Luckier Man
Mirror Mirror...
Naruto strained in the bonds Pein had forced him into after successfully reviving everybody in Konoha. Grumbling under his breath about the unheard of bad luck he'd suffered for the last week. A man in an orange swirling mask heard his grumbles and laughed, "Don't feel too bad little bijuu. My luck is so Great I've even won a bet with the Shinigami himself. And I made a bet a long time ago that I would catch all the bijuu. You really stood no chance against the luckiest man alive.
Almost before the man in the swirling mask had finished speaking he jerked forward with gasp as sword sprouted through where his heart had been.
Madara stared up at the Blond from where he was laying, "Wha-?" he rasped.
Naruto smiled, "I made a bet that me, Pein and everyone in Konoha would live." The blond shrugged, "I guess if you're the luckiest man alive I'm the luckier man."
The man in the swirled mask had just enough time to curse his luck before the world turned black around him.
