Hey guys just wanted to say something. I got a review about chapter 6 and I wanna answer it here. So yes, I was just trying to be funny with Mcdonalds and the happy meal. I'll try my best to find different foods that will suit the time period better and get rid of Naveen's little diva tantrum. I had him do that because sometimes royalty can be a little pushy, demanding or diva-ish and Naveen is royalty and I'm sure he's used to getting his own way and stuff and I thought it would be funny. But thanks for your feedback. The more this story gets the better it will be so take this really good example and review please!
Everyone sat in silence.
"You're a mermaid…" Rapunzel said in wonder starting at the mermaid.
She had long scarlet red hair big blue eyes an emerald green tail and a purple top.
"Uh huh and you are too!" Ariel pointed to their legs which have been transformed to tails.
"Oh no, this is bad this is really bad I'm a mermaid?" Flynn was acting like when he first found out Rapunzel's hair glowed.
"No silly, you're a merman. I'm a mermaid." Ariel corrected.
"Well, I'm Tiana, this is Naveen, and that's Flynn and Rapunzel." Tiana introduced everyone.
"Wait a second, you guys are almost grown ups how come you can't swim?" Ariel asked.
"Well you see, we are humans and we-"Naveen was cut off.
"Humans?! I've always wanted to meet humans!" Ariel's face lit up like a Christmas tree.
"You've never met a human?" Rapunzel asked.
"No, my dad won't let me but sometimes I sneak a peak at ships when they pass by…" Ariel said.
"Hey there's one right now!" Naveen said pointing upward to a big ship.
"Well what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Ariel said excited racing up to the surface. The rest of the group tried to keep up with her but having it be the first time that they swam with tails they were far behind. Eventually they made it to the surface the boat was a little bit away.
"What took you guys so long? Ariel asked.
"It's our first time with fins." Tiana said.
"Oh sorry I'll go a little slower." Ariel said.
And with that they swam up to the boat.
Back on the beach…
"So Genie what do you wanna do?" Aladdin asked.
"I don't know about you but I'm gonna get me a tan." Genie poofed up three beach towels, (One for everyone) a really big umbrella, and a radio, Abu lay down on the smallest towel Genie was on the biggest towel leaving the average size one for Aladdin.
"Hey didn't you wonder why Jiminy sent us here and not with everyone else?" Aladdin asked.
"It's gonna turn out fine in the end Jiminy hopefully knows what he's doing." Genie said.
"I know but I wanna be in on the adventure. I wanna be with my friends." Aladdin said.
"Aladdin, stop thinking about what's happening to them. This is your chance to relax you can do whatever you want besides everyone else is probolay not doing any type of adventure at all…
Back at the adventure…
Finally everyone made it to the boat
"Ok now what?" Flynn asked.
"We climb up and peek in." Ariel grabbed on to a peg to begin climbing.
"How can we climb if we have no legs?" Naveen asked.
"If I can do it you can do it Naveen." Rapunzel was already halfway up.
By the time everyone got up Ariel was peering through an opening. Everyone else sat on different edges or pegs on the boat.
"What do you see?" Rapunzel asked.
"I see a human, playing a snarfblat." Ariel said dreamily.
"A snarf-what?" Flynn asked.
"You play music on it." Ariel said.
Naveen listened closely to the music.
"Ariel, that's not a snarfblat, it's a flute." Naveen said.
"A flute? I'm gonna have to tell Scuttle about that." Ariel said to herself.
Right on cue Scuttle flew in and smashed into the ship. Rapunzel tried not to giggle.
"Hey Ariel! You made some friends?" Scuttle asked.
"Scuttle this is Tiana, Naveen, Flynn and Rapunzel." Ariel said pointing to everyone as she talked.
"And they're humans too!" Ariel gushed.
"So you're the one that called a flute a snarfblat?" Flynn asked.
"What? It's not a snarfblat? I didn't know!" Scuttle said.
But before anyone could say anything else someone yelled.
"A STORM'S COMING, ALL HANDS ON DECK!" Then thunder crashed as lightning hit the ship's sail. The sail lit on fire.
Everyone held onto something for dear life. Sailors jumped into boats and dropped them to water. Ariel tried to watch as the human she had been staring at went back on the ship to save his dog.
"Max jump!" He shouted as the dog jumped into his arms. He tossed his dog to near by boat but right before he could jump off the ground beneath him fell and so did he. By then everyone had let go of the ship but came back above water to watch. Ariel saw that the human had fallen underwater and began to look for him. When she found him she pulled him up and began to swim to dry land as fireworks went off from the fire.
"Wait up!" Flynn called swimming after Ariel.
"Wait for us too!" Tiana called as everyone else tried to keep up with her.
Eventually they got to dry land. Ariel lay the man down.
"Why did you save him?" Tiana asked.
"You have a crush on him or something?" Flynn asked.
"Well kind of, look at him. Isn't he handsome?" Ariel asked.
"Wait, is he even alive?" Naveen asked.
Scuttle put the man's foot up to his ear.
"I can't make out a heart beat." He said.
"No you listen up here!" Rapunzel said putting her head on his chest.
"Look he's breathing." Ariel said. The sun began to rise, there was a bright pink in the sky. Ariel began to sing.
"What would I give, to live where you are" Ariel sang.
Everyone scooched back into the water for two reasons. 1: This wasn't their movie and 2: They think it's Ariel's moment.
A few feet away where Aladdin, Genie, and Abu are…
Aladdin woke up. "Genie do you hear that?" He asked.
"What would I pay to stay here beside you."
"There it is again! Genie get up! Let's go out and investigate." Aladdin said as he walked out of the tent. Genie sleepily followed Aladdin be hind a big rock. Big enough to hide them but not too tall so they can see.
"Who is that?" Genie asked.
"What would I do to see you smiling at me"
"It's a mermaid…" Aladdin trailed off.
"She looks pretty too." Genie added
"I'm gonna get a better look." Aladdin began to crawl from one rock to another as Genie whispered "Aladdin and what's-her-face sitting in a tree."
"Where would we walk?" Aladdin was just one rock away from the closest possible view.
"Where would we run?" Aladdin decided that was close enough and just sat there looking at her.
"If we could stay all day in the sun…" Back in the water Flynn noticed Aladdin behind a rock, a small smile on his face, a lovesick look in his eyes. Could Aladdin be in love with Ariel? He tried to get Aladdin's attention as a single sunray shown down on Ariel and that guy she was singing too. It took no genius to know that Ariel was in love with that one guy and Aladdin was starting to fall in love with Ariel. But it does take a criminal master mind like Flynn (Flynn isn't a criminal anymore but from being a criminal he knows how to plan things out) to make Ariel and Aladdin fall in love…
"Just you and me, and I could be part of your world…"
Flynn stopped trying to get Aladdin's attention as an idea popped into his head…
