holding my hand," Yoshiki said, unsure how to feel. He was glad that they didn't have to go searching for Tokiko but there was something which was disturbing him. The fact that she was shivering slightly.
We'll Save You! – Lost Little Soul
The Darkening was holding both Yuki and Ryou off the ground, both ghost children were squirming in the Darkening's grip. They knew what the Darkening was going to do. The Darkening wasn't interested in Tokiko at the moment; it was more on the fact that Tokiko hasn't yet killed anyone which the Darkening had witnessed. Tokiko didn't hesitate to run away from the Darkening and where the other two ghost children have been. The fear that the same thing might happen to her after the Darkening attacked her two ghost friends. Tokiko fled, leaving the Darkening to do what it pleased with Yuki and Ryou.
"Now, I'm going to make you wish that you were never appeased. Unless you help me with one thing, it's a big thing though," the Darkening hissed. Both Ryou and Yuki grabbed at the Darkening's hand which held them.
"Please, let us go!" Ryou screamed.
"Promise me you'll bring what I want, and then I'll let you go," the Darkening demanded.
"Depends, what is it?" Yuki asked. A sickening smile appeared on the Darkening's face.
"I'll tell you in a minute, little one eyed ghost child," the Darkening said in a distorted voice.
We'll Save You! – Lost Little Soul
Kurosaki stirred into consciousness, gently lifting up his head from Kizami's shoulder. A slightly blush appeared on his face after waking up next to Kizami. Kizami and Yuka were still asleep from...whenever. Time flowed through without indicating what it was, Kurosaki noticed that they were still in Heavenly Host. He growled slightly, fear started to bubble up inside of him. What if they never got out of Heavily Host? The ghost children would kill them; they would find them and kill them all. You can't hurt a ghost...can you? Kurosaki shook his head. He gently got up from the floor and went to explore a little. He was certain that Kizami and Yuka were still sleeping. He needed to tread carefully. He only took three steps before the creaking of the floor boards sounded loudly. Kizami stirred.
"Where do you think you're going?" He asked quietly. Kurosaki quickly turned around to see Kizami.
"Just...to explore a little, make sure that the ghost children aren't going to come and kill us," Kurosaki quickly spurted out.
"I don't think they'll be coming, if they were, the air would change from cold to drastically cold," Kizami told his friend.
"Still, no harm in looking around, huh?"
"Kurosaki, sit down for a minute."
"Do you remember what we are really doing here?"
"Performed a charm, did it wrong, got sent to hell?"
"And the young girl resting on you?" Kizami looked at Yuka, still sleeping.
"Onii-chan..." She muttered.
"Kizami, she's not your younger sister before you even get that idea in your head!" Kurosaki reacted quickly.
"I know...but I'm her big brother for the time being, until she's returned to her real big brother."
"Kizami...will we get out of here, as far as I'm aware, we're the only two left..." Kurosaki turned away from Kizami, knowing well that he could easily kill without hesitation. The lingering feeling that Kizami might be the reason why it was just the two of them made him shudder. He was grateful that the moment, Kizami was stable. There wasn't really anything they could do until Yuka awoke though, hopefully that'll keep him sane for the time being. If it's just the two of them and Yuka's returned safely then Kurosaki wouldn't mind dying quick and painlessly if Kizami died with him. The end of their little friendship group.
"I don't plan on killing you...I will if you get any weaker," Kizami growled slightly.
"Hmm?" Kurosaki looked confused at Kizami. What had he just said? If he got any weaker? Was Kizami only interested in strong people? People who could stand up for themselves and defend themselves? No, Kizami's just odd. He wants friends with benefits.
"Right, I'll try and be similar to you, strong like you but still being myself," Kurosaki smirked. Kizami smiled, Kurosaki can be quiet an interesting specimen.
We'll Save You! – Lost Little Soul
"We get rid of his friends, we get Onii-chan back," Sachiko smiled as a plan formed in her mind. There wasn't going to be any way that she'll let Yoshiki return back to the 'real' world, not when she still had control over him. Even if he didn't believe it, he'll still return to her.
"Can I go out to kill them?" Yoshikazu asked.
"Not all of them, I'm going to personally kill some," Sachiko said. Yoshikazu nodded as he went to leave the room, leaving little Sachiko on her own. She didn't care if she hurt Yoshiki, he was going to be hers again. Even if he hated her after what was about to happen. If he failed in his job which she enjoyed then she'll just kill him. End of that. She would have to find another soul like Yoshiki's. There was something about his soul which made him stand out from the rest, his personality didn't seem to fit in with the others. The others were all comfortable around each other, Yoshiki...he didn't look or feel comfortable around them. Sachiko looked at her hand, curious to why it was shaking slightly. What had she got to fear? She was dead...a trapped soul here just like the others. She was in control of this school, she made it after bearing a grudge. She clenched her hand into a fist. No, the Darkening was causing her to worry. Also showing interest in Yoshiki to possess his body to make an escape. With the ghost children, it's possible that the Darkening might succeed. It wasn't hard for the ghost children to rip out someone's soul for the Darkening to then possess the body. She froze.
We'll Save You! – Lost Little Soul
Finding an empty classroom, Yoshiki stood by the front desk while everyone else stood by their desks when they were back in Kisaragi Academy (Miki stood in Yoshiki's spot.) with Tokiko standing next to Yoshiki at the front of the class.
"Naomi, I'm bored..." Seiko whined to Naomi.
"Seiko, there's nothing really I can do," Naomi told her spiritual best friend. She could still clearly see the rope burn around her neck. Tears filled Naomi's eyes before Seiko whipped them away.
"Naomi, please don't cry. You don't look very cute when you cry," Seiko told Naomi.
"I'm sorry..." Naomi apologised.
"Shinohara?" Yoshiki asked Naomi, she nodded. Tokiko gently tugged on Yoshiki's school blazer causing him to look down at the ghost child. He was trying to find something to write with, etching on the desk when there were other sketching on the desk wasn't going to help. "Something wrong?" He asked gently.
"Onii-chan, when are you going to explain?" Miki asked impatiently.
"Sorry Miki, I'm still looking for something to write with..." Yoshiki said before Tokiko gently tugged at him again.
"Ue bod?" Tokiko splattered. Ayumi moved away from her spot and went to help look for something.
"This must be really confusing for you, Kishinuma?" Satoshi asked Yoshiki.
"Not confusing, just annoying that I can hear everything while no one else can...but I guess that's what I get for being targeted by Sachiko...for whatever reason?"
"Yu ae oehn se's fe...bt I'm o sr," The ghost child said.
"I have something she's after...apparently," Yoshiki repeated, he somehow managed to decipher what Tokiko has just said.
"Like what?" Satoashi asked.
"I don't know Mochida...I don't know..." Yoshiki mumbled.
We'll Save You! – Lost Little Soul
"Kizami, do you think we'll find anyone else?" Kurosaki asked.
"No...They are all dead," Kizami said blankly. Kuroosaki and Yuka froze.
"What?" Kurosaki asked shocked.
"I might as well tell you now, but before I bumped into Yuka, my mind slipped...like it did before when we were little. I killed them seeing how weak they became," Kizami confessed to Kurosaki.
"But...you didn't kill me?"
"No, you haven't been broken by the school...the others had. All their crying, it sickened me," Kizami growled, Yuka took a step away from Kizami.
"You tried to kill me before...Kishinuma stopped you," Yuka squeaked, shivering slightly.
"What?!" Kurosaki yelled, he could feel fire lighting in his heart. The protection Kizami was giving to the both of them and before he tried to kill Yuka?! What the hell was running through his mind?
"Run rabbit, run," Kizami spoke after a couple of minutes of silence.
"And this Kishinuma guy...you met him and he stopped you?" Kurosaki growled.
"We haven't exactly met..." Kizami confessed.
"How?"
"His spirit...apparently he was sleeping and his spirit went out for a stroll," Kizami looked behind him at Kurosaki.
"He's dead?!" Kurosaki yelled. Kizami sighed, Kurosaki jumped onto the wrong conclusion.
"He's not dead...hopefully he's not dead. Onii-chan won't be happy..." Yuka whimpered after Kurosaki's incorrect conclusion.
"I have something she's after...apparently," The tree students stopped walking.
"Kishinuma?" Yuka asked confused before she ran past Kiazmi and entered the nearest room where she heard the voice. It couldn't be possible that they finally found Yoshiki. No, the school was probably playing a trick on them. Kizami and Kurosaki went after Yuka.
We'll Save You! – Lost Little Soul
Sachiko walked into the room and saw the Darkening holding onto Ryou and Yuki. She growled as she ran up to the Darkening and bit into the shadow form. The Darkening yelled in pain as it dropped the two ghost children; they quickly fled from the room to find Tokiko.
"What do you think you're doing with the ghost children?" Sachiko growled in annoyance as the Darkening looked at her. The hatred which burned in her dead eyes made the Darkening take a step back.
"So, what are you going to do?" The Darkening asked the ghost child.
"I'm going to stop you," Sachiko growled.
"How are you going to do that?"
"I'll find a way; I'll make sure you don't come back for Onii-chan."
"You can't stop me, I rule the school."
"I don't think so."
"I would love to see you try and stop me."
Sachiko growled before Yoshikazu came up behind the Darkening and swung the sledgehammer at the being. A collision to the head caused the Darkening to fade, indicating it was unconscious. Sachiko smiled.
"Good timing, huh?" She asked the puppet.
"They are together, the living souls remaining in the school," Yoshikazu told Sachiko.
"Onii-chan is the only one to see them all. Help me track down where the ghost children went," Sachiko told him, he nodded and went to leave. Sachiko faded.
We'll Save You! – Lost Little Soul
"Yuka!" Satoshi yelled as he ran to his little sister, Yuka ran towards Satoshi and jumped at him, Satoshi caught his darling little sister and pulled her into a tight hug. Kizami and Kurosaki arrived at the doorway. Kizami looked around the room, his eyes fell on Yoshiki.
"We finally meet," he said, attracting Yoshiki's attention from the reunited siblings.
"Kizami," Yoshiki said.
"Kishinuma, you know him?" Satoshi asked Yoshiki. He nodded.
"Yeah, while sleeping my spirit found him trying to kill Yuka, after stopping him. Kizami's calmed down," Yoshiki explained. Satoshi held Yuka closer to him as Kizami let out a small chuckle, there really wasn't anything that escaped from him.
"You didn't forget any detail, did you?" He asked Yoshiki.
"I'm Kurosaki Kensuke, Kizami's friend," Kurosaki introduced himself. Yoshiki nodded before he went back to looking for something to write with. He soon smiled seeing a piece of chalk in Tokiko's hand. Gently removing the chalk from her hand he smiled and started writing. Kizami and Kurosaki walked a little further into the classroom.
"So...who's entered now?" Miki asked Yoshiki. He looked over his shoulder at Miki.
"Mochida has his sister back, two students from a different school have entered the room, now leaning on the wall near the door," Yoshiki explained. Yuka, Kizami and Kurosaki grew looks of confusion.
"Onii-chan, what's wrong with Kishinuma?" Yuka asked.
"It's okay Yuka, Kishinuma's in all closed spaces. Meaning he can see everything in the school," Satoshi told Yuka.
"Oh, so...who else is here?" She asked.
"Shinozaki, Miki, Nakashima, Shinohara as a spirit...I can't see her. Mochida, you and your two allies," Yoshiki explained. He turned his back on everyone and started writing on the board. Everyone watched.
"Onii-chan, I need you," Yoshiki heard Sachiko in his mind, freezing on the spot. Everyone noticed.
"Are you okay? Onii-chan?" Miki asked confused.
"Yeah..." Yoshiki lied.
"Scio aln o?" Tokiko asked.
"Are you sure? You've stopped writing on the board...no idea what it is anyway?" Ayumi asked.
"Kishinuma..." Ayumi said with concern in her voice. Yoshiki removed the chalk off the board and gently put it down.
"Onii-chan...please...come back!" Sachiko cried in his mind, his mind went blank as Sachiko took control over his mind.
"Onii-chan?" Miki asked confused, she slowly advanced towards him.
"I'm coming Sachiko," Yoshiki whispered before he turned and ran out of the classroom, Kizami sprinted after him. Everyone gasped.
"Onii-chan!" Miki yelled.
"Come on!" Ayumi yelled to Miki, they both ran after Yoshiki. Satoshi looked down at Yuka, they both nodded before they went after Yoshiki, Kurosaki went after Kizami, unsure on what he was planning to do with Yoshiki if he ever caught him. Naomi ran after Yoshiki with Seiko following her. Tokiko remained in the room. Looking up at the work Yoshiki had, she grabbed the piece of chalk and wrote a sentence. Please save him.
We'll Save You! – Lost Little Soul
Sachiko waited in the music room of the school, gently sitting on the piano seat, eyeing the piano keys. Wondering what she should press. Her mother had taught her a couple of songs on the piano, but she wasn't the best or had been practising enough on the piano to be perfect. She rarely walked into the music room, based on the memories of her mother.
"My darling Sachiko, have you been practising?" Her mother would ask her, back home after all the school work was finished. She always nodded and then tried to play what she was given, she wasn't perfect at any songs but her mother didn't care, it was a pleasure to teach her daughter the ways of the piano.
"I'm never going to be as good as you mother," Sachiko said as her tears gently filled with tears. Her body is dead but her soul lived on. Trapped in Heavenly Host, pleasing her mother by sending her souls from people killed in Heavenly Host. Yoshikazu aided her. Sachiko knew she had to do this, even if her sanity slipped after each kill...it slipped so much...but she's been slowly regaining her sanity. She could have killed Yoshiki at the start, why didn't she? Just because he knew her name? Just because he didn't fit in? Could that have been the reason? Doesn't her mother want him?
"Sachiko? Thank you for saving us from the Darkening..." Yuki said gently as Sachiko turned around to see her.
"Why didn't I kill Onii-chan when I had the chance?" Sachiko asked confused. There had to be a reason why she didn't kill him when he couldn't do anything. The fire in his eyes back then, it's only locked away, nothing more than that. The fire still burned, the real Yoshiki was still there, locked away and out of reach. Even when she wasn't controlling him. He wasn't complete. The fire wasn't there.
"Maybe because you know that he and his friends can stop this?" Yuki offered. Was that really it? Could Yoshiki and his friends really be able to stop this? No, nine...no, ten people came here and they are all connected in some form to each other, the connections were loose involving Yoshiki but still there.
"You mean, stop Heavenly Host? Set us all free?" Sachiko asked.
"It's possible, they've nearly freed all three of us, the closed spaces have closed for me and Yuki, there's Tokiko and you left. Then they can escape," Ryou said.
"All but one, Onii-chan's sister," Sachiko said before she pulled out a scrap piece of paper from her pocket. She had picked it up after Seiko had dropped it. She'll be here forever with Mayu, trapped just like they were.
"Is that?" Ryou started.
"Shinohara's piece..." Sachiko finished. "Yes, she dropped it, she has no use for it any more, but Onii-chan's real sister can use it...to escape."
The ghost children stopped when they heard the soft sound of running footsteps. The three ghost children turned their attention towards the door, Tokiko can running into the room. The ghost children relaxed as the remaining child ran towards Yuki and wrapped her arms around Yuki, nuzzling her the best she could.
"Something wrong?"
FireCacodemon: Again, I'm going to apologises for the very long wait for this chapter. I'll try and finish this story so that poor Yoshiki and the others can rest in peace.
Yoshiki: Reviews?
Miki: Yeah?!
FireCacodemon: Tomboy15103 - Congratulations about the throw, glad Fred is gone.
Yoshiki: notabum - Glad you're enjoying the story. We take no responsibility over your reactions.
Miki: Arkton Dartorix - More is being written, it'll just take a while.
FireCacodemon: EpikalStorms - *Hands to Yoshiki.*
Yoshiki: It's kind of a curse for being FireCacodemon's favourite character. Everyone goes through a stage of pain for a while before FireCacodemon settles down. After that, FireCacodemon's really nice to get alone with.
FireCacodemon: I'm not really...
Yoshiki: El - *Passes to FireCacodemon.*
FireCacodemon: You'll have to read and see. Spoilers.
Miki: Guest - We'll try to, life gets complicated.
FireCacodemon: Seanahbarnes - Your plea has been heard.
Yoshiki: Chriss Kai - Glad you enjoy the story. I'm glad FireCacodemon can supply you with a good story.
Miki: YOLOmodeActivate - Why FireCacodemon writes a lot about Yoshiki? Well, Onii-chan deserves more love after what he's been through. Besides, this story revolves around Onii-chan...being FireCacodemon's favourite character too, he gets a lot of attention.
FireCacodemon: Shallow - Okay? My review faded away...like a ghost. o.o
Yoshiki: Guest - *Looks at Satoshi.* I...don't understand how that can be popular?
FireCacodemon: Two cute boys getting together? I can see that!
Yoshiki: *Gently shoves FireCacodemon away.*
Miki: It will be finished! I will bother FireCacodemon until the story is complete! I'm tired of being in Heavenly Host.
FireCacodemon: I'll try my best.
Yoshiki: Okay, that's all the reviews.
FireCacodemon: Before I close up, I've created a forum for my Corpse Party fan-fictions. On the forum, you'll be able to post ideas for We'll Save You! Chat and ask questions if wanted. If anyone who's a member on Fan-fiction is interested, PM me and I'll send you a link. Thank you.
Yoshiki: Like it? Hate it? Want more?
