Five Nights at Phantom's: BB88 Version
Chapter 10: The Toys
The small red light on Bonnie blinked twice before disappearing completely. Two white LED lights lit up below it. A groan sounded from the robot.
"... Ow..." a female voice said. The broken head looked around the room she was in. Groaning again, a metal hand reached up to rub her face-
Only to be tangled in wires.
"Wha- Gosh dang it!" She tried to get her other hand to help untangle it, only to get a few sparks from the wires where the left arm would have been. It took a few seconds to get her fingers out of the red and black wires. After her metal fingers were once again free, the bunny huffed and dropped her hand to her side with a small tink.
"Sam...?"
She turned to the voice to see the body of Chica. It's jaw was broken all the way around its head and a hand was missing. Other than that, there was just a few tears.
"Tucker?"
"Yeah..."
"Ugh... I don't know what's worse. Being stuffed in the suit, or having people pull ya out..." The former goth girl sighed and leaned back on the wall. "Why are we still stuck in these damned suits if our real bodies aren't in it, anyways?" Sam looked around for a moment, getting used to the area. She suddenly shot forward. "Where's Danny?"
Chica sat up and stretched, sickening pops echoing through the room. "I don't know..."
Bonnie struggled to her feet, finding it hard with one arm. She ended up leaning heavily on the wall, sliding up to a standing position. "Then let's go! We need to find him!"
"Ugh... Five more minutes..."
Sam growled, and yanked the chick up with her. "TUCKER! Nick could be fighting our friend and all you want to do is-"
A light from the corner of the ceiling turned on, surprising both the dead teens. Sam titled her head and looked at the light while Tucker looked around the room.
"There's a camera," Sam reported as the light turned off. "The light might mean there's another security guard..."
"And Nick is right here," Tucker said, his foot poking the disabled animatronic.
"I don't care! Let's go!" Bonnie grabbed his arm, the one without the hand, and pulled him out of the storage room. "We still need to find-"
"OOF!"
The two fell back with the person they ran into, landing in a pile with Tucker on the bottom and Sam in between. "Ow..." the fox on top muttered.
"Found him!" Tucker exclaimed. "Now get off of me!"
Sam got off of Chica, and awkwardly hugged Danny with one arm. "Where were you? Where are we?" she immediately asked, letting go to look at the broken down Foxy suit.
"New pizzeria," he answered simply.
"Oh..."
"I just went looking around. You guys have to see this!"
He hooked his hook around a bar in Chica's mouth and grabbed Bonnie's single hand. He led them into the game room and to the stage, Tucker complaining the whole way. Both the teens ignored him.
Foxy let go of them and crawled onto the stage. "I met a new animatronic and the replacement of me over there." He pointed his hook to the opposite side of the room. Mangle and BB were still over there and now had full interest in the old animatronics. "They're regular robots, but with personalities! It's weird, and unexplainable, but makes you think: how?"
"Ghost?" Sam offered.
"Maybe." Danny looked back to the new versions.
Tucker hopped onto the stage was stood beside the replacement him. It actually represented a girl, with an hour-glass figure and pink cheeks and eyelids. "Well hello there, new Chica! I'm Tucker, Tucker Foley. That's T.F. for -"
"Too Flirty. Tucker, leave the chick alone," Sam interrupted.
He looked towards her. "She's cute!"
Bonnie sat her arm on her chest, momentarily forgetting she only had one arm. "You think all girls are cute."
"Not you! You don't even have a face!"
"What was that, Bird Brain?!"
He turned away from her. "You're just wire and metal. Two words: Not. Hot."
"How about you shut your mouth!" She laughed sarcastically. "Oh I'm sorry! You can't! Is it stuck? Let me help!" Her bare hand raised up in a fist. "Hold still."
"Guys!" Foxy stepped in between them. "Now is not the time! Jazz and Valerie are the freaking night guards for God knows what reason!"
"What?!" Sam exclaimed, forgetting about the little fight. "Why do all of our friend pick this damn job?!"
"Hey there, kiddos!" the new Freddy said, suddenly moving. Unlike Nick's recorded voice, this one sounded friendly and had no glitching or scratchy static. "How's it going?"
A red beam scanned over Foxy's face coming from the new Bonnie.
"It's the old characters..." a similar robot male voice said, sounding less country than Sam's Bonnie voice.
"What was that, Bonnie?" Chica asked. A similar red beam scanned Tucker. "It is..." she said in a slightly sadder tone.
"What are you doing up?" the Freddy said. "I thought you were shut down."
"We were," Danny answered. "They turned me on for some reason. I had to do the same to my friends."
"Well, I'm Mark," the blue rabbit introduced. "People just call me Toy Bonnie."
"I'm Isaac," Freddy continued. "Known as Toy Freddy."
"Mari," the new Chica added. "Obviously Toy Chica."
"Mari, huh..." Tucker said in a low voice, scooting closer to the female.
"TUCKER!" Foxy again pulled the old animatronic by the bar in his mouth with his hook away from the female.
"HEY!"
A sigh came from the old Bonnie, drawing the attention of the new versions. "Boys... Sorry, Mari. He's a dimwit..." She gestured to the two bickering boys.
"Anyways, I'm Sam, the fox is Danny, and the annoying bird is Tucker."
The broken chicken looked over at Sam. "Hey! Why's everyone against me?!"
Mari chuckled lightly. "He is kinda funny," she whispered just loud enough for everyone to hear.
"Really?!" Tucker suddenly perked up.
Both Sam and Danny slapped their hand to their heads, Sam careful to not get tangled again. Tucker looked over and laughed. "Can't even face-palm, huh, Sam?"
Putting her hand down, Sam stepped closer. "Of course I can!" she said with an overly cheerful tone. "See?" She raised her hand and smacked the broken chicken. "Face, and a palm. There's nothing saying it couldn't be someone else's face!"
She turned and walked back in between Mark and Danny. "Told you. Dimwit."
Rolling his eye, the other covered by his eyepatch, Danny looked over to the two animatronics farther away. "You can come over, ya know."
Mangle shrunk back and crawled up the video game beside her shyly. BB yipped and ran over to the group.
"Hello!" the recorded voice said. "I'm Billy! Everyone calls me Balloon Boy! Or BB for short!"
Foxy looked up at the shy fox on the ceiling. "You sure he's not a broken record?" he asked jokingly, trying to make her feel comfortable.
She just shrunk back more and nodded.
Danny tilted his head. "You can come down, we won't hurt you."
She slowly moved closer to them and hung above Billy, a few feet from Danny. A radio sound whirred in a greeting as Mangle blinked her long eyelashes, looking away from the old characters.
Sensing her discomfort, Danny talked for her. "That's the new Foxy, or Mangle as everyone calls her. And the little head is Endo, her endoskeleton head."
Mangle snuck a little closer to him, barely trusting him but figured he was better than the other two.
"Hi, Mangle," Sam said. She started to say more when Tucker walked forward.
"Woah! You look almost identical!" he exclaimed, looking between the two foxes. "Besides the fact that Danny has a hole in his head and Mangle has no body whatsoever."
"Tucker!" Danny glared at his friend.
"What! I'm being honest! She's bodiless!"
Mangle shrunk back farther, in a perfect position to fling herself up and crawl away of need be. She was never very good with other animatronics. The three Toys barely talked with her. It was most likely because of her long time with children she was able to get along so easily with Balloon Boy.
Foxy pushed Tucker back. "That's cold, man." He turned back to the broken white fox. "For the record, I think you look cool like that."
She lightened up a bit, but turned away from Danny in embarrassment. Billy looked between everyone. "She was pretty much attacked by toddlers! Apparently, human toddlers are like little demon-spawns, as she puts it! We both love them all the same, though!"
The group stared at him in both confusion for his joyfulness about that and sadness about what he just told. Mangle, not wanting any attention, shrunk back farther, trying to hide behind Foxy.
"I would love to talk more, but Danny," Sam turned to the fox, "don't we have some girls to help?"
"Right!" He turned to everyone. "Mind helping with the security guards?"
Isaac stared at him, like the idea was the weirdest thing he'd ever heard. "You want to HELP them?"
"Well, yeah. Why?"
The bear turned away from them. "No. A security guard killed Him. I'd be happy to help you kill them, but never would I help them."
"What?" Danny looked at Bonnie for an explanation, seeing as Freddy wasn't too thrilled to even look at them now.
"A man dressed as a gold Freddy lead our master to his death, along with two brothers later on. Scott was his name. He helps the new security. We know what he tells them."
'Whose 'Him'?' Danny thought but was interrupted before he could voice his question.
"What does he tell them?" Sam asked.
Tucker tilted his head. "How do you know this?"
"He tells them we're the bad guys," Mari answered. "Scott wants us dead. We know because He told us. And He doesn't lie."
The trio looked at each other. "He?" Foxy spoke up, happy to get an answer.
Mangle gasped lightly. "You-ou don't-t kn-know Him?"
"Uh... No?"
"He's our creator," Isaac said lowly, turning to look at them. "He made all of us. How can you not know Him!?"
"Freddy, calm down," Mark soothed.
"Listen, I don't know who He is, but this is my sister and friend. They wouldn't harm us if they knew who we were."
"No," Freddy growled. "I forbid any of you from helping," he said to the new animatronics. "And as for you, if you get in my way, I will NOT hesitate to kill you."
With this, the Freddy stormed off the stage. He stomped off into the darkness of the play room. The others watched him go, the trio both upset and still determined.
When he was out, the other two looked towards them.
"We'll help," Chica said lowly.
