Beauty and the Beast

Toothless was chained up with his muzzle on; he jerked his body up and sideways as angrily made low guttural sounds of exertion. He heard all the vikings screaming at the Great Hall and he looked up at it with a worried expression, as he knew sooner or later Hiccup would go there. Suddenly his eyes widened in surprise as Rex flew by and landed right in front of him. Rex stared at him as he stood on two legs and showed a curious expression. He walked to Toothless and used his paws to pull off the muzzle and then he released the wooden collar around his neck. Toothless looked at him with a confused expression, then showed a determined expression as he let out a short roar, indicating he was thanking Rex for releasing him. Rex nodded his head with a blank expression and then flew off into the sky; Toothless then charged through the village, in the direction of the Great Hall.

Meanwhile

Everyone was simultaneously talking to each other with scared expressions but they and the dragons jumped and showed startled expressions as Hunter roared loudly with his head high in the air.

Arnor showed an annoyed expression as he slightly jerked his head to refer to his single-headed silver axe on his shoulder as he said, "Good. Now listen, I've still got one silver axe so relax and let me handle this."

He walked through the crowds, past some tables where Fishlegs was sitting with Meatlug next to him and all her babies on the table.

As Arnor walked he showed a calm expression as he said, "Alright yes it's still alive, but the good news is you and all your dragons are the perfect bait to bring the dragon straight toward us."

When he was in the middle of his sentence Fishlegs and Meatlug showed scared expressions as Fishlegs said, "Bait?"

Fishlegs and Meatlug looked at each other in fear and then they looked at the babies with the same expressions as the babies looked around in fear of when the dragon would come.

A few seconds later

Gobber showed a scared expression as he looked toward the doors and exclaimed, "Fishlegs!"

Everyone showed fear except Arnor who looked toward doors with a confused expression as he said, "Huh?"

Fishlegs rode Meatlug and the doors burst open as she flew out; Fishlegs held four of her babies in his arms and three sat on her head and the remaining three sat on her tail. Fishlegs feared for Meatlug and her babies, so he sought to escape before the dragon would come.

They all showed scared expressions as Fishlegs exclaimed, "We've gotta get out of here!"

Meanwhile

Toothless showed a determined expression as ran toward the Great Hall as he snarled in determination.

Meanwhile

Everyone was standing right outside the entrance to the Great Hall as they simultaneously yelled, "Come back! Come back! Come back!"

As they continued Arnor smiled evilly as he turned to look at the dragons, who began to look around in fear. The little redheaded girl looked up to the sky in fear as she held her Terrible Terror close to her face (like before) and it looked up and whimpered in fear. The boy and the girl were with their baby Hideous Zippleback and they held both the heads as they looked up in fear. Stormfly's babies showed fear as they stood behind her legs. Some baby Gronckles huddled close to their mother as they all looked up and whimpered in fear. All the dragons were very afraid, as if the Red Death was coming.

Arnor smiled evilly as he looked to the sky and said, "Yes, perfect timing!"

He looked and saw stars disappearing and reappearing and he knew it was Hiccup coming. Meatlug kept flying but then she stopped as she flew backwards toward the Great Hall.

Fishlegs showed fear as he said, "Wait, Meatlug, what are you…?!"

He stopped as he looked ahead and faintly saw Hiccup flying in their direction, though it was too dark to see him clearly.

Meatlug turned around and flew down toward the Great Hall as Fishlegs screamed, "Hurry, Meatlug! Hurry!"

They quickly flew toward the Great Hall as everyone continued to yell, "Come back! Come back!"

Meatlug was only a few yards away and as she came closer everyone could see the dark figure that was Hiccup flying through the air. They all began to scream as Meatlug flew down and crashed on the ground; Fishlegs fell off but caught all of Mealug's babies, preventing them from getting hurt.

Everyone looked up at Hiccup in fear and then Stoick squinted his eyes in confusion as he said, "Why doesn't it shoot already?"

Arnor looked up at Hiccup with the same expression and as he came into the light of the Great Hall he could see his face. He showed a vicious and determined expression as he flew toward them, looking like he was focused on something. Arnor did not change his expression as he turned his eyes and looked at Stoick.

He then smiled evilly as he realized what Hiccup was doing and then he looked at Hiccup with an evil grin and said, "Perfect!"

Hiccup flew down and landed on the edge of the deck; vikings charged at him but he simply knocked them all out of his way as he ran toward Stoick, roaring ferociously. Stoick showed a determined expression as Hiccup stood in front of him, crouching down like a cat as he growled threateningly. Stoick put his fists up as Hiccup pounced toward him. Stoick punched him in the face twice but Hiccup hit him hard him in the face and then tackled him and pinned him to the ground. Stoick's helmet fell off and he looked up at Hiccup looked down at him ferociously as he roared.

He put his head up as he was going to fire a plasma blast, when Arnor ran behind him and put his silver axe in the air with an evil grin as he said, "Gotcha!"

But before Hiccup could blast Stoick and Arnor could kill him Toothless pounced on Hiccup and knocked him off of Stoick and away from Arnor.

Arnor showed a baffled expression as he said, "What?!"

He looked and saw Toothless pin Hiccup to the ground on his back and he grunted angrily.

Astrid saw them and smiled as she exclaimed, "Yes!"

She then showed a confused expression as she noticed Toothless was alone and she said, "Wait… where's Hiccup?"

Hiccup roared angrily at Toothless as he shook his body around and hit him with his paws; he then pushed Toothless off of him and Toothless began to run away as Hiccup followed him. Toothless showed fear but knew he had to keep Hiccup away from Arnor; Arnor showed an angry expression as he climbed on Hunter's saddle and they flew after them. Toothless charged away from the Great Hall and down toward the village; he looked up and showed a surprised expression as he saw Hiccup was not there. He stopped and looked around with a confused expression; suddenly Hiccup roared ferociously as he landed right in front of him. They both heard the sound of Hunter roaring and they looked to see Arnor riding him hundreds of feet in the air near the sea. Hunter made a few loops with his body before he flew straight toward Hiccup. Hiccup growled angrily as he shot a small plasma blast; the blast knocked the silver axe out of Arnor's hand.

Arnor watched it spin through the air as he yelled, "No!"

It landed deep in the sea and he grunted as he rode Hunter back to the Great Hall; Hiccup looked back to Toothless and growled threateningly. Toothless showed fear as he didn't want to fight him because he knew it was Hiccup.

Meanwhile Arnor flew back to the Great Hall and ran to Gobber and said, "Gobber, I need another silver weapon!"

Gobber showed an annoyed expression as he sarcastically said, "Sure, I'll just get my magical elves to make some more for me."

Arnor grunted as he looked around for something he could use; he then looked on a table and saw Astrid's silver arrow. He smiled evilly as he saw a small crossbow and got an idea. Meanwhile Hiccup pounced Toothless and stood on him as he growled threateningly. Toothless showed fear as he tried to push Hiccup off of him but Hiccup was too strong for him. Hiccup raised his head high in the air as he roared ferociously, preparing to fire a plasma blast at Toothless. Toothless let out a loud roar of fear and Hiccup suddenly stopped and froze for a moment. His angry, ferocious expression turned into an expression of shock and fear as his mind came to. He whimpered in fear as he climbed off Toothless and backed away in fear; he put his right paw up and looked at it and then stared at Toothless in fear. He then flew high in the air to get away from him, for he was afraid of hurting him and other people. Toothless looked up as he got up and roared with a scared expression as he wanted him to come back.

Meanwhile Arnor held the crossbow as he went to the table and reached for the silver arrow when suddenly Astrid grabbed it and held it with a surprised expression as she said, "Arnor, what are you doing?!"

Arnor grabbed it and struggled to try and take it from her as he showed a stressed expression while she showed a slightly upset expression as he said, "I need it Astrid! It's important!"

Astrid loudly raised her voice as she exclaimed, "Arnor, no! It has sentimental value!"

As she said this Hiccup perked his right ear and stopped and hovered and looked back to the Great Hall and saw Arnor and Astrid fighting over the arrow.

He showed a concerned expression as he heard Arnor say, "Look I need to use it to save Berk!"

Hiccup then looked at Arnor with an expression of anger and hatred and Hiccup looked up at him with a concerned expression. Hiccup quickly flew back to the Great Hall and Toothless followed him on foot. Hiccup landed and started angrily knocking vikings out of his way as he walked toward Astrid and Arnor.

Astrid and Arnor continued to fight over the silver arrow as Astrid said, "This silver arrow belonged to my grandma!"

Fishlegs was standing behind Astrid and he had his hands up as he showed a nervous expression as Hiccup came closer to them and he said, "Um guys…"

Astrid then saw Hiccup and let go as she looked at him with her eyes wide open in fear and Arnor took the arrow with a slightly angry expression as he said, "Well I'm sure she would want me to use it to kill the WereDragon!"

Fishlegs did not change his expression as he said, "Guys…!"

Arnor looked at him with an annoyed expression as he exclaimed, "What?!"

Hiccup was standing on two legs right behind Arnor as he growled angrily; Arnor's eyes widened in fear as he stared forward and said, "He's right behind me, isn't he?"

He turned around and smiled nervously as he chuckled and said, "Hello."

Hiccup angrily bit down on his head like Hookfang would do to Snotlout and then he shook him around in his mouth as he screamed in pain and then he jerked his head to the right and threw him away. He then looked down at Astrid, who backed away slowly as she nervously stared at him.

He then put his arms over hers and flew into the air as she screamed, "Oh great Odin's ghost!"

Everyone watched in fear and Stoick looked at everyone as he exclaimed, "Everyone, grab your dragons! After the beast!"

Everyone saddled up with their dragons, including Snotlout, Fishlegs, Ruffnut, and Tuffnut, and Stormfly flew after them. While they did this Arnor took the silver arrow and loaded it in his crossbow and saddled up on Hunter and flew after them.

The teens and other vikings flew toward Hiccup as a woman exclaimed, "Let her go you monster!"

He managed to avoid all of them and then Stormfly flew straight toward him; Hiccup dodged her and shot a non-lethal plasma blast at her which caused her to fall down in pain.

Astrid showed a deeply concerned expression as she screamed, "Stormfly!"

Snotlout and Hookfang flew after them and breathed fire at Hiccup; Hiccup dodged it and then flew on his back for a brief moment as he shot a plasma blast at Hookfang, which caused him to fall down and hit the roof of a house. Fishlegs and Meatlug then flew after them but Hiccup made a sharp turn between a few houses and Meatlug crashed sideways into the house and Fishlegs fell to the ground. Hiccup turned ahead to see Ruffnut and Tuffnut standing on Barf and Belch standing on the roof of a house.

Ruffnut and Tuffnut chuckled deviously as Tuffnut said, "Now we've got him!"

Ruffnut then yelled, "Barf, gas!"

Barf then blew out gas and created a huge cloud of it in the direction Hiccup was going.

Tuffnut showed the same expression as he yelled, "Belch, light it!"

Belch then made a few small sparks and then they lit the gas and caused an explosion that Hiccup flew straight into. He came out the other side and knocked Ruffnut and Tuffnut off Barf and Belch's necks with his wings covering Astrid as he darted through the air like an arrow. He then flew high in the sky as Astrid screamed in terror; Hiccup escaped everyone and Toothless continued to follow him on foot. Hunter flew below Hiccup as Arnor held his crossbow and aimed it at him. He stopped and showed a nervous expression as Hiccup bent his head down and looked under him to see Arnor.

Hunter growled angrily as Astrid showed fear; Arnor waved his right hand in front of his body as he knew what Hiccup was going to do and he exclaimed, "No, please don't! No! No! Nooooooo!"

When he said his final "no" Hiccup fired a plasma blast at Hunter, causing him to crash and Arnor screamed as they crashed into the roof of a house. Toothless kept running as Hiccup flew in front of the moonlight with Astrid as he screeched loudly like a Night Fury and all the Terrible Terrors and baby dragons shook in fear as they hid behind their masters. Hiccup then flew into the cove and gently dropped Astrid on a boulder in the ground. She showed fear as she tried to run for the exit but Hiccup landed in front of her and walked toward her.

She fell back and backed away in fear as she screamed, "Stay back! Don't come any closer!"

He followed her until she had her back against the rock as she looked up at him. Hiccup stood up and then sat on his hind legs as he stared at her, like Toothless did when he gave him a fish. He put his front paws on his knees as he stared at her curiously and made a low guttural sound of curiosity.

She showed fear as she said, "What?! What do you want with me?!"

Suddenly his left foot started shimmering and Astrid squinted her eyes at the light and then it magically transformed. His scaly black dragon leg transformed into a piece of wood with a metal hinge connected to a larger piece of metal as thick as his other foot with short stubby pieces of metal sticking out like toes. Astrid squinted her eyes in confusion as she looked at his leg and then up at his face, for his new leg and his clothes seemed familiar. Hiccup then gradually began to smile, showing his gums like Toothless would but his smile was not as big. His teeth then emerged from his gums and he slightly squinted his eyes, he now had an expression very similar to his normal sheepish smile.

Astrid then showed an expression of shock, awe, and recognition as she softly said, "(Gasp) Hiccup?!"

Meanwhile

Toothless was running through the woods and Snotlout, Fishlegs, Ruffnut, and Tuffnut got back on their dragons as they flew over the forest to find Hiccup and Astrid. Toothless stared forward in determination as he was not going to let anyone hurt Hiccup.

Meanwhile

Astrid hugged Hiccup to comfort him as she showed an expression of devastation as she put the right side of her head against his chest. He had his arms around her back and she had her arms around his chest, under his arm pits.

She looked up at his face as she said, "Hiccup, what happened?! What's wrong with you?!"

Hiccup showed an expression of both sadness and fear as he felt he was a monster and he made a low guttural sound.

Astrid did not change her expression as she said, "We have to do something about this!"

Hiccup showed a surprised and confused expression as he looked down at himself and then back at her.

She showed a slightly annoyed expression as she said, "I know I just gestured to all of you!"

As she continued she showed her previous expression as she said, "How do we fix you?"

Hiccup showed a slightly sad expression, for at this point he didn't know what they could do.

They did not let go of each other as Astrid said, "Well, don't worry! I'll help you get through this!"

Suddenly Hunter landed near the entrance and they both turned their heads in surprise and curiosity as Arnor climbed off with an angry expression and ash on his face as he said, "Get your scaly paws off my girl you stupid lizard!"

Meanwhile

Toothless was running through the woods and he suddenly stopped and started sniffing as he caught Hiccup's scent and made a sharp left turn.

Meanwhile

Astrid was standing in front of Hiccup with her back against his chest and he held her upper arms as he angrily snarled at Arnor.

Arnor showed an angry expression as he said, "What are you doing Astrid?! He'll kill you!"

Astrid showed fear as she said, "No you don't get it Arnor! He's not dangerous! You can't kill him! We were wrong about him!"

Arnor showed a serious and determined expression as he said, "Oh no, everyone's counting on me to save them from Haddock and that's just what I'm going to do."

Astrid showed a shocked expression as she said, "What?!"

Hiccup showed a surprised expression as he made a low guttural sound that sounded like, "Hmm?"

Arnor showed a surprised and slightly nervous expression as he realized his mistake and said, "Oops! Me and my big mouth!"

Astrid's shocked expression quickly turned into a furious expression as she gritted her teeth and softly said, "Haddock?!"

Arnor did not change his expression as Astrid walked toward him and angrily said, "You son of a half troll chicken eating bore! You knew it was Hiccup the whole time!"

Arnor grunted angrily and then walked past her and looked at Hiccup as he said, "Oh fine! So what if it's that weakling! No one will believe it!"

He then turned to her and looked at her angrily as he said, "And if I can't be the cool guy who is your boyfriend, I can still be the cool guy who killed your boyfriend!"

He then pointed his crossbow at Hiccup and Astrid stood in front of him; he put his hand on her shoulder to move her as he said, "Get out of my way!"

But Astrid grabbed his hand and twisted his arm, causing him to fall down as he yelled, "Ow my arm!"

Hunter roared ferociously at Astrid as he lunged his head at her, but Hiccup pounced his head and hit it against the side of the cove. Hunter groaned in pain and Arnor got up and aimed his crossbow at Hiccup again, but Astrid came and punched him in the face, knocking him down.

She then looked at Hiccup with a worried expression as she said, "Go Hiccup! Get out of here!"

Hiccup showed a concerned expression as he made a low guttural sound and she said, "I'll be fine, save yourself!"

Hiccup then showed a bit of fear as he flew into the sky and over the forest; Toothless caught a glimpse of him and then ran after him on foot. Meanwhile Hunter launched some spikes from his tail and they went through the sides of Astrid's shirt and skirt and into the ground.

Arnor walked toward Hunter and Astrid showed an expression of anger and hatred as she said, "I'll be sure to tell everyone what's going on!"

Arnor showed an amused expression as he said, "Go ahead, they'll all think your crazy."

Astrid did not change her expression as she said, "His dad will believe me when he's nowhere to be found!"

Arnor smiled deviously as he said, "Not if I avenge his son."

Astrid showed a both angry and confused expression as she said, "What are you talking about?"

Arnor smiled evilly as he pulled Hiccup's fur cloak out of his basket and then showed a fake heartfelt expression as he stared forward and said, "Stoick, I'm sorry to tell you this, but your son is dead. The WereDragon killed him. I tried to save him but it was too late. It didn't stop until there was nothing left to kill!"

Astrid gasped in horror as she realized what he was going to do and then she showed an angry expression as she said, "You're a monster!"

He smiled deviously as he said, "No, Hiccup is the monster. I am the hero who is going to save Berk and all of its people. I'll see you and Hiccup's funeral."

He climbed on Hunter's saddle and flew after Hiccup and smiled evilly as he saw him fly away.

He smiled evilly as he exclaimed, "You can fly, but you can't hide Haddock!"
